본 연구는 독일어권의 사물인터넷을 이용한 데이터 거래와 블록체인 기술로 인한 사회혁신을 조망하고자 한다. 먼저, 독일어권 국가에서의 빅 데이터와 블록체인 기술의 활용을 조사하기 위해 문헌 연구 및 선행 연 구 검토가 수행되었다. 또한, 데이터레이드(Datarade)와 같은 독일의 데 이터 회사 및 정부의 데이터 경제 관련 프로젝트(GAIA-X)에 대한 사례 연구가 진행되었다. 이를 통해 독일에서의 데이터 및 블록체인 활용 현 황을 파악하고, 각 산업 분야에서의 적용 사례를 식별하였다. 금융 산업 에서는 블록체인 기술을 활용하여 계좌 번호 및 구매 세부 정보를 안전 하게 저장하고 있으며, 부동산 산업에서는 임대 계약, 임대료 결제 확인 등을 블록체인을 통해 효율적으로 관리하고 있다. 특히 교육 부문에서 블록체인 기술의 활용에 대한 현지 사례 및 연구 결과를 종합하여 분석 하였다. 블록체인의 보안이라는 장점을 살려 학습자의 학습 성과나 평가, 성적 증명, 학습낙오자나 성적부진자의 학습활동 추적, 부정행위 방지, 스마트 계약을 통한 과제 관리, 평생학습증 및 학습이력부 제공 등의 방 식으로 이미 독일은 교육계에 혁신을 이루어나가고 있다. 교육 부문에서 의 이러한 조사 방법을 통해 독일에서의 기술 혁신 및 사회적 변화에 대 한 종합적인 이해를 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 결과들은 독일정부 주도의 데이터거래와 블록체인 분야의 기술혁신의 효과를 입증하기에 한국정부 의 산업혁신에도 활용할 수 있는 중요한 통찰을 제공할 것이다.

Recent, there has been a need for a terminal device with artificial intelligence to detect emergency situations in various means of transportation to prevent overdischarge of the battery even when parking the vehicle for a long time so that the driver can properly prepare. The transmission system, which guides the situation and location information of the vehicle, uses AHD video technology and RTOS technology to reduce the load of wireless networks by increasing the video playback rate through UDP implementation by WiFi, and stabilizes through wireless networks and low-power sensors using LoRa services.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it drastically changed the way that many consumers conducted their shopping for almost all their needs. This created a dramatic increase in online purchases, causing global e-commerce sales to skyrocket to 26.7 billion dollars, up four percent from the previous year (UNCTAD, 2021). This surge in sales caused an increase in certain customer segments, resulting in many retailers rethinking their marketing and branding strategies. To many retailers’ surprise, elderly adults aged sixty-five and older began to adopt e-commerce shopping during the pandemic at an overwhelming rate.

The economic harm and survival fear caused by environmental conflicts are most likely to become the psychological lever to drive individuals to adopt environmentally friendly behaviours. From the perspective of environmental conflict, this paper will explore the transmission mechanism of environmental conflict on individuals’ pro-environmental behaviour through three experiments.

본 논문은 디지털 성범죄 사건이 증가하고 있는 가운데, 이들에 대한 형사사법기관 의 처분이 가해자의 행위를 교정하거나 직접적으로 제재하지 못하는 현실을 지적하고 이에 대한 대안을 고민하기 위하여 시작되었다. 이를 위해 미국에서 시행되고 있는, 성범죄자 대상 ‘음란물 금지’와 ‘인터넷 및 컴퓨터 기기활용 제한’의 내용을 비교법적 으로 검토하면서 피해자의 삶이 아닌 가해자의 삶에 타격과 변화를 줄 수 있는 법률 내용을 제안하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하였다. 미국의 ｢성범죄자 신상등록 및 고지법｣ 에는 성범죄를 행함에 있어 인터넷 또는 컴퓨터 기기를 활용한 성범죄자에 대하여 일 정 기간의 사용제한을 법원이 선고하고 이의 이행 여부를 보호관찰관이 지도･감독하 는 내용이 규정되어 있다. 관련 제도가 정착되는 과정에서 반복적인 항소도 제기되었 지만, 미국의 판례는 인터넷 활동과 컴퓨터 사용의 제한 내용이 구체적인 경우에는 큰문제가 없다는 태도를 견지하고 있다. 이 법률 규정이 적용되는 경우, 보호관찰관은 대상 성범죄자에게 모든 디지털 기기의 등록과 해당 기기에 대한 포렌식 동의서를 요 구한다. 또한 보호관찰관은 대상 성범죄자의 디지털 기기에 대한 주기적 검사를 시행 하고 대상자의 휴대폰 활동 내용을 모니터링하고 필터링하는 소프트웨어를 설치하여 집행한다. 이러한 내용은 실제 디지털 성범죄자에 대한 행동 제약이 전무한 우리나라 의 보호관찰 현실과 상당히 대비되는 모습이다. 과거 접촉성 성범죄자를 향해 시행되 었던 형사정책들이 사회적 논의 속에서 설득되고 사회제도로 자리를 잡아갔던 것처럼, 디지털 성범죄 가해자에 대한 규제와 교정, 피해 방지 대책을 더욱 직접적인 가해자 행위 규제 관점에서 고민할 필요가 있다. 이러한 측면에서 미국의 인터넷 및 컴퓨터 활동 제한 관련 법률 규정은, 우리나라에서의 효과적 디지털 성범죄자 관리대책 수립 을 위한 의미 있는 비교법적 자료가 될 것으로 판단한다.

본 연구는 게임 이용동기가 인터넷게임 사용장애에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 한국콘텐츠진흥 원의 게임이용자패널(2014~2018)의 상반기 조사 5개 연도 자료를 활용하였다. 게임이용자패널은 초·중·고등 학교 학생 2,000명의 표본으로 구성되었으며, 1차 연도부터 5차 연도까지 연구에 참여한 778명의 응답을 분 석에 활용하였다. 응답자의 특성으로 성별은 남성 381명(49.0%), 여성 397명(51.0%)이었고, 학생 분포는 1차 연도 기준으로 초등학생 287명(36.9%), 중학생 273명(35.1%), 고등학생 218명(28.0%)으로 이루어졌다. 종속변 수인 인터넷게임 사용장애는 Kimberly Young의 인터넷중독척도를 게임사용에 맞게 수정한 20문항을 활용하 여 측정하였고, 독립변수인 게임 이용동기는 Nick Yee의 게임이용척도를 수정한 10문항을 활용하여 측정하 였다. 주요 분석방법으로 MIMIC 모형분석을 활용하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보상과 현실도피 동기의 게임 이용은 5개 연도 자료 분석 결과 일관적으로 인터넷게임 사용장애와 정적인 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 보상 동기의 게임 이용의 표준화 영향계수는 도피 동기의 게임 이용의 표준화 영향계수보다 더 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 셋째, 통제변수 중에서 높은 불안감 수준을 지니고 있을수록, 남성일수록 일관 적으로 인터넷게임사용장애 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 DSM-5 진단기준과 관련한 정책적, 실천적 제언을 논의하였다.

이 연구는 한국어교육 어휘의 토대 연구로써, 한국어에서 ‘인생/ 삶’의 은유적 개념화 중 구조적 은유가 어떤 양상으로 나타나는가를 살펴 보는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 그 내용을 정리하면 인생/삶의 본질에 관한 은유에서는 인생/삶을 꿈, 이야기, 사계절, 온도, 농사, 건축, 하루, 배움, 9품사, 문장, 그림, 연극, 여행, 항해로 이해하고 있었다. 그리고 인생/삶의 본질에서 벗어난 은유에서는 인생/삶을 상거래, 경영, 전쟁, 스포츠, 도박, 게임, 키보드로 이해하고 있었다. 이 연구를 통해 인생/삶을 ‘이야기, 사계 절, 온도, 건축, 배움, 9품사, 문장, 그림, 항해’ 그리고 ‘상거래, 경영, 전쟁, 스포츠, 게임, 키보드’로 이해하는 것을 새롭게 밝혀낼 수 있었다. 특히 우 리가 인생/삶을 ‘상거래’나 ‘경영’으로 이해하는 것은 최근 국제적 금융자 본의 지배와 세계화의 영향 아래 있음을 보여준다. 또한 인생/삶을 ‘도박, 게임, 키보드’로 이해하는 것은 금융자본과 세계화에서 낙오한 이들이 갖 는 요행수와 인터넷 게임과 함께 성장한 젊은 세대들이 갖는 욕망을 보여 주는 근거가 된다고 할 수 있다.

The emergence of global internet access from the low Earth orbit (LEO) comes with cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Under international space law regimes, the concept of cybersecurity in outer space remains ambiguous. Furthermore, cyberattacks affecting the era’s thoroughly segregated computer space systems were unimagined. Cyber borders are not the same as physical borders. Cyberspace does not admit the demarcation of territorial sovereignty, as it is not based on physical location, and assigning territorial sovereignty to cyberspace is time-consuming. This research proposes the concept of a multi-stakeholder international legal regime for space cybersecurity, as establishing cybersecurity standards and risk management mechanisms necessitates technical measures and a regulatory framework. International cooperation is the only way to provide a fully coordinated approach to cyberspace protection which is consistent with the fundamental premise of international cooperation and collaboration in space.

가짜뉴스는 우리 시대를 관통하는 핵심적인 문제이다. 가짜뉴스는 선거에 개입하고, 정치적 의사결정을 왜곡하며, 사회에 혼란을 야기하고 있다. 이에 각국은 가짜뉴스에 대처하고, 그 폐해를 막을 수 있는 여러 방안을 강구하고 있다. 그 과정에서 최근 대부분의 선진국에서는 가짜뉴스를 제작, 유포하는 사람보다는 가짜뉴스가 유포되는 매개체인 구글, 페이스북, 트위터와 같은 거대 인터넷서비스제공자의 역할과 책임을 강조하는 방향으로 논의의 초점을 옮겨가고 있다. 이 글에서는 미국, 독일, 프랑스의 가짜뉴스에 대처하기 위한 법률과 논의에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라의 현행 법제 하에서 가짜뉴스에 대한 인터넷서비스제공자의 역할과 책임, 나아가 개선방안에 대하여 검토하였다. 이미 가짜뉴스가 확산된 이후에 사후적으로 책임을 추 궁하는 것만으로는 가짜뉴스의 폐해에 대처하기 역부족이다. 사전에 가짜뉴스의 확산을 예방하기 위해서는 인터넷서비스제공자들이 적극적으로 가짜뉴스를 식별하여 차단, 삭제 등의 조치를 취하 도록 일정한 의무를 부과하는 등의 규제를 하는 것이 필요하다. 주요 선진국들의 논의를 비판적으로 검토하고, 우리나라의 법제와 현실을 고려하여 가짜뉴스의 폐해를 시정하면서도, 표현의 자유를 침해하지 않는 지혜로운 가짜뉴스 대처방안이 마련하여야 할 것이다.

In this study, the improvement of the IP system, which is the core infrastructure of the MRO project, and its effect were analyzed. Systematic problems and problems that are not competitive in the actual operating environment were systematically derived, and based on this, the most suitable method for target system development was found and improved. And the data of the improved system was analyzed and the effect was verified through empirical analysis of the system improvement effect through the user questionnaire. As a result of the study, the item with the highest improvement effect was convenience, which increased by 12.43 points. Then it increased by 10.25 points in terms of features. In particular, you will notice a significant improvement in speed by 30-50%. This is because the empirical analysis results are more objective and realistic than other conceptual models. Also, from the practical point of view, based on the results of the empirical analysis, corporate management can more effectively promote the intellectual property system, which is expected to contribute to the enhancement of corporate competitiveness.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the regular selling price and nutrient contents of foods used for special medical purposes in Korea. This study investigated the regular selling price and nutritional composition of 114 enteral nutrition (EN) foods on the manufacturer’s internet homepage. The average price of the total products was 1,156.0 won/100 mL. The price of foods used for calorie and nutrient supplementation (CNS) was significantly higher compared to that of the other EN food types (p<0.01). With respect to the nutritional content per 100 mL of the product, EN foods for CNS had significantly higher contents of energy, protein, 5 minerals, and 7 vitamins than the other EN food types. On comparing the nutritional contents of foods according to the price, the balanced nutrition foods showed significantly higher contents of energy, carbohydrate, protein, 3 minerals, and 7 vitamins in high-priced products than in low-priced foods. Summarizing these results, foods for CNS were approximately twice as expensive as the other EN foods, and the energy, protein, mineral, and vitamin contents were also high. Balanced nutrition foods had higher nutrient contents in high-priced products, which showed the relationship between the product price and nutrient content.

This study aims at identifying how the Korean scholarly group's internet language features changed during the last 10 years. For this study, 2,450 written texts on the same web-site in which a previous study collected data were analyzed. This comparison study showed the following results: 1)First of all, the scholarly group's internet texts still involved standard language, high-quality vocabulary and long sentences; 2)However, it was very difficult to find Chinese characters and the percentage of the usage of English increased significantly; 3)Presenting objective data and numbering were still frequently seen; 4)Furthermore, typical internet languages such as slang, argot and abbreviations began to appear; 5)Texts showing self-reflection and teaching tone have been decreased. Instead, texts implying psychological pressure and worries about their jobs have increased; 6)The biggest change was that most of communicator's names were written in English (or unidentified words) or commonly used internet names. This study concludes that comparing to the previous study, the scholarly group's internet language features have changed (although some based on occupational variables remained the same), and that these changes might be affected by social changes taking place in the scholarly group.

과학 발전 및 인류 경제생활 수준이 높아짐과 동시에 중국의 피아 노 문화 시장은 점차 대중성ㆍ다원화성ㆍ다양성 등의 특징을 보이고 있다. 피아노 레슨의 사회적 수요가 나날이 늘어나고 있기 때문에 피 아노 교육학과 학생들은 광범한 피아노 문화 시장의 수요에 만족하 기 위한 준비를 해야 한다. 엘리트 수업의 단일 교육 모델을 깨고 인터넷 플랫폼을 이용한 대 중을 향하는 피아노 교육 방식이 현재 대세이다. 이는 여러 과정의 종합수업 모델 하에서 ‘실용 피아노’의 교수방법과 특징을 활용하여 피아노연주ㆍ기초악리지식ㆍ작곡기초이론을 전통적인 이론 수업과 유기적으로 통합시켜 ‘교과 이념의 시대화, 수업내용의 혁신화, 교수 법의 다양성, 교육평가의 다원화의 특징을 구현하였다. 이는 고급성 ㆍ전문화ㆍ실천성 등 특징을 갖게 된다. 인터넷의 혁신적 성과를 ‘실용 피아노’ 교육에 깊이 있게 융합시 키는 것은 피아노 교육의 대세로, 피아노 실용형 혁신 인재의 배양에 큰 도움을 주게 될 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 인터넷 활용을 포함하는 정보활용 환경요인과 자기효능감, 사회적 유능감 간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 구명하는데 있다. 본 연구는 유의표집 방법으로 표집하였으며, 경기도에 소재한 초등학교 2개교, 중학교 2개교 학생 719명 이다. 설정된 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 SPSS/PC Win(ver. 20.0)과 AMOS 20.0을 프로 그램을 이용하여 설문 문항의 내적 신뢰도(Cronbach α), 상관관계분석, 및 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 자기효능감에는 교우관계, 교사관계, 인터넷활용이 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 사회적 유능감에는 교우관계, 인터넷 활용이 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 청소년의 교우관계, 교사관계, 인터넷활용, 자기효능감, 사회적유능감 간에는 직간접적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 자기효능감은 교우관계, 교사관계, 인터넷 환경, 자기 효능감, 사회적유능감 간에 매개역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 미래의 잠재적 일에 대한 개인들의 동기 수준은 진로와 관련된 개인들의 능력에 대한 믿음의 수준을 결정하는 중요한 변인이 된다고 할 수 있다.

The Internet has opened an industry chain connecting movies, TV, online games and animation, so the IP of online novels is not limited to movie adaptations, but also includes games, anime, and peripheral products. The gradual improvement of the online novel copyright trading market is the transformation of the IP Internet providing a development environment, and building a complete industrial model can make popular IP play a higher value. However, compared with the relatively complete and mature IP industry chain abroad, China's online novel IP industry still has many problems. The problems of the IP industry of online novels have become more and more obvious, and the quality of works is uneven; the main body of each link of the industrial chain is lacking in union; the value of brand IP has not been maximized. The popularity of online novel IP indicates that the industry has recognized the characteristic of "content is king" in the cultural and creative industry, IP development is a long-term process, and it is vigilant that the market caters to the short-sighted behavior of "emphasis on interests and light on culture" This paper discusses the problems of IP development of Internet novel by analyzing the status quo of IP development, analyzing its characteristics and summarizing the mode of IP industrialization of Internet novel from the angle of culture industry development, taking IP as the object of research. Based on the development of the cultural industry value chain, it proposes solutions on how to convert online novel IP into high-quality IP resources and how to develop new models under the original industrial model, with a view to providing a new format for constructing and improving the industrialization of online novel IP reference.

사상초유의 대통령 탄핵을 경험한 한국사회에서 인터넷은 소통의 새로운 방식이자 공간의 확장으로 여겨진다. 그러나 중국의 인터넷 공간은 한국과는 사뭇 다른 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 표현의 자유보다는 ‘인터넷 주권’이 우선시되기 때문에 국가 안보를 위협하는 요소들은 모두 검열과 차단의 대상이 되고 있다. 인터넷 만리장성(Gr eat Firewall of China)의 구축, 구글·페이스북·트위터 등 글로벌 인터넷 기업들의 퇴 출과 중국 IT 기업의 부상은 중국 내 인터넷 통제가 더욱 견고해지고 치밀해지는 과정을 여실히 보여준다. 이와 동시에 중국정부는 경제발전에 핵심적 역할을 담당하는 인터넷 산업을 발전시키기 위해 적극적인 지원을 아끼지 않고 있다. 정부의 지원에 힘입어 중국은 모바일 결제 시스템, 공유경제 시장에서 타의 추종을 불허하는 성장세를 보이고 있다. 본고는 중국의 사례를 통해 인터넷 공간이 국가권력에 의해 어떻게 재영토화되는 지와 공간이론으로 설명하기 힘든 중국식 가상공간의 확장을 살펴보고, 중국을 포함 한 전 세계적 가상공간이 보편성을 획득하기 위해 갖추어야 할 선행조건에 대해 고민해보고자 한다. 아울러 서구 철학사와 물리학사에서 논의되어온 절대적 공간 개념 및 상대적 공간 개념이 중국의 인터넷 공간에서도 적용 가능한지를 짚어봄으로써 중국의 인터넷 공간이 지니는 특성에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

Anecdotal reports indicate that maladaptive patterns of Internet use constitute behavioral addiction. Internet addiction is characterized by unrestrained and awfully controlled engrossment or behaviors regarding internet access that lead to impairment, stress, dimensionally measured depression, indicators of social separation and anguish. By reviewing and analyzing approximately 100 articles we present evidence that are able to provide an overview of the main themes and proclivity covered by existing and relevant studies. The vital detection of this research unveils that many factors related to social, demographic, lifestyle changes related constructs have a bearing on the phenomenon of internet addiction strongly. This study not only reached certain conclusions for both theory and practice, but also defined future lines of research according to the gaps detected by the study’s results. The main findings from this literature, though not conclusive, but will help the researcher and policymakers to obtain a better understanding and description of the problem faced by the youth and necessary to develop some remedies to lessen the addiction phenomenon.

With the rapid development of information technology and education informatization, the informational teaching ability of university teachers has become an indispensable ability of university teachers in the “Internet” era. Improving the ability of informational teaching and adapting to the development of the times have become the only way for the development of university teachers. This paper explores the countermeasures to the improvement of the teaching ability of teachers in colleges and universities. Firstly, the paper expounds the basic connotation of college teachers' informatization teaching ability: information teaching awareness and attitude, basic ability of informatization teaching, information technology and curriculum integration ability, evaluation and innovation ability, etc. Secondly, analyzes the main problems existing in the information teaching ability of Chinese college teachers. Teachers in universities and colleges have a certain awareness of using infoumation technology in teaching, but their ability to apply information teaching technology is poor, expecially in application of informatization teaching resources. On this basis, we find out the countermeasure form the perspectives of the government, schools and teachers, aiming to promote the connotative construction and characteristic development in private colleges.

우리나라는 그동안 특허법 제127조에 의해 주요국의 간접침해 제도와 유사한 제도를 운영하고 있었으나 이는 주요국의 해당 규정과는 내용 면에서 상당한 차이점이 있는 특유한 입법이었다. 특히 동조는 일본의 1959년 개정 특허법의 내용을 거의 그대로 도입한 것인데 일본 특허법이 몇 차례 개정된 데에 반하여 우리 특허법 제127조는 여전히 도입 당시의 내용을 유지하고 있어 디지털‧네트워크 환경에서 새롭게 등장하는 침해의 유형에 유연하게 대응하지 못한다는 지적이 꾸준히 있어왔다. 특허청에서는 기존에 있었던 이러한 논의를 반영하여 ‘18년 9월 특허법 제127조의 개정안 초안을 발표하였으며, ’19년 3월에는 이를 다소 수정한 개정안이 국회에서 발의되었다(특허법 일부 개정법률안, 의안번호 2019282). 개정안은 기존의 규정을 존치시킨 가운데 제외 국의 입법례와 거의 동일한 간접침해 규정을 추가하였으며, 그 밖에 온라인 전송행위와 관련된 규정 및 유도침해 규정을 신설하였는데 4차 산업 혁명 시대에 보다 부합하도록 규제 체계가 정비 되었다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다고 할 것이다. 다만 온라인 전송행위 규정과 관련하여 ‘전자적 수단’에 컴퓨터 프로그램 등 소프트웨어가 포 함되는 것인지가 불분명하고 제3호 유도침해 규정의 경우 여전히 직접침해를 전제로 하고 있지 않아 그 적용 범위가 너무 넓어질 가능성이 있으므로 수정이 필요하다고 생각된다. 한편 이번 개정안에는 반영되지 않았으나 직접침해가 국외에서 일어나는 경우에 제127조를 적용할 수 있는지와 관련하여 불분명한 점이 있으므로 향후에는 이에 대해 명문 규정을 두는 방안을 검토할 필요가 있다. 또한 제외국의 간접침해 규정을 도입한 가운데 기존 규정을 그대로 병존시키는 것은 법리적 필연성이 미약하다고 할 것이므로 향후에는 기존 규정을 삭제하는 방안에 대해서도 논의가 필요하다고 본다.
