현재의 문화 교육이 지니는 근본적인 문제는 과거와 현재, 자국과 타국의 문화를 이분법적으로 바라 보고 개별적 정보 위주의 접근 방식을 벗어나지 못하고 있다는 점이다. 이 논문의 목표는 한국의 전통 문화에 대한 반성적 성찰을 통해 바람직한 문화 교육의 방향을 모색하려는 것이다. 이를 위해 인문학적 인 관점, 비교문화적인 관점, 통시적인 관점을 적용하여 문화와 예술을 아우르는 종합적인 안목을 확보 하고자 하였다. 그리고 상호 문화 역량과 문화 수용 능력을 제고하기 위하여 문화 현상 간의 비교를 시도하였다. 본론에서는 두 단계로 나누어 논의를 진행하였다. 첫째, 한국 영웅 서사의 연원과 현대적 활용 가능성을 모색함으로써 총괄적 논의를 위한 단서를 마련하였다. 전통 서사의 문화적 의미와 미학 적 원리에 대한 재인식을 통해 인류의 문화가 보편성의 차원에서 상호 소통할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 현대 디지털콘텐츠에 활용된 문화 요소들을 중심으로 한국인의 생활과 예술 분야에 나타나는 문화적 정체성과 시대적 변용 양상을 고찰하였다. 성숙한 문화는 다양성의 가치를 인정하는 것에서 출발하며, 문화 요소 전반을 관통할 수 있는 감식 능력과 소통 능력이 요구된다는 점을 확인하였다. 바람직한 문화 교육은 창의적인 미래 문화를 이끌어 갈 수 있는 능력을 길러 주는 방향으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

이 연구는 ‘몸과 마음의 합일’ 과정으로서 요가 수행이 심리적 치유 경 험에 나타나는 인문학적 함의를 탐구한 것이다. 이를 위해 12명의 수행 자들과 면담 및 서면 방법을 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 이를 현상학적 방 법 중 Giorgi의 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요가 수행자들은 몸과 마음, 그리고 영성의 통합적 성장을 경험하 였다. 둘째, 요가는 심신통합적 관점에서 치료적 효과가 커서, 수행자들 은 몸과 마음이 하나로 연결되는 것을 체험하고, 이러한 통합적 경험이 치유로 이어진다. 셋째, 자기 성찰과 내면의 변화를 느꼈다. 결론적으로 요가는 삶의 의미와 목적을 발견할 수 있는 수행임을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 요양보호사의 웰다잉 경험이 자기성찰과 전문성 형성에 어떠한 함의를 가지는지를 탐구하기 위해 수행되었다. 고 령화의 가속화와 함께 돌봄 현장에서 죽음과 임종은 일상적인 경험이 되고 있으며, 특히 요양보호사는 노인의 웰다잉을 직접 지원하면서 죽음을 삶의 일부로 받아들이는 과정을 체험한다. 이 러한 경험은 단순한 직무 수행을 넘어, 요양보호사 개인의 자기 성찰과 직업적 정체성 형성에 중요한 영향을 미치며, 전문성 강 화를 위한 학문적·실천적 자원으로 작용한다. 연구 방법으로는 문헌연구로, 2000년부터 2024년까지 발표된 연구들을 폭넓게 검토하였다. 선정된 문헌은 웰다잉 경험, 돌봄 경험, 자기성찰, 전문성의 네 가지 핵심 범주로 분류하여 내용분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 요양보호사의 웰다잉 경험은 첫째, 죽음에 대한 긍정 적 인식과 수용 태도를 강화하는 데 기여하였다. 둘째, 자기성찰 을 촉진하여 개인적·직업적 성장을 이끌었다. 셋째, 전문성 강화 의 기제로 작용하여 돌봄 서비스의 질적 향상에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 기존 연구의 흐름과 대체로 일치하며, 요양보호사 의 웰다잉 경험이 단순한 직무적 사건을 넘어 성찰적 학습과 전 문성 형성의 중요한 기반이 됨을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 본 연 구는 요양보호사의 웰다잉 경험을 학문적·실천적 측면에서 재조 명하고, 자기성찰과 전문성 함의를 탐구함으로써 돌봄 노동의 가 치와 요양보호사 직종의 사회적 위상을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있 다. 또한 본 연구는 웰다잉 교육과 임종돌봄 지원 프로그램의 필 요성을 강조하며, 향후 교육·정책적 지원 방향을 모색하는 데 중 요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

해리엇 비처 스토우의 􋺷톰 아저씨의 오두막􋺸은 19세기 미국 노예제 폐지 운 동의 중요한 문학적 산물로 널리 알려져 있지만, 이 논문은 해당 작품을 예배신 학적 관점에서 재조명한다. 이 논문은 소설에 드러난 세 가지 상이한 예배 형태 —남부 백인 주류 교회의 권위적이고 제도화된 예배, 퀘이커 공동체의 평등하고 실천적인 예배, 흑인 노예 공동체의 고난 속 은밀한 예배—를 중심으로 예배 공 간, 예배자, 예배 내용이라는 세 축을 따라 예배신학의 틀로 분석한다. 이를 통해 예배가 어떻게 억압의 도구로 작용하거나 반대로 해방의 통로가 될 수 있는지 살펴본다. 또한 문학비평과 예배신학의 학제적 접근을 통해 당대 미국 사회에서 예배가 지닌 정치적․사회적 의미를 해석하고, 오늘날 예배 공동체가 직면한 공 공성 회복과 억압적 구조에 대한 비판, 실천적 전환의 과제를 논의한다. 더 나아 가 주인공 톰의 순교적 신앙과 ‘삶의 예배’ 개념을 통해 기존 예배 전통을 넘어 서는 새로운 신학적 상상력을 제안하며, 예배의 본질과 공동체성, 영성에 대한 깊은 성찰을 시도한다. 이 논문은 􋺷톰 아저씨의 오두막􋺸의 예배 서사를 통해 오 늘날 예배가 억압과 해방의 어느 지점에 서 있는지 묻고, 21세기 한국 교회를 포 함한 현대 예배 공동체에 신학적 갱신과 반성의 가능성을 제시한다.

본 연구는 오늘날 하나의 사회적 문제로 제기되기 시작한 임신거부증 (denial of pregnancy) 현상을 정신건강의학, 진화생물학, 사회학, 여성 학 등 다각적 관점으로 분석하고, 이에 터하여 사회적·윤리적 쟁점과 제 도적 대응 방안을 성찰하였다. 본 연구는 임신거부증의 임상적 유형과 진단적 논쟁을 면밀히 살펴보고 은폐임신 등 유사 개념과의 구분을 명확 히 하고자 하였다. 또한 진화생물학적·사회문화적 해석을 통해 이 현상이 단일 원인으로 환원될 수 없는 복합적 문제임을 지적하였다. 그리고 한 국과 해외 사례 비교를 통해서는 사회적 낙인과 지원 체계 부재가 기저 의 공통 배경임을 확인하였으며, 또한 최근 한국의 보호출산제 도입 등 제도적 변화의 의의를 평가하였다. 윤리적 논의에서는 한나 아렌트의 탄 생성(natality) 개념과 마사 누스바움의 역량 접근법(capabilities approach)을 이론적 기반으로 삼아 살펴보았다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으 로 임신거부증이 생명의 환대와 인간 존엄 그리고 사회적 책임의 문제임 을 강조하였다. 특히 이 현상을 어떤 개인의 일탈로 보는 관점에서 벗어 나 사회구조적 맥락에서 이해해야 함을 주장하였다. 결론적으로 임신거 부증은 개인의 일탈이 아니라 사회구조적 실패를 반영하는 현상이다. 따 라서 의료·법률·복지 등 각 영역의 연계와 사회 공동체적 윤리 실천을 통 한 예방 및 지원 체계의 구축이 시급하다는 점을 제언하였다.

As a folk art that combines earthy simplicity with refined elegance, Henan Diaoqu in China has gradually formed its performance style since the Ming and Qing dynasties, giving rise to multiple sub-genres and enduring through the ages. As one of the most representative traditional opera forms in the Central Plains region, its linked melody structure and widely appealing vocal styles have all been deeply influenced by Confucian thought. However, the development of Diaoqu has gone through multiple periods, and under the impact of modernization, its inheritance and development face multiple challenges. Based on the dual dimensions of cultural genes and musical forms, this paper clarifies the developmental context of Diaoqu and analyzes the manifestation of Confucian thought in its qupai (melody card) structure, libretto texts, and performance practices. It thus puts forward innovative ideas for the contemporary inheritance of Diaoqu, proposing the integration of Confucian "music education" philosophy with modern music education to facilitate its modern transmission, achieve its living inheritance empowered by digital technology, and rediscover its value in cross-cultural dialogue.

Purpose: This study examined the effects of clinical nurses' communication skills, critical reflection, and professional self-efficacy on medication safety competency. Methods: The participants were 150 clinical nurses with at least 12 months of experience in a tertiary hospital. Validated scales for assessed communication skills, critical reflection, professional self-efficacy, and medication safety competency. Data were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 with descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation, and regression analyses. Results: The mean medication safety competency score was 4.24 ± 0.49, with the highest subscale scores observed in crisis management, patient-centered medication management, and problem-solving. Nurses aged 36 years and older and with over 6 years of experience demonstrated significantly higher medication safety competency. Medication safety competency showed positive correlations with communication skills (r = .68, p <. 001), critical reflection (r = .70, p < .001), and professional self-efficacy (r = .61, p <. 001). Regression analysis revealed these factors as significant predictors, collectively accounting for 57.5% of the variance. Conclusion: Communication skills, critical reflection, and self-efficacy significant determinants of nurses’ medication safety competency. Educational programs targeting theses domains are essential to improve medication safety. Further research is needed to assess and refine such interventions, thereby supporting continuous professional development and improved patient outcomes.

제4차 로잔대회가 2024년 9월 인천 송도에서 열렸다. 연구자는 소고를 통해 제4차 로잔대회를 Business As Mission의 관점에서 조명하고 성찰하였다. 제2장에서는 과거 로잔 공식문서에 담긴 일터 선교론을 정리하였고, 제3장에서는 제4차 로잔대회 현장에서 드러난 시장, 일터, 노동, 돈에 관한 담론들을 조명하였다. 제4장에서는 제4차 로잔대회를 기준으로 역대 로잔대회 속 일터 선교론과의 연속성을 살펴보고, 한국교회 BAM 운동을 조명하며 확장성을 논하며, 대회가 주는 교훈으로 한국교회 목회와 선교 현장에 적용하였다. 특히, 제3장 에 담긴 일터 트랙에서 발표된 여섯 개 카테고리 즉 일터와 노동에 대한 성경적 관점, 일터 현장의 크리스천 그 신분과 사역의 기회, 청지기로서의 기업 경영, 크리스천의 사명 - 건강한 부의 창출과 분배, 복음의 불모지에서의 남다른 리더십 그리고 위기 상황 속 비즈니 스를 통한 총체적 변혁 등에 담긴 세부 내용은 한국교회 비즈니스선교 현장가는 물론 목회자와 선교신학자들에게 나름의 도전이요 영감이 될 것이라 기대한다.

This study reviewed Chinese primary school writing curriculum from 1902 to 2022 to reflect on its strengths and weaknesses. The review came to the following conclusions: 1) The teaching of writing should be done independently from general Chinese language education; 2) Teaching objectives should not be limited to skills training but should also include emotional literacy; 3) Teaching methods should be connected to the mental and physical developmental stage of students; 4) The teaching process should not be random, but should be standardized, and; 5) Evaluation of teaching should be measured on an objective and detailed evaluation scale.

최근 시멘트 콘크리트 포장의 아스팔트 덧씌우기 포장을 유지보수 공법으로 채택할 경우 반사균열이 다수 발생하여 유지보수 비용 증가로 이루어지고 있다. 반사균열 발생일 지연시키기 위하여 다양한 재료 및 공법을 사용하고 있으나 이에 대한 효과를 정확하게 평 가하는 시험방법 및 평가기준이 미비한 상태이다. 미국에서도 반사균열 문제로 인하여 유지보수 비용이 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 아스 팔트 함량을 높게 하고 개질제 및 그리드를 사용하여 반사균열 발생을 지연시키려는 노력을 하고 있다. 미국 및 선진국에서는 반사균열 평가 시험법으로 Texas Overlay Tester를 범용으로 사용하고 있으며, 반사균열 저항성 평가에 유일무 이한 장비로 알려져 있다. 최근 93%에 이르는 하중 감소율에 도달하는 하중 재하횟수 시험에 시간적 노력과 편차가 크다는 논란이 재 기되어 1000회 까지만 수행하여 균열발생(crack initiation)과 균열전파(crack propagation) 특성울 계산하여 보다 역학적인 방법에 의한 반 사균열 저항성 평가가 시도되고 있다. 밀입도, PSMA, 구스, 그리드 보강 아스팔트 혼합물에 대한 Overlay Tester를 이용하여 반사균열 수행을 수행하였으며, 이에 대한 균 열발생과 균열 전파 특서을 정량화 하여 비교 분석을 실시하였다.

Black ice, a thin and nearly invisible ice layer on roads and pavements, poses a significant danger to drivers and pedestrians during winter due to its transparency. We propose an efficient black ice detection system and technique utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS)-reflected signals. This system consists of a GPS antenna and receiver configured to measure the power of GPS L1 band signal strength. The GPS receiver system was designed to measure the signal power of the Right-Handed Circular Polarization (RHCP) and Left-Handed Circular Polarization (LHCP) from direct and reflected signals using two GPS antennas. Field experiments for GPS LHCP and RHCP reflection measurements were conducted at two distinct sites. We present a Normalized Polarized Reflection Index (NPRI) as a methodological approach for determining the presence of black ice on road surfaces. The field experiments at both sites successfully detected black ice on asphalt roads, indicated by NPRI values greater than 0.1 for elevation angles between 45o and 55o. Our findings demonstrate the potential of the proposed GPS-based system as a cost-effective and scalable solution for large-scale black ice detection, significantly enhancing road safety in cold climates. The scientific significance of this study lies in its novel application of GPS reflection signals for environmental monitoring, offering a new approach that can be integrated into existing GPS infrastructure to detect widespread black ice in real-time.

This study proposes a soil moisture retrieval method from ground reflection signals received by Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna modules consisting of an up-looking (UP) right-hand circular polarization (RHCP) and two down-looking (DW) RHCP and left-hand circular polarization (LHCP) signals. Field experiments at four different surface types (asphalt, grassland, dry soil, and moist soil) revealed that the DW RHCP and LHCP signals are affected by antenna height and multipath interference signals. The strength differences between the DW LHCP and UP RHCP signals were in good agreement with the DW LHCP signals. Methodologically, this study applied a spectrum analysis to the detrended surface-reflected signals for RHCP and LHCP. The study indicated that the down-looking antenna exhibited greater sensitivity to reflected GPS signals than the up-looking antenna. We demonstrated the feasibility of estimating soil moisture using GPS signals, by comparing LHCP signals received by the down-looking antenna with theoretical values. This study presents a novel method for estimating soil moisture in vegetated areas, leveraging the advantage of crosspolarization comparisons to achieve stronger signal strength than single-polarization reflection signals. With further research, including long-term observations and detailed analysis, the proposed method has the potential to enhance performance significantly.

조선 말 기독교가 전해진 이후, 대부분의 한국 신학자들은 한국적 신학 형성을 추구하기보다 서구신학을 수용하기에 급급했다. 그런데 1960년대 본격적으로 토착화 신학 논쟁이 시작되었고, 이후 몇몇 신학자들이 자신학화 형성에 노력하였다. 그러한 시도 가운데, 김흡영 이 기독교 신학의 새 길로써 ‘도(道)의 신학’으로 새 밀레니엄의 패러다임 전환을 주장하였다. 본 논문은 김흡영의 도의 신학을 중심으로 선교신 학적 성찰을 하고자 한다. 먼저, 한국신학의 동향을 살피고, 도의 신학의 이해를 위하여 도의 신학의 태동, 도-그리스도론, 도 삼위일체 론 그리고 신-우주-인간적 패러다임의 생명생태신학을 다룬다. 또한, 도의 신학에 대한 선교신학적 의의와 평가로써 도의 성경적 의미의 재발견과 로고스 신학과 프락시스 신학을 넘어서는 통전적 신학의 시도, 세계기독교 시대와 생태계 위기에 대한 한국적 응답, 그리고 한국교회와 한국적 신학의 부조화 극복 과제를 논한다. 세계기독교 시대에 도의 신학이 한국적 신학 중의 하나로 정체성을 드러내며 21세기 의 세계적 신학 패러다임으로 조명받기를 바란다.

This study aimed to explore nursing students' experience of learning cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in a web-based virtual simulation (vSim) through analysis of the reflection journals. Method: From June to July 2020, data were collected from 48 fourth-year nursing students who performed the simulation by reviewing prompt feedback on their CPR performance. The contents of the reflection journals were analyzed using NVivo qualitative data analysis software. Results: Nursing students experienced unfamiliarity with the English-based virtual environment as well as psychological pressure and anxiety about emergencies. Incorrect interventions were identified in the following order of frequency: violation of defibrillator guidelines, missing fundamental nursing care, error in applying an electrocardiogram monitor, inadequate initial response to cardiac arrest, insufficient chest compression, and inadequate ventilation. Lastly, the participants learned the importance of embodied knowledge, for knowing and acting accurately and reacting immediately, and their attitudes as nurses, such as responsibility, calmness, and attentiveness. Learning strategies included memory retention through repetition, real-time feedback analysis, pre-learning, and imagining action sequences in advance. The level of achievement, time required, CPR quality, and confidence improved with behavior-modification strategies developed through self-reflection. Conclusion: Educational interventions that are based on understanding accurate algorithms can strengthen selfawareness of mistakes to improve efficient imparting of CPR education.

본 연구의 목적은 민주시민이자 세계시민으로서 갖추어야 할 자질과 현재와 미래 사회에서 요구되는 인성을 평가하는 성찰-실천기반 인성척 도를 개발하는 것이다. 첫째, 50개의 예비문항으로 탐색적 요인분석을 수행한 결과 총 8개 요인(자기이해, 공감, 공정, 협동, 인권, 미디어리터 러시, 환경, 그리고 타문화이해, 각 요인당 4개 문항)을 추출하였다. 둘 째, 급내상관계수를 이용하여 척도의 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 평가하였고, 그 결과 8개 요인 모두 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 32개 문항으로 확인적 요 인분석을 수행한 결과 성찰-실천기반 인성척도 모형은 전체 설명변량 중 65.67%를 설명하였고 모형 적합도 지수는 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 본 척 도의 신뢰도와 타당도 모두 높게 나타났다. 이들 결과는 성찰-실천기반 인성척도는 타당하고 신뢰할 만한 인성 측정 도구로 사용될 수 있다는 것을 나타낸다. 본 연구의 성찰-실천기반 인성척도를 교육 현장에 적용 하여 인성교육의 효과성과 그 효과의 지속성을 검증하는데 사용할 수 있 을 것이다.

Forty years have passed since the UNCLOS was adopted and it is necessary to reexamine its successes and failures. This article will set out to check the four legislative features of the UNCLOS and then make some suggestions. From the aspect of legislative technique, the UNCLOS is extensive with an ambitious framework but is vague in details. From the aspect of a principled position, meanwhile, its provisions are mainly beneficial to countries with long and unimpeded sea lines but not to landlocked countries, short coastlines, or an impeded outward extension. From the aspect of rights and interest division, the division of maritime rights and interests of countries in the UNCLOS is not operational in practice. From the aspect of dispute resolution, it has constructed an ambitious mechanism accommodating various international judicial institutions, which is, however, too complicated, lacks focus, and has loopholes. The international community should consider revising and improving the Convention in view of certain shortcomings and deficiencies in its legislative features

WAIS in South Korea and WEU Inc. in Philadelphia hosting the 22nd World Peace Island Forum: Remembering Jeju King Cherry Trees Bio-diplomacy (1943) in Washington D.C. and the first Korean Congress Democracy (1919) in Philadelphia which organized by the Korean Provisional Government from March 22 to 24, 2022. We want to propose cultural historic events which connect American and Korean society, such as the Trip to Faith and Liberty Hall that relate to the integration processes of Korean and American Democracy. Dean Max Friedman of American University calls the Jeju King cherry trees cultural event bio-diplomacy among world citizens. In addition, the Korean embassy evaluated the cherry tree event as a new kind of bio-diplomacy approach which paves the way for understanding different cultures in different countries. The aim of this paper is to share present contexts and meanings about both the first Korean Congress Democracy (1919) and Bio-diplomacy (1943). We had also the 2022 GAN Korea Jeju to Philadelphia Webinar Conference: Diversity as a New Diversity for Global Ageing Network in New Normal: Jeju Village Healing, PASSi Asian Culture, Japanese Indigenous Peace Culture, and Busan Smart Health Care approach.

In this study, the PBL class was applied to a Vietnamese video class. 13 learners were divided into 3 groups, and it was examined whether all learners grew toward their learning goals, and if so, through what process they grew. When group 1 announces a task, groups 2 and 3 perform peer evaluation and submit a peer evaluation sheet. For this, group 1 categorized the contents of peer evaluation into reflecting, partially reflecting, revised, and not reflecting to prepare the presentation evaluation sheet. Further, they were required to write a reason why “not reflecting.” A reflection log was also submitted. As a result of the above, the assignments were immediately revised, supplemented, and developed every week through peer and instructor evaluation. Through this process, the instructor learned in detail what kind of reflection the presenter and team members were doing each week. In particular, learners achieved ‘up-leveling’ with the activeness of immediately accepting each other’s strengths while conducting peer evaluations on each other’s presentations. This shows that the weekly assignments are improved, while the competencies of both the presentation team and peers are developed at the same time.
