        입자기반 전산유체역학 기법은 유체역학에서의 라그란지안 접근법에 기반을 두고 있다. 입자기반 방식은 입자 각각이 물리량을 가지고 움직이며 이러한 입자의 움직임을 추적하는 방식으로 유체의 거동을 구현할 수 있다. 이러한 방식은 격렬한 움직임에 의한 자유표면 혹은 경계면의 운동 재현에 우수성이 있으나 연속체역학을 위반할 수 있다는 문제점 역시 포함하고 있다. 이를 반대로 말하자면 특별한 조치를 취하지 않는 경우에는 연속체가 아닌 물질에 대한 구현이 매우 쉽게 가능하다는 것이기도 하다. 이에 따라, 기존의 유체에서 사용되는 입자기반 전산해석방식을 지배방정식 단계에서부터 고체입자형으로 변형이 가능하다는 것을 알 수있다. 본 연구에서는 입자기반 전산해석방식을 고체입자에 알맞은 형태로 변환하였다. 변환을 위해 유체에서 사용되는 점성항을 제거하고 대신 마찰항을 추가하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 고체입자형 전산해석 프로그램을 이용하여 고체입자의 붕괴를 구현하였으며 이를 유체입자 붕괴와의 비교를 통해 입증하였다. 또한 유체입자가 가질 수 없는 고체입자만의 특성인 안식각을 구현하여 고체입자를 위한 입자기반 전산해석 프로그램을 완성하였다.

        The most time consuming job in the sheet metal forming process is compensating for springback. Factors such as uneven material properties and process conditions generate noise, which in turn create springback. The springback is very sensitive to the process and noise conditions, and the main effects of the design variables cannot be obtained from mean analysis. Therefore, to achieve minimal springback, an effective design countermeasure must be put in place to reduce noise effects. In this study, two robust design methods to achieve minimal springback in U-channel forming, including compensation process, are proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is shown with an example of the sidewall curl springback. The proposed methods consistently outperform our previous work, indicating that the complex method is more preferable to the mean analysis, if there is no evidence of additivity of effects.

        Background: The process of language translation, adaptation, and cross-cultural validation of tools for use in multiple countries requires the adoption of well-established, comprehensive, and rigorous methodological approaches. Back translation, which is the most recommended method, permits the detection of errors in the translation and the identification of words or phrases that cannot be accurately or literally translated. Objects: The aim of this study was to verify the content validity of a Korean version of a Balance Evaluation Systems test (BESTest) by using a back-translation method. Methods: This research was conducted in six steps: 1) translation of the BESTest into Korean, 2) evaluation of the translation conformity of Korean-translated BESTest, 3) evaluation of the degree of translation comprehension, 4) back translation of Korean BESTest, 5) evaluation of the technical and conceptual equivalence, and 6) completion of the Korean version of BESTest by the translation verification committee. Results: In this study, Korean version of the BESTest achieved a rating of more than 3 (moderate) for translation comprehension, and technical equivalence and conceptual equivalence of back translation were evaluated as 3 (moderate) or more. Conclusion: The Korean version of the BESTest has proven content validity and is an appropriate tool to measure balance function.

        Background: The Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and the Fullerton Advanced Balance (FAB) scale have been used to assess balance function in patients with chronic stroke. These clinical balance scales provide information about potential risk factors for falls. Objects: The purpose of this study was to investigate the incidence of and risk factors of falls and compare the predictive values of the BBS and FAB scale relative to fall risk in patients with stroke through receiver operating characteristic analysis. Methods: Sixty-three patients with stroke (faller=34, non-faller=29) who could walk independently for 10 meters participated in this study. The BBS and FAB scale were administered. Then, we verified the cut-off score, sensitivity, specificity, and the area of under the curve. Results: In this study, the BBS and FAB scale did not predict fall risk in patients with stroke in the receiver operator characteristic curve analysis. A cut-off score of 37.5 points provided sensitivity of .47 and specificity of .35 on the BBS, and a cut-off score of 20.5 points provided sensitivity of .44 and specificity of .45 on the FAB scale.         PURPOSES: This paper presents a mix design method for using steel slag as an aggregate for asphalt mixtures. METHODS: Steel slag has a different density and absorption rate than natural aggregates. The asphalt content was calculated according to the steel slag characteristics, and the formula for aggregate-gradation correction was presented. RESULTS: The asphalt mix was designed using the proposed equations. Using the proposed mix design method, it was possible to design the asphalt mixture according to the target-usage amount of the recycled aggregate. CONCLUSIONS: The suggested method can be used for asphalt mix design using aggregates with different densities and absorption rates. It is expected to contribute to quality improvement by ensuring accurate calculation of mixing ratios for steel slag asphalt mixtures.

        PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to estimate the optimum content of an inorganic additive for cold-recycled asphalt mixtures and evaluate its performance. METHODS: An indirect tensile test, a tensile-strength ratio test, and an indirect tensile-fatigue test were conducted on cold-recycling asphalt mixtures with various additives. RESULTS: The laboratory performance tests indicated that granulated blast-furnace slag mixed with inorganic and cement activators provided optimum performance. The performance results of the cold-recycled asphalt pavement were similar to the inorganic and cement activators’ performance in terms of the indirect tensile strength, tensile strength ratio, and indirect tensile-fatigue test. CONCLUSIONS : Overall, the performance of a cold-recycled asphalt mixture using inorganic additives and emulsion asphalt was comparable to a warm-recycled asphalt mixture. However, more experiments aimed at improving its performance and studying the effect of the inorganic additives must be conducted.

        This study was investigated the quality characteristics and antioxidant of dried Dioscorea bulbifera with various pre-soaking concentrations of oligosaccharide. Dioscorea bulbifera are prepared by additions of 0, 4, 6, 8 and 10% oligosaccharide solution, and dried at 50℃. The effects of pre-soaking percent of Dioscorea bulbifera slices were evaluated by the moisture, soluble solid, pH, titratable acidity, color, browning degree, texture, antioxidant activities and sensory test. According to the percent of pre-soaking oligosaccharide solution was increased, the moisture was increased but soluble solids and titratable acidity were decreased. With respect to the result of colors, Dioscorea bulbifera slices that underwent the 10% pre-soaked process (85.86%) were lighter than control (73.88%). However, the redness and yellowness scores were the lowest than control. The springiness and cohesiveness of texture showed no significant differences among all groups. Gumminess and chewiness of texture results were increased according to per-soaking concentration increase. Also the polyphenol, flavonoid and DPPH (α, α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl) and ABTS [2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)] radical scavenging activities were significantly increased with increasing immersion concentration. The Dioscorea bulbifera slices supplemented with 6% pre-soaking oligosaccharide solution treatment showed the highest total sensory score. The results of our study indicated that when pre-soaking oligosaccharide solution is used to immerse the Dioscorea bulbifera slice, it has browning inhibition and antioxidant effect.

        본 논문의 주 목적은 기존선형과 저항을 최소화하는 최적선형에 대한 에너지효율 성능을 평가하는 것이다. 설계 흘수와 설계 선속을 고려하여 대상선박의 선수부 형상을 검토하였다. 실제 운항 상태에서 대상선박의 저항성능을 평가하였다. 상용 전산유체역학(CFD) 코드와 수조 모형시험 자료는 유효마력 평가를 위해 사용되었다. 실제 운항 상태를 고려하여 최소저항을 가지는 최적선형을 제시하였다. 기존선형과 최적선형에 대하여 3가지 선속에서 유효마력을 추정하였다. 최적선형의 저항성능은 기존선형과 비교하여 볼 때 설계속도(12노 트)에서 약 6% 향상된 결과를 보여 주었다. 준추진효율 계수(ETAD, ηD)는 모형시험 자료를 활용하였다. 에너지 효율 성능은 년간 운항일 수, 벙커C유 가격, 1일 연료사용량 그리고 연료소비계수를 바탕으로 작성되었다. 최적선형의 에너지 효율 성능은 기존선형과 비교하였을 때 12노트에서 연간 약 3천만원 절약된 결과를 보여 주었다.

        수층으로 용출되는 질소(N)와 인(P)의 영양염 플럭스는 1차 생산성에 대한 총 영양요구량의 상당 부분을 지원할 수 있기 때문 에 퇴적물-해수 환경의 상호작용을 파악하는 것은 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 곰소만·근소만의 환경 일반항목들과 퇴적물-해수 경계면에서 저서 영양염 용출 플럭스를 분석 및 추정하였다. 또한 이전에 보고된 영양염 플럭스의 데이터를 비교하여 지역적인 차이를 확인하고자 하였다. 그 결과 근소만 법산에서 봄철 영양염 용출 플럭스가 DIN 6.14 mmol m-2 d-1, DIP 0.32 mmol m-2 d-1로 조사정점 중 가장 높게 나타났 다. 퇴적물 COD의 경우 법산의 사계절 값이 4.0~10.8 mg/g·dry로 나타나 유기물 오염에 의한 환경 악화가 진행되고 있었다. 앞으로 갯벌어 장 관리에 대한 방안이 마련되지 않는다면 양식생물의 생산량 감소의 문제가 발생될 것이다. 따라서 생물자원의 지속적인 이용을 위해 갯벌 환경의 장기적인 모니터링이 선행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

        본 연구에서는 우리나라의 대표적인 자연사박물관인 고성공룡박물관의 관람객 수를 통계적으로 분석하였고, 관람객을 대상으로 만족도를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 2005년부터 2014년까지 지난 10년 간 누적 관람객 수는 약 341만 명이었다. 연간 최대 관람객 수는 약 44만 명이며, 연간 최소 관람객 수는 약 30만 명으로, 연평균 관람객 수는 약 34만 명이었다. 전체 관람객 중에서 개인 관람객의 누적 인원은 약 280만 명으로 82.0%를 차지하였으며, 단체 관람객 누적 인원은 약 61만 명으로 18%이었다. 월별 방문 관람객 수를 분석한 결과, 8월에 약 53만 명으로 가장 많고, 2월에 약 14만 명으로 가장 적었다. 개인과 단체 관람객의 방문 패턴은 차이를 보였는데, 개인 관람객은 8월에 가장 많았고, 12월이 가장 적었다. 반면, 단체 관람객은 10월에 가장 많았고, 2월에 가장 적었다. 관람객들의 거주 지역은 대체로 지리적 접근성과 거주 지역의 인구수에 비례하는 것으로 나타났다. 관람객들의 만족도 조사 결과, 대체적으로 높은 만족도(평균 4.1)를 보였으나, 일부 시설에 대해서는 개선이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 관람객의 방문 횟수와 재방문 의사에 대한 설문 조사 결과, 192명 중 102명(53.1%)이 2회 이상 방문하였고, 198명 중 178명(89.9%)은 재방문 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 조사 결과는 고성공룡박물관의 중장기적 발전 방안 마련을 위한 현황 분석 및 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        Objective of this study was to investigate the residual levels of heavy metals in rice contract farming complex for exporting to China. Paddy soil, irrigation water and rice grain were taken from 20 fie1ds located in Icheon city, Cheorwon-gun, Cheongju city, Seocheon-gun, Gunsan city and Haenamgun. The elements of samples were analyzed using ion chromatography, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS after acid digestion. The arsenic (As) contents of paddy soil were ranged from 2.9 to 18.2 mg/kg, which were lower than 25 mg/kg as concern level of environmental pollution in Korea. Cadmium (Cd) was below the limit of quantitation (0.006 mg/kg) in all samples. The highest contents of copper (Cu) was detected to be 25.6 mg/kg in Seocheon-gun sample, but it was below 1/10 fold of the threshold levels 250 mg/kg for soil pollution. Also, the average contents of nikel (Ni), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), and hexavalent chrome (Cr6+) were found to be lower than the criterion of soil pollution concern, and it was considered to be safe. The residual levels of arsenic in agricultural waters were relatively high, up to 24.3 ug/L in river water, but was detected as 1~2 ug/L level in the ground water. These levels are lower than the water quality standard, 0.05 mg/kg of agricultural water. The concentrations of mercury (Hg) and total chromium (Cr) in the white rice and brown rice were less than the limit of quantitation, and the levels of cadmium in the range of 0.004 to 0.068 mg/kg were less than safety criteria 0.2 mg/kg in Korea and China. In addition, the contents of lead (Pb) in white rice ranged from 0.002 to 0.136 mg/kg, which was safe to be 0.2 mg/kg for Korean white rice and 0.2 mg/kg for China brown rice. As a whole, the residual levels of heavy metals such as arsenic in rice was safely maintained as 1/10 to 1/20 of the residual limits of Korea and China. In conclusion, the heavy metals levels should not be worried in rice contract farming complex for exporting to China.

        수경재배 시스템에 있어서 배액의 재활용은 생산비 절감 및 환경오염 방지를 위하여 중요하다. 방울토마토를 반촉성 수경재배 하면서 생육 단계별 공급액, 배액 및 잎의 무기성분 분석을 통하여 순환식 수경재배 시스템 개발을 위한 기초자료를 확보하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 주기적으로 공급액, 배액 및 식물체 잎을 채취한 후 무기물 함량을 분석하였다. 생육 초기에는 배액의 EC가 공급액과 비슷한 약 2.0dS·m-1였지만, 생육 후기로 갈수록 높아져 9화방 착과기에는 4.5dS·m-1였다. 영양생장이 왕성한 생육 초기의 pH는 6.4~6.7 범위였으나 생식생장이 강해진 생육 후기에는 5.9~6.1로 낮아지는 경향이었다. 생육 초기에는 공 급액과 배액의 NO3-N, P, K, Ca 및 Mg 농도가 비슷하였지만 생육 후기로 갈수록 공급액보다 배액의 농도가 높아지는 경향이었다. 생육 초기에 잎의 T-N 함량이 높았지만 후기로 갈수록 낮아지는 경향이었다. K와 Ca 함량은 생육 초기에는 낮았으나 후기로 갈수록 높았으며, P와 Mg 함량은 생육초기부터 후기까지 유사한 수준으로 분석되었다. 이상의 결과는 토마토 수경재배를 배액재 활용에 있어 무기원소 농도 변화를 교정하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        The present experiment was designed to investigate the effects of extruded linseed supplementation on methane production in Holstein steers. Four Holstein steers fitted with permanent cannulas were assigned to two dietary treatments in a duplicated 2 × 2 Latin square design: a control diet consisting of tall fescue straw (65%) and concentrate (35%), and a treatment diet supplemented with 3.8% extruded linseed by replacing a part of ingredients in the concentrate of the control diet. The concentrates of the control and the treatment diet were isoenergetic and isonitrogenous. Extruded linseed supplementation did not affect dry matter intake but significantly (P<0.05) increased the intake of lipid. Rumen pH was significantly (P<0.05) lower for control than for treatment. Although there was no significant difference between treatments, the concentration of total VFA in control was 21% higher than in treatment. The concentrations of acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid were not different between treatments. Extruded linseed supplementation significantly (P<0.05) reduced methane output(g/d) and emission factor. Methane conversion rate was lower for treatment than for control but no significant difference was found. The results of the present study showed that extruded linseed supplementation in the diet of Holstein steers could reduce methane output.

        This study was conducted with two ruminally cannulated Holstein steers to examine the effect of micronized and steam flaked corn on ruminal fermentation characteristics. The in situ dry matter degradability after 48 h incubation was the highest (P<0.05) at micronized corn (2.5 mm thickness) compared with steam flaked corn treatments. The steam flacked corn (3.3 mm thickness) was degraded lower (P<0.05) than the 2.9 and 3.1 mm thickness of steam flacked corn. Effective dry matter degradability and the rate of constant were the highest (P<0.05) at micronized corn (2.5 mm thickness) compared with steam flaked corns as well. The in vitro dry matter degradability after 48 h incubation was tended to higher (P=0.088) at micronized corn (2.5 mm thickness) than steam flaked corns, whereas there is no significantly difference between steam flaked corn treatments. Total volatile fatty acid concentration was higher at steam flaked corn (2.9 mm thickness) than micronized corn (2.5 mm thickness) and steam flaked corn (3.1 and 3.3 mm thickness). The acetate : propionate ratio was the highest (P=0.008) at steam flaked corn (2.9 mm thickness) and the lowest (P=0.008) at micronized corn (2.5 mm thickness). Total gas and methane production after 48h ruminal incubation was the highest (P=0.001) at micronized corn (2.5 mm thickness) compared with steam flaked corns. According to these results, the thickness of steam flaked corn as resulted corn processing is believed to do not affect methane production. However, further study is needed to better understand the present results to verify the correlation between corn processing method and their thickness on methane production using the same thickness corns by difference processing methods.

        A new barley(Hordeum vulgare L.) cultivar ‘Dachung’ having high forage yielding and good silage quality was developed at National Institute of Crop Science, RDA in 2015. This cultivar was derived from a cross of the ‘Sunwoo’ and ‘Keunalbori1ho’ in 2002. And it’s promising line showed both high yield and lodging resistance through the preliminary and advanced yield trials(PYT, AYT) at Iksan from 2010 to 2012. It was designated as the ‘Iksan479’. ‘Iksan479’ was conducted to regional yield trials(RYT) in six locations around Korea for three years from 2013 to 2015. And it was released as the name of ‘Dachung’. It has erect plant type, growth habit of IV and green leaf. In the paddy field its heading date was April 24 and maturing date was May 26, same day with ‘Youngyang’. Plant height of ‘Dachung’ was 99cm. Dachung’s spikes per m2 was 625. It has high rate of leaf blades, resistance to BaYMV(Barley Yellow Mosiac Virus) and better winter hardiness than that of ‘Youngyang’. The average dry matter of ‘Dachung’ was about 11.9 ton ha-1 in paddy field. And average feed quality of ‘Dachung’ was 9.0% of crude protein content, 31.3% of ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber), 54.4% of NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber), 64.0% of TDN (Total Digestible Nutrients). ‘Dachung’ had grade I of silage quality. This cultivar would be suitable for the area above the daily minimum temperature of -8℃ in January in Korean peninsula.

        Quantum-inspired Genetic Algorithm (QGA) is a probabilistic search optimization method combined quantum computation and genetic algorithm. In QGA, the chromosomes are encoded by qubits and are updated by quantum rotation gates, which can achieve a genetic search. Asset-based weapon target assignment (WTA) problem can be described as an optimization problem in which the defenders assign the weapons to hostile targets in order to maximize the value of a group of surviving assets threatened by the targets. It has already been proven that the WTA problem is NP-complete. In this study, we propose a QGA and a hybrid-QGA to solve an asset-based WTA problem. In the proposed QGA, a set of probabilistic superposition of qubits are coded and collapsed into a target number. Q-gate updating strategy is also used for search guidance. The hybrid-QGA is generated by incorporating both the random search capability of QGA and the evolution capability of genetic algorithm (GA). To observe the performance of each algorithm, we construct three synthetic WTA problems and check how each algorithm works on them. Simulation results show that all of the algorithm have good quality of solutions. Since the difference among mean resulting value is within 2%, we run the nonparametric pairwise Wilcoxon rank sum test for testing the equality of the means among the results. The Wilcoxon test reveals that GA has better quality than the others. In contrast, the simulation results indicate that hybrid-QGA and QGA is much faster than GA for the production of the same number of generations.

        This study was carried out to investigate the physicochemical characteristics of cultivated cereals by Phellinus linteus mycelium. Also, we investigated the content of free sugar, organic acid, free amino acid, mineral and fatty acid of cultivated cereals by P. linteus mycelium. The major free sugars were determined the glucose, maltose, and fucose by HPLC. The content of total free sugars was the highest in cultivated red rice by P. linteus mycelium at 36oC. The content of fucose was the highest in cultivated red rice by P. linteus mycelium at all cultivation temperatures. The organic acids were identified oxalic acid, malic acid, citric acid, and succinic acid, as in the case of free sugar, higher contents of organic acids were observed in the cultivated cereals by P. linteus mycelium than control. There was no significant difference in the mineral content between the control and cultivated cereals by P. linteus mycelium. Sixteen kind of free amino acid were detected in cultivated cereals by P. linteus mycelium. And the content of total free amino acids were higher in the cultivated cereals by P. linteus mycelium than the control. And essential amino acids showed significantly differences between control and cultivated cereals by P. linteus mycelium. Fatty acids were detected with seven kinds of fatty acids, and the major fatty acid was determined the linoleic acid by GC-MS. The content of linoleic acid was higher in the cultivated cereals by P. linteus mycelium than the control.

        This study was conducted to investigate the proximate composition, free sugars, amino acids, and minerals in five Lentinula edodes cultivars collected in Korea. No significant differences in the content of crude fat and crude fiber were found between the samples; however, there was significant variation in the contents of nitrogen free extract, ash, and crude protein. Three kinds of free sugars (fucose, arabinose, and glucose) were identified by HPLC, with the glucose content ranging from 5.94% to 12.08%. Sixteen kinds of free amino acids were identified: the highest content of amino acids was found in ‘Sanlim5ho’ (13,768.33 mg%), while the highest content of free amino acids was found in ‘Sanlim4ho’ (6,790.57 mg%). The minerals detected in the L. edodes cultivars were potassium, calcium, magnesium, and sodium, the contents of which ranged from 567.16–2,356.09 mg%, 3.85–7.42 mg%, 9.79–20.88 mg%, and 19.60–22.62 mg%, respectively.

        이 연구는 ‘융합인재교육(STEAM교육)’의 철학적, 역사적, 교육학적 본질적 의미의 이론적 배경을 탐색하고 바람직한 교육현장 적용의 방법을 모색하여 국내교육대상자의 범위 확대와 더불어 STEAM 수업의 설계 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 STEAM 학습 준거의 ‘창의적 설계’ 단계에 대한 구체적 절차 모형을 개발하고 실제적 현장적용방안을 제시하고자 유아를 대상으로 하는 융합인재교육인 SM-STEAM 교수 모형을 개발하는 것이 그 목적이다. 4차 산업혁명은 창의적인 인재들을 위한 교육의 변환을 요구한다. 우리나라 공교육의 방향도 2017년 정부가 주도하여 STEAM 교육을 전 교육과정으로 세계 최초로 선포하였다. 초등학교 1~2학년 과정에 전면적인 교육과정의 개편으로 STEAM교육을 실행하는 교육의 변화는 창의적 미래 과학 기술인재 양성의 시작인 유아기에서부터 시작되어야 한다. 이에 유아교육현장의 교사나 유아가 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 유아교육을 위한 ‘SM-STEAM의 OECE모형을 개발하였다. 유아기 융합교육의 SM-STEAM은 과학(Science), 기술(Technology), 공학(Engineering), 수학 (Mathematics), 예술(Arts)의 요소를 가지며 융합교육의 주요 교수 학습법인 경험, 자료 및 현 장연구, 토론 피드백, 실험탐구, 표상전시로 이루어지는 교수·학습절차를 가지고 있다. ‘SM-STEAM,의 ‘OECE모형’은 관찰하기, 탐구하기, 구성하기, 표현하기이며 각 단계는 세부 적인 활동의 하위요인을 가지고 있다. OECE 모형은 유아교육과정에 과학을 두려워하는 교사들에게 진정한 STEAM 교육을 실현할 수 있는 시작이 될 것이고 교사는 유아들에게 OECE 모형에 의해 유아들이 가지고 있는 강점을 표현하도록 격려하고 교육과정의 흐름의 방향을 제시하는 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 유아기 ‘융합교육과정(STEAM)'을 위한 SM-STEAM의 ’OECE모형‘은 유아적용 STEAM 교육을 위한 시작을 열 수 있을 것이며 ‘융합인재교육 (STEAM)’ 프로그램 개발의 기초가 될 수 있을 것이다.
