This research analyzed dynamic responses of the preflex railroad bridge. Vertical deflection and acceleration induced by operating train loads and test train loads were measured. Deflection of bridge by train traveling satisfies deflection limitation regulation (L/800) about the concrete bridge, but compare with UIC standard, vibration acceleration happened fairly greatly. Also test result show that acceleration receives greatly effect about the speed than deflection. It must discuss about vibration acceleration problems for speed elevation hereafter.

뽕나무버섯균의 배양적 특징 및 부후특성을 구명하고자 최적 (액체, 한천)배지 선발, 최적 온도 선정, 최적 pH 선정, 최적 톱밥배지를 선발하고, 세포벽 부후 특성을 관찰하였다. 그 결과 최적온도는 20∼27℃, 최적 pH는 고체 배지에서는 pH 5.0∼6.5의 약산성에서 균사생장이 양호하였다. 최적 고체배지로는 ME와 PDA로 선발되었고, 최적 액체배지로는 glucose peptone이 선발되었다. 첨가제로는 탄소원인 lactose, mannitol, 질소원인 glutamic acid가 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 뽕나무버섯균의 최적 톱밥배지 선발에 있어서 잣나무, 상수리나무, 졸참나무, 소나무에서 균사생육이 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, 삼나무에서 생장이 저조하였다. 뽕나무버섯균에 의해 부후된 침엽수재와 활엽수재 모두 전형적인 백색부후의 부후 형태를 나타내었다. 그러나 삼나무와 아카시나무의 부후는 상대적으로 미약하였다. 이상의 결과는 소나무류(Pinus sp.)의 톱밥이 뽕나무 버섯균의 재배기질로 적합함을 보여주며 일반적으로 흔히 구할 수 있는 저가의 제재부산물인 경송류의 톱밥을 재배기질로의 활용가능성을 제시한다고 할 수 있다.

아스팔트 혼합물의 동탄성계수는 시험온도 하중주파수의 조합에 따라 각각의 동탄성계수값을 평가한다. 실험에서 얻어진 각각의 동탄성계수를 하중시간과 온도중첩원리를 이용하여 마스터곡선(Master Curve)을 결정한다. 본 연구의 주목적은 마스터곡선을 만들기 위해 필요한 3개의 다른 전이함수(Shift Factor)에 -즉, Arrhenius, 2002 AASHTO Guide, Experimental method- 따른 마스터곡선의 변화정도를 평가하는 것이다. 평가를 위해 사용된 골재는 화강암이고, 아스팔트(AP-3 및 AP-5)를 이용하여 표층용 및 기층용 아스팔트 혼합물의 동탄성계수를 평가하였다. 배합설계는 Superpave Level 1 기준을 준용하였고, 다짐은 선회다짐기를 이용하였다. UTM시험기를 이용한 동탄성계수 시험은 5개의 온도(-10, 5, 20, 40, 55도) 및 5개의 하중주파수(0.05, 0.1, 1, 10, 25 Hz)를 이용하였고, 각각의 아스팔트 혼합물의 위상각 및 동탄성계수를 평가하였다. 측정된 값을 이용하여 Sigmoidal Function방정식을 만족하는 입력변수를 결정하기 위해 전이함수 및 활성에너지 (activation energy)를 결정하였다.

본 연구에서는 하이브리드 면진장치가 설치된 단자유도 구조물에 대하여 진동대 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 하이브리드 면진장치는 네 개의 FPS와 한 개의 MR 감쇠기로 구성하였다. 다양한 크기 및 특성을 가진 지진하중을 하이브리드 면진장치가 설치된 구조물에 가하여 진동제어 성능을 평가하였다. 본 연구에는 준능동 MR 감쇠기의 저항력을 효과적으로 조절하기 위하여 퍼지제어기를 사용하였고 구조물에 부착된 계측기를 통하여 변위 및 가속도를 피드백으로 이용한다. 수동 및 준능동 제어기법을 사용하여 얻은 구조물의 응답을 서로 비교하였고 그 결과 FPS와 MR 감쇠기의 조합으로 다양한 특성의 하중을 받는 구조물의 진동제어를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

This study was conducted to examine contents of mineral, viscosity in the Demi-glace with added quantity of Omija extracts. Firstly, The level of mineral content in order was K, Na, P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, B. The more Omija extracts, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, B was increased, but K, Na, P was decreased. Secondly, Viscosity of control was 538.13cP at rpm 100, and the sauce added with Omija extracts was 464.80~578.00cP. Regardless of Omija quantity there was Psedoplastic characteristic which showed apparent viscosity was decreased even though shear rate was increased. Thirdly, Sensory characteristics of Demi-glace sauces based on preference of 5 tastes, It was founded that 2% added Omija was the best, and 1%, 0%, 3%, 5% added Omija was next in order. Finally, Sensory intensities of Demi-glace sauces based on gender and occupation of the 5 tastes : As the sourness, bitterness, hotness, salines taste of all over was Omija added quantity was many more, appeared strong intensity, it was sensory intensities of 5% Omija added sauce was the highest. But sensory intensities of sweetness, Male showed 2% Omija added sauce, Female student and cook showed control was the highest.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the satisfaction of visitors of Kimchi food festival in 1999, 2000, and 2003. This is the longitudinal study on the cultural festival which used Kimchi as the main resource. This study also investigated the possibility of Kimchi festival as a foreign tour product. This study has several important findings including as follows; First, the satisfaction of residents was higher than domestic visitors in most programs. Second, there were many foreign visitors to the festival and the satisfaction of foreign tourists was higher than residents and domestic tourists. More programs for the foreign visitors are recommended to be an international food festival. Third, experience based food tour events were popular. Introducing more experience oriented programs are recommended for this festival Fourth, There should be more improvement on food price and parking.

망사시험관 및 유리시험관에서 톱다리개미허리노린재의 약충발육, 성충수명 및 산란수를 비교하였다. 약충기간은 유리시험관(20일)보다 망사시험관(약 21일)에서 약 1일 길었는데, 이러한 차이는 주로 5령충의 발육기간에 기인되었다. 우화율은 유리시험관()보다 망사시험관()에서 높았다. 성충수명은 유리시험관보다 망사시험관에서 암컷이 약 4.1배, 수컷이 약 6배 길었다. 산란전기간은 유리시험관보다 망사시험관에서 약 1일 길었으며, 산란수는 유리시험관보다 망사시험관에서 약 3.5배 많았다. 산란지속기간은 망사 시험관에서 약 30일, 유리시험관에서 약 8일 이었다. 따라서 톱다리개미허리 노린재의 발육특성을 정확하게 구명하기 위해선 공기유통이 원활한 망사시험관을 사용하는 것이 적합할 것으로 판단되었다.

This morphological study was performed on the stomach of ducks at 6, 12, 18 months after feeding the 6% of sulfur in diet and control fed the same diet without sulfur. After weighting of body of 36 ducks, we sacrificed the ducks and harvested stomach. Then we check the fed materials and the lumen of stomach. H-E, alcian blue - PAS (pH 1.0), and alcian blue - PAS (pH2.5) stains were used to histological and histochemical observation for the mucus The body weights decreased dependent upon the duration of feeding sulfur statistically, however, the stomachs kept their weight except the 18 month fed group. Ulcerative papillae containing caseous necrotic region were conspicuous on the lumen of proventriculus of sulfur-fed ducks. In addition, some lobules of proventricular glands adjacent to the papillae were observed with severe atrophy. mucus secreted from mucous epithelium showed same pattern between control and sulfur-fed ducks, but the ducts of proventricular glands in 12, 18 months groups had nonsulfated mucopolysaccharides. Gizzard had no pathological changes, however, ingested feed were mixed with re-fluxed bile juice from duodenum. Gastric glands in the gizzards of sulfur-fed ducks had increased the number of acidic mucin positive cells as well as surface cells containing PAS positive materials, which were thought to bring the change of matrix that observed with strong purple color. These data suggest that sulfur feeding for long term causes the damage on the proventriculus mucosa and its glands and also the change on the cuticle secreted from giazzard glands. These changes may be related to decrease of body weight.

We report the crystallization and magnetic properties of non-equilibrium alloy powders produced by rod-milling as well as by new chemical leaching. X-ray diffractometry, transmission electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and vibrating sample magnetometry were used to characterize the as-milled and leached specimens. After 400 h or 500 h milling, only the broad peaks of nano bcc crystalline phases were detected in the XRD patterns. The crystallite size, the peak and the crystallization temperatures increased with increasing Fe. After being annealed at for 1 h for as-milled alloy powders, the peaks of bcc are observed. After being annealed at for 1 h for leached specimens, these non-equi-librium phases transformed into fcc Cu and phases for the x=0.25 specimen, and into bcc phases for both the x=0.50 and the x=0.75 specimens. The saturation magnetization decreased with increasing milling time for alloy powders. On cooling the leached specimens from ,\;the magnetization first sharply increase at about for x=0.25, x=0.50, and x=0.75 specimens, repectively.

현재 국내에서는 벽과 바닥판만으로 이루어진 벽식 구조형식의 아파트 건물이 많이 건설되고 있다. 아파트와 같은 주거구조물에서는 다양한 진동원에 의하여 진동이 발생하고 이러한 진동은 벽과 바닥판을 통하여 이웃한 세대 및 위, 아래층 세대로 전달되게 된다. 벽식구조물의 진동해석을 정확하게 수행하기 위해서는 벽과 바닥판을 많은 수의 유한요소로 세분한 모델을 사용하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 아파트와 같은 벽식구조물 전체를 수많은 유한요소로 세분하여 모형화하면 막대한 해석시간과 컴퓨터 메모리가 필요하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상당히 줄어든 해석시간과 컴퓨터 메모리를 사용하여 정확한 해석결과를 얻기 위하여 행렬응축기법으로 벽과 바닥판에 수직인 자유도만 가지는 효율적인 진동해석 모델을 제안한다. 벽식구조물에서 벽과 바닥에 수직인 자유도만을 남기고 나머지 자유도를 행렬응축기법을 통하여 한꺼번에 소거를 한다면 행렬응축과정에서 상당히 많은 양의 시간이 소요된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 벽이나 바닥판에 수직인 자유도만을 가진 수퍼요소를 생성한 후 이를 조합하여 한 층을 나타내는 부분구조를 만들고 최종적으로 부분구조를 조합하여 전체 구조물을 구성하는 모형화 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 해석기법의 정확성과 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 3층 및 5층의 벽식구조물을 예제구조물로 사용하여 동적해석을 수행하였다. 예제해석 결과 제안된 해석방법의 결과는 절점당 6개의 자유도를 모두 사용한 해석모델의 결과와 비슷한 정확성을 보이면서도 소요되는 해석시간과 컴퓨터 메모리를 대폭 줄일 수 있었다

국내에서 재배되고 있는 약용버섯인 상황(P. baumii) 자실체의 열수 추출물로 부터 건강 기능성 식품 및 의약품개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 항암실험 및 면역효과에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 PMO-P4의 경우 rDNA의 ITS부위의 염기서열 분석을 통한 계통분석결과 P. baumii로 판명 되었으며, PMO-P4 자실체로부터 열수 추출한 성분(HWE-P4)을 160mg/kg/day의 농도로하여 Sarcoma-180 암세포를 유발한 마우스에 경구투여한 결과 A군의 경우, 종양억제효과는 35.3%로 대조군보다 유의성 있게 감소하였으며(p<0.05), 생명연장 효과는 156%증가한 것으로 나타났다. 시료의 경구투여 방법에 있어서도 시료를 먼저 2주간 투여한 후 암세포를 접종한 A군의 경우가 시료 투여와 암세포 접종을 동시에 실시한 B군의 경우 보다 종양억제효과 및 생명연장효과가 높았음을 알 수 있었다. A군의 경우 대조군에 비하여 CD4/CD8의 비율이 71.4%증가 하였으며, CD25(IL-2receptor chain)분자의 발현을 5배정도 증가시키는 것으로 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과로 보아 P. baumii로 밝혀진 PMO-P4 자실체로부터 열수 추출한 성분의 항암효과는 암세포를 직접 공격하여 항암효과를 나타내기 보다는 T cell등의 면역세포를 활성화시킴으로써 암세포를 억제 혹은 사멸시키는 것으로 생각된다.
