기술의 도입과 이용지속성에 관한 많은 연구가 있어왔지만, 대부분 인지적 관점에서 바라본 데 반해, 감성적 측면은 상대적으로 부족하다. 정보시스템 연구에서 사용자의 태도, 만족이 주로 고려된다 하더라도 그것들은 감성의 오로지 일부분일뿐이다. 여러 학계의 연구자들은 인간행동을 이해하고 예측하는데 감성의 중요성을 주목하기 시작했다. 특히, 모바일 인터넷과 같은 현대 응용기술에서는 기술의 이용자로서뿐 아니라 서비스 소비자로서의 역할을 하는 사용자들의 감성이 필수적으로 연구되어야한다. 그래서, 이연구는 정보시스템 지속성을 위한 이성과 감성의 조화모델을 제안한다. 이전 연구들과의 차이점은 Circumplex Model of Affect에 따르는 감성의 주요한 차원인 즐거움과 각성(Pleasure and Arousal)을 고려함으로써, 다른 모든 감성의 요인들이 이 두 축의 조합으로 설명될수있도록 한 점이다. 그래서, 사용자 행동에 관한 이전연구들이 즐김과 흥분과 같은 "감성에 연관된 구조"의 직,간접적 효과를 고려한데 반해, 이 연구는 즐거움과 각성과 같은 "감성에 기반한 구조"의 직접적 효과를 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 이성과 감성의 조화모델은 모바일 인터넷 서비스 사용자들을 대상으로 테스트되고, 그 타당성이 입증된다.

소음의 외부효과는 현대사회에서 흔히 발견되는 문제라고 할 수 있다. 소음은 재산적 피해와 같은 외부효과를 발생시키며, 따라서 소음으로 인한 재산피해를 평가하고 효과적 해결책을 찾아내는 연구는 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 분석결과는 통계적 유의성이 있으며, 소음이 재산적 가치에 부정적 효과가 있음을 보여 주고 있다. 모형의 주요 결과로는 소음 단위(데시빌)당 피해액이 추정(5,000 달러*로그(dB))되었고, 추정된 소음피해함수(잠재가격함수)는 소음의 한계효과가 감소함을 나타내고 있다.

본 논문에서는 거더교 형식을 갖는 교량구조물의 격자 유한요소모델에 대한 모델개선을 위해 하이브리드 유전자 알고리즘에 기초한 유한요소 모델개선기법을 제안하였다. 하이브리드 유전자 알고리즘은 유전자 알고리즘과 심플렉스 최적화방법에 기초한 직접탐색기법으로 구성하였다. 제안된 기법에 적용할 수 있도록 고유진동수, 모드형상 및 정적 처짐에 대한 계측값과 유한요소해석 결과를 사용한 적합함수를 제시하고, 강성과 질량을 동시에 개선할 수 있도록 이들 세 가지 적합함수의 선형 조합 형태를 갖는 다중목적함수를 제시하였다. 제안된 방법은 2경간 연속 격자 유한요소모델의 수치예제와 단경간 플레이트 거더교에 대하여 검증하였다. 수치예제의 경우, 랜덤 노이즈를 고려한 계측오차의 영향을 수치해석적으로 평가하였다. 수치해석과 실험적 검증을 통해, 제안된 방법이 거더교 형식의 교량에 대한 유한요소 모델개선에 적합하고 효과적임을 검증하였다.

At the spots of enterprises experiencing rapid environmental changes, necessity for ceaseless managemental innovation is raised. We can't deny that management quality is also a part of such managemental innovation. Introduction of management quality by an organization is different from introduction of other individual innovative techniques. Management quality is not one time project but complete historical change program to be pursued continuously. Furthermore, it must be understood as a strategic 'Quality Journey' looking for far future of an organization. Malcolm Baldrige Model has been increasingly used in Korea as a global standard for management quality. The model, however, has shown a number of limitations in application due to nonsystematic elements in the implementation process. The deployment process of the model should be detailed through a real world case study. In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the Korean public enterprise based on the Malcolm Baldrige Non-profit Criteria, and examined the model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the seven categories within the 2007 Malcolm Baldrige Non-profit Criteria: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Management Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Results. Furthermore, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model. Through the above case study, following common factors for successful Malcolm Baldrige Model have been derived. The following is a summary of the results of this study. First, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs powerful support Leadership. Second, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Strategic Planning. Third, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs the continuous Customer and Market Focus. Fourth, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management. Five, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Workforce Focus. Six, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Process Management. The finding are surely necessary factors to arrange the human resource management for upgraded management quality, those factors help to explain why all enterprises consider human resource as the strategic view.

본 연구는 공정모사를 통해서 막모듈 배열 및 연결과 막모듈 내에서 공급 잔류액의 온도 변화가 투과증발 공정에 끼치는 영향을 관찰하였으며 이를 위해서 기본 막모듈이 직렬 혹은 병렬로 연결되어 있는 모듈들의 조합을 통한 투과탈수공정을 예측할 수 있는 모델식들을 확립하였다. 에탄올/물 혼합물을 모델 혼합물로 사용하였고 모델식들에 포함되어 있는 투과 파라메타들을 직접 실험에 의해 구하여 사용함으로써 모사의 현실성을 높였다. 모사를 통해서 모듈의 배열방식, 모듈 단의 갯수와 단사이의 공급액의 재가열등의 중요성을 검토하였다.

Many logistics enterprises have made efforts to achieve low costly and high efficient logistics network. The cross-docking system can be a good solution for them. However, it requires tight schedule and all-night operation inevitably for realization of ideal cross-docking. These causes the difficulty of the attainment of daily delivery target and the leave of delivery service persons. In this paper, we develop the line-haul and shuttle service compromised cross-docking model in order to solve the problems practically. We apply the storage process with the cross-docking system and the direct cross-docking between line-haul and shuttle services. The simulation model validates the shorter delivery time by the developed model than the present model.

The psychosocial stress and musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) have been one of major health problems for hospital workers. This study tried to understand the relationship between symptoms associated with MSDs and risk factors such as working posture, job stress, psychosocial stress and fatigue. A total number of 655 hospital workers participated in this study. Specifically, REBA was applied for evaluating working posture and a checklist prepared by KOSHA(Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency) was used for symptom survey. A questionnaire from KOSHA was also used for collecting data associated with job stress, psychosocial stress and fatigue. All these data were formulated and modeled by path analysis which was one of major statistical tools in this study. Specifically, path analysis for the data we collected came up with several major findings. The risk scores from working posture based on REBA had indirect effects via fatigue factor(MFS) as well as direct effects on symptoms. The factors associated with job stress (KOSS) and psychosocial stress(PWI-SF) had significant effects on symptoms. Specifically, indirect effect of job stress factors via fatigue factors(MFS) had bigger than that of direct effect of job stress on symptom.

목적 : 작업치료 치료과정모델에 근거한 집단인지재활치료가 경증치매환자의 일상생활수행능력, 인지기능과 우울증에 미치는 효과를 알아보고 치매환자를 위한 인지재활치료의 기초 자료를 제시하기 위함이다. 연구방법 : 2007년 8월부터 2008년 7월까지 서울시 관악구 치매관리센터와 성북구 치매지원센터에 내원한 경증 치매환자 14명을 대상으로 주 2회 8주 동안 16회 집단인지재활치료를 실시하였으며, 4주 후 추적평가까지 총 12주 동안 연구를 실시하였다. 집단인지재활치료는 작업치료 치료과정모델에 근거하여 보상모델, 교육모델, 회복모델과 습득모델을 선택하여 실시하였으며, 치료 전후의 일상생활수행능력, 인지기능과 우울증상에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 유사 실험연구로써 단일군 전후실험설계를 적용하였다. 결과 : 집단인지재활치료 실시 전에 비하여 실시 후에 경증치매환자의 일상생활수행능력과 언어유창성검사, 간이정신상태검사, 인지수준판별검사 등의 인지기능이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하여 치료효과가 확인되었다(p＜.05). 하지만 보스톤 명명검사, 단어목록기억 검사, 구성능력 및 구성회상 검사 등의 인지기능검사에서는 유의한 효과가 없었다. 또한 노인우울척도 상에서도 유의한 우울 증상 개선효과는 관찰되지 않았다. 결론 : 지역사회에 거주하는 경증치매환자에 있어 작업치료 치료과정모델에 근거한 집단인지재활치료는 전반적인 인지기능 및 일상생활수행능력 향상에 효과적인 것으로 보인다. 향후 지역사회에 거주하는 경증 치매환자의 기능향상을 위한 보다 다양한 인지재활 프로그램에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

아스팔트 콘크리트의 동탄성계수는 아스팔트 포장 해석 및 설계에 매우 중요하다. 동탄성계수의 메스터 곡선은 일반적으로 시그모이달 함수로 표현된다. Ramberg-Osgood 모델은 지반동역학분야에서 변형률 크기에 따른 정규화 탄성계수 감소 곡선에 대한 피팅모델로 널리 사용되고 있다. 동일한 동탄성계수 시험자료에 대하여 시그모이달 함수와 수정 Rambeyg-osgood 모델 모두를 사용하여 메스터 곡선을 획득하였으며, 두 피팅모델 모두 적용성이 우수함을 확인하였다. 시그모이달 함수의 계수들은 서로 연관되어 있어서 메스터 곡선의 절대값과 형상 특성을 서로 분리하는 것이 불가능하다. 그러나 Ramberg-Osgood 모델의 계수는 물리적 의미가 명확할 뿐 아니라 서로 분리되어 있어서 메스터 곡선에 대한 영향요소를 서로 분리하여 평가할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

As customer needs become diversified, there are many efforts to develop creative ideas on the products to satisfy the customer requirement. Also it is very important to classify the customer requirement to the product's quality. According to the previous study, the idea of the products by collecting opinions and brainstorming is mainly studied in new product development. To create the attractive quality for the product, Kano model has commonly been used. However, the brainstorming in the stage of create ideas has the problem of lower linkage between purpose and idea and lower quality of new idea. Therefore, the paper suggests a way to invent more creative ideas by comparing forced connection method to the brainstorming that is applied to the Kano model.

According to, this study is designed to questionnaire with BSC(Balaced ScoreCard), SEM(Structure Equation Model) with the delphi method, and is analysed using the AMOS 7.0 program package. Finally, This study is suggested growing to qualification standard for an examination a degree of master craftsman only under the change of national qualification systematization as a standard to operation and control.

IPTV services, as the convergence service of communication and broadcasting, are regarded as the essential information communication media in the New Economy era by providing the consumers with various services through the collaboration among communications, broadcasting and many of other media service providers. The research starts with recognition that, in the new media era, where communication and broadcasting are converging, there are endless demands for new services and various contents, which are driving forces behind the business model of IPTV. In other words, the research expected that customer satisfaction and purchase intention would be different according to the service quality(contents). It was expected that the difference of the perceived service quality(contents) could cause the difference of the process of adopting new technologies. The study on how consumers are satisfied with services provided, and which factors of the service quality have a more significant effect on consumer satisfaction will provide very valuable information for forecasting future trends in the IPTV market. The research tried to investigate factors which influence on consumer satisfaction and loyalty through an empirical survey with real users of IPTV services. Based on the results, the research suggested effective ways of diffusing IPTV.
