This study investigates construction practices for expansion joint using fiber net. After completion of underpass construction of concrete action by the ambient temperature, vehicle vibration and cyclic load due to cracking of asphalt layer expansion joint can penetrate broken asphalt and concrete pavement rapidly destroy the pavement.

최근 5년간(2005-2009년) 국내의 조선소 주변해역에서 발생한 해양오염사고의 건수를 연도별, 지역별, 원인별 및 물질별로 분석하였다. 조선소 주변의 해양오염사고는 5년간 총 45건이 발생하였으며, 2005년 연간 8건이 2009년 연간 15건으로 증가하는 추세를 보였다. 발생 지역별로 살펴보면, 부산 지역이 17건(41%)의 오염사고가 발생하여 1위이고, 경남과 전남 지역이 각각 9건(22%), 강원 지역이 3건(7%), 경북 지역이 2건

최근 글로벌 경쟁이 치열해 지면서 가격경쟁력이 뒷받침되지 않으면 신흥 시장에 대한 대응이 어려워져 가격경쟁력의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 구조적인 비용 상승 추세로 기업의 원가 압력이 증대되고 있고, 이러한 변화된 경쟁 환경에서 생존하기 위 해서는 전체적인 생산성 향상이 필수이다. 가격경쟁력 강화 및 원가압박을 해소하고 품질, 가격, 납기 전반에 모방할 수 없는 차별화된 경쟁력의 확보는 생산성 향상을 통 해서 실현할 수 있고, 생산성 향상을 통한 경쟁력 있는 기업 육성은 우리 제조업을 발 전시키는 토대(infra structure)이며, 기반 시설의 확충이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 외국의 혁신방법을 우리산업 현실에 대한 고려 없이 단순 도입 으로 국내 실정에 맞지 않아 상당한 시행착오를 격고 있으며, 국내에 벤치마킹 할만한 제조혁신 방법론이 거의 없고, 벤치마킹하려고 해도 기업의 영업비밀이라 배우기도 쉽 지 않은 상황에서 우리산업 현실에 맞는, 중소․중견기업의 맞춤형 생산성 혁신 지원 도구로 중소기업의 자생적인 혁신을 위해 중소기업의 수준에 맞는 제조혁신 방법을 국내외 제조혁신 전문가로 컨소기엄을 구성하여 한국생산성본부에서 개발된 한국형제 조혁신 방법론을 제조기업에 적용하여 성공적인 결과를 다른 기업에 적용 할 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 둔다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구를 통해 일본의 TPS(Toyota Production System), 미국의 Lean 시스템 및 6시그마 시스템에 대하여 살펴보았고, 한 국형 제조혁신 모델인 KPS(korea production system)를 통신장비 제조회사인 M. 사 에 적용하여 실증하였으며, 그 결과 우수한 성과를 보임을 확인할 수 있었다.

최근 들어 감성기술은 제조업(제품), 서비스업(문화, 관광, 의료, 교육, 광고) 등 많은 분야에서 적용이 확대되고 있으며 차세대 유망기술로 등장하고 있다. 또한 문화는 게임, 전시, 공연, 스포츠, 관광, 디자인, 에듀테인먼트, 콘텐츠 유통 등 다양한 콘텐츠산업분야에 접목되어 기존산업의 고부가가치화에 기여하고 있다. 감성 기술을 이용한 문화의 콘텐츠산업 접목은 콘텐츠 기획-제작-유통-마케팅 등 프로세스 전반의 혁신을 유도함으로써 미래 국가 성장동력의 견인차 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 감성기술의 콘텐츠 적용 사례 조사와 비즈니스 성공사례 분석을 통해 향후 콘텐츠산업의 부가가치를 향상시키기 위한 감성콘텐츠 개발 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 감성, 감성공학, 감성과학, 감성기술, 감성콘텐츠 등에 대한 정의와 분류를 정교화하였다. 또한 CT R&D 6개 분야 중에서 감성기술을 적용하여 성공적인 효과를 창출하고 있는 다양한 콘텐츠에 대한 국내외 사례를 심층 분석하였다. 성공사례 분석을 통해 도출한 시사점을 바탕으로 개인 맞춤형 컨시어지 서비스를 제공하는 콘텐츠, 인간의 수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 콘텐츠, 인간의 정서조절이 가능한 콘텐츠를 개발함으로써 한류문화를 세계적으로 소개할 수 있는 융합형 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다고 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 감성기술의 콘텐츠산업 접목방안을 모색하는 데에 필요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

최근 기상학은 사회와 경제, 신재생에너지 분야 전반에 걸쳐 중요한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 효율적인 에너지 생산을 위한 기상기술 개발이 전 세계적으로 이루어지고 있다. 신재생에너지 분야, 특히 풍력에너지의 효율적 활용을 위해 독일과 미국은 고해상도(1km) 풍력자원지도를 개발하여 풍력발전단지 입지선정에 활용하고 있다. 풍력발전단지 입지에 적합한 바람은 풍속이 강하다고 이점을 갖는 것이 아니라, 평균 5m/s 이상의 빈도가 높고 풍향도 일정해야 풍력발전의 효율이 높다. 한반도는 전 세계적으로 풍력잠재에너지가 비교적 낮기 때문에 더욱 효율적인 입지선정 방법론 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 독일의 풍력발전단지 입지선정 평가기준을 적용하여 국립기상연구소의 풍력-기상자원지도를 활용해 한국형 입지선정 방안을 마련하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

Recent projects for transferring Public Office buildings and estimation of appropriate construction expense are highly important for both government and construction firms. Moreover, estimation and management of construction expense can be regarded as extremely important duties for effective execution of a national budget as nation’s finance is invested in the Public office building projects progressed by the government. To progress one project for Public office building, not only the organization demanding the project but also an investment screening organization, a budget-managing organization, a feasibility assessment institution and many other related organizations participate in the project and a lot of decisions arisen from the project operation are made on the basis of construction expenses calculated for relevant stages. And estimation of rational construction expense is also critical for designers in order to create design within the fixed budget simultaneously with securing the quality and efficiency of structures to the maximum. Therefore this research suggested an improvement process to analyze problems in current construction expense management process and to administer the construction expenses effectively.

This study investigated the life cycle of menus and made suggestions on the appropriate time for when new menus should be developed. For this purpose, a total of 636 customers who visited ‘T’ Restaurant more than 25 times in the past three years were used for analysis. After estimating product life cycles based on sales and selling period, an empirical study was conducted. In terms of product life cycle, a growth stage was observed in the category of pasta and pizza in both stores A and B, whereas sales in the rice category stayed constant. Regarding trend in seasonal sales, a big difference was detected between the two stores. While store A was already in the decline stage of the life cycle in all menu categories, store B remained in the growth stage. In terms of menu life cycle, the product life cycle of long-lived products was observed in the pasta category in both stores A and B. While the pizza category was in the growth stage, the product life cycle of long-lived products was observed in the rice category. It is expected that the results of this study could be useful in development of new menus and product life cycle management to fulfill diverse customer needs in the dining-out business.

Many companies have endeavored to build a quality cost management system in order to be more productive business organization. This study shows the detail procedures of constructing a quality cost management system which is believed to be appropriate for their business system. That is, the method to calculate the quality cost and the linking logic between the quality improvement and its financial impact are explained based on a particular industry case. In this sense, the changes of business performance measures such as market share, customer satisfaction, etc. were analyzed in the longitudinal perspective for the consecutive 4 years (2003~2006). As the quantitative results of this study, the improvement activities based on the quality cost management system resulted in the 32% reduction of quality cost and the 121% increase of business profit, compared 2005 with 2006. In the qualitative perspective, the successive practice of quality cost reduction and the job information sharing in business unit were obtained by providing the best practices and bench-marking cases. Finally, the customer satisfaction has increased so that the customer-friendly management system has been accomplished. With these efforts, the 3.4% increase of the market share and the 3% increase of the customer satisfaction were obtained in 2005. As the future study, the current study can be extended to the concept of COPQ (cost of poor quality) which focuses on the hidden quality cost of the whole business activities. Such extension of analysis will help us understand the wider role of a quality cost management system in the business.

This study proposes a collaboration system framework on the web service in a supply chain to implement an efficient virtual supply chain and improve an ability to fulfill received orders over a supply chain. The system based on the framework proposed in this paper plays an important role for automatic order negotiation and placing/receiving an order noticed in web service by the main system. Furthermore, it can evaluate the fulfillment of received orders over a supply chain by using the transaction results from hierarchically related vendors and establish efficient manufacturing plans. In a word, this system is the automated system for creating manufacturing plans, placing and receiving orders. A little more important main function of this system is that it has a dynamic evaluation capability about fulfillment with received orders over a supply chain, and improves the evaluation method of fulfillment ability with received orders with related to direct dealing vendors, which is a main problem in existing system. As a result, this system is able to reduce the work load of the sales and purchasing materials, production control division, to manage accurate inventory promptly, to maintain the optimal inventory level by analyzing the information of fulfillment ability with received orders, and to enhance the level of service for customers.

본 논문에서는 사용자의 신체 평형능력 재활 및 향상 운동을 지루함 없이 재미있게 할 수 있도록 Physio-Feedback 시스템을 접목한 기능성 게임 콘텐츠(‘Falling’)를 개발하였다. 이 게임은 가속도 센서라는 플랫폼의 특수성을 고려하여 개발하였으며, 심플한 그래픽 리소스와 간단하면서도 속도감 있는 레벨디자인을 통하여 짧은 시간 동안 최대의 운동효과를 기대할 수 있다. 향후 다양한 인터페이스로 플랫폼 확장(PC, 스마트TV)을 통하여 일반인을 대상으로 재미있게 운동을 할 수 있고 학습 기능이 가능한 콘텐츠를 개발하여 기능성 게임의 활용범위를 극대화 할 수 있다.

기술의 발달로 인한 예술의 변화된 형태인 디지털 미디어 아트는 소규모 형태에서부터 대규모 형태에 이르기 까지 그 형식이 다양하고 방대해지고 있다. 특히, 디지털 미디어 아트의 주된 요소인 ‘상업적 요소’와 ‘미적 요소’를 충족시키며 표현하고 있는 미디어 파사드를 주의 깊게 살펴볼 수 있다. 미디어 파사드는 프로젝션이나 LED를 활용하여 다양한 색상과 이미지 표현에 변화를 주고 있으며 기존 사각 스크린의 범위에서 벗어나기 시작했다. 이렇듯 다양한 형태로 표현 되는 미디어 파사드는 게임과의 융합으로 불특정 다수의 시선을 모으며 소통하고 있다. 미디어 파사드와 게임에는 '유희성‘, ‘상호작용’, ‘몰입성’, 이라는 공통점이 있으며 그 공통점은 도시공간에 시각적 아름다움을 줄 뿐만 아니라 대중의 참여 효과도 높이고 있다. 본 논문은 게임을 적용시킨 미디어 파사드 작품을 살펴보고, 그로써 증폭되는 도시 공공공간과 대중과의 참여에 관한 연구를 해보았다.

본 연구에서는 조직몰입의 변수와 성과 간의 다양한 관계를 아시아 상황에서 검증하고자 한국과 태국의 종업원을 대상으로 연구하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 역할 스트레스(역할 모호성과 역할 갈등)와 조직몰입(감정몰입과 근속몰입) 간의 관계를 살펴 봄과 동시에 조직몰입과 조직성과(이직의도와 직무만족)의 관계를 분석하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 조직몰입의 매개효과에 대한 검증과 함께 변수간 관계를 좀더 종합적으로 살펴보기 위해서 구조방정식을 통한 경로분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 전반적으로 역할 모호성이 역할 갈등보다 변수들 간의 관계에 있어 더 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 역할 모호성은 감정몰입과 직무만족에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 한국에서는 역할 모호성이 근속몰입에도 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 역할 갈등의 경우 감정몰입이나 근속몰입에 제한적인 영향을 보였다. 매개효과에 대한 분석 결과, 감정몰입이 역할 모호성과 직무만족 사이에 그리고 역할 갈등과 이직의도 사이에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 본 연구는 아시아 국가에서의 인적자원관리에 대한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하였다.

This case study carried out to improve the situation of large gap between scientific evidence and public perception on Extremely Low Frequency-Electric and Magnetic Fields (ELF-EMFs) problems in Korea. According to literature review on techniques and applications for EMF risk communication (RC) in Korea and other countries, the program which is appropriate for Korean society for RC was developed and the questionnaire to survey on perceptional level on ELF-EMFs based on this program was also developed. As some results of survey the perceptional levels on ELF-EMFs problems from some primary-school students and adults according to the educational tools (a presentation, a brochure, and a VOD) and protocols which were developed for RC, we identified in this study that the educational programs for RC have some effects to supply the right information and to improve the perceptional level on ELF-EMF problems to the general population such as the primary-school students and adults in Korea.
