이 연구에서는 현재 우리 교정당국이 당면하고 있는 심각한 문제 중의 하나인 過密收容의 原因分析과 刑事司法的 對應方案을 제시하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 과밀수용의 개념과 수용실태에서는 과밀수용 개념을 정의하는 방법 중 形式的 接近方法과 實質的 接近方法에 의거하여 과밀수용의 개념을 설명하고, 수용실태를 통하여 현재 우리 교정당국이 처해 있는 과밀정도, 즉 연중 최대수용시점을 기준으로 수용자 한 명당 0.5평도 되지 않는 작은 공간에서 생활하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 과밀수용의 원인분석에서는 人口增加, 景氣變動, 刑事司法機關의 犯罪에 대한 對應方法으로 나누어 분석하였는데, 가장 직접적이고 영향을 많이 미치고 있는 것은 刑事司法機關의 犯罪에 대한 對應方法에 있음을 알 수가 있었다. 이에 과밀수용에 대한 대응방안으로는 ‘인구증가’와 ‘경기변동’은 형사사법 외적 요인으로 보다 거시적인 사회(경제)정책에 의존할 수밖에 없으므로, 여기에서는 不拘束 搜査擴大로 未決拘禁의 最小化, ‘罰金刑의 積極 活用’, ‘假釋放制度의 積極活用’, ‘短期自由刑에 대한 電子監視의 代替’, ‘民營矯導所의 活用’ 등 형사사법 내적 요인인 형사사법기관의 범죄에 대한 대응방법을 중심으로 살펴보았다.

Self-diffusion coefficients of colloidal ass9Ciation structures in the aqueous solutions of anionic ammonium dodecyl sulfate (ADS) and cationic octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (OTAC) surfactants were measured by pulsed-gradient spin echo NMR. The results were interpreted on the basis of the ADS/OTAC/water phase diagram. Crossing the phase boundaries, significant changes in self diffusion coefficients were observed and well correlated to the phase diagram. For the micelles their apparent radii were obtained from Stokes-Einstein equation. Their values were 15 for the ADS micelles and 54 a for the OTAC micelles, respectively. For vesicles which were formed spontaneously at different relative amounts of the surfactants and total surfactant concentrations, the radius was measured as 50 to 200 nm. This result is in fair agreement with those by TEM and light scattering.

폴리비닐알콜을 고분자계 가교제인 폴리아크릴산-말레산 공중합체를 이용하여 가교제의 농도를 변화시키면서 가교하여 막을 제조하였다. 제조한 막은 FT-IR과 수팽윤도 측정을 통하여 가교반응을 확인하였으며, 가교제 농도 증가에 따라서 수팽윤도가 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 고분자가교제인 폴리아크릴산-말레산 공중합체로 가교된 폴리비닐알콜 막은 글루탈알데히드로 가교된 폴리비닐알콜이나 변성 폴리비닐알콜 막에 비해서 수팽윤도가 감소하였다. 이는 고분자가교제에 의한 화학적가교와 더불어 물리적인 가교효과가 증가하여 막의 팽윤을 억제하기 때문으로 사료된다. 에탄올수용액에 대한 투과증발실험 결과 가교제의 농도가 증가할수록 선택도는 증가하며, 투과유량은 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 공급액 중의 물의 농도가 증가할수록 선택도는 약간 감소하나 투과유량은 급격히 증가하고, 공급액 중의 물의 농도가 증가하여도 가소화현상이 나타나지 않는 것을 관찰하였다. 이는 고분자가교제에 의한 팽윤억제 메카니즘이 작용하기 때문으로 사료된다.

The -zirconium phosphate particles as fine as 20 nm were fabricated through solution technique using and as precursors. Stability of -Zirconium phosphate could be ensured by adding excess phosphoric acid to a stoichiometric composition Instead of using reflux route that resulted in coarsening of particles due to an inevitably long aging. The excess phosphorous incorporated in the crystal could be successfully eliminated afterwards through careful washing. Moreover, heavily agglomerated particles are observed before washing, but fairly dispersed state is found out after washing treatment. Thus, it is found that dispersed state as well as phase stability is ensured through proper washing treatment.

본 연구에서는 반도체 세정공정에서 발생되는 IPA를 재활용하기 위하여 NaA 제올라이트 막을 이용한 투과증발 공정을 검토하기 위한 기초실험을 수행하였다. 공정에 사용한 NaA 제올라이트 막은 전 농도 범위에서 우수한 분리성능을 보였고, 고온조작에서도 분리성능이 매우 우수하였다. 조작온도 50에서 공급원액의 농도가 90 wt%일 때, 투과유속은 약 1,500 g/m2/hr분리계수는 1,000 이상을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한, 연속조작에서 IPA의 탈수농축에 따른 평균 투과유속은 약 1,000 g/m2/hr를 얻을 수 있었다.

유전자재조합식품의 안전성과 표시에 관한 일반국민의 의식을 2000년과 2001년 5월 9월 사이에 각각 750명과 979명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 평균 67.7%의 응답자가 유전자재조합식품에 관한 정보를 접한 경험이 있었다. 유전자재조합식품이 줄 수 있는 최대의 이점은 식량난해결이라는 의견을 나타냈다. 유전자재조합식품에는 90%이상의 응답자가 표시하기를 바랐으며 현재 구입하여 먹겠다는 사람은 18%이었고 기다려보겠다는 관망형이 49%를 넘어서 표시를 희망하면서도 결정을 유보하는 사람의 비율이 많았다. 유전자재조합기술로 개발된 제초제 내성 콩을 먹겠다는 사람보다 같은 방법으로 개발된 비타민 함량이 높은 콩을 먹겠다는 사람이 상대적으로 많은 것으로 보아 제품의 특성을 중시하지 유전자재조합 여부에는 큰 관심을 두지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 우리가 먹는 생물 유래의 식품에 유전자가 있다는 사실을 바르게 알고있는 응답자는 전체의 40% 정도였다. 유전자재조합식품이 위험할 것이라고 생각하는 사람은 지극히 적어서 응답자의 4%정도를 유지하였다. 유전자재조합 옥수수인 스타링크의 뉴스를 접한 경험이 있는 응답자가 66%나 되었던 반면 2001년 7월부터 실시된 유전자재조합 표시제의 시행에 대해 알고있는 소비자는 22%에 지나지 않았다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) approach on the spasticity of affected side in patients with hemiplegia. Three subjects with hemiplegia participated in this study. In single-subject research design (a multiple baseline across individuals) was employed in this study. The intervention program including PNF to the unaffected side was introduced for 30 minutes each day during each intervention phase. Muscle tone of affected side was measured with Tone Assessment Scale, and active hip abduction distance of affected side was taken with the subject supine. And then the muscle tone and the hip abduction distance were measured again 30 minutes later following the intervention. The results showed that the PNF application had some beneficial effects on both muscle tone and active hip abduction. This result suggest that PNF application to non-paretic limb can be effective in reducing muscle tone and improving hip abduction range on paretic limb in persons with hemiplegia. However, further research is needed to prove the effect of PNF application on functional improvement.

This study aims to analyze programs for inmates : education, work, recreation, and religion. In America the condition of the prisoner should be the principle of least eligibility. Also Educational programs are probably the most important prison programs available for inmates. Because academic skills programs may also be a major contributing factor to develope practical knowledge in many areas. In addition vocational programs for inmates are thought to be the best vehicles for breaking the cycle of recidivism. These programs are aimed at providing inmates with contemporary marketable skills relating to specific jobs on the outside. Prison work for inmates consists of two general types of jobs : those that maintain the institution and industrial or productive in nature. Recreational programs are intended to encourage inmates to make constructive use of leisure time in America. Chaplains' main mission is to minister to inmates to help interaction of inmate and religious activities. This study concluded that desirable programs for inmates is education with humanity.

Der vorliegende Aufsatz geht auf dem Recht auf Besuch des Gefangenen im koreanischen Strafvollzugsgesetz ein. In diesem Aufsatz geht es darum, auf Grund der Verfassungsidee des Rechtsstaatsprinzip und Sozialstaatsprinzip den Grundsatz der Besuche, das Recht auf Besuch, das Besuchsverbot und die Besuchsuberwachung zu uberblicken. Durch diesen Aufsatz hat der Verfasser erstens vertreten, daß der Gefangene das Recht mit Personen außerhalb der Anstalt im Rahmen der Vorschriften dieses Gesetses zu verkehren hat. Zweitens kann der Anstaltsleiter Besuche untersagen, wenn die Sicherheit oder Ordnung der Ansalt gefahrdet wurde, oder wenn zu befurchten ist, daß die Besucher einen schadlichen Einfluß auf den Gefangenen haben oder seine Eingliederung behindern wurden. Voraussetzung ist hier jedoch, daß es sich bei den Besuchern nicht um Angehorige. Im Hinblick auf den verfassungsrechtlichen Schutz von Ehe und Familie nimmt das StVollzG in kauf, daß Besuch Angehoriger stattfinden, von denen negative Auswirkungen auf den Gefangenen ausgehen. Drittens reicht die negative Beeinflussung des Gefangenen fur sich allein noch nicht aus, um ein Besuchsverbot zu rechtfertigen. Vielmehr muß die Anstalt jeweils prufen, ob der Gefahr durch weniger einschneidende Maßnahmen- z. B. durch die Anordnung von akutisch uberwachten Besuchen- begegnet werden kann. Viertens laßt die Uberwachung von Besuchen aus Grunden der Behandlung des Gefangenen sowie der Sicherheit oder Ordnung der Anstalt zu. Die Uberwachung setzt aber konkrete, in Straffall gerichtlich nachzuprufende Anhaltspunkte fur das Vorliegen einer Gefahrdung der Behandlung, Sicherheit oder Ordnung voraus. Sowie die optische Uberwachung im Hinblick auf die Behandlung, Sicherheit oder Ordnung ausreicht, kann sich die Ansalt damit begnugen. Sie ist nur dann gehalten, die Unterhaltung zu uberwachen, wenn es aus diesen Grunden geboten ist.

국립공원에서 가장 보편화된 이용공간이며, 생태적 공간에 대한 이용압력이 일차적으로 작용하는 등산로 주변의 환경피해도를 바탕으로 국립공원의 수용능력을 추정하였다. 북한산국립공원의 22개 법정 등산로에 대한 환경피해도와 통행량 및 통행패턴을 조사하고. 등산로 폭과 통행량 두 변수간의 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 통하여 적정 탐방객 수를 추출하는 모형을 수립하였다. 그리고 유효 입장객 수와 등산로 구간별 평균통행량을 고려하여 수용능력 추정식을 고안하였다. 수용능력 추정식을 적용하여 북한산국립공원의 적정 수용능력을 추정한 결과. 등산로 노폭을 2.2m로 유지하는 관리목표하에서는 연간 최대 적정 수용능력을 300만 명 이하로 유지하는 것이 바람직하며 보존강도를 높여 등산로 노폭을 2.0m 수준으로 관리하고자 할 경우에는 연간 최대 200만 명 이하를 유지해야 하는 것으로 나타났다

While the equilibrium behaviour of surfactant solution is well studied, the understanding of the kinetics and pathways of structural transition under nonequilibrium conditions is only begining to develop. Attention has recently been directed mainly towards micellar kinectics, transitions between micellar and lamellar phases, vesicle fusion, and phases separation in microemulsions. This progress has profited greatly from developments that have taken place in various techniques and instruments.
