This study is a survey of regulatees' perception on main contents and enforcement effect of the Act, the retailers at food stores within Green Food Zone, for the effective enforcement of “The Special Act on the Safety Management of Children's Dietary Life” legislated in 2008. Percentage, frequency analysis, and T-test are derived from the survey carried out to the 175 retailers at food stores within Green Food Zone, across the country except Jejudo, for the two months March and April of 2011. The survey results are as follows. Over 80% of the respondents are aware of comprehensive policy for child food safety and the enforcement of 'the Special Act' and considering the rate of satisfaction on food safety information provided by government, over 90% of the respondents, virtually most of them, are satisfied. The rate of awareness of Green Food Zone is about 80% and that of outstanding business for children is about 50%, showing little perception of it. The comparison of the survey result of 2011 with that of 2010, which have the same questions to the retailers within Green Food Zone, still indicates a need for enhancement of understanding on absolute standard, though it showed fairly better improvement in general. Several proposals are given in this study based on the survey results, which will contribute to the children food safety and health improvement in the end.

이 연구는 2011년 춘계 학술대회 “다중이용선박 안전관리시스템 구축에 관한 연구”를 바탕으로 한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 다중이용선박의 이용 및 관리에 대한 안전관리현황 분석을 통하여 문제점을 도출하고 외국의 사례 및 국내 유사 운영체제와의 비교를 통하여 대처방안을 모색한다. 나아가 다중이용선박의 안전관리 조직을 위한 단계별 추진 전략 및 법․제도적, 운영․관리적, 시스템적 측면에서 기반설계를 통하여 다중이용선박 안전관리시스템의 선진화 방안에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

국민 소득수준 향상과 주 5일제 정착 및 해양으로 접근성 개선 등으로 해양에 관한 국민 관심이 지 속적으로 고조되고 있는 추세이며, 특히 최근 우리나라 주요 해안의 경우 레저와 여가를 위한 친수와 휴식공간으 로 지속적으로 개발함에 따라 이를 이용하려는 이용객이 점차적으로 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 이러한 수변영역 에는 다양한 재해ㆍ재난사고 발생 가능성이 산재하고 있음에도 불구하고 안전관리시스템의 부재로 안타까운 인명 및 재산피해가 끊이질 않고 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 해양활동 이용객 및 안전사고 위협 및 수 변영역 안전관리 실태 및 문제점 분석하고, 그에 따른 수변영역 안전관리시스템 설계 방안에 연구하고자 한다.

Depending on changes in industrial structure, industrial accident preventive measures have been developed in various forms. The focus for prevention of industrial accidents had been changed from part of the hardware to behavior and consciousness of workers. According to the change of focus, Korea's industrial accident preventive measures also has been adjusted to voluntary safety and health considering the safety culture and such attempts of preventive measures has contributed for reducing the accident rate. Safety culture is difficult to access due to the fact that factors that make up the safety culture are comprehensive and varied and there are many of external factors that affect to the safety culture. Moreover, there is a limit for applying specific preventive measures. Because, management culture or value of enterprises is various depending on each country or region. Nevertheless, looking at previous studies of advanced countries, they are presenting the fact that safety leadership has greater influence to formation of the safety culture. As a result, we study the Influence of manager's safety leadership that effect on safety culture. we want to propose the way to activate safety culture in workplace and to contribute for safety culture research.

Safety in the nuclear facility has been a growing interest due to recent recurrences of the fatal accidents such as Fukushima accident and Chernobyl accident. It is not easy to determine the extent to what technical requirements of nuclear facility such as nuclear power plant are be likely applicable to the laboratory for use of nuclear material. All of workers in nuclear shall be recognized for the generic features of safety according to the related laws. This study surveys a status of safety control laws to enhance safety in laboratory for use of nuclear material.

Recently developed a variety of architectural interior decoration according hwadoeme type of toxic gases generated during fire also are becoming diversified, resulting in fatal casualties occurred in the trend is also being increased. During a fire, toxic gas that is generated varies depending on the combustible material occurs. However, all combustible materials, including carbon, incomplete combustion of carbon monoxide which is generated in the most common toxic gases can be seen as one. Accordingly, in this study of organic solids that are generated in case of fire toxic gases, and briefly discuss the characteristics of the risks and, by far the most common Co gas for measures to prevent human casualties, seolbijeok, the temperature dependence, divided into four aspects of administrative daechaekdeung explained.

경인 아라뱃길 사업과 관련된 환경오염문제 및 경제적 실효성에 대한 논란은 접어두고 2011년 10월에 개통을 앞둔 현 상황에서는 수로가 완성되어 개통된 이후 선박 통항 안전성 확보를 통하여 사고의 발생을 방지함으로써 인명, 재산 및 환경을 적극적으로 보호하는데 초점이 맞추어져야 할 시점이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 경인 아라뱃길이 우리나라 최초의 내륙수로가 된다는 점을 고려하여 수로의 운영 및 선박 통항 안전성 확보를 위하여 운항 및 관리규칙의 제정에 대해 검토해 보고 안을 제시하고자 한다. 이 안은 세계 주요 운하의 통항 규칙 검토 및 경인 아라뱃길의 특성을 고려하여 총 7개장으로 분류하여 일반규정, 선박통항에 관한 일반규정, 선박운항규칙, 제한사항, 비상대응사항, 통항 제한사항및 벌칙규정 등으로 구성하여 각각의 규정을 개관하고 있다.

The occupational safety and health expenses in construction since 1988 has contributed significantly to the reduction of injury occurrence rate. But the appropriation standards for the Occupational Safety and Health Expenses in Construction(OSHEC) have been pointed out so many issues. The purpose of this study is to present ways to improve the appropriation standards for OSHEC through the reviewing of several issues about the current system and analysis of existing statistical data. Based on the result of the research, it is proposed the new model for OSHEC.

Contrast a general building high rise buildings itself has a kind of risk. In this study, the risk of a number of high rise buildings have fire fighting safety management of the particular risks associated with looking for ways to minimize focused. Issues include self fire protection. disaster management, building code and fire code of the mismatch, such as fire protection facilities aspects are explained in terms of three kinds, and for it to take steps in the direction suggested an alternative for high rise buildings. Although differences of opinion between departments will not be easy to fire fighting and building codes regarding conflicts of codes above all require immediate resolution, and high rise buildings to create a standard for effective risk management manual countermeasures will also be ensured.

New governance in the area of disaster management(New Governance) of the Safety Building in the form of public-private network as required in this era, SWOT can provide a strategic way to build public-private partnership recognized the necessity for a more efficient way. Between government agencies, private organizations and government and private organizations for the network between the systematic approach based on mutual trust, and participation by the activation of the meaning of seeing places studied. Partnership for Disaster Management as a result of the settlement than if the existing disaster management system for disaster response system more effective and efficient functioning in reducing human and material damage is expected to contribute are getting out.

The Chicago Convention in 1944 made important contributions to aviation safety improvement, building an aviation safety monitoring system for its signatory countries. As ICAO is now on the verge of changing its supervision system from self-reporting to preventive Continuous Monitoring Approach(CMA) in 2013, we also expect our own safety system to make a progress accordingly. The government is pushing ahead with plans to build an integrated safety management system at government level that satisfies international standards and reflects domestic features. To this end, this report proposes the most effective system-building model, by analyzing the current status of the system that is in use and meets the requirements of international aviation agencies.

우리나라에는 약 9만여척의 어선이 등록되어 있고, 항·포구를 중심으로 수산물 생산활동과 도서민교통수단, 례져활동수단 등 다양한 기능을 하고 있다, 그러나 어선중 원양어선을 제외한 소형 연근해 어업을 중심으로 하는 어선은 다른 대형 선박과 달리 체계적인 안전관리시스 템이 모듈이 없으며, 어업인 중심의 자율적인 안전관리를 하고 있어 전문지식 부족과 안전의식 결여로 많은 해양안전사고가 발생되고 있으며 , 정부의 어선 안전관련 업무를 살펴 보면 기능과 역활이 여러 부․처 및 지자체로 분산되어 있어 효율적인 어선안전관리시스템 부재로 인명과 재산 피해가 많이 발생 되고 있어 개선방안으로 통합어선안전관리시스템구축을 제시하고자 하였다

연간 우리나라 전체 인구의 약 1/3에 해당하는 약 1,500만 명이 해상여행을 즐기고 있는 오늘날, 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하며 안전 하고 즐거운 해상여행을 위하여 다중이용선박의 이용 및 관리에 대한 안전관리 시스템 구축 방안에 대하여 연구해 보고자 한다. 다중이용선박의 근거 법령 및 운영 기관의 현황과 해상사고 사례분석을 통하여 현재 실태 분석 및 문제점을 도출하여, 선진국 사례 및 국내 방안 벤치마킹을 통한 대처방안을 모색하고자 하며 나아가 법제도적, 운영관리적, 시스템적 측면에서 종합적인 안전관리 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

해양과학기술의 발전을 반영한 수면비행선박이 개발되어 최근 내항여객선으로 취항할 것을 예정하고 있으므로 이들 선박이 안전성은 물론 경제성까지 함께 담보할 수 있도록 안전운항관리방안을 마련함으로써 국민의 생명과 재산의 보호와 더불어 해양에 대한 과학적이고 경제적인 이용에 기여하고자 함

진도 연안해상교통관제 업무가 2010년 7월 15일 국토해양부에서 해양경찰청으로 이관이 되었다. 본 연구에서는 지난 10개월 간 진도 연안VTS 업무를 하면 일어난 사고와 예방사례 분석하여, 진도 연안의 특성을 파악하고, 안전관리 향상 방안에 대해 제시하고 자 한다.
