Continued efforts to build up Safety Management System(SMS) and to improve its efficiency in airports, to which customers have direct access, are taken for granted due to continuous development of the aviation industry in both quantity and quality and rapid growth of air transportation market. This thesis proposed efficient operation methods of SMS for domestic airport organizations including Incheon International Airport(IIA), the largest airport in South Korea, aiming at strengthening aviation safety from the perspective of airport operators who play a pivotal role in service provider SMS. Those are consolidation of the existing safety management organizations and various improvements to promote voluntary incident reporting system. To draw a proposal for the improvements, conducted a research on domestic safety management status, carried out an analysis on operating conditions and did a research on ICAO regulations, domestic legal system as well as statistics data. Relevant studies and researches were also gathered and analyzed. A search for further improvements can also help increase operational efficiency and promoting a higher-level of safety awareness among operators can establish mature safety culture at airports.

회전교차로의 운영 효율성과 안전성과 같은 장점은 국․내외 많은 연구에서 논의되고 있다. 이런 회전교차 로의 장점 중 높은 운영 효율은 신호 대기로 인한 불필요한 제어지체를 최소화시키기 때문에 발생한다. 하지 만 일정 교통량 이상의 경우에는 교차로 내 잠긴 현상 등으로 인해 지체가 발생하여 오히려 운영 효율이 낮 아진다. 이런 이유로 회전교차로는 많은 장점에도 불구하고 활발한 도입이 이루어지고 있지 않은 상황이다. 회전교차로 전환의 국내 기준은 회전교차로 설계지침(국토해양부, 2010)에 나타나 있다. 회전교차로 설 계지침에서는 회전교차로 전환 기준을 일교통량 1차로형 12,000대/일 이하, 2차로형 20,000대/일 이하, 첨두시 진입로의 차로당 교통량 125~450대/시, 좌회전 비율 30% 미만으로 제시하고 있다. 이처럼 설계 지침 상의 교통량 기준은 기초적인 기준을 제시하고 있으며, 매우 보우적인 기준을 적용시키고 있다. 회전교차로에서 많은 교통량을 처리할 수 있는 대표적인 방안은 신호 동시 운영 회전교차로의 도입이 다. 하지만 신호 운영 회전교차로는 신호교차로와 마찬가지로 불필요한 제어지체를 발생시킨다. 이소영 등(2012)은 이런 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 회전교차로에 램프 미터링 시스템 도입을 제안하였으 나, 이는 많은 비용이 소요될 것으로 판단되어 다른 운영 형태와의 효율성 비교가 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 이 연구에서는 신호교차로와 회전교차로를 교대로 운영하는 교차로를 제안하고 운영 효율성을 분 석하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 회전교차로에 첨두시 신호 운영 방안을 제안하고, 지체 분석을 통해 이런 교차로의 운영 효율 측면을 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 흐름은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌연구를 통하여 회전교차로의 특성 및 제약 조건 등을 살펴보고, 국내외 연구를 고찰한다. 둘째, 국내 교통 운영 자료를 통해 회전교차로의 운영 특성을 분석한다.. 셋째, 설계 기준 및 교통량 자료를 토대로 신호 운영 시나리오를 구축하고, aaSIDRA를 통해 시나리오별 지체를 분석한다. 마지막으로 연구의 결과를 정리하고 향후 과제를 제시한다. 분석을 위한 시나리오는 표 1과 같다. 총 540개의 시나리오를 분석하였으며, 회전교차로 6 유형, 진입 교통량을 100대부터 1,500대까지 100대 간격, 6가지 회전 비율을 토대로 하였다.

This study was targeted on the Korean, Chinese, and Japanese parents of preschoolers to investigate the importance and satisfaction of foodservice quality and the importance and performance of foodservice management of the preschool foodservice establishments. The present study conducted a survey on 390 randomly chosen parents of preschoolers (130 Korean, 130 Chinese, and 130 Japanese). Respondents' importance-satisfaction of foodservice quality characteristics and their importance-performance of foodservice management were measured. In order to test for differences between the groups, paired t-test, one way ANOVA, and IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) were performed. The results were as follows. The importance of foodservice quality was significantly higher than the satisfaction on all items, according to the parents of Korea, China, and Japan. The importance of foodservice quality was higher in Korean parents than in Chinese and Japanese parents. According to ISA results with foodservice quality characteristics, the characteristics with relatively low satisfaction but high importance (II quadrant) was 'Diversity of menu' in both Korean and Chinese parents, and 'Sanitation of tables and chairs' in both Korean and Japanese parents. The importance of foodservice management was significantly higher than performance on all items in Korean, Chinese and Japanese parents. The performance of foodservice management was higher in Chinese than in Japanese and Korean parents. According to IPA results with foodservice management, the management with relatively low performance but high importance (II quadrant) was 'Preparation' in Korean parents, and 'Facility and equipment' in Japanese parents. Therefore, the items with relatively low satisfaction (performance) and high importance should be well-managed.

본 연구는 산림휴양자원과 산촌마을 연계를 통한 산촌마을의 활성화를 위해 자연휴양림 이용객을 마을로 유인하기 위한 핵심 요소 분석을 실시하고 산촌 활성화를 위한 연계프로그램 도출을 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구의 주요 내용은 다음의 세가지로 요약된다. 첫째, 국내·외 산림휴양자원과 산촌생태마을과의 연계 실태 파악을 위해 산촌정책의 전개과정 및 자연휴양림의 특성을 살펴보았다. 또한 현황에 대한 실증 분석을 위해 자연휴양림과 연계되어 있는 산촌생태마을이 하나의 단위로 구성되는 9개의 조사지를 선정하였고 문제점 및 잠재력 확인을 위해 조사대상지 9곳의 자연휴양림 운영 담당자와 산촌생태마을 운영관계자 24명을 대상으로 심층면접을 수행하여 문제점 분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 일본의 산림휴양자원과 산촌마을 연계 사례 조사를 수행하고 한국과 일본의 산림휴양자원 연계형 프로그램의 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 셋째, 분석된 내용에 기반한 산림휴양자원과 산촌마을의 연계 프로그램 운영 방안을 제안하였다.

This study analyzed purchasing characteristics of local agricultural products and processed products as well as evaluatedoperation programs for Changnyeon festival participants. The purchasing rates of local agricultural products and processedproducts at this festival were 63.6% and 49.1%, respectively, and the main purchased crops were onion (42.6%) and garlic(20.7%). Drinks (43.6%) were highly purchased processed products. The recognition (95.3%) and preferences (98.4%) forChangyeong local agricultural products were high at this festival. Subjects (72.5%) responded that public relations wereeffective for sale at this festival, and evaluation of the operation program for the festival was 3.51±0.74 (total score 5 points).Satisfaction with the experience event (37.7%) and exhibition event (33.6%) were high at this festival program, whereasparticipants gave low rates for art exhibition and sale events of local agricultural products (16.2%), cooking education(14.7%), direct education program (12.9%), and games (12.1%). This festival was an effective means of public relations,although purchase effects were not significant. This result suggests that the festival is necessary for planning a program toincrease purchasing.

해상교통안전진단제도가 도입(2009.11)된 후 운영 중 나타난 제도상·운영 측면에서의 개선사항을 반영하고, 제도의 효율성 제고 및 종합 관리를 위해 해상교통안전진단시행지침 전부개정(2012.3)을 통해 선박안전기술공단내 해사안전연구센터가 전문기관으로 지정되었다. 하지만, 개정된 관련 해사안전법령에는 안전진단서 사전검토, 진단대상사업에 대한 검토 의견 제시 등 유사 국내 평가제도에서의 전문기관과 비교하면 역할과 업무가 명확하지 제시되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 먼저 SWOT분석을 통해 전문기관 발전을 위한 추진전략을 수립하고, 처분기관, 사업자, 안전진단대행업자 등 관련 전문가 의견수렴 및 국내 유사 평가제도의 전문기관의 역할 및 운영현황을 비교분석하였다. 이를 통해 진단제도가 효율적으로 운영되고, 진단사업에 대한 환경변화에 능동적으로 대응 할 수 있도록 스크린·스코핑, 컨설턴트 시스템 도입을 위한 전문기관의 조직 구성과 운영체제 개선과 진단관련 주체들의 책임과 역할을 명확화하기 위해 해사안전법 개정 등 전문기관의 발전과 해양개발사업에 대한 통합관리를 위한 제도상·운영상의 개선사항 도출하여 제시하였다.

Adolescence is the most important period of healthy development. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the food recognition, snack preference, and dietary behavior of 1st grade of middle and high school boys and girls. Subjects were 5,554 students from 16 schools with healthy tuck shop and 3,406 students from 9 schools without healthy tuck shop in Seoul, Korea. Students from schools with healthy tuck shop are significantly higher than control group for facility satisfaction and hygiene satisfaction (all p<0.05). For fruit, the preference (p<0.05) and recognition (attitude, p<0.001: intention, p<0.05: eating habit, p<0.001: social-environment, p<0.001: self-efficacy, p<0.001) of students in schools with healthy tuck shop are significantly higher than those in schools without healthy tuck shop. For the habit of checking the manufacturer, students in schools with healthy tuck shop were significantly higher than students in schools without healthy tuck shop (p<0.05). The result suggested that we have to create an environment in which fruits can be purchased easily at a tuck shop and to educate adolescents for the importance of healthy food purchasing behavior. In conclusion, healthy school tuck shop had a positive effect on accessibility to healthy food.

In this paper, a System Dynamics(SD) computer simulation model has been developed to assess the effects of developing and providing an alternate water source. A water service index was also developed to estimate the level of overall customer satisfaction on water supply service. Data from the Busan water supply service and the Korea Development Institute regarding the Nak Dong river bank storage development were utilized during the modeling processes. Some important indicators of the system under study were analyzed by the simulations of development of the alternate water source for Busan. The developed SD model and the water service index can be further utilized as a tool that can assess the extent and timing of an additional service improvement project.

본 연구는 전남지역의 산촌생태마을의 운영실태와 문제점을 분석하여 향후 여건변화에 따른 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 전남지역의 산촌생태마을은 1996년 곡성 원달마을을 시작으로 2010년까지 24개 마을이 조성되 었다. 2011년부터는 산촌생태마을 조성사업은 어촌종합개발사업, 농촌마을 종합개발사업과 함께 권역단위 종합정비사 업으로 통합되어 추진되었다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 2010년까지 조성된 전남지역의 24개 마을을 대상으로 문헌조사, 현지조사를 통해서 운영 실태를 파악하였다. 산촌마을의 문제점으로는 인구감소와 고령화로 인하여 산촌에서의 농업의 활력이나 마을기능이 저하되었고 이로 인해 노동력 부족으로 산촌경작지나 자연환경에 대한 경관창출 및 환경정비가 미약한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 시설중심의 생활환경개선과 생산기반조성사업에 집중적으 로 투자됨으로 지역 관광 활성화를 위한 소프트웨어 중심 계획이 미비한 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 시설에 대한 인력부족이나 전문성 미비로 유지관리나 운영관리 이용이 저조하거나 관리가 부실한 것으로 나타났고, 시설중심의 체험프로그램 운영과 주변 지역자원과의 연계성 미비로 숙박과 체험시설 위주의 단순한 프로그램 운영으로 생산이나 생활, 전통문화에 대한 프로그램이 미흡한 것으로 조사되었다. 이에 문제점을 토대로 산촌생태마을 활성화 방안을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 산촌다움의 유지 및 복원을 위한 산촌경관 재생이다. 둘째, 산촌의 지역성을 창조하는 생활과 생산문화 재생이다. 셋째, 지역기반형 운영 프로그램 개발이다. 넷째, 건강지향형 지역특화산업과 융·복합이다. 다섯째, 지역자원과 연계한 그린투어리즘 전개이다. 여섯째 수요 중심의 홍보마케팅 강화이다.
