In today's business environment faced in very quick change, Human Resource Management play a key role in sustaining corporate competitive advantage and boosting organizational competency. Based on a former study, the purpose of this study is to find how individual Human Resource Management practice effects business performance and labor relations. Business performance is a positive influence on employee royalty and devotion. Also it is more influenced statistically significant impact on industrial relation of corporate. As a result of this study, we can find the significant influence from Human Resource Management practice and industrial relation.

At present, companies write daily work record or use bar-code in order to collect distribution flow data in real time. However, it needs additional works to check the record or read the bar-code with a scanner. In this case, human error could decrease accuracy of data and it would cause problems in reliability. To solve this problem, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is introduced in many automatic recognition sector recently. RFID is a technology that identification data is inserted into micro-mini IC chip and recognize, trace, and manage object, animal, or person using wireless frequency. This is being emerged as the core technology in future ubiquitous environment. This study is intended to suggest RFID application method in franchise business. Traceability and visibility of individual product are supplied based on EPCglobal network. It includes DW system which supplies various assessment data about product in supply chain, financial transaction system which is based on product transaction and position information, and RFID middleware which refines and divides product data from RFID tag. With the suggested application methods, individual product's profile data are supplied in real time and it would boost reliability to customer and make effective cooperation with existing operation systems (SCM, CRM, and e-Business) possible.

우리나라는 2000년에 제조물책임법이 제정하여 2002년 7월 1일부터 시행하였으며, 제조물의 제조, 설계, 표시등의 결함으로 인하여 발생한 손해에 대한 제조업자 등의 손해 배상책임을 규정하고 소비자의 결함 입증부담 경감과 피해자의 보호를 도모하자 하고 있다. 제조물의 표시등의 결함은 지시결함이나 경고결함에 관한 것으로 제조자는 그 위험에 의한 사고를 방지 회피할 수 있도록 소비자에게 정보를 제공하여야 하나 이를 이행하지 않아 발생된 결함이다. 본 논문에서는 A사(社)의 공기정화기 B모델 사용설명서에 나타난 정보제공사항을 주의 경고표시 가이드 등에 따라 검토하였으며, 그 결과 일부 지시 및 경고사항에서 보완해야할 사항이 발견하였다. 보완사항은 제안사항으로 기업내부 에서 처리하되 전문성이 부족한 분야는 외부의 PL전문가의 협력하에 바람직한 개선안이 도출될 수 있을 것이다.

신규 산업의 발전을 위해 정부는 많은 지원을 한다. 특히 게임산업은 정부지원체제로 약 10년간 운영이 되어 왔다. 그 결과 게임산업은 많은 성장을 하게 되었다. 하지만 비균형 지원으로 인하여 업계, 학계, 소비자의 요구 상황을 모두 수용할 수 없는 상황이다. 타 플랫폼도 비슷하겠지만 특히 규모면에서 1위를 차지하고 있는 아케이드 게임산업도 예외는 아니다. 게임의 개발에서부터 유통, 판매에 걸쳐 다방면으로 정부는 지원을 하여야 하고, 사회적 이미지를 긍정적인 인프라로 조성하여 아케이드 게임산업을 발전시켜야 하지만, 아직까지 많은 문제점을 안고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 차원에서 본 연구의 방향을 아케이드 게임산업 육성책 마련에 중점을 두었다.

게임 산업 중에서도 발전 속도와 확산이 빠른 만큼 다양한 비즈니스모델(Business Model)이 적용 가능한 온라인 게임 산업 분야에 비즈니스모델 분류를 통해 기업 성장을 위한 비즈니스모델을 가늠해 보고자 한다. 이를 통하여 기업에 필요한 비즈니스모델 선택의 기준이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 온라인 게임 산업 내 비즈니스 모델을 구성하는 요인들을 분류를 위해 관련 현황을 분석하고, 기존의 타 산업 내에서의 비즈니스모델에 대한 전반적인 특징과 유형에 대해 전략적인 요인과 더불어 온라인게임 산업 내 비즈니스모델까지 폭 넒은 요인을 분석 및 고찰 단계를 수행한다. 온라인 게임 산업 비즈니스 모델의 분류 기준을 제시하고 분석 및 분류를 통해 각각 구현된 비즈니스모델 특성을 토대로 비교 분석을 실시하여 온라인 게임 산업 내 비즈니스모델을 통해 향후 발전 방향 및 전략적 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

In today's industrial society, one observes fierce competition aiming at profit generation among companies, and the utilization of complex machineries and cutting edge science and technology constitutes a constant threat to the life, body, and health of employees. In such a context, it is precisely the purpose of the Industrial Safety and Health Act that is in force to provide protection to the life and health of employees against hazardous and harmful environment and the role of enterprises becomes more and more important in the law. The Industrial Safety and Health Act places the responsibility for preventing industrial accidents on the shoulders of the business employer by providing safety and health information relating to current employees and creating an appropriate work environment. The employer must recognize the importance of prevention of industrial accident and must possess a business philosophy that places top priority on safety when it comes to company management. In light of such practical considerations, the present study approaches to find out the influence of safety and health management on business management from a statistical sample survey point of view. By doing this, the study hopes to show that a through safety management serves to protect the life and health of employees and raise profit for businesses. What is more, the study hopes to demonstrate that promoting a sound business culture can act as fertilizer that promotes the ushering in of a bright society.

The purpose of this study was to measure employee ‘awareness’ and ‘practice’ of business ethics in the foodservice industry, and to determine possible correlations between these two variables. Self administrated questionnaires were completed by 1003 employees and data were analysed to ascertain frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and canonical correlation. Two factors were obtained from factor analysis of business ethics(BE) awareness; “Organizational awareness”, and “Individual awareness”. Similarly, two factors were also obtained for business ethics practice; “Systematic practice”, and “Compensatory practice”. Canonical correlation analysis produced two significant functions. For canonical function 1, it was found that organizational awareness of BE was positively correlated with systematic practice. For canonical function 2, it was found that individual awareness of BE was negatively correlated with the compensatory practices of BE. The findings of this study demonstrate that higher organizational awareness of business ethics in the foodservice industry led to higher systematic practices of BE, while higher individual awareness of BE led to lower compensatory practices of BE. In conclusion, higher organizational awareness of BE places a higher priority on building an external system from an institutional perspective, while higher employees awareness of BE leads to higher expectation from the company, resulting in relatively low compensatory practices.

The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical cause-effect relationships among business ethical values and person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance within family restaurants and feeding facilities. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 459 restaurant employees. The SPSS and Amos programs were then applied to the data to perform frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and SEM analyses. The primary results are as follows. First, business ethical values had a significant positive effect on person-organization fit. Second, person-organization fit had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and a significant negative effect on turnover intent. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and turnover intent had a significant negative effect, on organizational performance. Finally, upon verifying the possible direct and indirect effects of business ethical values within family restaurants and feeding facilities, it was determined that the ethical values had significant direct and indirect effects on person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance. These findings have various implications. For example, an improved in-house ethical working environment leads to greaterperson-organization fit, and having employees that feel there is better in-house ethical reliability leads to greater consistency between personal and organizational values, resulting in higher job satisfaction and ultimately organizational performance.

Each document has the unique role and usage though, the job instructions, especially, would be developed to support the practical job worker. So, the job instructions should be reflect the latest know-how of the job-handling methods. And that, it should be used at any times by the practical job worker. This study is planned to survey the actual usage status of the job instructions of the domestic enterprises, and tried to suggest the effective way of maintaining the documents.

Transportation companies should ensure the number of trucks for a type of business model rather than a means of livelihood model. 과거 우리나라 중소기업이 중국에 생산기지를 대거 구축하기 시작한 것은 국내 환경변화에 대응한 불가피한 선택이었다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 그런 불가피한 선택으로 중국으로 진출한 우리 중소기업들이 모두 성공적인 결실을 거둔다면 더할 나위 없이 좋겠지만, 많은 기업들이 중국 투자에서 실패를 거듭하고 있다. 이는 우리 중소기업들이 중국 투자 후 3년 이내에 청산이 높게 나타나는 것에서 알 수 있듯이 투자결정 과정에서 충분한 검토가 이루어진 후 결정하기보다는 한 두 번의 출장으로 인건비에서의 단순 비교만을 통한 성급한 투자 결정에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 더군다나 중국의 투자환경 또한 중국 경제의 변화만큼이나 급속히 변화하고 있으며, 중국 시장 상황 역시 중국 현지 기업 및 글로벌 기업의 경쟁적인 진출로 세계의 공장이 되면서 거의 전 부문에서 공급과잉이 심화되고 수익성이 악화되고 있는 상태이다. 그리고 수익이 발생하는 곳이면 어느 곳이나 복제품이 등장하고 후발업체의 새로운 진입이 급증하여 생산량이 증가하게 되며, 그에 따른 공급과잉 심화와 저가 출혈경쟁이라는 악순환은 기업들의 수익성을 지속적으로 악화시킬 수밖에 없다. 그러한 수익성의 악화로 인해 중국 시장에서 퇴출하는 기업이 속출하고 있는 상황에서, 기술 경쟁력을 갖추지 못한 우리 중소기업들은 중국 내수시장 공략에도 어려움을 겪게 될 것이고, 투자환경의 변화에 따라 노동력지향형 중국 투자 전략도 타격을 입게 될 가능성이 높아졌다고 하겠다. 따라서 우리 중소기업들은 기술경쟁력이 전혀 없는 상태에서 무조건 싼 노동력만을 찾아 다른 낙후 지역으로 눈을 돌리기에 앞서, 임가공 기지로서의 중국 투자는 한계에 봉착하였음을 빨리 파악하여야 한다. 그런 다음 한국 본사와 역할 분담하여 중국에서 제3국으로의 수출비중을 줄이고, 세계 최대 시장 가운데 하나인 중국에서의 생존을 위해 부단한 기술개발에 매진하여, 그 기술경쟁력을 바탕으로 한 중국 내수시장을 공략하는 것이 가장 급선무라고 하겠다. 또한 중국 투자를 준비하거나 향후 중국 진출을 고려하는 기업들은 현장답사 뿐만 아니라 진출하고자 하는 지역에 이미 사업을 하고 있는 우리 기업들을 방문하여 생생한 현장의 목소리를 들을 필요가 있다. 그리고 중국의 투자환경과 중국 정부 정책이 이미 과거와는 달리 외자기업들에게 우호적이지만은 않다는 사실에도 주의를 기울여야 한다
