This study was carried out to compare the characteristics of seed germination and the first stage of growth in Cynanchum wilfordii (Maxim.) by different light conditions such ass fluorescent light, dark and light emitting diode (LED). There was not much difference from the germination rate of C. wilfordii (Maxim.) in different light conditions for 10 days. The highest of germination rate occurred over 91.11 percentage by LED red condition at 26℃. Also mean germination velocity and promptness index were represented the highest results of 2.3 ea/day and 52.67 under red light, respectively. But mean germination time under both LED red and blue light was represented low data that it takes over three days for germinating of seed. Even though handling both LED red and blue lights, the germination uniformity was not constant. These results may help our understanding of variations in germination characteristics for C. wilfordii (Maxim.) seeds treated under different light conditions.

Keeping the intact germinal vesicle (GV) is essential for maintaining the capacity of mammals including human. It is maintained by very complex procedures along with folliculogenesis and is a critical step for getting competent oocyte. So far, a few mechanisms involved in folliculogenesis are known but GV arrest mechanisms are largely unrevealed. Cyclic AMP, a adenosine derived substance, have been used as inhibitor of germinal vesicle breakdown as a putative oocyte maturation inhibitor. In this study, we examined the potency of adenosine as GV maintainer and a possible signaling mediator for that. A1, A2b, and A3 were detected in cumulus cells of cumulus enclosed-oocyte (CEO). Intact of germinal vesicle was not kept like in follicle but the spontaneous maturation was inhibited by exogenous adenosine. It is inhibited with concentration dependent manners. Intracellular calcium level of cumulus was extensively increased after adenosine treatment. Based on these results it is suggested that one of the pathway for GV arrest by adenosine and its receptors is calcium mediated signaling pathway in CEO.

Leptoglossus occidentalis Heidemann, 1910 was newly recorded in Korea as a invasive species at Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea in 2010 and 2011. Leptoglossus Guérin-Méneville, 1831 is also newly recorded Coreid genus in Korea. The diagnostic shape is expanded leaf-like hind tibiae. The origin of this species is North America and it has been rapidly propagated around the world as a pest. This bug recognized as a pest on almost of Pinaceae plants and they suck on developing cones, so the monitoring on the present invasion of this species in Korea is urgent. It was presumed that the invasion of Leptoglossus occidentalis into Korea was before 2010 with present study.

본 논문은 베토벤 피아노 소나타 Op. 81a ≪고별≫(Lebewohl) 제1악장에 대한 두 가지 내러티브 를 담고 있다. 첫 번째 내러티브는 외적인 분석으로서 음악의 여러 층위에 배태(胚胎)된 토픽들을 확인하고 그 의미를 탐구한다. 이를 위해 래트너(Leonard Ratner)와 아가우(Kofi Agawu)의 양식 적·기호학적 연구를 출발점으로 삼았다. 이러한 내러티브는 다양한 음악적 측면들에 대한 철저하 고도 섬세한 고찰들이 연합된 ‘해석학적인 담론’으로 발전하게 된다. 벗을 향한 향수를 상징하는 ‘고 별’의 모토와 슬픔의 표상(表象)인 ‘샤콘느 4도선’은 이 작품이 내포하는 복잡한 음악극의 근간을 이 룬다. 이 음악극에서 고별 모토와 샤콘느 4도선은 프랑스 서곡, 노래하는 알레그로, 화려한 양식 등 과 같은 음악적 기표들과 연합되어 다층적 의미를 생산한다. 두 번째 내러티브는 중경층에 대한 내적인 분석으로서 거시적 수준의 보조음 음형을 작품의 응 집력을 확보하기 위한 수단으로 사용한 베토벤의 소나타 형식의 취급 방법에 대해 논의한다. 소나 타 형식을 새로운 차원의 삼분할로 보는 견해가 조심스럽게 개진되며, 결론에서는 이 두 내러티브 분석의 융합과 평가를 통해 진정한 의미의 ‘베토벤적인 것’에 대한 숙고가 이루어진다.

This study compares and contrasts the Wales and England Organic Action Plans (WOAP and EOAP) and a Korean regional Life-Food Development Plan (KLFDP) in order to facilitate the development of the organic sector in Korea. Early action plans, for example, the first WOAP (1999) focused support on developing the supply of organic products whereas later action plans focused on marketing and consumer. OAPs may not only provide specific issue-solving roles by proposing new policy measures but also perform a regulatory role as a controller for organic sector development as a whole. The current KLFDP seems to stick to the former role but hardly has the latter role such as setting priorities， harmonizing various conflicting p이ïcy measures and factors and performing evaluation process for further progress. To secure better harmonized and sustainable development of Korean organic farming sector, constructing comprehensive national-Ievel organic action plan, which has policy developing, implementing, regulating, evaluating and evolving functions, might be the most efficient choice.

This study was carried out to utilize the byproducts (flower, immature and mature berry, leaf and stem) of ginseng. Yield of byproducts were 32.7±9.8g in flower, 68.2±2.2g in immature berry, 48.5±4.3g in mature berry, 316.2±20.5g in leaf, and 296.6±15.4g in stem per 3.3m2 (180×90cm, ginseng root 675.5±35.7g/drybasis. The total saponin contents of ginseng byproducts and root are 52.36±1.24, 68.71±1.98, 168.89±0.57, 68.26±1.32, 7.85±0.61 and 35.08±0.96 mg/g, respectively. The main ginsenoside of all byproducts was Re and the highest content was 132.23±1.56 mg/g in mature berry. But flower and berry was not detected Rf and Rh1, respectively. Total polyphenolic compound content on mature berry was the highest, 2.242±0.140%, after, immature berry 〉 leaf 〉 flower 〉 root 〉 stem order. The DPPH radical scavenging activity on mature berry was the highest, 0.115±0.004 mg/mL(IC50), and the others were the same order of polyphenolic compound and ginsenoside content on byproducts.

환자가 받는 선량이 증가함에 의해 위해도가 증가한다. 이에 본 연구는 2009년 8월부터 2010년 9월까지 서울 및 경인지역의 영상의학과의원을 대상으로 환자피폭선량을 분석하였다. 두개골 전후방향검사에서 환자피폭선량은 영상의 학과의원 1.75mGy, 영국 3.00mGy, 일본 3.00mGy, 독일 5.00mGy로 영상의학과의원이 낮게 측정되었고. 두개골 측방 향검사에서 환자피폭선량은 영상의학과의원 1.49mGy, 3차 의료기관 1.50mGy로 영상의학과의원이 낮게 측정되었고 IAEA의 권고 선량인 3.00mGy 보다 낮게 측정되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 환자의 의료피폭 저감화를 위해 국제 기구 권고안을 준수하고, 방사선의 효율적인 방호의 최적화와 의료방사선 피폭의 저감화가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

This study analyzed the characteristics of stormwater runoff in the orchard areas and quantitatively estimated effluence of nonpoint source pollutants for the volume of runoff. Two target areas under vine cultivation were each 2,000㎡ and 1,800㎡, located in Gyeongju City. Since grape was the only crop on the target area, the characteristics of stormwater runoff at vineyard could be evaluated independently. A total of 51 rainfall events in the vineyard area during two years(2008-2009) was surveyed, and 19 of them became stormwater runoff, with rainfall ranging 16.5 - 79.7 mm and antecedent dry period of 1-13 days. The pollutant runoff loads by volume of stormwater runoff showed BOD ranging 19.5 - 45.3% in 30% of runoff volume. The average pollution discharge rate was 32.4%, indicating small first flush effect of BOD. The range of SS concentrations was 5 –52.0% in 10% of runoff volume, showing the average 28.7% of discharge rate, about 3 times more than rainfall effluent. TOC and TN appeared to be similar to the results of BOD, the average discharge rate of 30.9% and 30.6% for TOC and TN, respectively, for 30% of stormwater runoff volume. Average discharge rate of COD and TP in the same runoff volume was 35.1% and 36%, respectively, showing comparatively high discharge ratio. As the targeted vineyard area was permeable land, the pollution load ratio against rainfall-runoff volume appeared to be 1:1, implying no strong first flush effect for all the survey items.

이 논문은 󰡔남명학연구󰡕 29집 소재 ｢󰡔南冥集󰡕 諸板本의 刊行年代｣라는 오이 환의 논문에 대한 반박 논문이다. 요점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 󰡔남명집󰡕 기유본 문경호 발문의 ‘임인(1602) 년간’은 문집의 편집 작업 이 진행된 시점을 언급한 것이고, 초간된 것은 서문이 찬술된 갑진(1604)년이 며, 장판각에 불이 난 뒤 순찰사 유영순의 후원에 의해 병오(1606)년 무렵에 1 차 중간이 있었고, 다시 이를 부분적으로 수정하고 보유를 추가하여 간행한 것 이 기유(1609)본이다. 둘째, ‘年間’, 즉 ‘즈음’이란 용어가 간행연대를 적시한 용어로 보기에는 분명 하지 않고 너무나 느슨하다. 간행한 것은 분명한 것이고, 문집 편찬을 의논한 것은 오늘날처럼 간행위원회를 만든 것이라기보다는, 1600년의 󰡔퇴계집󰡕 간행 에 영향을 받은 것으로 보이기 때문에 그 시기가 불분명하였던 것이다. 셋째, 갑진년 8월에 정인홍이 찬술한 서문이, 문경호가 발문을 실은 그 책에 같이 실려 있다는 것은 문집의 초간이 갑진년에 있었다는 것을 가장 웅변적으 로 말해주는 것이다. 넷째, 초간본의 장판각이 불타고 유영순에 의해 중간이 되었다면 이는 유영순 의 관찰사 재임 기간[1605년 9월-1607년 3월]과 관련시키면 병오(1606)년 무렵이라 해야지, 오이환처럼 갑진(1604)년으로 볼 수는 없다. 다섯째, 오이환이 󰡔고대일록󰡕의 신축(1601)년과 임인(1602)년 등에 보이는 ‘看役’이 문집 간행의 일이라고 해석할 근거가 없다. 더구나 계묘(1603)년 겨울 에 李堉이 鄭逑의 심부름으로 󰡔남명집󰡕의 편집 작업을 주도하던 鄭仁弘에게 특 정한 글을 제외하기를 요구하였는데, 정인홍이 “선생의 문자라면 片言隻字라도 가볍게 취하거나 뺄 수 없다.”며 거절하였으니, 이는 1603년 겨울 이전까지 문 집의 편집 작업이 계속되고 있었다는 근거 자료가 된다. 여섯째, 이상 네 가지 이유로 임인(1602)년에 󰡔남명집󰡕이 초간되었다고 주장 한 오이환의 설이 설득력을 잃게 된다. 일곱째, 이에 오이환은 유영순에 관한 문경호의 기록이 신빙성이 없다며, 하 징의 ｢덕천서원기｣와 배대유의 ｢신산서원기｣에서의 관찰사 기록 착각의 예를 들었다. 그러나 이는 논리가 닿지 않는다. 하징과 배대유가 설사 관찰사에 대하 여 착각했다 해도, 그것이 문경호의 착각에 어떻게 작용했는지를 증명할 길이 없다. 그러나 필자는 그것조차 오이환이 사실이 아닌 주장을 한 것으로 논증하 였다. 여덟째, 우선 하징의 ｢덕천서원중건기｣에서 윤근수가 관찰사로서 재임 기간 [1574년 10월-1575년 10월] 중에 덕천서원의 창건을 지원하였다는 것을 오 이환은 하징이 착각하여 잘못 기록한 것이라 생각하고 있지만, 재임 중에 그가 지원한 뒤 1576년 봄부터 일을 시작했다고 보면 하징의 기록에 전연 무리가 없 음을 알 수 있다. 아홉째, 배대유의 ｢신산서원기｣는 󰡔모정집󰡕 기록을 보면 ‘방백읍재’ 밑에 윤 근수와 하진보가 각각 세주로 처리되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 이 세주를 후인이 추기한 것으로 보지 않으려는 것은, 오이환이 배대유가 착각했다고 보기 위함 에 다름 아니다. 배대유는 당시의 관찰사 김수와 김해부사 양사준의 인품을 문 제삼아 그들의 이름을 드러내지 않으려는 의도에서 애초에 ‘방백읍재’라고만 하고, ‘金方伯睟梁知府思俊’이라 표현하지 않았던 것으로 보인다.

이 연구에서는 3D 1인칭 슈팅게임의 시각적 요소를 살펴보고, 그 고유한 특징으로 인해 새롭게 구성되는 주체의 문제를 검토하였다. 3D 1인칭 슈팅게임은 현실 세계에서 인간이 갖는 시각 경험을 재매개함으로써 게이머로 하여금 몰입감을 창조한다. 주관적 시점의 구성, 상대적으로 투명한 인터페이스의 설정 등은 3D 1인칭 슈팅게임의 영상이 지니고 있는 특징이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 게임의 시각적 요소를 통해 구성되는 주체는 영화에서 봉합과 같은 장치를 통해 형성되는 주체와 다른 것이며, 게이머는 주관적 시점과 자율적인 영상 구성을 통해 시선의 주체, 행위의 주체이자 서술의 주체가 된다. 그러나 3D 1인칭 슈팅게임에서 게이머는 완전한 의미의 말하는 주체가 아니라 시야의 제한으로 인해 불완전한 수준의 주체에 머무르게 된다.

바둑에 있어 사활문제는 컴퓨터 바둑을 구현하기 위해 반드시 극복해야 하는 기본적인 문제이다. 사활문제와 같은 국부적인 바둑 문제를 해결하기 위하여 고려해야 될 중요한 사항은 게임 트리의 엄청난 분기수와 그 깊이를 어떻게 처리하느냐이다. 본 논문에서 수행된 실험의 기본 착상은 둘러싸인 돌들을 죽이기 위해 인식된 첫 수들을 찾아내는 인간의 습성을 모방한 것이다. 바둑에 있어, 유사한 사활문제(패턴)들은 자주 유사한 해들을 갖는다. 유사한 패턴을 분류 하기 위하여 코호넨 신경망(KNN)을 기반으로 한 군집화를 수행하였으며, 실험 결과는 고무적이며 사활문제를 풀기 위해 신경망으로 통제 학습을 사용하는 패턴 일치와 경쟁할 수 있음을 알아냈다.

중저준위 방사성폐기물의 영구처분을 위하여 건설되는 월성원자력환경관리센터의 1단계 폐쇄후 안전성평가에 대하여 기술하였다. 처분시설의 건설운영허가를 위하여 작성된 안전성평가에 대하여 평가개요, 처분시설의 폐쇄개념, 처분부지에 대한 지하수 유동특성을 이용하여 평가를 위한 시나리오의 개발과정과 도출된 평가대상 시나리오에 대한 개념을 기술하였다. 폐쇄후 안전성평가 모델링을 위한 평가도구, 입력인자와 개별 시나리오에 대한 핵종누출 모델링, 기체발생 및 기체이동 모델링, 인간침입 모델링과 생태계 모델링에 대하여 기술하였다. 처분시설의 폐쇄후 안전성 평가시나리오에 대하여 국내 규제치를 만족하는 것으로 평가되었으며 향후 처분시설 안전성에 대한 불확실성 저감과 신뢰성 증진을 위한 노력을 지속적으로 수행할 예정이다.

We described and illustrated a rare species in Korea, Hypoxis aurea Lour. (Hypoxidaceae) which was rediscovered about 70 years after its first collection from Jeju island in Korea. The members of the family Hypoxidaceae R. Br. are distinguished from the plants of Amaryllidaceae J. St-Hill. by having grass-like leaves, an invisible stem which is modified into a corm or a rhizome, trimerous, and radially symmetric flowers with an inferior ovary developing into a capsule on scapes. Hypoxis aurea Lour. is readily distinguishable from Curculigo orchinoides Gsertn. in Japan by beakless ovary and capsular fruit. The number of somatic chromosome is 2n=54.

최대 엽 수량 증대를 위한 1회 수확부위를 구명하여 안정생산을 도모코자 지제부 수확 등 4처리를 두어 2002년부터 3년간 시험한 결과, 경엽과 근경 생육은 1회 수확높이가 짧을수록 양호한 경향이었으나, 분얼수는 길수록 많았으며, 근경의 분포는 직경 5mm 이하가 58% 정도며, 수확높이가 짧을수록 굵은 근경의 비율이 높은 경향이었다. 경엽수량은 지상부에서 수확높이가 짧을수록 많아 5cm수확(관행) 10a당 292kg 대비 지제부 수확에서 15% 증수되었고, 경엽 수확 후 건조 전 조제시간은 수확높이가 낮을수록 단축되었으며, 5cm 수확(관행) 대비 지제부 수확에서 30% 절감되었다.
