Pesticides were extracted from samples with 70% acetone and methylene chloride in order, and then cleaned up via open-column chromatography apparatus packed with florisil, and finally analyzed simultaneously the organophosphorus pesticides using GC/NPD. Ultra-2 and Ultra-1 fused silica capillary columns were used to separate and identify the products. Recovery of most analytes from soybean sample, taken from pesticide residues well, was greater than(80%) for all except(6) analytes. This method can simultaneously determine multiple pesticides with a high degree of accuracy and precision.

한국내 분포하는 다년생 초본인 삽주 집단의 유전적 다양도와 집단구조를 조사하기 위해 전분 전기영동으로 분석하였다. 15 대립유전자좌위당 9개 좌위에서 다형현상(60.0%)을 보였으며, 유전적 다양도는 종수준에서 0.144로 높은 반면 집단수준이 이보다 약간 낮았다. 삽주의 유전적 다양도는 대부분 집단내에 존재하였고 유사한 생활양식을 가진 다른 식물종에 비해 높았다. 그 이유로는 유성생식, 다년생, 다산 등에 기인한다. 집단간 분화는 약 13%였고 지리적 거리와 유전적 거리의 상관은 높았다(r=0.65). 그럼에도 불구하고 일부 격리된 집단은 유효집단크기를 가지지 못하여 이형접합체의 결여가 유의성을 보여 다양도가 높은 집단의 보존이 요망된다.

For the purpose of developing a new process for the elimination of oil components from oily waste water, experimental researches using oil gelling agent were performed. The process is composed of three units, that is, decantator, gelling column and adsorption column. l0g of gelling agent in the gelling column could effectively absorb 15.65g of oil from ship washing waste water and 16.93g of oil from steel industry waste water. COD in waste waters dramatically diminished not in the gelling column but in the adsorption column. The gelling is hindered by other organic components in waste water, and the optimum space time for the gelling column is 20min. lg of gelling agent absorbed 3.7-4.0g of oil from waste waters with 25 min in the batch operation.

기관지염, 폐염, 기침, 감기, 학질, 땀내기약 및 보약등으로 사용되었으며, 최근에 혈당강하 효과도 밝혀진 둥글레를 이용하여 발효주를 제조함으로써 술의 효과와 약리효과를 동시에 얻을수 있는 건강발효주를 제조하여 시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 둥글레 엑스첨가 발효주는 대조구와 전체적으로 비슷한 발효특성을 보였다. 총산은 둥글레 첨가구가 대조구보다 약간 높았으며, pH는 모든 처리구에서 발효 2일만에 급격히 떨어져 발효 4일 이후로는 4.0내외로 변화

A porous α-alumina tube of 2.5 ㎜ O.D. and 1.9 ㎜ I.D. was used as the support of an inorganic membrane. Macropores of the tube, about 150 nm in size, were plugged with silica formed by thermal decomposition of tetraethylorthosillcate at 600℃. The forced cross-flow CVD method that reactant was evacuated through the porous wall of the support was very effective in plugging macropores. The H_2 permeance of the prepared membrane was of the order of 10^-8 mol s^-1 m^-2 . Pa^-1, while the N_2 permeance was below 10^-11 mol. s^-1 . m^-2 . Pa^-1 at 600℃. This was comparable to that of silica-modified Vycor glass whose size was 4 nm.
