        In recent years, China's animation market has been gradually prospered with the screening of many high-quality animation works. At the same time, a large number of high-quality national animation IP has also been born. From "Nezha" to "Legend of Deification" Chinese animation has triumphed both in box office and public praise. Sadly, compared with these achievements, the whole animation derivative industry looks depressed. In this paper, the current developing status of domestic and foreign animation derivatives industry is compared and analyzed, and the foreign successful experience of the development of animation derivatives industry and the problems existing in the operation mode of derivatives in China are summarized.         As an important carrier of cultural output, film and television can clearly show a country's ideology and regional characteristics. Over the years, south Korean films have been playing an increasingly important role in the world film and television due to their unique cultural background and ideological connotation.Inspired by culture and relying on film as a form of cultural communication, it has exerted a significant influence in the world. Based on the Confucian culture in the application of the south Korean film and television, the research systematically analyzes the theme and core values of Korean film works, and interprets the successful experience of Korean film works under the influence of Confucian culture. The author summarizes the problems in the expression of the core values of society in Chinese films and comes up with straegies to promote the development and dissemination of the film and television industry and the core values of society.

        Purpose - Unlike in the past, individualistic thought is more dominant than groupism where members prioritize organizations. Such changes run counter to the direction of the survival of the companies, which calls for companies to explore strategies to address thems. As one of the solutions, many people highlights social capital. However, since most studies have been conducted on the definition and characteristics of social capital, there is not enough prior factor research on the formation of social capital. So the current situation require researches on the formation of social capital. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve the purpose, the literature and the empirical studies were combined. Deriving workplace democracy and servant leadership as factors affecting the formation of social capital through the literature, and this factors have modeled assumptions about the impact on social capital, and have established hypotheses to verify them. The survey which is conducted to verify the hypothesis and questionnaires are derived base on the variables used in the previous studies. The survey was conducted 447 respondents in Korea. Results - As a result, we found that the workplace democracy is positively functioning with the formation of social capital. It means that the democracy functions as a universal element to enhance the quality of social capital at the workplace. The evidence also shows that the positive impacts of the servant leadership on the formation of social capital. And the survey shows that groups with high level servant leadership had a higher impact on the formation of social capital than those with low levels leadership. Conclusions – At present, the social capital has become an important factor for the companies pursuing high performance workplaces. We found that the workplace democracy and the servant leadership affect the formation of social capital. It means that to increase the employees’ sense of community and solidarity, it is need to form democratic environment with the servant leadership. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the workplace democracy and the servant leadership can present strategic implications that can increase the social capital.

The corporate ethical capability refers to the overall ethical level shown by the corporate in the activities of management and marketing. The capability covers not only all the resources and mechanism but also the unique behavior both in the internal environment and external environment. In a sense, the corporate ethical capability is the highest level of the core competence. Therefore, to make rational criteria for the corporate ethical evaluation system and to build fair evaluation system are put forward as an important part. This article will probe into rational alternatives for the corporate ethical evaluation system under Chinese current situation in the perspective of the internal and external environment.

        Background : This experiment was conducted to find the right degree of shading to reduce summer months when the death Allium hookeri cultivation in the southern highland in Korea. This experiment was conducted at an altitude of 500m, Jeonbuk Namwon unbong plateau region The soil was tested in phosphatic content was slightly higher so 671 ㎎/㎏ than regular soil. Every soil testing was conducted in sandy soil with good water. The test day highs at 50% shading plots of shading in this period about 6.1℃ lower than the non-shading. The soil temperature is lowered to 1.9℃ at 50% shading plots compared with the non-shading. As a result, Allium hookeri underground quantities produced per 1,682 ㎏ 10a in 50% shading plots. This was a 35% increase compared to the non-shading plots. Allium hookeri is native to the Alpine 4,200m from 1,400m above sea level, near the Himalaya Mountains. Myanmar is known as the National vegetables. Allium hookeri is Allium plants. It flies three flavors, including sweet, spicy, bitter taste. Allium hookeri roots are similar to ginseng roots called as 'three vegetable' This is a randomly named. The in Korea was first introduced in 2006. By 2015, the country has been found to 190㏊, Jeonbuk 35㏊ (18.3%) is growing. Therefore, this study was conducted to introduce the cultivation of plants in the southern highland in Korea. Methods and Results : In order to use this experimental Allium hookeri seedlings were planted in Jeonbuk Sunchang after buying. Allium hookeri cultivation methods put the 3∼4 one eye on the roots. Planting the root length was cut to leave a 3∼5㎝. The planting distance was 40×20㎝. The shielding 35, two months were 50 and 75% by July 1, August 31. The air temperature, soil temperature were investigated in accordance with the changes of light in this experiment. And examined the withering rate, brightness, growth conditions, such as Yield. Conclusion : Test results were as follows. Allium hookeri roots emerged on March 2 during planting 43-68 days. Allium hookeri after shading shoot growth characteristics were as follows. 35% shading and 50% shading was a tendency for the number of leaves increased compared to the non-shading. As a result, flooding was 35% as compared to production per 10a 1,682 ㎏ no light shielding at 50%. Plant analysis leaf mineral contents tended increased nitrogen, phosphate, gallium compared to the non-light cultivation. Mineral contents of the root was nitrogen, potassium is higher in comparison with 75% shading no shading.

        Background: We evaluated the effect of ulinastatin on paw withdrawal threshold (PWT), IL-6, and IL-10 in SD rats after spinal nerve ligation (SNL). Methods: Group C received N/S and Group E received ulinastatin IV for three days following SNL. PWT, IL-6, and IL-10 were measured on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th day. Results: Group E showed higher PWT compared to group C. IL-6 was lower in group E than in group C. No differences in IL-10 were observed between group C and group E. Conclusion: Ulinastatin increased the PWT and its effect appears to be involved with IL-6, not IL-10.

        Harmonized actions of ovarian estrogen (E2) and progesterone (P4) regulate cell proliferation and differentiation in the uterus with a spatiotemporal manner. Imbalance between the actions and levels of two major regulators often lead to infertility and gynecological diseases, such as endometriosis and endometrial cancer. While numerous works have shown that reduced expression and/or deletion of uterine factors associated with P4 signaling could disturb uterine physiology, local factor(s) to mediate E2 actions has not been extensively studied yet. Here we demonstrate that early growth response 1 (Egr1), a transcription factor which is rapidly induced in the uterus by E2, is required to maintain coordinated actions of E2 and P4 for uterine receptivity for embryo implantation. Given exogenous gonadotrophins to overcome LHβ deficiency in the pituitary of Egr1(-/-) mice, ovulation, fertilization and embryo development normally occurred in these mice. However, they showed complete failure of embryo implantation with reduced uterine responses to artificial decidualization stimuli. While serum levels of E2 and P4 in Egr1(-/-) mice were comparable, genes regulated by E2 and/or P4 in uterine epithelial cells (ECs) were aberrantly expressed on day 4 of pregnancy. Impaired P4 signaling along with absence of PR in ECs caused hypersensitive E2 responses shown as enhanced expression of E2-responsive genes such Muc1 and Ltf as well as reduced levels of P4-dependent genes, such as Ihh and Areg, in ECs of Egr1(-/-) mice. This is consistent with persistent proliferation in ECs and severely impaired proliferation in stromal cells (SCs) in Egr1(-/-) mice treated with E2+P4. Furthermore, primary co-culture of Egr1(-/-) ECs with Egr1(+/+) SCs and vice versa supported a notion that Egr1 itself is required for proper responses to two major regulators, E2 and P4, in both uterine cell compartments. Collectively, our results show that E2-induced Egr1 participates in P4-dependent modulation on E2 activities in the uterus by regulating a spectrum of genes essential for uterine receptivity and embryo implantation.

        Based on double pseudo-testcross theory, a population of 76 F1 clones, which were derived from a cross of China type tea plants (Camellia sinensis var. sinensis) with a Korean tea cultivar, ‘Kemsull’ for female parent and a Japanese tea cultivar, ‘Houshun’ for male parent, was used to construct a genetic linkage map with AFLP markers. Totally, 2,360 markers were detected by 26 pairs of primers and 90.8 markers for each pair on average. Among these, 481 markers (20.3%) were polymorphic, 392 markers (81.5%) of which showed Mendelian segregation ratio (p=0.01). Of these Mendelian segregated markers, 139 (35.5%) were segregated in 3:1 ratio and 253 (65.5%) were segregated in 1:1 ratio. The construction of AFLP molecular marker based linkage map were carried out by Joinmap 4.0 version. The linkage map of ‘Kemsull’ contained 227 markers which distributed into 18 linkage groups. The linkage map of ‘Kemsull’ covered 1,382.2 cM with the average distance between two markers of 6.0 cM. The linkage map of ‘Houshun’ contained 154 markers which were distributed into 17 linkage groups and were spanned with the total map length of 1,540.9 cM and the average distance between two markers of 10 cM. However, these AFLP markers were not distributed evenly and further even saturation is additionally required.

        The Egr family of zinc finger transcription factors is rapidly induced by various mitogens and regulates cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. While it is clear that loss of Egr1 leads to anovulatory infertility due to LHβ deficiency in female mice, molecular function of Egr1 in male reproduction has not been clearly investigated. Here, we demonstrate that Egr1 acts as an intrinsic transcription factor in Leydig cells to regulate their proliferation and steroidogenesis in the testis as well as an extrinsic factor for male reproduction via LHβ transcription in the pituitary. Egr1 is predominantly expressed in spermatogonia and Leydig cells in immature testes and later detected in some of these cell types in mature testes. The fertility potential of Egr1(-/-) male mice is relatively deteriorated even at 2 month-old age and aggravated with aging. The incidence of abnormalities of seminiferous tubules such as Sertoli cell only was dramatically increased with aging. The number and mean size of Leydig cells were significantly reduced in Egr1(-/-) testes. The impairment of Leydig cells is consistent with significant reduction in levels of testosterone and expression of factors critical for steroidogenesis such as StAR in Egr1(-/-) testes. Exogenous administration of hCG rapidly and transiently induced Egr1 expression in Leydig cells culture in vitro. hCG could reinstate reduced mean size of Leydig cells but not reduced number of Leydig cells and aberrantly low StAR expression, suggesting that Egr1 has critical functions for Leydig cell proliferation and their steroidgenesis. In addition, daily sperm production and in vitro fertilization (IVF) competence were significantly reduced, and apoptosis was facilitated in these mice. Furthermore, hCG administration to compensate for relatively low LH levels in Egr1(-/-) males could not restore the compromised reproductive phenotypes such as IVF competence and apoptosis in these mice. Interestingly, expression of Egr2, a member of Egr family, is significantly elevated in Egr1(-/-) Leydig cells suggesting that genetic compensation of Egr2 may alleviate phenotypic aberration of Egr1(-/-) male testes. Collectively, these results suggest that Egr1 act as an intrinsic transcription factor required for proliferation and steroidogenesis of Leydig cells to govern spermatogenesis in the testis.

        The Egr family of zinc finger transcription factors consisting of 4 members (Egr1 to -4) regulates critical genetic programs involved in cellular growth, differentiation, and function. Especially, the critical role for Egr1 in regulating luteinizing hormone responsiveness was demonstrated by using gene-targeted mouse models. Other members of Egr family were shown to be involved in other cellular and developmental processes. To understand if Egr3 is implicated in ovarian functions, we focused on identifying cell type-specific and subcellular localization of Egr3 in cycling mouse ovaries and oocytes. RT-PCR analyses show that Egr3 mRNA is expressed in the mouse ovary and oocytes. By immunofluorescence staining, we observed that Egr3 is weakly expressed in subsets of granulosa cells. Interestingly, Egr3 seems to be co-localized with meiotic spindle in some oocytes in the ovarian section. Therefore, we examined Egr3 localization in MI oocytes cultured in vitro. We confirmed co-localization of Egr3 and microtubule in the mouse oocyte during meiosis I. Egr3 localization is noted around condensing chromosomes during prometaphase I (PMI). At metaphase I (MI) and MII, Egr3 is localized on meiotic spindle and also around each cytosolic microtubule organizing centers (MTOCs) in a punctate pattern. To examine if microtubule is required for correct positioning of Egr3 on this structure, we observed the pattern of Egr3 in oocytes matured under taxol or nocodazole. In taxol-treated oocyte, Egr3 and gamma-tubulin complex are enlarged. In nocodazole-treated oocyte, Egr3 localization on spindle and MTOCs are abolished. Thus, Egr3 localization seems to require the presence of intact microtubule. Collectively, our result shows for the first time that Egr3, a transcription factor, is localized on meiotic spindle of maturing mouse oocytes. The work suggests a novel role for Egr3 as a factor involved in MTOC dynamics during meiosis.

        In particular, maternal prostacyclin (PGI2) is critical for embryo implantation and the action of PGI2 is not mediated via its G protein-coupled membrane receptor, IP, but its nuclear receptor, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor δ (PPARδ). Recently, several studies have shown that PGI2 enhances blastocyst development and/or hatching rate in vitro, and subsequently implantation and live birth rates in mice. However, the mechanism by which PGI2 improves preimplantation embryo development in vitro remains unclear. Using molecular, pharmacologic and genetic approaches, we show that PGI2-induced PPARδ activation accelerates blastocyst hatching in mice. mRNAs for PPARδ, RXRs (heterodimeric partners of PPARδ) and PGI2 synthase are temporally induced after zygotic gene activation and their expression reaches maximum levels at the blastocyst stage, suggesting that functional complex of PPARδ can be formed in the blastocyst. Carbaprostacyclin (cPGI, a stable analogue of PGI2) and GW501516 (a PPARδ selective agonist) significantly accelerated blastocyst hatching but did not increase total cell number of cultured blastocysts. Whereas U51605 (a PGIS inhibitor) interfered with blastocyst hatching, GW501516 restored U51605-induced retarded hatching. In contrast to improvement of blastocyst hatching by PPARδ agonists, PPAR antagonists significantly inhibited blastocyst hatching. Furthermore, deletion of PPARδ at early stages of preimplantation mouse embryos caused delay of blastocyst hatching, but did not impair blastocyst development. Taken together, PGI2-induced PPARδ activation accelerates blastocyst hatching in mice.
