국제해사기구 MO에서 추진하는 e-Navigation 전략은 육상 사용자와 해상 사용자에 다양한 해사안전 정보를 제공하기 위한 네트워크와 정보표준이 필요하다고 정의한 바 있으며 대용량, 다종류의 해양공간정보 서비스가 제공될 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 현재 개발 중인 선박과 선박, 선박과 육상 간 통신을 지원하는 선박용 이동통신 기술은 대용량의 공간정보를 전송하기에는 제약이 따르므로, 대용량의 정보를 최적화하고 간소화하는 기법 개발이 요구되었다.

게임세계는 이제 일상생활을 영위하는 공간으로 자리매김하고 있다. 따라서 게임세계는 또 다른 사회로서 역할을 수행하고 있다. 그러므로 우리가 그 사회에 적응하고 바람직하게 삶을 영위하기 위한 연구가 선행 되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 현실세계의 사회인으로서 역할을 대변하는 직업군을 게임세계에서도 체계적으로 연구하여 게임세계에 사회생활의 공간으로서 의미를 부여 할 수 있도록 돕고자 한다. 또한 게임 영역 중에서 플레이어의 역할을 잘 설명하고 있는 온라인 롤플레잉 게임을 토대로 플레이어 캐릭터의 역할을 이해하고자 하였다. 플레이어 캐릭터의 역할 분류 과정은 수집된 플레이어 캐릭터에 대한 유사도와 플레이어의 지각 구조를 이해 할 수 있는 심리적 거리 측정 과정을 거쳐 다차원 분석과 군집분석을 이용하여 체계화한다. 분석된 결과인 플레이어 중심의 캐릭터 분류는 게임세계를 다른 소통의 공간으로서 이해하고자 할 때 중요한 요인으로 활용될 것이다.

Our previous study demonstrated that fermented four-herb combination (Ulgum, Yagmomil, Maesil and Bokbunja) with probiotics (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bacillus subtilis) (hence, this additives was designated PFH) have immune enhancing and antibacterial effects in broiler chickens. The aims of the present study were to investigate the effects of PFH on growth performance and meat quality of broiler chickens. Twenty-day-old Ross broiler chickens were fed with or without PFH for 2 weeks. Body weight gain of the 2% PFH-fed group was significantly increased compared with those of the control group (*P<0.05). Moreover, body weight gain of the 1% PFH-fed group was also showed a increased tendency compared with the control group, although the difference was not significant (P=0.06). However, no significant difference in feed intake was observed among the groups. Feed conversion ratio of the 2% PFH-fed group was significantly decreased compared with those of the control group (*P <0.05). In addition, feed conversion ratio of the 1% PFH-fed group was also showed a slightly decreased tendency compared with the control group, although the difference was not significant (P=0.07). However, no significant differences in the proximate composition (moisture, crude fat, crude protein and crude ash) and the physico-chemical index (cooking loss, shearing force, water holding capacity and pH) were found among the groups. In addition, succulence, tending and flavor in meat of all 3 groups were also not different. Taken together, these findings suggest the possibility that PFH could be used as the alternative of antibiotic growth promoters by improving the performance of broiler chickens.

The study was conducted to estimate the contents of heavy metal in commercial herbal medicines (1047 samples of 132 species) which were collected from markets in Seoul and to analyze the contents of heavy metals of herbal medicines by classifying them by parts. The samples were digested using microwave method. The contents of heavy metal (Pb, Cd, and As) and Hg were determined using Inductively coupled plasma-Mass spectrometer (ICP/MS). And the contents of Hg were obtained by Mercury analyzer. The average values of heavy metal in herbal medicines were as follows [mean (minimum-maximum), mg/kg]; Pb 0.870 (ND-69.200), As 0.148 (ND-2.965), Cd 0.092(ND-2.010), and Hg 0.007 (ND-0.137). And the average values of heavy metal by parts in herbal medicines were as follows [mean (minimum-maximum), mg/kg]; Ramulus 2.046 (0.065-4.474), Herba 1.886 (0.048-10.404), Flos 1.874(0.052-5.393), Cortex 1.377 (0.011-4.837), Radix 1.165 (0.012-70.111), Rhizoma 1.116 (0.016-5.490, Fructus 0.838(0.017-4.527), Perithecium 0.729 (0.013-4.953), Semen 0.646 (0.006-4.416). The average values of heavy metal of imported herbal medicines except Radix were higher than domestic ones. By decoction of herbal medicines exceeding the tolerances, average intake rates of Pb, As, Cd and Hg were obtained as 6.1%, 40.3%, 4.7%, and 2.2%, respectively.

본 논문은 인간의 감성을 반영한 아이폰 기반의 3차원 미로 게임을 제시한다. 이를 위해서 2차원의 미로이미지를 입력받아서 골격선(skeleton) 추출 기술을 활용하여 이진화 된 최소의 데이터를 얻는다. 이 데이터를 이용하여 OpenGL ES를 활용한 3차원 미로 환경을 구축한다. 또한 인간의 감성에 영향을 미치는 시각·청각 요소들이 반영된 아이템을 배치하여 게임적인 흥미요소들을 추가한다. 시각적 요소에는 미로 텍스처의 색상과 밝기, 청각적 요소에는 OpenAL을 활용한 멀티사운드를 이용한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 3차원 미로 게임은 기존의 2차원 미로 게임들과 달리, 스테이지 별로 시나리오를 구성하였으며 3차원으로 개발함으로써 게임의 현실성을 높일 수 있었다.

국가적으로 개발도상국으로의 국제협력에 관한 투자가 이루어지고 있으며, 해사안전을 위해 우리나라의 발전된 정보통신 기술을 접 목한 해양안전 정보 분야에 관한 지원도 수행되고 있다. 해양안전정보는 지도 상에 표시되어 사용자의 의사결정을 지원하고 있으며 일반적으로 유사 전자해도가 사용되고 있다. 해사 분야의 사용자들은 선박에서 사용되는 공인 전자해도에 친숙하기 때문에 해양안전분야의 국제협력 사업 추진을 위해서는 전자해도 기반의 시스템 구축이 요구된다. 전자해도에 해양안전정보 등의 부가정보를 추가하기 위해서는 수로데이터 모델 기 반의 시스템 구축이 요구되며, 이를 통해 전자해도 뿐만 아니라 다양한 해양안전 정보를 중첩할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 해양안전정보 분야 중 유출유사고대응시스템에 전자해도를 적용하기 위해 수로데이터 모델에 관한 표준을 분석하고 뷰어 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 본 프로그램을 기 반으로 한 환경민감정보 표현 방안을 제안 하였다.

대공간구조물은 일반 라멘구조와는 다른 동적특성을 가지고 있으며, 이런 동적특성에 관해 많은 연구가 수행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 연구는 특정 형태의 대공간구조물에 대해 수행되었으며, 내진설계를 위해 직접적으로 이용 가능한 연구결과는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구에서는 대공간구조물의 기본적인 동적특성을 내재한 트러스-아치구조물을 대상으로 양단의 기둥의 길이가 다른 경우에 트러스-아치구조물의 지진응답변화를 분석하고자 한다. 양단 기둥 길이의 차이에 따라, 가속도 응답이 수평방향에 비해 수직방향에서 더 많은 영향을 받는다. 따라서 상부구조물을 지지하는 하부구조물의 강성이 다른 경우에 대공간구조물의 내진설계에 있어서 수직방향 응답에 대한 고려가 더욱 많이 요구된다.

Web2.0 refers to a new service models based by a community oriented philosophy. This creates new opportunities for technology providers and service. The agricultural technology information service in the base of open source technology provide opportunities for increased distribution and visibility to farmer and general user. We would like to find out vest service models and platform that will find new ways of agriculture technology information service. This study suggests that these new agriculture information service strategy in new paradigm of web 2.0. should be revised and adapted to Open API and new applied strategy in agriculture should be developed considering the impact of web 2.0.

본 연구는 남성소비자들의 패션라이프스타일 유형에 따른 넥타이 문양디자인 선호도와 구매 의도를 파악하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 남성소비자들의 패션라이프스타일 유형은 '유행 지향', '보수 전통지향', '과시적 브랜드 지향', '개성 지향', '실용 지향', '패션 무관심' 형으로 분류되었다. 각각의 패션 라이프스타일 요인들을 군집 분석하여 남성소비자들의 패션라이프스타일에 따른 집단을 '개성 추구', '실용 & 브랜드 추구', '보수 전통 & 개성 추구', '유행 추구', '패션 무관심' 집단으로 구분하였다. 남성소비자들의 패션라이프스타일 유형에 따라 넥타이 문양 선호와 구매 의사에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. '실용 지향'형은 '무지단색', '원', '페이즐리'의 넥타이 문양을 선호하는 경향이 있는 반면, '꽃' 문양은 선호하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. '보수 전통지향', '과시적 브랜드지향', '실용 지향'형은 '줄', '체크'의 넥타이 문양을 선호하는 경향으로 나타났고, '유행 지향', '과시적 브랜드지향', '개성 지향'형은 '무지단색', '꽃', '동물'의 넥타이 문양을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. '유행 지향'형은 '무지단색', '꽃', '동물'의 넥타이 문양에 대한 구매 의사가 있는 반면, '실용 지향'형은 '원' 문양에 대한 구매 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. '실용지향'형은 '원' 문양에 대한 선호 및 구매 의사가 동시에 있었고, '유행 지향'형 역시 '무지단색', '꽃', '동물' 문양에 대한 선호 및 구매 의사가 동시에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, '보수 전통지향' 및 '과시적 브랜드 지향'형이 '줄', '체크' 문양에 대한 선호가 높았으나, 구매 의사는 '페이즐리' 문양에 있는 것으로 조사되어 선호하는 넥타이 문양과 구매하고자 하는 문양 간에 차이를 보였다.

Nuclear factor I-C (NFI-C) null mice demonstrated aberrant odontoblast differentiation, abnormal dentin formation, and thus molar lacking roots. However, the mechanism by which the disruption of NFI-C gene affect the expression of other genes in dental pulp cells remains unknown. In this study, in order to understand this mechanism, the gene expression of pulp cells in NFI-C deficient mice were compared to those of wild-type mice by cDNA microarray analysis. According to the cDNA microarray profile comparison, the disruption of NFI-C gene increased the expression of TGF-β and TGF-β receptor, whereas it decreased the expression of Smad proteins. Interestingly, most of the FGF-related genes were down-regulated in pulp cells by NFI-C gene disruption. Among the cell cycle-related genes, the expression of p16 and p18 were increased by NFI-C disruption, but the expression of cy clin E1 and cy clin D1 were decreased by NFI-C disruption. These results indicate that the disturbance of NFI-C gene suppressed the proliferation of pulp cells and up-regulated the expression of TGF-β and its downstream signaling molecules during root formation, contributing to the formation of short root containing abnormal dentin.

우리나라 자연 상태의 노지재배에서 종자번식이 되 지 않는 크로코스미아의 기내증식을 위하여 2,4-D, NAA, kinetin, BA 처리가 캘러스 및 소자구 형성 등 에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 어린자방 배양에서 캘러 스 형성율은 BA와 2,4-D 혼합 처리에서 1~28%로 나타났으며 기내 뿌리 발생은 2,4-D, NAA 단독처리 에서 양호하였다. 소화를 이용한 배양에서는 kinetin +2,4-D, kinetin+NAA 조합에서 뿌리만 형성되기도 하 였다. rhizome 배양에서 줄기 형성에는 kinetin 단독 처리, kinetin+2,4-D 혼합처리가 양호하였으며 캘러스 형성에는 2,4-D 단독처리, 2,4-D+BA, 2,4-D+kinetin 혼합처리에서 25~92.8%의 형성율을 나타냈으며 corm 형성에서는 kinetin 처리와 kinetin + 2,4-D 0.1 mg·L-1 처리구에서 30~70%의 높은 형성율을 보였다.
