        These experiment was conducted to find the superior strain selection, cultivation technique and optimum environmental condition of NAMEKO mushroom culture using plastic container. The results was following as: Mycelium of Pholiota nameko grown well at MCM and Hamada media, and its media acidity was pH 5~6. The optimum temperature condition for growing mycelium was 25℃. Under 15℃ and above 30℃ of temperature condition, mycelium growing speed was delayed remarkably. Among the 29 strains of NAMEKO mushroom, the most productive strains was JNM19007, JNM19026, JNM19027 and JNM19028. The optimum media composition rate for produce fruitbody was pine sawdust 80%+wheat bran 20%. In this condition, the average fruitbody amountwas 188g per 1,100cc container. The optimum post-culturing period was 50 days and mushroom sprout appeared 7 days after old mycelia removed. The suitable temperature was 12℃ for induce sprout, growing period was 16℃ and the optimum relative humidity was 95% in all culturing periods.

        시금치 수경재배에 적합한 육묘배지 선발과 육묘 플러그 트레이 크기, 육묘 플러그 트레이 셀(cell)당 종자수 조절로 안정 공정 육묘생산을 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 수경재배 육묘배지에 따른 입모율과 유묘의 생육특성을 조사한 결과 입모율은 보습성이 좋은 입상암면 〉입상암면+펄라이트 혼용배지〉코코피트〉펄라이트〉우레탄 스펀지 순으로 나타나 우레탄 스폰지의 입모율이 가장 낮았다. 육묘 플러그 트레이 셀당 종자수에 따른 엽 면적은 종자수가 많을수록 적어지고, 셀당 생체중은 2립(12.5g)에 비해 4립(33.9g)이 무거웠다. 따라서 셀당 종자수가 적으면 식물체 1개 체중은 증가되지만 전체 셀당 생체중은 감소되는 경향을 나타내었다. 수량은 셀당 2립 파종 10,200kg·ha-1 비해 4립 파종 14,910kg·ha-1으로 46% 증가되었다.

        The inhibitory effects of water extract of Cortex Mori(CM) was investigated for allergic asthma in a mouse model. Experimental allergic asthma was induced by repeated intraperitoneal sensitization and aerosol challenge of ovalbumin (OVA). CM extract (10mg/mouse/day) was administrated orally whereas control mice were given with identical volume of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) for 7 days during the course of challenge. When airway hyperreactivity(AHR) measured by β-methacoline-induced airflow obstruction was compared, AHR of CM-treated mice was significantly lower than those of control mice, indicating that CM extract can attenuate an asthmatic symptom. Airway recruitment of leukocytes and cytokine levels in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was analyzed in order to evaluate CM effect on pulmonary inflammation. Total number of leukocytes in BALF was lower in CM-treated mice than in control without significance. Interestingly, CM treatment elevated a distribution of eosinophils which are crucial in asthmatic response. However, comparison of absolute number showed that it resulted from a decrease of total leukocyte and macrophage numbers. Levels of type 2 (Th2) cytokines (IL4, IL5 and IL 13) measured by ELISA in BALF were not significantly reduced by CM and IFN-γ, a type 1 (Th1) cytokine, was also comparable between two groups, indicating that CM treatment has little or no effect on airway inflammation and secretion of relevant cytokines. For an insight into the mechanism of CM effect on AHR, immunemodulatory activity of CM was analyzed at a cellular level. Peribronchial lymph node(LN) cells and lung-infiltrating lymphocytes (LIL) collected from CM-treated and control mice were in vitro stimulated with OVA antigen. Although there was no significance, number of LN cell and LIL was higher in CM-treated mice than controls and their Ag-specific proliferative response (3H-TdR uptake assay) was similar. Production of Th2 cytokine, IL 5 and IL 13 was relatively enhanced, but without statistical significance, while IFN-γ production was minimally altered in CM-treated mice. Immunemodulation of CM in the field of humoral immunity, antibody levels in serum were measured and compared. No significant difference was observed in the levels of IgE. However, levels of type 1 and 2 antibody IgG2a and IgG1 were signifcantly enhanced by CM treatment. As CM-mediated alleviation of AHR was not clearly explained by above results, degranulation of eosinophils was finally examined by their release of peroxidase. Levels of peroxidase in BALF was significantly lower in CM treated mice, suggesting that CM inhibits in vivo degranulation of eosinophils, although its effect was not shown during their in vitro incubation. Taken together, data from current study indicate CM extract alleviates AHR through inhibition of eosinophil degranulation rather than any immunological regulation.         Erwinia herbicola(EH) 채소 연부병 방제를 위하여 충북 청원군, 진천군 및 충남 연기군 일원의 채소 경작지 토양으로부터 형광성을 나타내는 Pseudomonas속 1, 196균주를 선발하고, 연부병균 Erwinia herbicola에 대한 생육억제력과 생물학적 검정으로 발병억제력이 강한 2균주를 선발하여 Pseudomonas fluorescens S4(PS4)와 Pseudomonas fluorescens S65 (PS65)로 동정하였다. 배춧잎을 이용하여 분리길항균의 연부병균에 대한 생물학적 억제력을 확인한 결과 상당한 발병억제력을 확인하였다. 이들 두 균주가 가장 높은 길항력을 나타내는 조건은 배양 초기배지의 pH를 7.0으로하여 25℃에서 3일간 배양했을 때였다. 화학농약 및 항생물질에 대해 2균주 모두 benomyl, propamocab hydrochloride, fosethyl-Al-folpet, vancomycin, penicillin 및 lincomycin에 내성을 나타냈고, PS4균주는 erythromycin에 대해서도 내성을 나타냈다.

        To establish the organic cultivation of pepper using green manure crops, this work studied the growth characteristics and yield of green manure crops, mineral composition of green manure crops, mineral uptake in shoots of green manure crops, chemical composition in soil of green manure crops, and the growth characteristics and yield of pepper in vinyl house. Shoot dry weight of green manure crops was higher level in Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum than in Crotalaria juncea and Glycine max. Also, the roots were spread deeply into soil in Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum. Density of root-knot nematodes in rhizosphere of green manure crops was significantly more decrease in Crotalaria juncea and Sorghum than in Glycine max and Sorghum bicolor. Total nitrogen and CaO content of green manure crops was significantly higher in Crotalaria juncea and Glycine max than in Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum. K₂O content was significantly higher in Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum than in Crotalaria juncea and Glycine max. MgO content was not significant difference at all green manure crops. Cations content ratio of K₂O : CaO : MgO was 3.4 : 1.4 : 1. Total nitrogen uptake in shoots of green manure crops was high level in Glycine max, Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum compared with in Crotalaria juncea. K₂O and MgO uptake was significantly higher in Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum than in Crotalaria juncea and Glycine max. Value of pH in soil of green manure crops was more increase in Crotalaria juncea and Glycine max than in Sorghum bicolor, Sorghum and control, but after cultivation of pepper pH in soil was recovered with initial soil pH before seeding of green manure crops. EC value in control, green manure crops, and pepper cultivation decreased by 44%, 15~18%, and 38~61% level, respectively, compared with initial soil of green manure crops treatment. K content in soil of control, Crotalaria juncea and Glycine max cultivation was increased by 14%, but the K content in soil of Sorghum bicolor and Sorghum decreased by 24~38%. Cation exchange capacity (CEC) in soil of Crotalaria juncea and Sorghum bicolor decreased by 11%, but CEC in soil of Glycine max, Sorghum and control increased by 11%. Harvest fruit yield was higher in Crotalaria juncea, Glycine max, and Sorghum bicolor cultivation than in control and Sorghum.

        본 연구는 선박용 Night Vision 시스템을 개발하기 위한 선행연구로 2축 지그와 이를 구동할 수 있는 PCU 보드를 제작하고, 추종 및 안정화 제어루틴을 얻는 문제를 다룬다. 개발한 지그와 PCU 보드를 6DOF 모션 시뮬레이터와 결합하여 실험환경을 구축하고 RCGA를 이용하여 지그 모델의 파라미터를 얻고, 추정된 모델과 RCGA를 이용하여 2DOF PID 제어기를 동조한다. 실험과 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 2자유도 PID 제어기의 유효성을 검토한다.

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of several organic compost on the growth and root yield of Scutellaria baicalensis G. with organic cultivation from 2008 to 2009. Four organic compost were used ; Rice bran compost (RC : 1.1-3.6-1.4), Wheat bran compost (WC: 1.1-3.4-1.4), Hangawi compost (HC : 3.7-4.0-1.0), Cheonnyeonjigi compost (CC : 12.4-3.4-5.4) and Fermented chicken droppings compost (FC : 2.9-6.1-3.2). Organic matter, available phosphate and K2O of soil increased in all plots with the addition of organic compost, specifically in HC, CC and FC application. Treatment of HC, CC and FC application increased emergence rate and improved the growth characters of shoot, root parts of plants compared to those of RC application. Subterranean part yields by different organic compost was high 149~156 kg per 10a as by growth increment of dried root yield. length of main root and diameter of main root. respectively, 17.4~18.4 cm, 12.65~12.94 mm from HC, CC and FC application. There were significantly positive correlation between the growth characters of shoot, root parts of plants, dry root yield in Scutellaria baicalensis G. grown under organic compost application.

        This research was carried out to study the effect of mulching materials and weed control methods on weed occurrence and growth of kale on upland and paddy soil of field culture at spring and autumn season. Paddy soil temperature of mulching treatments was high by 0.9~2.0℃ in comparison of non-mulching at autumn season. The control value of weed was over 91% at mulch paper and time required for weed control was reduced by 70% at mulch paper + machine weeding in comparison of non-mulching + hand weeding. The yield of kale was similar to that of conventional culture. Paddy soil temperature of mulch paper was higher on April, but lower on May and June than non-mulching at spring season. Dominant weed was Chenopodium album var. centrorubrum Makino, The control value of weed was over 91% at mulch paper, time required for weed control was reduced by 75% at mulch paper + machine weeding in comparison of non-mulching + hand weeding and the yield of kale increased by 34% than conventional culture. Dominant weed was Alopecurus aequalis var. amurensis Ohwi. on paddy soil at autumn season. The control value of weed was 43% at mulch paper. Time required for weed control was reduced by 80% at mulch paper + machine weeding in comparison of non-mulching + hand weeding. The yield of kale increased by 26% compared with than of conventional culture.

        A rose cultivar “aedoji”developed at the Jeollanamdo Agricultural Research and Extention Services (JARES) is a standard type with deep Red flower. From 2000, two cultivars ‘ital’and 'Cardinal' were examined for horticultural characteristics and were included in cross-combination in 2003. Cultivar ‘ital’ a vigorous standard type, first preference with red flower, was used as a mother plant and cultivar ‘ardinal’ a red flower standard type with light color, was used as a pollen-donor plant. seventeen six breeding lines were selected in 2004 based on flower shape, flower color and abundance of petal numbers on the first selection. two breeding lines were selected in 2004 based on powderly mildew and vigor on the second selection. For three years, from 2005 till 2007, one breeding lines were selected and examined for their productivity, and then cultivar “aedoji”was developed because of distinctive characters such as light red color flower, upright stem, long vase-life and Resistance to the Powderly Mildew. A standard type with intermediate sized flower, cultivar “aedoji”shows in average 9.2 cm flower diameter, 62.0 cm flower stem length, and 9.5 days vase-life. The average productivity for three years was 167.3 stems ㆍm-2 per year and increased 2% compare to cultivar ‘iamo’with 163.9 stemsㆍm-2 per year.

        본 논문은 신경 회로망과 유전 알고리즘을 이용한 비선형 시스템 모델링을 다룬다. 비선형 함수의 근사성 때문에 시스템을 식별하고 제어하기 위해서 신경 회로망을 응용한 연구가 실제로 많이 이루어지고 있다. 빠른 응답시간과 최소의 오차를 위해서는 최적구조 신경 회로망을 설계하는 것이 중요하다. 유선 알고리즘은 최근에 단순성과 견고성 때문에 점점 많이 이용되는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유선알고리즘을 이용하여 신경회로망을 최적화한다. 오차와 응답시간을 최소화하는 신경 회로망 구조를 위해서 유전알고리즘의 유전자로 이진 코딩하여 최적 신경회로망을 탐색하고자 한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해서, 최적 신경회로망 구조가 비선형 시스템 식별에 효과적인 것을 입증하고자 한다.
