The UCC (User Created Contents) culture has evolved through the game. Video sites Photo specialized UCC the UCC, real-time broadcasting, such as flash-based discusses a range of the UCC. This phenomenon is not an exception in the game too. Games, especially the 'Mercy nima (Machinima)' the words evolved as a form of one of our shows in the UCC. Games like this are a lot of video UCC and the service model, but efficient video content for the service based on the server side of the codec is not much research on automation technology. In this paper in order to improve the server-side based on the automatic translation system, has developed a codec, video game technology in the future will have to contribute to the development of the UCC.

We investigated optometric aspects of advanced health service system of the American Forces, considering necessity of sirnilar system for the Korean Armed Forces. The U. S. military optometric service system was investigated on the basis of open materials given by the American Army, Navy and Air Force, focusing on military optometrist and optical laboratory specialist positions. We compared the results of investigation with present status of optometric servicets of the Korean Armed Forces. The American Forces have an advanced optometric service system managed by the military optometrists. who are similar with the military medical officers. and optical laboratory specialists, who are considered as expert groups. The U. S. military offers soldiers eye test and optometric services of very high quality, while the optometric service of the Korean Armed Forces is very limited and much improvement is required for better eye health and visual care. We think that it is necessary to introduce an optometric specialist position to the Korean military organization for better cornbat capability.

최근의 제조 산업에서 제품개발 정보는 제품 수명주기 관리(PLM: Product Lifecycle Management) 시스템을 통하여 관리하고, 조달과 생산 계획에 관련된 통제는 전사적 자원관리(ERP: Enterprise Resource Planning), 생산 관리 시스템이 담당하고 있다. 특히, 효율적인 제품 개발과 시스템 구축 여부는 설계 및 생산, 원가 관리 전체에 걸쳐 영향을 미친다. 따라서 도면, 모델, 자재 정보 등 제품정보관리를 위한 PLM시스템의 역할이 매우 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 이러한 PLM체계는 요구 사항 분석, 시스템 설계 그리고 기존 Data Migration 등 정보 시스템 개발 절차를 따라서 수행된다. PLM시스템은 전사적인 시스템 개발 과정에서 Prototype개발을 진행하여 구축 절차와 체계 설계를 검증하는 것이 효과적이다. 이 과정에서 PLM 아키텍처 및 제품 구조(Product Structure) 구성, PLM의 기능 개발을 수행한 후에 전체 시스템 설계 개발을 재 수행하는 것이 효과적이다. 본 연구에서는 조선 PLM구축에 필요한 절차와 체계 설계 방법을 제시하고, 이를 초기 기본 설계 단계에 적용하여 PLM구축 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 초기 설계를 대상으로 요구사항을 도출하고, PLM의 아키텍처를 설계하였으며, 설계한 시스템을 Prototype형태로 제시하였다.

동시공학개념이 최적화의 개념과 함께 대두되면서 최적화 적용을 위한 많은 노력들이 실제 설계 문제에 적용되어 왔다. 하지만 최적화가 적용될 수 있는 설계 문제들은 확대되었지만 선박 설계과정은 모든 관련된 설계 작업들의 전산적인 통합의 어려움으로 인해 많은 부분들이 여전히 반복적인 접근 방법에 의존되고 있다. 이러한 접근 방법은 전체 설계 문제를 쉽게 다룰 수 있는 많은 하위 문제로 분해한 후 많은 다른 팀에 의해 복잡한 내부 상호작용 통해 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 실제 선박 설계 초기과정에 대해 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우(workflow) 기반 설계 프로세스 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 첫 단계로서, 프로세스 중심의 통합 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이 프레임워크는 크게, 관리자가 설계 진행 상황을 모니터링하고 관리할 수 있는 부분과 설계자가 설계 워크플로우를 따라 효과적으로 설계 업무를 수행할 수 있는 설계 업무 관리 부분으로 나뉘어진다. 전체 시스템은 그 관리 대상에 따라 여러 개의 모듈로 나뉘어지고, 그 모듈간에는 전체 시스템의 기능 달성을 위해 합리적인 상호작용이 이루어질 수 있도록 설계되었다. 설계 프로세스 모델은 실제 선박설계 현실의 분석을 통해 최대한 합리적이고 적용 가능한 모델이 괼 수 있도록 제안되었다. 제안된 프레임워크는 상용 워크플로우 시스템을 통해 실제로 구현될 예정이다.

Odor management area was introduced by Odor prevention laws in 2004. Odor is generated a lot of sources. It is generated from various process as well as stack outlet. So it is hard to control odor. The ministry of environment develops the system to control odor. Nineteen areas were selected as Odor management area. Odor management area should be conducted for periodical research on the actual condition. Odor is normally measured by Odor analysis method. However, there are some difficulties to conduct by Odor management area because of measurement frequency, limitation of areas and high cost. Therefore we need to figure out how to reinforce this performance in Odor management area. So we have checked possibility of monitoring system with realtime odor monitoring, electron sensor, mobile communication and odor modeling system. The Odor monitoring system is consist of realtime monitoring system and electron sensor system. The Odor monitoring system could be checked for odor concentration and source of odor by accessing internet and mobile communication.

A self-regulatory community fisheries management program in Korea is designed to enhance fisheries resources, to protect fishing grounds of self-regulatory communities, and to manage their fisheries resources by their own regulations and knowledge. This study explored an applicable ecosystem-based management plan based on the scientific investigation and analysis. This study suggested objectives, indicators and reference points of the ecosystem-based resource management system which are applicable to selfregulatory community fisheries. The objectives of the management system are to maintain sustainable fisheries production, to maintain optimum fishing intensity, to reduce by-catch, to conserve spawning ground and habitat, to maintain optimum habitat environment, to increase/maintain abundance of prey species, to increase/maintain stock biomass, and to conduct stock enhancement on the basis of scientific assessment. The improved methods for the assessment and management are introduced by demonstrating a self-regulatory fishery which targets on hen clam in Dong-li fishing village in Busan.

1995년 제정된 "시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법"에 근거하여 일정 규모 이상의 1종 및 2종 시설물을 대상으로 정기점검, 정밀점검, 정밀안전진단이 관련전문가에 의하여 주기적으로 수행되고 있으며, "재난 및 안전관리 기본법" 에 의하여 특정관리대상시설을 지정하여 주기적인 안전점검이 수행되고 있다. 그러나 수작업에 의한 안전관리 업무 수행과 점검 및 진단 결과에 대한 사후 관리로 관계 업무 주체들에게 과다한 업무가 부과되면서도 안전관리가 효율적이고 효과적으로 이루어지고 있지 못한 상황이다. 또한 관련 업무가 서로 다른 법령 및 기관에 분산되어 업무의 비효율성을 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국가지리정보시스템(NGIS)이 제공하는 시설물에 관한 지리정보를 중심으로 서로 다른 법령과 기관에 의하여 수행되는 시설물 안전관리 관련 정보를 통합 관리할 수 있는 시설물 안전관리시스템 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다.

방사성폐기물 처분시설에 대한 운영 전, 운영 중 및 폐쇄 후 단계에서의 부지환경자료의 지속적 수집 및 관리를 목적으로 한 체계적인 데이터베이스와 전산분석 시스템 구축의 필요성에 의하여 부지환경종합관리시스템(SITES: Site Information and Total Environmental Data Management System)을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 부지환경 자료관리 및 안전성 재평가에 활용할 수 있는 통합적인 시스템으로서 부지환경데이터관리시스템(SECURE), 통합안전성평가시스템(SAINT), 부지환경감시시스템(SUDAL), 그리고 SITES지리정보시스템(SITES-GIS)의 4개의 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 각 모듈은 자체 데이터베이스를 통해 자료의 검색, 저장 및 보고서 작성 기능을 가지고 있으며, 부지환경자료를 통합안전성평가시스템에서 직접이용 가능토록 되어 있다. 통합안전성평가시스템은 다수의 평가자가 동시에 이용가능하며, 대상 부지별 안전성평가 결과의 품질보증 체제가 확보되어 있다. 부지환경감시시스템은 평가 예측자료와 환경감시 자료와의 비교분석 및 시각화가 가능하며, 또한 일반인을 위한 주기적 환경감시 자료를 인터넷 홈페이지와 연계하여 공개 가능토록 되어 있다. 부지환경종합관리시스템은 현재 중·저준위 방사성폐기물 처분을 위한 월성원자력환경관리센터에 적용되고 있으며, 원자력관계시설 및 기타 유해환경산업시설에 대한 부지 및 환경 감시기능의 수준을 고도화하는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
