This study aims to develop a restoration model of an armillary sphere of Tongcheon-ui (Pan-celestial Armillary Sphere) by referring to the records of Damheonseo (Hong Dae-Yong Anthology) and the artifact of an armillary sphere in the Korean Christian Museum of Soongsil University. Between 1760 and 1762, Hong, Dae-Yong (1731-1783) built Tongcheon-ui, with Na, Kyung-Jeok (1690-1762) designing the basic structure and Ann, Cheo-In (1710-1787) completing the assembly. The model in this study is a spherical body with a diameter of 510 mm. Tongcheon-ui operates the armillary sphere by transmitting the rotational power from the lantern clock. The armillary sphere is constructed in the fashion of a two-layer sphere: the outer one is Yukhab-ui that is fixed; and the inner one, Samsin-ui, is rotated around the polar axis. In the equatorial ring possessed by Samsin-ui, an ecliptic ring and a lunar-path ring are successively fixed and are tilted by 23.5° and 28.5° over the equatorial ring, respectively. A solar miniature attached to a 365-toothed inner gear on the ecliptic ring reproduces the annual motion of the Sun. A lunar miniature installed on a 114-toothed inner gear of the lunar-path ring can also replay the moon's orbital motion and phase change. By the set of ‘a ratchet gear, a shaft and a spur gear’ installed in the solstice-colure double- ring, the inner gears in the ecliptic ring and lunar-path ring can be rotated in the opposite direction to the rotation of Samsin-ui and then the solar and lunar miniatures can simulate their revolution over the period of a year and a month, respectively. In order to indicate the change of the moon phases, 27 pins were arranged in a uniform circle around the lunar-path ring, and the 29-toothed wheel is fixed under the solar miniature. At the center of the armillary sphere, an earth plate representing a world map is fixed horizontally. Tongcheon-ui is the armillary sphere clock developed by Confucian scholars in the late Joseon Dynasty, and the technical level at which astronomical clocks could be produced at the time is of a high standard.

The regulation of digital financial assets has been a topic of discussion for many countries over the last decade. China is among the world leaders in the digitalization and blockchain technologies. Under the “one country, two systems,” two different approaches to the digital financial assets have been implemented in the PRC. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has stimulated many investors to diversify their investment portfolios to include digital financial assets, the People’s Bank of China has not changed its prohibitive position on tokens and cryptocurrencies and even launched a campaign against miners and crypto exchanges. Macau and Taiwan have also prohibited initial coin offerings and the transfer of cryptocurrencies due to the risks of money laundering connected with the citizens of mainland China. Macau, Taiwan, and the Monetary Authority of Hong Kong have implemented less stringent regulations of digital financial assets. Comparative analysis demonstrates that Hong Kong acts as an intermediary for China to the digital financial assets.

이 글은 한국 생명정치에 있어 안창홍 인물화의 ‘죽음의 미학’이 갖는 함의를 두 시기로 나누어 분석한다. 1970년대부터 1980년대 중반까지 검열과 통제 기제가 강했던 시기, 안창홍은 억압된 정서인 분노를 형상화했다. 이 시기 안창홍 작업은 공포스러울 정도로 순수한 폭력의 미학을 나타낸다. 1980년대 후반에서부터 1990년대 말 즉 신자유주의 생명정치가 한국인의 생명을 금융 차원에서 담보로 잡았던 시기, 안창홍은 과도한 욕망의 추구 때문에 분열된 자들의 초상을 불안의 미학으로 나타냈다. 폭력과 불안으로 형상화된 안창홍의 ‘죽음의 미학’은 절대로 죽을 수 없는 생명의 단독적 잠재성 혹은 그 생명력에 대한 반어적 표현으로써, 조르조 아감벤의 “어떤/ 모든 단독성”의 미학적 형상이 된다.

목적 : 중국, 홍콩, 말레이시아, 호주, 독일 및 미국의 optometry 관련 제도를 조사하고 분석하여 대한민국 안경사 제도 개선 방안에 참고가 되고자 하였다. 방법 : 구글스칼라(Google Scholar), 학술연구정보서비스(RISS), 코리아스칼라(Korea Scholar) 및 디비피아 (DBpia)를 통해 중국, 홍콩, 말레이시아, 호주, 독일 및 미국의 optometry 관련 정보를 검색하고 수집하였다. 결과 : 홍콩, 호주 및 미국은 optometrist 및 ophthalmic dispenser 업무를 명확하게 구분하여 운영하고 있 으며, 독일은 수공업 규정을 따르며 세계화에 맞춰 optometrist로 직종을 추가하였다. 말레이시아는 비교적 최근에 optometrist 제도를 도입하였으며, 홍콩, 호주 및 미국과 유사한 업무 범위를 가진다. 중국은 험광원 및 정배 공을 등급별로 구분하였으나, 한국과 유사하게 비정시의 진단 및 처치는 수행할 수 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 중국, 홍콩, 말레이시아, 호주, 독일 및 미국의 optometry 제도에서 조사 및 분석된 시사점을 통해 대 한민국 안경사의 전문성 강화와 시대적 상황에 부합되는 제도 개선 방향이 제시되었다고 생각된다.

Hong, Dae-Yong manufactured the Tongcheon-ui (Pan-celestial Armillary Sphere) with cooperating clock researcher Na, Kyeong-Jeok, and its craftsman An, Cheo-In, in Naju of Jeolla Province in 1760 ~ 1762. Tongcheon-ui is a kind of astronomical clock with an armillary sphere which is rotated by the force generated by a lantern clock’s weight. In our study, we examine the lantern clock model of Tongcheon-ui through its description of the articles written by Hong himself. As his description, however, did not explain the detail of the mechanical process of the lantern clock, we investigate the remains of lantern clocks in the possession of Korea University Museum and Seoul National University Museum. Comparing with the clocks of these museums, we designed the lantern clock model of Tongcheon-ui which measures 115 mm (L) × 115 mm (W) × 307 mm (H). This model has used the structure of the striking train imitated from the Korea University Museum artifact and is also regulated by a foliot escapement which is connected to a going train for timekeeping. The orientation of the rotation of the going train and the striking train of our model makes a difference with the remains of both university museums. That is, on the rotation axis of the first gear set of Tongcheon-ui’s lantern clock, the going and the striking trains take on a counterclockwise and clockwise direction, respectively. The weight of 6.4 kg makes a force driving these two trains to stick to the pulley on the twine pulling across two spike gears corresponding to the going train and the striking train. This weight below the pulley may travel down about 560 mm per day. We conclude that the mechanical system of Tongcheon-ui’s lantern clock is slightly different from the Japanese style.

『더 해빙』은 포스트코로나 시대 인간존재의 ‘뉴 노멀’을 촉구하는 책이다. 주저자인 이서윤은 한국 민속종교를 기반으로 ‘운명학’을 공부한 종교인으로서 불확실성이 더욱 증가하는 시대에 욕망과 불안 사이에서 고민하는 인간에게 보편적 ‘종교성’으로서 ‘Having’을 삶의 대안으로 제시한다. 공저자인 홍주연은 자신의 생존과 존재의 문제를 성찰하는 과정에서 이서윤을 만나 ‘Having’에 대 하여 배우고 실천함으로써 자기치유의 과정과 존재의 용기를 얻을 뿐만 아니라 책의 출판을 통해서 그것을 대중과 나누고자 한다. ‘Having’은 자기가 가진 것 을 느끼고, 향유 하며, 실천하는 것이라고 말한다. 포스트코로나 시대 원년인 2020년 현재 이 책은 ‘Having’의 삶을 인간 삶에 대한 해결책으로 제시한다. 포 스트코로나 시대는 ‘디지털 기술혁명’을 가속화 하고, 더불어 ‘성찰 혁명’을 촉 구한다. 현대인은 ‘성찰 혁명’을 통해 자신의 삶에 대한 궁극적 해결책을 찾아 야 한다. 이 책은 ‘신 없음’의 관점에서 대안을 제시하고자 하나, 불확실성의 시 대에 진정한 ‘희망의 종교’로서 ‘신 있음’을 기반으로 한 ‘Having’에 대한 논의 또한 필요하다.

The US has huge interests in Hong Kong. In 1992, a few years before China resumed its sovereignty over Hong Kong in 1997, the US adopted the U.S.-Hong Kong Policy Act of 1992. The keynote of the Act is to enhance the cooperation with and maintain the treatment to Hong Kong. This tune has changed in the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019, which is obviously the response of the US to widespread protests in Hong Kong arising from the Extradition Bill proposed by the Government of Hong Kong SAR. The new law includes several negative elements. It marks a change in the US policy towards Hong Kong and furthermore represents a change in the US policy towards China. The new law should not merely be understood as the US’s support for democracy and human rights in Hong Kong. Instead, it should be considered as a major leverage which the US may maneuver to engage a rising China.

본 연구는 매화나무의 새로운 품종인 대홍의 식품학적 가치평가를 분석하기 위해 일반성분, 유리당, 유기산, 아미노산, 무기질 및 비타민 함량 등을 분석하였다. 대홍의 탄수화물은 46.8±0.92%로 가장 높은 함량을 보였고, 조단백질(18.9±0.01%), 수분함량(11.8±0.13%), 조섬유·조지방·회분(5.7±0.94∼ 6.7±0.52%)순으로 검출되었다. 유리당은 5종 검출되었고 mannitol과 fructose가 대부분을 차지하였고, 무기질은 6종이 검출되었으며, K와 P의 함량이 가장 높게 나타났다. 총 페놀함량은 615.99±0.52 mg/100g 이었고 7가지 유형의 필수 아미노산을 포함하여 대홍의 총 아미노산 함량은 121.42 mg/g이었다. 이러한 결과는 대홍이 건강을 위한 혁신적인 식품으로서 혹은 천연식품 방부와 대체재로서 새로운 제품에 포함될 수 있는 가능성을 보여준다.

최근 홍콩에서 중국어를 모국어로 사용하지 않는 학생들을 합격시킨 주류 중등학교들이 급증하고 있다.(2016, 입법회). 이 학교는 이러한 학생의 학습 차이를 고려하여 다양한 대처를 필요로 하고 있다. 다양한 방식을 채택하여 학생들이 중국어 학습을 잘 마칠 수 있게 지원하여, 그들의 진학이 구직난을 해소하고 사회 상류로의 진출 기회가 될 수 있도록 해야 한다.(Leung et al 2017; Loh & Tam, 2016). (중국은) 중국어를 사용하지 않는 학생들에게 적합한 중국어 교육법을 제공하 는 것이 필요하다고 판단하고 있으며, 이는 해결해야 할 급선무 문제가 되었다.(shum, 2015). 본 연구는 이러한 홍콩의 상황에 집중하였다. ｢阅读促进学习｣(Rose&Martin, 2012) 교수법은 비 중국어 사용자 학생들의 비율이 비교적 높은 중등학교 한 곳을 선정하고, 제2외국어 교육 과정을 중국어로 하는 대외한어교육현장에서 제 2외국어 학습 기관(홍콩교육국, 2014) 및 국제 일반 중등학교 교육 증서(IGCSE)의 교육과정 개요를 참조하여, 본 교육과정(커리큘럼)을 수정 하였다. 협업과 회의를 통해 공동으로 수업을 준비하고 교육현장을 관찰하는데, 교사와 학생들이 모인 소그룹 인터뷰, 필기 및 수업 원본 분석 등의 방법을 진행하였다. 이를 통해 본 교수법이 학생들에게 설명문 종류의 글을 읽고 쓰는 능력을 향상시키고 학습 동기를 높일 수 있는지의 여부를 검토하였다. 교사는 학생들이 본문을 자세하게 읽도록 한 후, 그룹 협업을 통해 그 문장에 서 핵심 키워드를 발췌하여 노트에 기록하도록 학생들을 지도하는 방법(Note Making)을 시행하고, 이어서 학생들은 상호 간의 교류와 협력에 의해 문장 속에 등장한 핵심 단어들과 구 형식, 문장 형식을 활용하여, 협업을 통해 새로운 글을 창작하고, 마지막으로 학생들이 각자 개별적으로 작문을 수행하게 하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 상술한 단계가 학생들이 문장 형식에 따른 다양한 언어 능력의 차이를 이해하도록 돕는데 효과적이며, 서로 다른 글쓰기 활동에 활용할 수 있음을 발견했다. 원전 분석 및 소그룹 인터뷰 또한 위 교수법이 학생들의 중국어 학습 동기를 향상시키는 데 효과가 있음과 학생들의 학습에 대한 믿음이 증가한 것을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 阅读促进学习 교수법이 학생들의 읽기와 쓰기 능력을 개선하고, 각 교육 절차의 실천적 성과들이 모두 시사성이 있음을 검증하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

중국은 2017년 웨강아오 대만구 정책을 국책 사업으로 확정하고, ‘웨강아오 대만구 발전규획’ 공포를 앞두고 있다. 동 대만구는 광동성 9개시와 ‘일국양제’를 실시하고 있는 홍콩 및 마카오 특별행정구 간의 지역통합화 정책이며, 광동자유무역시범구 조성, 강주아오 대교 개통 등으로 동 대만구 조성에 필요한 제도 및 기초 인프라가 갖추어지고 있다. 본고는 동 대만구 조성과 정책화 과정을 살펴보고, 분석을 통해 동 대만구 정책의 문제점을 도출하고, 영향력을 전망하는 것을 연구목적으로 한다. 분석결과, 동 대만구 정책은 행정 및 권역별로 다층적 과정을 거쳐 최종 정책으로 형성되었으며, 대만구 조성은 경제 외에도 사회·문화적 요인이 정 책화에 기여했음을 발견할 수 있었다. 동 대만구는 ‘일국양제’의 실험장을 광동 9개시까지 확 대시켰으며, CEPA 효과 극대화를 위한 플랫폼으로 작용할 전망이다. 다만 이질적 제도 하의 지역간 통합화, 광동성 내부의 격차 극복, 일대일로 정책과의 불협화음, 전례가 없는 협의체 구성과 운영이라는 어려움도 상존한다. 동정책은 인프라 건설, 광동자유무역시범구의 적극 활용, 도시별 차별화 진출 전략 필요라는 시사점을 우리 기업에게 제시하고 있다.

The famous Neo-Confucianist Zhu Xi considered that “Heart” was the cognitive subject and the practice subject, it was the cognitive object that every knowledge including human and all things on earth relations, but the most of all was the principle of morals such as filial piety, righteousness, loyalty and credit. Their relationship was that the cognitive object(every knowledge) was discovered and isolated by the cognitive subject(the wise heart). It can make “heart” and “all things on earth” concordant by exploring rule from thing(即物穷理), and can realize the subject's cognition to object. Hong Dae-Yong, as one of the representative abandoning Neo-Confucianism scholar, considered that “the practical heart” was the most important cognitive subject, it meant to take the practical matter and article as the object of cognition. Their relationship was that “the practical heart” as the object of cognition reached factual matters and factual articles and realized the subject's cognition to object. That is to say: we should put “the practical heart” into practice and reach cognition about factual matters and factual articles, so that we can innovative applications on reality(经世致用) and use everything to secure a better livelihood for people(利用厚生). As we can see the differences between Neo-Confucianism and Abandoning Neo-Confucianism from above three aspects content.

만명시기 대표적 문학이론가인 원굉도는 예술성 높은 유기산문을 많이 창작하였다. 그의 문학작품 창작론의 주요 방법은 ‘직기(直寄)’와 ‘신기(新奇)’의 창작이론이다. 그는 직기와 신기의 창작기교를 잘 활용하여 좋은 작품을 많이 창작하였다. 직기의 창작기교는 주로 자연경관의 묘사와 인물이나 사물의 형상표현 또는 사람의 감정 표현 등에 활용하고 있다. 그리고 자연경관을 서술한 부분을 보면 직기는 물론 신기의 창작기교를 활용하여 생동감 있는 표현을 하고 있다. 직기의 창작기교는 주로 직유의 수사기교를 사용해 표현되고 있고, 신기의 창작기교는 직유 은유 의인 등의 다양한 수사기교를 사용해 표현되고 있다. 원굉도 유기산문의 자연경관 표현에 보이는 신기의 창작방법에 바탕 하여 활용되어진 직유 은유 의인 등의 주요 수사기교를 살펴보면 원굉도 유기산문의 예술적 수준을 잘 알 수 있다.

Zhuxi, who epitomized the thought of neo-Confucianism, not only has an effect on Chin ese idealist philosophy during the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties,but has a direct i nfluence on Korean social philosophy during the Korean Age. Hong Tae-Yong is a well- k nown scholar in the later stage of the Korean Age, his theory with Zhuxi‘s became the tw o main schools on the Korean’s thinking. Zhuxi explored some problems in the field of epistemology with the theory of Ge Wu Z hi Zhi. Beyond that, he made a few opinions about verification theory and the opinions g et the clearer in his old age. He was becoming more interested in natural science, and th e thought about verification theory was frequently found in his later writings. In the resear ch about natural scientific problems, he had adopted observation, experimentation and pra ctice method. Zhuxi has opened up a new area and bends and laid the theoretical founda tions for verification theory. Hong Tae-Yong carried on some theoretical results of the Zhu xi on the one hand, and made his own pragmatical learning, on the other hand. In his th eory, the methodology occupied a central place. This thesis has taken the postivist theory as research objects, discusses about Hong Tae-Yong's pragmatical learning by comparing with Zhuxi's Verification Theory. He proved some opinions by the recognizing method of practice, observing methods and the recognizing method of practice. Hong Tae-Yong be d ivorced from Zhuxi's theory and have created a new pragmatical learning by these objecti ve methods. As has been described above, the main differences between the two is understanding th e “Shi(实)”. Hong Tae-Yong attaches great importance to truthful information, truthful circu mstances, truthful experiment and actual practice, He has made great efforts in recognizin g the real things, and has verified them one by one through practice. His objective metho d have helped take his thought off the ZhuZi's Philosophy and have created pragmatical l earning.

The Hong Nang Sida temple is a cultural heritage that must be preserved due to the historical and cultural values that are highly evaluated in the world. The main sanctuary of Hong Nang Sida temple, presumed to have been built in 11th to 12th centuries, has been exposed in the open air for a long time after the collapse. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct the original shape of the Hong Nang Sida temple to reflect the original shape. To do this, it is necessary to examine the overall structure according to the restoration shape. For this purpose, this study analyzes the construction and configuration types for main sanctuary Mandapa of Hong Nang Sida temple, and conducts structural modeling according to actual and restoration plans. The structural and behavioral characteristics are analyzed by comparing stress and displacement values by measurement locations. In addition, we will examine the vertical load distribution by the layers of each wall and cobel arch of the Mandapa using the load distribution method.

With the increasing popularity of social media, opinion leaders who have lots of followers have recently created strong advertising effects and generated greater sales. The emergence of online stars, Wang Hong in China, comes at a time when self-media gains popularity and e-commerce requires innovative ways to endorse brands in fashion industry. This study examines how these influencers impact consumers’ attitude toward the products they use and recommend. Specifically, this study investigates whether and how source attributes, social media content characteristics and judgment of product fit affect attitude of Chinese fashion consumers. As the perceived fit between the endorser and the product positively affect source credibility (Kamins, 1990) as well as consumer attitude toward the advertised product (Till & Busler, 2000), the present study hypothesized that the fit between the online star and the product will increase the perceived endorser credibility and product attitude of consumers. The effect of the fit between the product and the self-media content on the attitude toward the content or the product was also examined. Implications for managing marketing strategies as well as future research directions are subsequently discussed.

This article studies on a medical dictionary from Hong’s Diagnose and Secret Prescriptions with a Medical Dictionary (《洪家定診秘傳附醫書字 典》, <with A Medical Dictionary> for short, published in 1955). And a tentative research is made on these aspects, such as, the social history background of the book, the construction of the dictionary, the features of the dictionary, the selection of the Chinese characters and the explaination features the of characters, the meaning and value of the dictionary. This dictionary is high medical professional. And the characters has more paraphrases and the paraphrases have more correlationship with the medical. Thus, he dictionary has a big progress in the history of Korea Traditionary medical dictionary.
