        The purpose of this study was to investigate self-esteem, body image, body cathexis and body attitude of female middle school students. A total of 298 subjects were included in this study. Subjects were classified into weight control group and a non weight control group. As a result of analyzing body shapes satisfaction was higher in the non weight control group 2.83 than in the weight control group 2.28 (p<0.001). The weight control group revealed lower body satisfaction than the non weight control group. The result of the reason for weight control was the ratio of ‘weight loss’ 84.6%, respectively (p<0.001). Factors impacting physical image of female middle school students were analyzed as friends (3.46), internet (3.22), and TV (3.13). Results suggest that educational program should be combined with a positive emphasis on physical image and self-esteem for female middle school students. Also, there was a high correlation between body weight and self-esteem. Results indicate that female middle school students are interested in weight loss with the wrong body image. Therefore, female middle school students should be provided with an educational approach to such issues so that they have a realistic perception of their body and form realistic values about self-esteem and body.

        This study was conducted to survey the perception and preferences of customers that have dined at Korean restaurants in China and investigate the importance and performance level of quality attributes, customer satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention. The survey was conducted January 31~March 1, 2016 in China. The 293 questionnaires (97.7%) were analyzed using SPSS(Ver. 23.0) and AMOS(Ver. 21.0). Results of this study are as follow: Customers that dined at a Korean restaurant in China were composed of 157 women and 136 men. Regarding the reason for preferring Korean cuisine, taste, hygiene and nutritional value of Korean food were the most significant quality factors. Regarding complaints about Korean food, Chinese people placed much emphasis on freshness of ingredients when dining out, based on the majority of complaints about ingredients that were not fresh. The main reason for leftover food were personal eating habits and that of customers revisiting food taste and nutrition. Path model among customer satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention revealed the factor of menus and attributes of menu items regarding customer’s age that had an impact on customers’ satisfaction, and association with customers’ satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention as well.

        This study was conducted to examine the effects of Chinese perceptions of quality attributes on customer’s satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention for coffee shops in Beijing, China. Subjects of this study included 200 customers who had visited a coffee shop at least once during the last year. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS v23.0 and AMOS v21.0. In this study, the majority of customers visited a coffee shop once or twice a week with friends. Respondents preferred tall-sized warm coffee in the store. The coffee shop quality attributes of were derived from five exploratory factors identified upon analysis of 30 observational variables. It was important to maintain and strengthen the quality attributes of coffee shops in this area because IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) analysis showed that “Doing great, keep it well” part was a desirable area because it had high importance and performance. Finally, path analysis revealed that customer satisfaction was influenced by employee attitude and affected revisit intention and recommendation intention.

        선물 증여행위란 증여자와 수령자의 특수한 행동양태로, 선물 증여상황에서 발생되는 양자 간의 정서와 만족도는 매우 중요한 요소이다. 이와 같은 선물 증여행위는 최근 모바일의 보급과 성장에 따라 모바일 환경에서도 빈번히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서는 기프티콘 (Gifticon)으로 불리 우는 모바일 선물에 대한 연구들이 이루어지고 있지만 증여자 측면의 이용행태와 동기에만 집중하였다는 한계점이 존재한다. 이에 본 연구는 더 나아가 (1) 기프티콘 증여상황에서의 역할에 따른 정서차이를 알아보고자 하였으며, (2) 역할과 상호간 친밀도가 선물 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 수령자의 경우에는 증여자보다 흥분, 짜릿함과 같은 긍정적인 정서를 더욱 높게 느끼고, 친밀도에 상관없이 높은 선물 만족도를 느꼈으나 증여자의 경우, 친밀도에 따라서 선물 만족도가 달라지는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 점점 성장하고 있는 모바일 시장에서 이루어지는 새로운 선물 증여행위에 대한 심리적 고찰과 동시에 역할 및 친밀도에 따른 소비자의 만족도를 알아봄으로써 새로운 선물 시장에 실무적 함의를 제시할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

        본 연구는 비서직 여성노동자를 대상으로 직무요구와 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용이 일-가정 갈등 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 직무요구와 결과변인의 관계에서 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용에 대한 조절효과를 종합적으로 실증분석하였다. 현직 비서업무를 담당하고 있는 비서직 여성노동자 131명을 대상으로 한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비서직 여성노동자가 지각하는 높은 직무요구는 일-가정 갈등에 정(+)의 영향을 보였고, 생활만족에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용은 일-가정 갈등에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으나, 생활만족에는 유의미한 영향을 주지 않았다. 마지막으로 직무요구와 일-가정 갈등의 관계에서 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용의 상호작용 효과가 확인되었다. 즉, 직무요구와 일-가정 갈등의 부정적 효과는 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 높았다. 그러나 직무요구와 생활만족의 관계에서 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용의 조절효과는 검증되지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향이 논의되었다.

More than 90% of the participants agreed with the need for maternity/nursing brassieres distinct from regular ones. Shopping online was the most common means of purchasing them. The most and second-most owned fastener types were the detachable shoulder belt type and inside-cup type, respectively. The most selected reason for purchasing or wearing a maternity/nursing brassiere was the convenience of donning and doffing the brassiere during breastfeeding. Participants had lower satisfaction levels with how well maternity/nursing brassieres support and center the breasts, and with the variety of designs available on the market. Respondents indicated that fasteners for breastfeeding should be developed to provide comfort and convenience for breastfeeding. Wearing comfort was reported as the most important factor in purchasing selection, both during the pregnancy and breastfeeding periods. No-wire, back closure, full-cup, U-shape wing, and skin color were the most preferred design styles.

        This study builds on prevalent approaches of extending the applications of importance performance analysis (IPA) tool.         Introduction The concentration of manufacturing factories in China signals a significant change in the global economy. Manufacturers in countries that are not price competitive feel a sense of crisis and use servitization in the manufacturing industry as a countermeasure. In particular, with the recent rapid development of IoT and AI, service methods are becoming faster and more diverse resulting in increased research on servitization. Vandermerwe and Rada (1988), who first mentioned the term servitization, define it as providing customer-focused products, services, support, self-service, and knowledge, all bundled together. Despite numerous studies on servitization few consider the customer’s perspective, although many consider the producer’s point of view. So far existing research only explored on how consumers accept value-in-use based on an accurate understanding of consumers' needs from the consumer perspective in servitization, based on expectation-confirmation theory. This study examines how customers accept servitization and links it to customer satisfaction. Literature review Servitization Ren and Gregory (2007) defined servitization as a strategic change in which manufacturing companies develop service-oriented or better services to satisfy customers, gain competitive advantage, and improve corporate performance. Raja et al. (2013) examined servitization to find the most important attributes of value-in-use for customers using servitized products and classified them into seven attributes. This study is based on the seven attributes identified by Raja et al. (2013). Perceived Usefulness, Confirmation, and Customer Satisfaction Bhattacharjee developed the Continuance Use Model based on the expectation-confirmation theory and conducted empirical studies for verification (2001b). Our study analyzes the correlation between customer acceptance process and customer satisfaction based on the Expectation-Confirmation model by Bhattacharjee (2001b). Research method We conducted surveys and analyzed the data of 50 Korean university students and members of the public using Smart Pay (Samsung Pay, Apple Pay etc.). The reliability of the questionnaire was verified by using the Cronbach’s alpha values and exploratory factor analysis. The seven variables of the value-in-use attributes of servitization identified by Raja et al. are as follows: relational dynamic, accessibility, range of product and service offering, knowledge, price, delivery, and locality. We measured three additional variables: perceived usefulness, confirmation, and customer satisfaction. Contributions Academic contribution This study provides a theoretical basis for examining the relationship between variables and the influence of the value-in-use attributes of servitization on customer acceptance and satisfaction. Practical contribution We present implications for customer satisfaction in the servitization process of manufacturing companies by explaining how customers accept the value-in-use attributes of servitization.

Findings suggested a negative relationship between body satisfaction and attitudes toward trendy clothing and a mediator role of fashion involvement.

        Social media marketing offers a vast array of opportunities for fashion brands to engage with their core customers and the broader digital audience. However, they still struggle with the question of which specific strategies can be successfully applied to enhance the effectiveness social media marketing (Rampton, 2014). This study investigates how a luxury brand’ social media brand page satisfaction and brand love are positively related to desired marketing outcomes (i.e., word-of-mouth and loyalty intentions toward the luxury brand). On the basis of Customer Value Theory (Sweeny & Soutar, 2001) and Brand Love Theory (Carroll & Ahuvia, 2006), this study developed and tested a dual impact model encompassing both brand page value (i.e., information, financial, brand interaction, social interaction, and entertainment value) and brand value (i.e., inner self-and social self-expressive value). Usable responses from 290 U.S. consumers following at least one luxury brand on social media were used for data analysis. The results of structural equation modeling showed that information, brand interaction, and entertainment values were positively related to brand page satisfaction while financial and social interaction values were not. In addition, inner self-and social self-expressive brand values were positively related to brand love. In addition, brand page satisfaction was positively related to WOM intentions but was not related to loyalty intentions whereas brand love was positively related to both WOM and loyalty intentions. Furthermore, mediation analysis showed that brand page satisfaction fully mediated the influences of information, brand interaction, and entertainment values on WOM intentions. In addition, brand love fully mediated the influences of social self-expressive value on WOM and loyalty intentions. Our study suggests that social media brand pages providing unique value propositions can reap benefits in terms of enhanced brand page satisfaction, highlighting the crucial role of “content excellence” in social media marketing (Holt, 2016). Our findings also show that brand followers tend to love a particular luxury brand when the brand helps express their self and when the symbolic meaning of the brand is integrated into their own self-identity. Thus, one of the roles of social media marketing is in elucidating brand followers how to express their inner states guided by the desire to signal their self-identity not to others but to themselves (Berger & Heath, 2017).

        목적: 본 연구는 소비자가 인식하는 안경원의 브랜드 자산, 외부환경, 내부환경이 고객만족, 신뢰 및 재방 문 의도에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식을 이용하여 실증해 보고자 하였다. 방법: 서울, 경기, 충남지역에 거주하는 안경원 이용 경험이 있는 성인 420명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하 였고, 불성실히 응답한 9부를 제외한 411부가 분석에 사용되었다. 신뢰성 분석과 확인적 요인 분석 및 구조 방정식 모델을 이용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 결과: 브랜드 자산이 외부환경과 내부환경 변수에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 브랜드 자산, 내부환경 등 외 생변수가 매개변수인 고객만족을 통해 신뢰에 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고, 다시 고객만족과 신뢰를 통해 재방문에 미치는 영향이 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 외부환경은 고객만족과 신뢰 모두에서 유 의한 영향을 미치지 못했으나, 브랜드 자산과 내부환경의 경우에서는 재방문에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 고객만족과 신뢰를 통해 간접적으로도 유의하게 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 안경원은 기타 서비스직종과 달리 내부환경 중에서도 안경사특성이 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 특수 성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 브랜드 자산이 내·외부 환경에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이 중 내부환경 즉, 상품, 가격 그리고 안경사 특성이 고객만족으로 이어져 신뢰를 거쳐 재방문에 이르는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 브랜드 자산을 높이기 위한 노력과 함께 내부 환경 및 고객과의 신뢰 향상에 대한 중요성을 인식 하고 이에 대한 관리에 더욱 노력을 기울어야 할 것으로 보인다.

        This study examines the construction and management of physical facilities in natural recreational forests that have been created after gaining an understanding of how visitors will use them. It also studies operations tailored for the use of visitors to natural recreation forests. The study presents basic data pertaining to management of natural recreation forests, analyzes the impact of current facilities on visitor satisfaction, and reveals the potential for new programs to be implemented. The independent variables in this study are facilities and program establishment/management and program utilization pertaining to the operation of natural recreation forests. The considered variables include facilities management and facilities requirements categorized by state programs. Program needs were analyzed using correlation. The state of facilities management in natural recreation forests, utilization program implementation, and demand for utilization programs were found to have a positive (+) influence on visitor satisfaction. The results of the rank regression analysis of the influence of the independent variables on visitor satisfaction decreases in the following order: state of facilities management, utilization program implementation, and demand for utilization programs. Visitors to natural recreation forests prefer recreational activities that provide a break from their normal routine, rather than the use of other aggressive utilization programs. Therefore, a higher priority should be given to ensuring appropriate provision of facilities that generate higher visitor satisfaction, as well as their stable management, compared to other utilization programs. Therefore, there are some indications that natural recreation forests of the future will benefit from the development and implementation of an essential set of utilization programs that will have a positive (+) impact on visitor satisfaction.

        The objective of this study to investigate the satisfaction of elementary and middle school students in Chungnam province. We surveyed related to school food service, concerns about food ingredients and dietary life, perceptions of free school food service and satisfaction the quality and management of the school food service. Furthermore, this survey with the previous. Compared to year, frequency of education related to school food service and concerns about food ingredients and dietary life. Perception on free school food service increased 1.2%, not statistically significant. Satisfaction for the quality of the school food service statistically significant increase compared to 2015. ore individuals educated the foods’ countyof- origin and a higher concern the food materials and dietary life, subsequently higher satisfaction for the quality and management of school food service. The results of this study suggest that concern and concentration on software of school food service such as education and guide are important.

        The tourism experience factor is an essential source of competitive advantage in the tourism industry and is an important factor for predicting future tourism behavior. Tourism experience elements can be composed of areas of education, entertainment, aesthetics and deviance (Pine and Gilmore, 1998). This study examines the effect of tourist experience factors on tourist loyalty and it is meaningful to see if the experiential economic theory of Pine and Gilmore (1999) is applicable. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on tourists using experiential tourism factors. As a result, it was found that recreational experiential factors had a significant effect on memory. Memory has a significant effect on both visitor satisfaction and tourist loyalty. This study has academic significance because it focuses on the tourism experience factor which is the core of experiential economic theory. Practical significance is that a lot of experiential contents should be found in order to better match the tourist experience factor to the requirements of visitors to the tourist site. As a result, it is expected to generate revenue and improve its competitiveness.

        Teachers’ job satisfaction is a crucial factor to determine the quality of education in that it affects their dedication and participation. While teachers’ job satisfaction in general has been widely investigated, subject-related job satisfaction has been sparsely explored. Thus, this study investiaged both general and subject-related job satisfaction and compared them. A total of 117 secondary English teachers in Seoul participated in a survey which measures job satisfaction in terms of seven factors: relationship with people, job duties, work environments, opportunities for professional development, compensations, administration systems, and recognitions. Overall, the participants showed a modest level of satisfaction in both general and subjet-related jobs. Yet, subject-related job satisfaction was higher than general job satisfaction. They were particularly satisfied with their relationship with students and teachers. They also showed high satisfaction with recognition they receive as a teacher as well as an English teacher. In contrast, they were dissatisfied with compensations and workloads in general, and the number of students in charge and administrative support in teaching English. Finally, their job satisfaction was affected by gender, school type, position, and marriage. Based on the results, suggestions to enhance secondary English teachers’ job satisfaction were made.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of simulation training using video debriefing on the self-efficacy, problem solving ability, and learning satisfaction of nursing students. Method: The study design was control group pre-and post-test non-synchronized experimental design. The sample included two teams of 138 nursing students. The experimental group provided feedback after the simulation was run, and then the team was debriefed through the video recorded video in the debriefing room, and the control group performed the oral debriefing. This study was conducted from November 10, 2015 to December 10, 2015, using descriptive statistics, χ²-test and t-test. Results: The scores of the self-efficacy, problem- solving process performance, and learning satisfaction were higher than those of the group who received the video debriefing (experimental group) than those who received the oral debriefing training (control group). Conclusion: It has been found that debriefing using video in the simulation training has a positive effect on self-efficacy, ability to perform problem solving process and improvement of learning satisfaction, so it can be utilized as an effective teaching and learning strategy and also helps strengthen nursing capacity.

        The aims of this study was to investigate the satisfactions with school food service and its influencing factors for elementary and middle school parents. We surveyed parents regarding their concerns about food ingredients and dietary life, perceptions of free school food service, the necessity of food supply systems such as school food service centers, and the satisfaction about the quality and management of school food services. Compared to the last year, concerns about food ingredients and dietary life as well as perceptions about free school food services decreased. The reported necessity of supply system such as school food service centers and co-purchasing was lower than in 2015. The satisfaction about the school food service decreased, compared to 2015. More individuals had higher concerns about local food and stated the necessity for school food supply systems, as well as a higher satisfaction about the quality and management of school food services. In conclusion, it is important to emphasize characteristics of school food services such as co-purchasing local foods.
