배수성 포장의 장점은 우천시 운전자에게 노면의 배수 기능과 타이어 노면의 마찰저항성과 같은 효과를 증대 시켜 일반 밀입도 아스팔트 혼합물에 비해 타이어 노면 소음을 감소시키는 효과를 제공 해준다. 그러나, 배수성 포장은 공용 후 노면의 공극 막힘 현상 등으로 인하여 주기적인 유지보수 작업이 동반된다. 그러므로 본 연구를 통해 개발된 저소음포장의 공극 형성은 굵은골재의 비율을 높여 공극형성을 직선화하여 투수 및 공극막힘 등을 최소화 하도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 저소음포장인 19mm, 13mm, 10mm, 8mm 저소음포장은 현재 4년이 공용된 상태에서 양호한 포장상태를 보여주며, 특수성능은 신설수준인 투수성능을 유지하고 있으며, 미끄럼 저항성도 만족하는 우수한 공용성을 나타내고 있다.

본 연구는 터널이 갖는 다양한 특성 가운데 운전자의 심리적 안정성과 쾌적성 등 경관을 구성하는 설계요인과 운전자의 감성적 요인간의 관계를 파악하여, 터널경관에 대한 평가방법을 제시하고, 이를 위하여 터널경관을 구성하는 물리적인 구성요소와 운전자의 감성인지 변화와의 관계를 파악하여 경관적 환경을 조성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 터널경관에 대한 감성인지특성을 파악하기 위한 LISREL 모형을 구축한 결과 터널경관 영향요인은 터널경관 구성요소 조화에 의한 감성 이미지인 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 감성이미지는 설계요인과 개인속성에 의하여 설명며, 설계요인의 영향이 개인속성의 영향보다 크게 나타났다. 개인 속성과 설계요인 모두의 관계는 (+)의 관계로 나타났고 "안정성"과 "변화성"간에는 서로 밀접한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이때, "안전성" 요인이 "변화성" 요인보다 경관인지도에 좀 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되어, 경관 평가 시 운전자는 기본적으로 "안전성"을 중시하나 "변화성"에 대하여도 요구하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

As technology develops, more advanced technologies involving GPS, GIS, RFID and sensor networks have been adopted in agriculture sector for u-Farm. However, technology adoptions have been evaluated as ineffective. Farmers and agri-business have low level of understanding on technology so it is not efficiently utilized. This study introduces a case of RFID/sensor networks of mushroom farm as a u-Farm case study, focusing on developing a framework for analysis of u-Farm investment returns. RFID and sensor networks improve real-time production control, processing management, and traceability. Integration of RFID and sensor networks leads to innovation into the mushroom farm, reducing labor cost, increasing productivity, and improving quality of the mushroom. The ROI which is used as an indicator of performance indicator is 413%.

This study was evaluated the indicators of GRI guideline LA6-LA9 for industrial safety sanitation field on 22 domestic sustainable management reports and 46 overseas reports published by companies in 2007 and 2008, was developed new indicators with emphasis on industrial safety sanitation act, and was assessed whether they are released. As a result, LA6(Percent of total workforce represented in formal joint management-work health and safety committees that help monitor and advise on occupational health and safety programs) was evaluated highest in release ratio on whether to release the reports by each indicator of industrial safety sanitation field using domestic sustainable management report GRI guideline, and in the case of overseas companies, it was evaluated that there is no companies that release all from LA6 through LA9 among GRI guideline, but it was grasped that the ratio of partial release is high. As for the release of indicators was developed with the use of industrial safety sanitation act of 22 domestic companies, the release of indicator No. 1(report and industrial disaster record) and 10(health diagnosis) of industrial safety sanitation act was high. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the industrial safety sanitation field of sustainable management report(CSR) that has not been attempted so far with the use of new indicators developed with emphasis on GRI guideline and industrial safety sanitation act.

본 연구는 현재까지 주먹구구식, 각 부처별로 평가가 이루어져 왔던 해외취업사업을 통계적, 경영학적 기법을 적용하여 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구결과를 통해 국가적 차원에서 새로운 정책 발굴의 여지가 많은 청년층 국가 간 교류사업 즉 해외취업사업에 보다 조직적이고 체계적인 틀을 제시할 수 있는 전략을 제공한다. 해외취업사업은 국가 중요 정책사업이면서 형태가 구축되지 않은 비표준 정책으로 정책의 완성을 위해 현재 이루어졌던 사업에 관련된 과거 데이터를 기반으로 사업의 미래방향에 대해 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

본 연구에서는 국내 인공호 4대 수계 39곳을 선정하여 2003년 1월부터 2007년 12월까지 5년간의 수질 측정 자료를 바탕으로 우리나라에 적합한 다변수 수질평가 모델을 개발하고, 그 모델을 이용하여 2008년 1년간의 자료를 통해 팔당호와 대청호의 수질평가를 실시하였다. 개발된 다변수 수질평가 모델은 4개의 수질변수를 각각 부영양, 중영양, 빈영양의 3단계로 나누어 점수를 부여하고, 수질변수별 획득점수를 총합하여 총점으로 계량화하였으며, 총점을 구간별로 5등급으로 나누어 최종 수질등급을 부여하였다. 새롭게 제안된 수질평가 모델의 적용 결과, 팔당호는 전반적으로 보통(Fair) 및 악화(Poor) 상태로 나타났으며, 대청호는 최적(Excellent) 및 좋음(Good) 상태로 나타났다. 일반적으로 수자원의 가치를 결정하는 수질항목 중 가장 보편적인 중요성을 가지는 것은 유기물의 함량이며 이런 유기물은 수체 내 여러 요인에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 새로운 수질평가 모델을 개발함에 있어 수체의 수리 수문학적 특성을 비롯해 물리적 특성, 화학적 특성, 생물학적 특성 등의 각종 이화학적인 특성이 고려되었으며, 이러한 항목을 각각 평가 모델의 4가지 메트릭으로 선정하여 호소의 평가에 있어 복수의 측정지표가 활용될 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 복수 지표를 활용해 개발된 다변수 수질평가 모델은 호소의 영양 단계를 평가함에 있어 보다 정확한 판단을 가능하게 할 것이며, 효과적인 호소의 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

This study is about the development of information system software process quality evaluation model for domestic medium enterprises based on CMMI being used widely in the world. In this study, a new evaluation model is developed through establishing tailoring guide and its application to the existing mode by reflecting the quality management method and conditions of domestic medium enterprises within CMMI Level 2 and Level 3. The evaluation model is constituted 3 processes, 11 achievement goals, 50 practice activities and 125 evaluation items. The average point of quality evaluation of enterprises of insurance business shows 79.1 based on the evaluation model. The average point of the enterprises certified from CMMI is 82.7 which is 3.3 point higher than non-certified enterprises. This result means that the new evaluation model has similar results with the existing evaluation model while it also has discriminational characteristics compared with the existing model.

온실에서 친환경적 해충방제를 위해여 쓰이는 황색 및 청색 끈끈이 트랩은 여러 종류가 생산, 판매 되고 있다. 이 트랩들은 가격과 성능은 물론 색상에 도 차이를 보이며, 농민들의 선호도 또한 다르다. 이 같은 문제점을 수정․보 완코자 유인력이 가장 좋은 끈끈이트랩의 색상을 선정하기 위해서 본 실험을 실시하였다. 가루이류, 총채벌레류, 뿌리파리류를 대상으로 색상과 색 농도에 따른 유인 력의 차이를 검정하기 위해, 1차 실험은 황색과 청색 2종의 색상에서 각각 4 가지 다른 색 농도를 선정하여 (주)세실에 끈끈이트랩의 제작을 의뢰 하였다. 제작된 트랩을 경남지역 3곳의 온실에 설치하여 유인력을 검정한 결과 색상 별로 각각 가장 유인력이 좋았던 2가지 색 농도를 선발하였다. 2차 실험은 유 인 효과가 좋은 색상과 색 농도를 좀 더 세분하여 결정하기 위해 1차 실험에 서 선발된 색 농도의 범위 내에서 3가지 색상을 추가하여 각각 5가지 색 농 도를 (주)세실에서 판매되는 끈끈이 트랩을 대조로 하여 같은 지역에서 실험 을 실시하였다. 그 결과 황색끈끈이트랩은 1가지 색 농도에서, 청색끈끈이트 랩은 2가지 색 농도에서 기존트랩보다 높은 유인력을 보였다. 금후 본 연구에서 선발한 색상과 색 농도를 끈끈이 트랩의 제작에 사용한 다면 기존 판매되고 있는 끈끈이 트랩 보다 우수한 유인력을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
