In order to develop "textile electrode - sensing clothing" which is a sort of smart clothing to measure electric activities of heart, we propose possible ways to develop textile electrode and design of sensing clothing, ultimately aiming to develop "ECG sensing clothing for lifestyle monitoring". Conventional sensors for measuring typical electric activities of heart keep certain distance between measuring electrodes to measure signals for electric activities of heart, but these sensors often cause inappropriate factors (e.g. motional artifacts, inconvenience of use, etc) for monitoring natural cardiac activities in our daily life. In addition, most of textile electrodes have made it difficult to collect data due to high impedance and unstable contact between skin and electrodes. To overcome these questions, we minimized distance between electrodes and skin to maximize convenience of use. And in order to complement contact between skin electrodes, we modified textile electrode's form and developed ways to design clothing. As a result, we could find out clinical significance by investigating possible associations of clinical electrocardiogram (ECG) with variation of distance between electrodes, and could also demonstrate clinically significant associations between textile electrode developed herein and clothing.

이 연구의 주된 목적은 구례 농촌지역에 서식하는 1쌍의 너구리(Nyctereutes procyonoides koreensis) 행동권을 측정하고 이전 너구리 연구와 비교하는데 있다. 원격무선추적은 2개체의 너구리를 이용하여 2개월 간격(2000년 6, 8, 10, 12월)으로 2일씩 주기적으로 수행되었다. 모니터링 기간 동안, 무선추적은 주간과 야간에 걸쳐 보통 1~3시간 간격으로 실시되었다. 전체 46~64개의 무선추적 자료의 분석 결과는 95% 최소볼록다각형(MCP) 방법에서 1쌍의 너구리의 전체행동권 크기가 0.41km2, 평균행동권 크기가 0.32km2임을 보여주었다. 암컷과 수컷의 행동권은 상당 부분 중첩되었고(약 70~95%), 행동권 크기는 서로 유사한 양상을 나타내었다. 그러나 주간(0.01km2)과 야간(0.35km2)의 행동권 크기는 매우 큰 차이를 보였고, 여름(0.56km2)에 가장 컸지만 겨울(<0.01km2)에 가장 작았다. 추가적으로, 1쌍의 너구리는 1개의 핵심지역과 4개의 서로 다른 섭식지역들을 가지고 있었다. 결론적으로, 동일한 개체들을 이용하여 하루 동안 더 빈번한 추적 수와 더 긴 추적 간격을 이용한 이 너구리 행동권 자료는 하루 동안 덜 빈번한 추적 수와 더 짧은 추적 간격을 이용한 이전의 연구와 매우 유사한 결과를 보여 주었다.

진한 붉은색을 띤 ‘Tiny Ghost’를 교배모본으로 Oriental group, Longiflorum group 및 Martagon group을 부본으로 하여 효율적인 종간잡종 생산과 상 품성 있는 신품종을 획득하고자 실험을 수행하였다. 개 화당일 채취한 화분의 발아율은 Oriental hybrid인 ‘Sorbonne’이 64%로 가장 높았다. 주두수분법과 화주 절단수분법을 이용하여 수분한 결과, ‘Aktiva’를 부본 으로 사용한 경우를 제외하고 모두 주두수분법을 사용 한 교배에서 자방이 생성되었다. 또한 Longiflorum group 인 ‘Norina’와 ‘Gelria’ 중 화분발아율이 높은 ‘Norina’ 가 모두 수정에 실패하여 같은 group 내에서도 종간 의 유전적 친화성에 따라 수정률이 달랐다. ‘Aktiva’를 부본으로 한 교배에서 1개의 embryo sac을 적출하여 1개 의 구를 생성하였으며, ‘Sorbonne’을 부본으로 한 교배 에서는 4개의 ovule을 치상하여 1개의 구를 얻었다. ‘Gelria’를 부본으로 한 교배에서는 1개의 자방에서 embryo 5개, embryo sac 15개, ovule 7개를 얻었으며 그 중 18개체가 발아하여 66.7%의 발아율을 나타내었다. Martagon group인 L. hansonii를 부본으로 한 교배에 서는 5개의 ovule을 얻어 그 중 40%가 발아하였다.

형사사법제도란 일종의 전문화된 국가사법기관의 제도로써 형사소송상의 임무를 맡고 있는 조직과 기능에 관한 제도를 의미한다. 어느 국가를 막론하고 범죄문제가 날로 증가추세에 있는 상황에서 범죄의 예방과 그 척결은 형사사법제도의 사회적 역할과 그 기능의 효과성여부에 달려있다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 역사적으로나 문화적으로나 정치사회적 환경이 유사한 한국과 중국의 형사사법제도를 비교분석하여 보는 것은 향후 양국의 형사사법제도의 발전방향을 모색하는데 큰 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 대표적인 형사사법기관인 경찰검찰법원교정기관을 중심으로 한 한중 양국가의 형사사법제도의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국의 경찰에 해당하는 공안부는 한국의 일부 법무부의 기능까지도 포함한 막강한 권력기관이라는 사실이며 둘째, 중국의 검찰조직은 한국처럼 법무부 산하조직이 아니라 헌법상의 독립적인 기관이나 한국의 검찰처럼 수사권을 독점하고 있는 명실상부한 권력을 행사하는 기관은 아니라는 것이다. 셋째, 법원제도는 중국은 2심종심제이며, 한국과는 달리 중대한 재판인 경우에는 재판위원회에서 특정사건의 처리를 토론하고 결정한다는 것이다. 넷째, 교정제도의 경우에는 중국은 기결수만을 교정당국에서 관리하고 있고 미결수는 공안당국에서 관리하며, 의료처우나 재소자 수용밀도가 한국보다는 훨씬 양호하다는 점을 그 특색으로 열거할 수 있다. 한중 양국가의 형사사법제도를 비교분석한 결과 양국은 우선적으로 제도의 운영에 있어서 국민참여제도의 활성화가 중요한 과제라는 것이다.

목적 : 가정환경에서 실시한 강제유도운동치료(Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy: CIMT)와 건측제한(Forced Used: FU)치료법이 편마비 환자의 상지기능과 일상생활활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 개별실험 연구방법 중 실험 집단간 다중기초선설계를 사용하였다. 뇌졸중으로 편마비 진단을 받은 6인을 3집단(각 집단 2인)으로 분류하였다. CIMT는 건측제한(5시간)과 함께 환측 집중훈련(3시간)을 실시하였다. FU는 하루 중 활동이 가장 많은 5시간 동안 건측에 장갑을 착용하여 사용을 제한하였다. 기초선과 치료과정 동안에는 상자와 나무토막검사(Box and Block Test: BBT), 치료 전·후에는 울프운동기능검사(Wolf Motor Function Test: WMFT)를 사용하여 상지기능을 측정하였다. 일상생활활동은 치료 전·후에 운동·처리기술평가(Assessment of Motor and Process Skills: AMPS)와 운동활동지표(Motor Activity Log: MAL)를 사용하여 측정하였다. 결과분석은 그래프를 통한 시각적 분석과 치료 전·후 측정값의 변화를 비교하였다.결과 : WMFT와 BBT에서 모든 대상자의 수행능력이 향상 되었다. AMPS 능력치와 MAL의 환측사용빈도와 움직임 질도 모든 대상자에서 향상을 보였다. 특히 각 집단에서 CIMT 대상자들이 모두 FU 대상자보다 많이 향상되었다.

최근 경기도와 강원도 일원의 잣나무림에서 소나무재선충병을 일으키는 소나무재선충의 매개충으로 알려진 북방수염하늘소(Monochamus saltuarius)에 대하여 외부기생성 천적인 개미침벌(Sclerodermus harmandi) 한배새끼(clutch) 간의 발육 및 산란 특성을 비교해 보고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 기주인 북방수염하늘소 유충이 들어있는 시험관에 개미침벌을 접종하여 1차 한배새끼를 산란토록 한 후 번데기까지 발육하였을 때, 생존 개미침벌 성충을 다른 북방수염하늘소 유충에 재차 접종하여 2차 한배새끼를 산란토록 하였다. 이를 통해 1, 2차 한배새끼 간의 알 수, 발육일수, 우화율, 성비 등을 조사하였다. 개미침벌의 생육단계별 발육일수는 1차 한배새끼의 경우, 알 4.0일, 유충 6.9일, 번데기 암수 각각 15.1일, 14.0일로 총 발육일수는 26.0일과 24.9일인 것으로 나타났다. 2차 한배새끼의 총 발육일수는 암수 각각 27.1일, 25.8일로 1차 한배새끼와 비교할 때 뚜렷한 차이가 없었다. 1차 한배새끼의 산란전기간은 4.6일로 2차 한배새끼의 6.0일 보다 짧았고, 산란성공률은 1차 한배새끼에서 95.0%로 2차 한배새끼의 71.1%보다 높았다. 2차 한배새끼의 우화율은 94.8%로 1차 한배새끼에서보다 높게 나타났고, 마리당 산란수는 각각 47.4개, 44.1개로 뚜렷한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 1차와 2차 한배새끼의 성비는 각각 0.85, 0.73으로 1차 한배새끼의 암컷 비율이 높았다. 이상의 결과로 개미침벌이 다수의 북방수염하늘소를 무력화시키고 산란 및 발육을 통한 개체수의 증가 가능성을 보여주어 생물적 방제제로 활용가능성이 높을 것으로 판단된다.

This paper intends to investigate how the activities of the best conditions, which are necessary for the stage of 6-sigma design, are chosen in the TPM-based 6-sigma integration activities. And it will examine the options, when used together with other technique, in the probability statistical methodology. Through the combination of the situations which are chosen when activity techniques, which are mostly used for production and technology, and 6-sigma integration activities are used together, it intends to practically use as the basic data for company standards.

In this study, the spatial and temporal distribution of odorants in ambient air was investigated at three measurement points in a University campus in Seoul city during a 15 day study period. The concentrations of 12 target analytes designated as malodor compounds by KMOE were measured through time. The highest mean concentration (in ppb unit) was found from NH₃(25.3) followed by styrene (0.51) ＞ acetaldehyde (0.13) ＞ H₂S, propionaldehyde (0.07) ＞ butyraldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, and valeraldehyde (0.06) ＞ DMDS (0.04) ＞ TMA (0.03) ＞ CH₃SH and DMS (0.01). Comparison of odorant data showed fairly strong distinctions across diurnal period, while differences in concentration levels were not clear enough between different sampling locations. The results of correlation analysis showed that the concentrations of DMS and NH₃ were strongly correlated with relative humidity. In addition, most of reduced sulfur compounds (RSC) exhibited strong correlations with each other. When the odorant concentrations were converted into odor intensity, the values were typically found below the odor degree of 1. The odor intensity, if assessed by the maximum values of each compound, were generally in between 1~2 odor degree level (e.g., H₂S, CH₃SH, DMDS, acetaldehyde, and TMA). The results of this study thus show that most odorant species occurred below the threshold value at clean space like a University campus. Hence, more efforts are desirable toward the development of the analytical technique at various concentration levels.

The dried persimmon was effective in caring an inflammation, an ulcer and a burn and preventing hypertension and arteriosclerosis. At the Jejungsinpyun. dried persimmons gruel was beneficial to stomach and intestine and toned down voice. Based on Jejungsinpyuns and Sikryochanyo, dried persimmons gruel was developed for modern people. To standardize the dried persimmons gruel, physical properties and consumer acceptability was examined. The procedures of dried persimmons gruel was to make dried persimmons juice after soaking dried persimmons with same volume water during 24 hr and blending. To decrease the astringent taste of dried persimmons, dried persimmons juice and water with cinnamon (2%) was mixed and simmered during 3 min. Dried persimmons paste with cinnamon was added and the gruel was boiled more during 5 min. dried persimmons gruel was completed. The dried persimmons gruel were divided of 5 groups consisted of each 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 g dried persimmons. As dried persimmons content increased, lightness, apparent viscosity decreased. Acceptability test indicated the sample of dried persimmons : rice ratio at 2 : 5 had the highest overall acceptability and flavor. Considered to each, the sample of the dried persimmons : rice ratio at 2 : 5 met the purpose of the study.

현행 전문계 고등학교의 교육과정이 초급 GIS 전문 인력을 양성하기에 미흡하므로 이 점을 보완할 교육내용을 선정할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 GIS 초급 인력 양성을 위해 전문계 고등학교에서의 GIS 교육내용을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 GIS 전문 업체 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 현재 GIS 업체와 GIS 기술자들이 겪고 있는 문제점과 그들의 업무, 전문계 고등학교출신 기술자에게 요구되는 업무를 조사하였다. 그리고 조사결과를 바탕으로 하여 현장의 수요에 부응하는 전문계 고등학교에서의 GIS 교육내용을 개발하였다. 그 결과 GIS 이론, 기술, 응용과 관련된 과목이외에도 'CAD 실습', '프로그램 개발', '수치지도 실습', ‘컴퓨터 기초 실습’등과 같은 독립적인 과목이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 전문계 고등학교 출신자들이 GIS 관련 업체로 진출하기 위해서는 전 학년에 걸친 대대적인 과목의 재구성이 필요하며, GIS 업체와의 긴밀한 협동 체제를 구축하여 산학협동과정을 운영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 GIS 업체의 수요에 맞추어 정규 교육기관인 전문계 고등학교의 GIS 관련학과에서 현장의 요구에 입각한 GIS교육내용을 개발하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
