        본 연구는 성남시 분당구에 위치한 중앙공원과 불곡산에 이르는 중심녹지축의 연결로 Ecobridge지역의 생태적 공간조성을 목적으로 야생조루종조성, 식물군집구조분석을 실시하였다. 야생조루종조성분석 결과 Ecobridge 지역에서는 까치, 박새, 참새 3종 23개체만이 출현하였고 중앙공원 산림에서는 3종과 꾀꼬리, 제비 5종 37개체가 출현하였다. 자연환경이 양호한 불곡산에서는 15종 72개체가 출현하였다. 식물군집구조분석 결과 중앙공원과 불곡산 산림은 리기다소나무, 잣나무 등을 식재한 인공림과 신갈나무, 졸참나무, 상수리나무 등 참나무류를 중심으로 형성된 자연림, 인공림에서 참나무류로의 2차천이가 일어나고 있는 반자연림으로 나뉘어졌다. Ecobridge지역은 아교목층이 형성되지 않은 교목층 위주의 단순식생으로 지역주민의 이동공간으로 이용되고 있었다. 종다양성은 불곡산 산림→ 중앙공원 산림→Ecobridge지역순으로 낮은 값을 보였고, 유사도지수를 나타내었다. 따라서 생태적인 공간조성에 있어 종다양성이 높은 불곡산의 다층적인 식생구조를 도입하는 것이 타당하다고 판단되었다.

        Consumer's perceptions of the qualities of food and food-related services were surveyed through questionnaires by 672 adults randomly selected from 20 industrial foodservice in Pusan and Kyeung Nam area. The results are as follows: 1) By age, the elderly group gaved the highest mean score not only for freshness and temperature among the food characteristics but also for cleanliness of dishes and materials of dishes among the food-related service. 2) By occupation, the white collar worker group gaved the highest mean score in all characteristics of food and food-related service than did the blue collar worker group. Especially for courtesy of employees, the mean rating given by the white collar worker group was 3.15/5.00, but by the blue collar worker group was 2.67/5.00. 3) Good appetitive group rated taste of food 3.15/5.00, quality of food vs. food price 3.17/5.00, and freshness 3.15/5.00. But poor appetitive group rated taste of food 2.44/5.00, quality of food vs. food price 2.65/5.00, and freshness 2.70/5.00. 4) Men agreed that the rice and soup were right in amount. And women responded that the rice was in a large amount and the soup was not enough. 5) The white collar worker group agreed that the rice, the soup, the side dish, and the kimchi were right in amount. However the blue collar worker group agreed that the rice was right in amount, the soup and the side dish were not enough, and the kimchi was in a large amount. For seasoning of food, the white collar worker group responded that the salty taste and the hotness were just right. But the blue collar worker group responded that the food was neither salty nor hot at all. 6) The taste of food was shown to be positively correlated (p<0.001) with various food item combinations, freshness of food, and the variety of cooking methods.

        Consumer's perceptions of the quality of food and food-related servcie were surveyed through questionnaires by 672 adults randomly selected from 20 industrial foodservice in Pusan Kyeung Nam area. Data from consumers were analyzed by using SPSSPC+ program in terms of 2-test, oneway ANOVA, t-test. The results are as follows: 1) Among the food characteristics, the mean rating for temperature of food was 3.18 over 5, for quality of food vs. food price 2.97, for fresshness 2.96, for taste 2.86, and for combination of colors 2.73; 2) In the food-related service, the mean rating was 3.20 for cleanliness of dishes, 3.18 for quality of dishes, 3.01 for varity of food items, 2.95 for courtesy of employees, and 2.57 for availability of favorite food. 3) Self-operated foodservice showed higher mean ratings in nutrition of food, quality of food vs. food price, and availability of favorite food than does the contracted one. 4) The rice (85.0%) and the kimchi (81.4%) were right in amount, but the soup (42.5%) and the side dish (49.0%) were not enough. 5) In seasoning of food, 45.2% of the respondents agreed that the salty taste and the amount of MSG were just right. However, 38.0% and 37.9% of them responded that the salty tast was strong and the amount of MSG was much. 6) The respondents mostly required the improvement of the taste of side dish, nutrition of food, sanitation of food, and variety of menu items.

        The purpose of the present study is to identify potentially hazardous factors which can contribute to the outbreak of foodborne disease and to represent more practical management methods in terms of environmental sanitation and facilities for the kitchen. 230 Korean-style restaurants in Seoul were assessed and analyzed by the restaurant total area. Facilities and sanitary check-lists were developed to evaluate the facilities and sanitary conditions of sampled restaurants. The sanitary condition of kitchen, guest room and other area were assessed by the sanitary score. The basic cooking machinery and utensil were properly facilitated but automation machinery were equiped below 10% sampled restaurants. The kitchen area were not properly sufficient to total area. Sanitary condition of kitchen, guest room, cooking appliance and stored foods were evaluated as the unsatisfactory state with potentially hazardous. Concrete guidelines should be made in terms of following item; establishment for the kitchen space expansion, facilities for the improvement of the working environment and sanitary condition of foods cooked. Additionaly, it need to practice the effective education and training program for the foodservice manager and employees.

        This study researched microbial change of quality according to the various phases of product flow of cooked pea and rice, cold cucumber and seaweed soup, soybean sprouts japchae feeding urban type of a commissary school and a satellite school in Daejeon area, also it suggested the possibility that the central commissary foodservice system can be established and utilized more developmental to identify its food of variation of temperature and state of safety unitl 3 hours after cooking for the case of delay of distribution and holding because of the satellite school of geographical location and traffic problem. The critical Control Points identified for each category of menu items were: Boiled pea and rice: inadequate distribution, holding and storing before assembly; Cold cucumber and seaweed soup: pre-preparation and post-preparation after cooking; Soybean sprouts japchae: Pre-preparation, post-preparation and storing. As the result of observation of the variation of temperature and microbial safety according to the delay of distribution and holding for each food, all of them were relatively safe until 3 hours after cooking, but cold cucumber and seaweed soup being stored for 3 hours, the value of E. coli is 103 CFU/g. The variation of temperature was more extreme in soybean sprouts japchae than cooked pea and rice and cold cucumber and seaweed soup. It was proved that the stainless container was excellent and that adequate holding container should be used.

        The purpose of this study is to identify potentially hazardous factors which can contribute to the outbreak of food borne disease and present more practical management methods in terms of sanitary management of cooking equipment and personal hygiene. 230 Korean-style restaurants in Seoul were surveyed in the same manner on the published study-A study for the Improvement of Sanitary Condition in Korean style-restaurant in Seoul city area (I). Sanitary check-lists were developed to evaluate the sanitary status of cooking equipment and personal hygiene of employee. The sanitary condition of cooking equipment the maintenance of refrigeration, food habits and personal hygiene were assessed by the sanitary score. The sanitary condition of cooking equipment, the maintenance of refrigeration as well as food habits and personal hygiene employee was in good condition. The effective sanitation education and training for good service workers should be practice for the improvement of sanitary management of cooking equipment and personal hygiene.

        This study was conducted to evaluate the industry foodservice management practices in Pusan Kyeung Nam provinces and to suggest the guideline for the effective foodservice management. Questionnaire survey method were used in this study. Questionnaire were administered to 307 dietitians in Pusan Kyeung Nam. Data were analyzed for frequency, percentage, and χ2-test using SPSS-X Package. The results are as follows: 61.7% of industry foodservice establishment serviced foods over three times a day and 18.0% of them were less 500 won in the cost of food. 64.5% of the dietitian had less 3 years experiences, and they are not fully performed the effective management in nutrition education, job design and utilization of standardized recipes. Equipped facilities in surveyed foodservice operations were assessed as the insufficient condition, especially, efficient facilities such as a cutting machine were scarcely make up.

        본(本) 연구(硏究)는 대구시(大邱市)의 주요 하천(河川)인 이천(梨川), 범어천(汎魚川), 칠성천(七星川), 신천(新川), 달서천(達西川) 및 공단천(工團川)의 오염상태(汚染狀態)를 조사(調査)하여 도시하수(都市下水)의 효과적(效果的)인 처리(處理)와 금호강(琴湖江)의 오염방지책(汚染防止策) 수립에 필요한 기초자료(基礎資料)를 제공(提供)코자 하였다. 시기별(時期別) 각(各) 하천(河川)의 pH, DO, COD, 질산염 및 인산염을 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같았다. 1) 각(各) 지점별(地點別) 평균치(平均値)는 pH 7.3~8.2, DO 흔적~6.5ppm, COD 20.4~116.9ppm, T-N 23.2~31.7ppm, -N 18.3~27.7ppm, -N 0.08~1.89ppm, -N 0.19~1.51ppm, -P 2.50~17.28ppm이었다. 2) 지점별(地點別) 오염도(汚染度)가 가장 높은 곳은 공단천(工團川)이었으며 12개월(個月)동안의 평균치(平均値)는 pH 8.2, DO 흔적, COD 116.9ppm, T-N 23.2ppm, -N 18.3ppm, -N 1.89ppm, -N 1.51ppm, -P 17.28ppm이었다. 3) 시기별(時期別)로 비교(比較)하면 pH, DO, COD, T-N, -N의 함량(含量)과 pH는 겨울철이 여름철보다 높았으며 -N and -P의 함량(含量)은 여름철이 다소 높았다.

        34 packaged meal (Dosirak) manufacturing establishments were assessed in terms of working environment, production and transportation practices. Questionnaires and facility check-lists were developed. Most establishments were small in business, and production personnel as well as production facilities were insufficient compared with production capacity of establishments. Mean production capacity for packaged meals in terms of optimum and maximum levels were 6,500 and 15,166 meals in large sized establishments; 2,662 and 8,301 in medium; and 2,112, and 4,733 in small respectively. Those figures indicate potentially hazardous practices in production especially in small and medium sized establishments. Most meals were produced to order. Transportation facility and kitchen space were assessed as insufficient.

        This is a study on a landscape planning along the street 1~4, which are gateways to Taegu city and an important scenery. Therefore, emphasis was given to provide a bright, clean and beautiful first impression to visitors and citizens. The area is being developed for education and athletic park. Plans to construct a fountain, pergolas and a pond were set up to complement the active and passive facilities to the existing a athletic facilities in the area. Since D part in the area have alkali soil (pH 8.1), soil amendment is necessary for successful growth of trees and ground covers. When the area is filled or added with new soil for soil amendment, it will be important to use fresh soil which can support plant growth. It will be ideal to use ground covers and shrubs on the existing retaining walls along the street for keeping natural vegetation and slope stability instead of further cutting and reconstruction. It is not reasonable in technical and economic sense to remove rocks of the slope for planting trees. In order to harmonize plant color distribute, tall needle and broad leaf trees in the background as a screen, flowering trees were arranged in groups at front, and annuals were mass-planted along the footway. Natural-form-trees will be planted because they not only serve as a greenbelt but also are more economics in maintenance than formative trees.

        초 록 1975년 11월1977년 11월 사이에 광주지방의 논거미의 분포상과 계절적 밀도변동을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 광주산로 논거미로서 13과 24속 58종(7미확정종포함)을 확인하였으며 기중 한국산 논거미로 2종, 광주산 논거미로 22종을 추가하였다. 2. Cornicularia vulgaris OL(쌍코뿔 애접시거미)는 한국미기록종이었다. 3. 광주산 논거미의 우세과는 Erigonidae와 Lycosidae이며 특히 Erigonidae는 타지방에 비해 단연 우세하였다. 4. 우점종은 Gnathonarium dentatum(WIDER)가 , Oedothorax insecticeps BOES. et STR.가 로 월등한 우점현상을 나타냈다. 5. 기지 수원, 대구에서는 우세과 Lycosidae, 우점종 Pirate subpiraticus(BOES. et STR.)인데 비해 본지방에서 는 우세과 Erigonidae 우점종 Gnathonarium dentatum(WIDER)로 남북관계 내지 동서현상이 보였다. 6. 계절적 밀도 변동은 월동전인 11월이 최고이고, 월동후인 3,4월이 최저이며 7,8월이 중간 Peak인W자형 분포상을 나타낸다.

        This study estimates the greenhouse gases (GHGs) emissions from energy sector of Changwon city from 2012 to 2020 and scenario analysis of GHGs reductions pathways in the context of the goal of 2030 NDC and 2050 carbon neutral scenario in Korea. As a result, the GHG emissions as a reference year of carbon neutral in 2018 were estimated as 8,872,641 tonCO2eq accounting for 3,851,786 tonCO2eq (43.6%) of direct source (scope 1) and 4,975,855 tonCO2eq (56.4%) of indirect source (scope 2). Especially, among indirect sources as purchased electricity, manufacturing sector emitted the largest GHG accounting for 33.0%(2,915 thousands tonCO2eq) of the total emissions from all energy sectors, scenario analysis of GHG reductions potential from the energy was analyzed 8,473,614 tonCO2eq and the residual emissions were 354,027 tonCO2eq. Purchased electricity and industry sector reducted the largest GHG accounting for 58.7%(4,976 thousands tonCO2eq) and 42.1%(3,565 thousands tonCO2eq) of the total emissions from all energy sectors, respectively.

        본 연구는 제임스 톰슨의 영향에 대한 엘리엇 자신의 진술을 출발점 으로 삼아, 엘리엇의 황무지와 톰슨의 무서운 밤의 도시를 상세하 게 비교하고, 런던에 대한 두 시인의 관심이 그들의 작품에 어떻게 나 타나며, 도시 풍경이 각각의 시에서 어떻게 구현되는지 살펴본다. 메마 른 도시의 배경에서 나온 두 작품 사이의 주제적 유사성, 즉 화자의 탐 색 모티프, 지옥 같은 도시의 현실, 비관적인 분위기 등은 쉽게 발견될 수 있다. 본고는 두 작품에 대한 세밀한 분석을 바탕으로 작가가 속한 시대적 차이와 무관하게, 황무지를 모더니스트 시로, 무서운 밤의 도시를 빅토리아조의 시로 만드는 요인의 유형을 논의한다. 황무지 의 구체적인 시각적 이미지와 음향의 현대성이 강조될 것이다. 특히 다 성어와 불협화음의 어구, 노래와 소음, 이질적인 다양한 목소리를 포함 하는 파편화된 소리의 차원이 충격적일 만큼 혁신적이고 독특하기 때문 이다.

        Recently, urbanization has become a serious issue, as there is imbalance between regions and various environmental problems occur intensively in cities. Therefore, cities all over the world are promoting the Green New Deal and trying to realize carbon neutrality. Accordingly, the European Union is leading the creation of carbon-neutral cities by promoting policies aimed at rapidly realizing carbon neutrality. In Korea, projects such as U-City and Smart City have also been promoted continuously for many years, and recently, the projects Smart Green City and Carbon Neutral Green City have been introduced. Therefore, this study aimed to derive directions and implications for future projects based on policies to address climate change by analyzing the guidelines for the Smart Green City project and the project plans of Gimhae-si and Gangjin-gun, which are the leading projects in the Smart Green City business model and are equipped with an extensive budget.

        This study aims to review the differences in urban regeneration independently implemented by the government (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, MOLIT) and Seoul based on related laws and ordinances, and to draw out the implications of Korean urban regeneration’s directions. The results are as follows. First, Seoul has constantly responded to the revision of the Urban Regeneration Act by adjusting and specifying the contents of ordinances, and especially, there have been efforts to enhance regional characteristics suitably for the circumstances of Seoul. Second, in the urban regeneration of Seoul, the budgets including the matching ratio of national and local subsidies shall be changed according to the standards of the MOLIT in changing designating places after the selection of the urban regeneration by the ministry, and this procedure and these implementation methods cause confusion to Seoul and local governments. Third, there were differences in the results of comparing the budgets and support methods of the “Gaggum Housing Project” of Seoul and “New Deal Housing Repair Project” of the MOLIT, which caused conflicts due to the differences in the project implementation and support standards, and the arbitrary interpretation of the guidelines. Although the urban regeneration greatly contributed to the revelation and conservation of regional characteristics, it might be necessary to establish systems that can enhance citizens’ awareness and compensate the efficient contents needed for each region in the future.

        Climate change has recently become a serious global issue, and carbon emissions and energy consumption are increasing, particularly in cities where economic activities and populations are concentrated. Accordingly, various countries worldwide are promoting the Green New Deal and promoting urban-centered climate change response policies with the aim of carbon neutrality. In Korea, following the “smart green city” project that creates a city where humans and the environment coexist, a similar “carbon neutral green city” policy is set to be introduced. Therefore, in this study, implications and directions for the sustainable introduction of the carbon neutral green city policy will be derived by comparing and analyzing the State and Tribal Assistance Grants of the U.S. bipartisan infrastructure law and the smart green city of the Korean new deal.

        Today, as interest in the importance of urban parks increases, many citied internationally are actively creating small parks, but their maintenance systems remain ineffective. Accordingly, in this study, the limitations and problems in the operation and management of urban parks were derived by examining previous studies on overall urban park maintenance and management. Based on this, the study tried to understand the actual state of maintenance and management of small parks through data surveys and field surveys related to budget execution on case sites. Then, we sought to clarify the actual state of maintenance and management of small parks through data surveys and field surveys regarding the budget execution of case sites as a basis for research to prepare an efficient and systematic improvement plan for the maintenance management system of city parks.
