The purpose of this paper is to examine features of English speaking contests and preparation activities by contest-takers through the Internet, It focuses on the following issues: (1) test-takers' perceptions of tests, (2) appropriateness of test-takers' preparation activities, (3) learners autonomy in the test preparation process. The source of data in this study was collected from the websites hosting contests as well as a portal site (www.naver.com) allowing for information exchange on speaking contests. In the data analysis, key words or phrases were categorized and counted by frequency. It was found that there were perceptional differences between the intent of the testing institutions and students' preparation in the Internet. It is suggested that contest participants need to acquire sufficient information on preparation activities and test-taking strategies from the testing institutions.

This paper considers the sequencing of products in mixed model assembly lines. The sequence which minimizes overall utility work in car assembly lines reduce the cycle time, the number of utility workers, and the risk of conveyor stopping. The sequencing problem is solved using Tabu Search. Tabu Search is a heuristic method which can provide a near optimal solution in real time. Various examples are presented and experimental results are reported to demonstrate the efficiency of the technique.

가석방은 수형자들의 사회복귀의지를 고무하는 교정기법으로 마코노치선장에 의해 시작되었다. 우리의 경우 각 개별시설의 장이 신청서를 작성하여 법무부에 제출하면 법무부 소속 가석방심사위원회에서 심사하여 결정하고 법무부장관의 허가를 얻어 집행한다. 물론 개별시설의 장은 법령에 따라서 일정한 사항을 조사하여 그에 부합하는 수형자를 선발하여 가석방을 받도록 한다. 가석방은 이처럼 의미있는 제도이지만 형기의 얼마를 집행한 후 석방해야 하는지, 석방한 후에는 어떠한 감독과 통제가 따라야 하는지, 본인의 갱생의지는 어떻게 확인해야 하는지, 국가제도로서 시행된 형집행과 어떻게 연계되어야 하는지, 판사의 양형과 교도소관리당국의 수용인원관리라는 형사사법에 어떻게 통일적으로 운영되어야 하는지 많은 문제를 안고 있는 제도이기도 하다. 본 논문은 우리제도 운영과 관련된 서너가지 문제점을 미국연방과 주정부에서 시행하는 가석방을 참고로 하면서 검토해 보았다. 가석방은 교도소수용상태, 일반인의 범죄자에 대한 감정, 적법절차를 고려해야 하지만 무엇보다도 수형자들에게 자립, 갱생의지를 불러 넣어 주는 것이어야 한다. 무엇보다도 가석방 예정기일이 나올 수 있도록 엄정하게 운영할 것, 예정기일보다 상당일수 이전에 가석방대비 프로그램을 다양하게 운영할 것, 가석방대비프로그램을 장기적으로 할 때 수형자의 사회복귀의지를 더욱 더 향상시킬 수 있다고 본다는 주장을 강조했다.

본 연구에서는 PET 직물의 물성개선과 품질의 향상을 위해 직물 제조 공정 중 제직준비공정인 ITY, P/W, 2-for-1공정에서 여러 가지 공정인자의 변화를 주어 염색 가공 공정을 거친 최종 11가지 직물의 역학적 특성치 및 각 공정별 시료의 물성을 측정하여 직물의 감성특성인 Handle, 의복성능 및 봉제성을 평가하여 직물 제조 공정특성이 직물 감성에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다.

The recent nuclear crisis triggered by North Korea on October 9, 2006 and the subsequent changes of political environment of the Korean Peninsula and surrounding superpower countries demand the Korean Christians to think seriously about the impending future of the South-North relationship and the possibility of the reunification of two Koreas no matter what kind of process may be taking place during the course of reunification. Even the possibility of sudden collapse of the North Korean regime has been cautiously proposed. At least many politicians and observers agree to the reality that the Koreas are in the first stage of reunification after the historical South-North Summit Talks in 1990. What does Korean Christianity do for the impending reunification of the Koreas? Do we have a master plan for the future other than the old paradigm of nationalistic approach by the radical proponents of “Unification Theology” during the 1970s and 1980s? Do we have a mission plan for North Korean Christianity after the reunification other than the imperialistic church planting based on South Korean Christians' denominational lines? What if there is a sudden collapse of North Korea? The present author aims to provide a comprehensive outlook for the leaders of South Korean Christianity to review the possible scenarios of reunification process by examining the expecting results of reunification and/or collapse. The author predicts that there will be (1) massive migration of North Koreans to South Korea (2) minor territorial conflict with China (3) the rapid dismantle of North Korean society (4) the rapid rise of unemployment rate (5) the rise of anti-North Koreans sentiment (6) the dissatisfaction of North Koreans increases. To verify these predictions, the author investigates the preceeding case of reunification in Germany, the role of East German Church in the process of reunification and the following results, and the lesson that could be gathered from the cases of North Korean refugees who have tried to settle in South Korean society. As conclusion, the present author suggests to South Korean Church to prepare the followings: (1) the theological enterprises for the soft-landing of North Koreans' Ju-che Philosophy (2) the theological articulation for preventing social anomie among North Koreans (3) Making South Korean churches as a strong mediating structure to make a political space (4) Interpreting the Christian Gospel with the theology of peaceful reconciliation and mutual endurance (5) Becoming a member of reunification governance (6) Paradigm shift from “nationalistic strategy” to “global-dimension reunification plan”.

CHIME 연대측정을 위한 전자현미분석(EPMA)에서는 통상적으로 핵 연료 물질 등 구하기 어렵고 관리에 민감한 표준 물질을 사용하므로 이를 구하지 못하는 실험실에서는 적용에 어려움이 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 표준 물질을 대신할 수 있는 새로운 실험실 표준법을 제시한다. CHIME 연대 측정이 원활하게 이루어지고 일련의 표준 물질이 잘 구비된 실험실에서 X선 세기가 균질함이 확인된 모나자이트와 같은 광물편을 대상으로 보정 상수를 정확히 구하고, Th, U 등의 특성 X선 세기를 측정해두면, 다른 실험실에서는 단지 광물편의 특성 X선 세기를 측정하는 것만으로 바로 사용할 수 있는 표준 물질로 활용할 수 있다. 이 기법은 전자 현미 분석에서 화학성분과 X선 간섭 보정 계수의 결정에 필요한 표준 물질로 모두 활용이 가능하며, 광물 표준 물질의 복잡한 화학 성분에 대해 독립적이다.

목적 :본 준비연구(pilot study)는 캐나다작업수행측정(COPM)과 운동처리기술평가(AMPS)가 작업수행능력의 질적 변화에 얼마나 민감하게 반응하는지 여부를 조사하고, 이 두 가지 평가도구를 통해 클라이언트의 수행도와 만족도에 대한 주관적인 평가와 작업치료사의 클라이언트의 작업수행기술에 대한 객관적인 평가간의 상관관계를 조사함으로써 상호간의 타당성을 검증하고 클라이언트 중심의 작업치료 프로그램 효과를 입증하는 기초자료를 제공하려는 목적으로 시행되었다. 연구방법 : 만 3세에서 15세 사이의 발달장애아동 7명을 대상으로 6개월간 충남 서산에 소재하는 지역사회 아동발달 센터에서 주 2회씩 클라이언트 중심의 작업치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 결과 : 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정(Wilcoxon signed ranks test)을 통해 클라이언트중심의 작업치료프로그램 전과 후의 점수변화를 비교한 결과 운동처리기술평가(AMPS)의 운동기술(AMPS-M) 영역(p>0.05)을 제외한 모든 영역에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(각각 p<0.05). 스피어맨 순위 상관계수(Spearman rank correlation coefficient)를 이용하여 상관관계를 알아 본 결과 처리기술(AMPS-P) 영역과 작업수행도(COPM-P) 영역 사이에서(rs=.901), 처리기술(AMPS-P) 영역과 작업수행만족도(COPM-S) 영역 사이에서(rs=.857) 통계학적으로 높은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 첫째 COPM과 AMPS 모두 작업수행능력의 변화를 감지할 수 있는 타당성 있는 평가도구이며, 둘째 클라이언트의 수행도와 만족도에 대한 주관적인 평가와 작업치료사의 클라이언트의 작업수행기술에 대한 객관적인 평가 간에 높은 상관관계를 보여줌으로써 상호간의 타당성을 검증하여 클라이언트 중심의 작업치료 프로그램의 긍정적인 효과를 입증하였으며, 셋째 두 평가도구 모두 우리나라 문화에서도 작업치료의 효과(occupational therapy outcome)를 측정하는데 매우 유용한 도구임을 알 수 있다.

The objective of this research were to investigate the evaluative criteria and sub-factor in terms of food preparation and eating for the housewives and cooks in Ulsan Metropolitan City. 217 full-time housewives and 129 cooks were surveyed for this research. The cooks evaluated preference, cooking time, taste, food color, food temperature more important than the housewives. The evaluative criteria in food preparation and eating was consisted of 4 factors; the eating atmosphere factor, the preference factor, the quality factor and the table setting factor. There was a significant mean difference of the eating atmosphere factor between men and women. There was a significant mean difference of the preference factor between marital status, age, Engel Coefficient, educational level and occupation. The quality factor was varied from sex, marital status and occupation.
