본 실험에서는 대장암 세포 HT-29의 증식을 억제하고 세포 사멸을 유도하는 천연소재 발굴을 목적으로, 오미자(Schizandra chinensis Baillon) 열수 추출물을 이용하여 인체 대장암 세포 HT-29의증식에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 오미자 열수 추출물이 HT-29 대장암 세포의 apoptosis 유도 효과 및 기전에 미치는 영향을 분자생물학적 방법으로 실험하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. MTT assay를 통해 인체 대장암세포 HT-29는 오미자 시료농도 0, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 mg/mL에서 암세포 사멸농도가 각각 0%, 10%, 70%, 88%를 나타내었다. 대장암세포에 오미자 추출물을 처리하고 cell cycle 분석 결과, 시료농도 의존적으로 sub-G1기가 증가하였고, G0/G1기는 감소되는 것을 통해, apoptosis가 일어나 세포 증식을 저해하는 것으로 확인되었다. 대장암세포 핵의 형태학적 변화를 보면, 오미자 추출물 처리 시 농도 의존적으로 세포수가 감소되는 것이 뚜렷이 관찰되었고 cell shrinking, chromatin condensation 등 apototic body 등과 같은 형태학적 변화들이 뚜렷하게 관찰되었다. RT- PCR을 통한 유전자 발현은, 오미자 추출물 농도 의존적으로 p53 유전자 발현이 증가되는 것을 통해 대장암세포의 증식억제를 확인할 수 있었다. In vitro 실험에서 오미자 열수추출물이 대장암세포의 성장을 저해하는 효과가 있음을 확인하였으며, 오미자 추출물에 함유된 활성 본체 규명 및 apoptosis를 유도하는 작용기작에 관한 연구가 수행중이다.

이제 게임은 오락물의 일종이 아닌 문화생활의 일부가 되었다. 이러한 인식의 변화는 게임산업의 발전을 지속적으로 이끌었으며 국가의 성장기반으로 발돋움하고 있다. 하지만 그 규모와 성장에 비례하여 부작용도 적지 않게 나타나고 있다. 주로 거론되는 부작용으로는 게임중독, 사행성, 자동사냥, 작업장 등이 있다. 이중 자동사냥은 게임중독, 사행성, 작업장을 유발하는 하나의 주요한 원인으로 주목받고 이와 관련된 다양한 사건사고가 최근 끊이지 않고 있으며, 찬반에 대한 갑론을박도 끊이지 않고 있다. 이는 결국 자동사냥 프로그램이 게임에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 아직까지 명확한 결론이 도출되지 않은 상태이기에 상황에 따라서 다른 결론을 도출하고 있으며 결국 논란의 여지만 남겨둔 채 여전히 해결되지 않은 미제로 남아있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 자동사냥프로그램이 게임자체와 게임산업에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 자동사냥 프로그램에 대한 명확한 이해와 기준마련을 위한 기반을 제시하고자 한다.

전통적인 제조업에서는 토지·자본·기계설비 등 유형 자산으로부터 발생하는 재무적인 가치 즉, 정량적 요소가 기업평가의 중요요소이나, 온라인게임 기업의 경우는 무형의 가치인 게임콘텐츠로부터 매출이 발생하기 때문에 비재무적인 정성적 요소가 정량적 요소보다 훨씬 중요하게 작용한다. 그러나 정성적 요소의 도출에는 연구자의 주관이 개입될 여지가 많고 연구자에 따라 평가기준이 상이하기 때문에 본 연구에서는 그간 연구된 게임평가 자료를 탐구하여 게임시장의 공급자 및 수요자 측면에서의 평가요소를 분석한 후, 게임산업계 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하여 상품성 등의 5개 평가기준과 게임의 핵심적 재미 등의 20개 평가요소를 도출하였다. 또한 델파이 연구를 통하여 제시된 각 평가기준 및 평가요소에 AHP를 적용함으로써 각각의 정성적 평가요소에 대한 중요도를 분석하여 온라인 게임

Many researches and projects are actively implemented in the academic world and industrial world in order to increase the productivity through changing utility layout. Effective layout makes the flow of parts and products go on wheels and helps labor forces and utilities to be used efficiently. In this study, we looked at effect on utility layout change through a case of a company making a fuel tank of vehicle in Korea. Due to the layout improvement, this company could have flowshop system on welding line, so the stock in line was decreased, checking the number of stock became easier than before and it was possible to evaluate exact cycle time per unit. Through not only confirming qualitative effect, but also checking quantitative effect such as UPH(Unit per Hour), we obtained the conclusion that the layout improvement increased the productivity.

The purpose of this study is to come up with ways that cooperate between on-line game design and fashion design by analyzing trend color and on-line game character’s costume color in on-line game. As for the research methodology, First, on-line games were selected with reference to www.ranky.com. Second, 2009 SS trend color palettes suggested by Copenhagen International Fashion Fair was used as a criterion of fashion trend. Third, on-line game character's costume colors were analyzed in relation to the degree of reflection of trend and the game character's type. The results are as follows. Each on-line game character costume's colors were made in accordance with typical character types. But we can find a one-to-one correspondence between fashion trend colors and game character costume's colors. That's because both trends and character types are the results of the continuing interactions between human-beings and societies. In comparison with fashion trend colors, game character costume colors are partly raw and inharmonious. Therefore, it is necessary to apply fashion trend color in game character costume design for enhancing competitiveness in the world market.

막 구조물의 비선형 문제는 많은 연구자들에 의해 연구가 있었고 현재 또한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 막 구조물은 해석방법에 따라 그 수렴성이 민감하게 반응하기 때문이다. 이러한 비선형 문제는 매우 복잡하고 정교한 연구가 수반되어야 하며 고도의 기술을 필요로 하기 때문에 해석방법에 대한 접근이 초기형상결정단계부터 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 해석할 때에 발생하는 해의 발산과 면재의 쏠림 현상에 대한 해결책으로 막 구조물 설계 시에 많이 사용되는 삼각형 평면요소에 대해서 선재로 치환하여 해석하는 방법을 제안하고, 카테나리 예제를 대상으로 해석을 수행하여 해의 수렴성 및 신뢰도를 고찰한다.

Cyclosporine A (Cs A) which is a highly lipophilic cyclic undecapeptide mainly used for its immunosuppressive properties exert a wide spectrum of biological activities including fungicidal antiproliferactive, anti-inflammatory and chemotherapuetic effects. Human salivary gland adenocarcinoma is very aggressive characteristics, which is need to get the effective chemotherapuetic methods. Subconfluent SGT cell cultures have been treated with CsA at in vivo relevant concentrations for 24h. MTT assay for cellular proliferation of cultured SGT cell line has been performed and TGase 1 activity assay for cellular differentiation has been detected in the CsA-treated samples. It suggested that CsA could have an inhibitory effect in the proliferation of SGT cell line but no in the differentiation.

Withsuffering financial crisis in 1997, Korea's fashion market has grown in the direction that satisfies the reasonable price and diverse consumer's sensitivity and needs. The aim of this study is to examine whether the cutting portion in the waist line is surely necessary for designing the jacket pattern in men's wear, by closely examining the effects of the cutting portion in the waist line on the external appearance and functionality given designing the jacket pattern in men's wear for the standard body type in 20s. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of evaluating the external appearance, when having evaluated by dividing into 14 items such as the whole surface, the side, and the back side, the experimental clothing, which wasn't cut the waist line, obtained the highest mark in 13 items and, the significant difference was indicated in 10 items except 4 items. As a result of evaluating performance, the experimental clothing, which wasn't cut the waist line, obtained the highest mark in 13 items among 25 items in the total. Next, the cutting portion in the waist line obtained the highest mark in 10 items for the experimental clothing with opening in 1.0cm. The next was indicated to be in order of the experimental clothing with 1.5cm and the experimental clothing with 0.5cm. Given seeing the above result, the cutting portion in the waist line given designing the jacket pattern for the standard body type in 20s could be known that the experimental clothing with the most excellent mark in the evaluation of performance was all the experimental clothing with 0.0cm whose waist line wasn't cut.

Chios gum mastic (CGM) is a resin produced from the stem and leaves of Pistiacia lentiscus L var chia, a plant which grows only on Chios Island in Greece. CGM has been used for many centuries as a dietary supplement and folk medicine for stomach and duodenal ulcers in many Mediterranean countries and is known also to induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in some cancer cells. In this study, we further investigated the induction and mechanisms underlying the apoptotic response to CGM treatment in the SCC25 human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell line. The viability of SCC25 cells, human normal keratinocytes (HaCaT cells) and human gingival fibroblasts (HGF-1 cells), and the growth inhibition of SCC25 cells were assessed by MTT assay and clonogenic assay, respectively. Staining with Hoechst and hemacolor dyes and TUNEL assays were employed to detect SCC25 cells undergoing apoptosis. SCC25 cells were treated with CGM, and this was followed by western blotting, immunocytochemistry, confocal microscopy, FACScan flow cytometry, MMP activity and proteasome activity analyses. CGM treatment of SCC25 cells was found to result in a time- and dosedependent decrease in cell viability, a dose-dependent inhibition of cell growth, and apoptotic cell death. Interestingly, CGM showed a remarkable level of cytotoxicity in SCC25 cells but not in normal cells. Tested SCC25 cells also showed several lines of apoptotic manifestation. Taken together, our present findings demonstrate that CGM strongly inhibits cell proliferation by modulating the expression of G1 cell cycle-related proteins and induces apoptosis via the proteasome, mitochondria and caspase cascades in SCC25 cells.

본 논문에서는 질의어를 이용하여 온라인 인터넷상의 게임 보안 시스템과 연동되는 질의어를 암호화할 수 있는 모델을 설계하고 구현하였다. 인터넷과 게임 인증 보안의 연동을 통해 기존의 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 보안 환경을 개선하려 하고 있으며 내부 서버와 연동되는 인터넷게임의 보안이 중요한 문제점으로 떠오르고 있다. 이에 인터넷 게임에 접속할 때 일반적으로 사용되는 인증수단을 개선하여 인증보안이 강화된 ID와 패스워드를 통하여 암호화할 수 있는 암호화 질의어를 생성하고 그 알고리즘을 통하여 데이터베이스 테이블의 정보를 암호화하는 모델을 본 논문에서 제시하고 유지,보수 관리 방안도 함께 고찰한다.

최근 온라인 게임 산업은 이제 새로운 도전을 통해 거듭 성장 할 수 있는 기회 잡아야 하며, 미시적 관점으로는 기업 내부적으로 개발되는 온라인 게임 자체의 질이나 운영되는 서비스질도 중요하지만 거시적 관점에서 성장하기 위해서는 온라인 게임 기업 가치평가가 필요하다고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 온라인 게임 콘텐츠 평가 체계를 성공적으로 추진하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 온라인 게임 콘텐츠 가치평가가 기존 타 산업 기업 가치평가와의 차별성을 통해 온라인 게임 산업 특성을 반영한 온라인 게임 기업 가치평가에 대한 필요성을 논하고, 온라인 게임 기업 가치 평가를 위한 추진방안을 체계적으로 제시하고자 한다.

리니지를 선두로 한국 온라인게임은 IT기술력과 그동안 게임개발의 경험을 통한 게임엔진 및 그래픽 표현의 수직적인 상승으로 전 세계적으로 인정을 받는 온라인게임 개발 국가로 성장하였다. 최근 들어 어려운 경제위기속에서도 게임 산업은 사상최대 실적을 올리고 있는 상황이다. 타플랫폼 게임에 비해 짧은 역사를 가지고 급속히 성장한 국내 온라인게임은 앞으로 약육강식이 가열화 되는 글로벌게임환경에서 성공하기위해서는 그동안 만들어진 온라인게임의 기획요소들을 분석하는 과정이 필요할 것이다.

온라인 게임에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 많은 사용자들은 다양한 무선 접속 기술들을 이용하여 장소에 구애받지 않고 게임 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 모바일 기반에서 온라인 게임 컨텐츠 및 시나리오를 신속하게 내려받기 위해서는 무선링크를 통한 전송속도가 충분히 확보되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이동/무선 환경에서 고속의 데이터 전송을 지원하는 대표적인 3세대 이동통신 표준인 WCDMA/HSDPA 시스템의 기본적인 개념과 핵심 요소들을 소개하고 온라인 게임의 향후 발전 방향을 전망한다.

관련기술의 발전에 의한 높은 인터넷속도는 교육용 온라인게임 서비스를 크게 성장시키고 있다. 교육용 온라인게임은 교육적 측면과 동시에 게임으로서의 상품과 서비스가 고려되어야 한다. 게임 비즈니스에서 교육용게임이 성공하기위해서는 다양한 욕구를 충족시키는 서비스를 제공해야한다. 그러므로 본 연구는 교육용 온라인게임의 공급 품질요인을 도출하고 이 요인들을 3레벨의 계층적 모형을 만들어 요인의 중요도를 평가하는데 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 적용한다. 교육용 온라인게임사용자의 이해를 증진시키고 제공되는 이론적이고 실제적인 정보에 의해서 교육용 온라인게임의 품질을 개선하고자 한다.

The ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) is used for bonding Drive IC and OLED display device panel. If ACF bonding process is problem, a malfunction of line defect can occur. Because electric resistance increase between the panel and drive IC after a period of time, drive IC can not supply enough current to the panel. This paper is studied on a method of test for line defect.
