        목적 : 본 연구는 치매진단 이후에 불가피하게 나타나는 치매환자의 인지기능, 수단적 일상생활수행능력의 저하가 그들을 돌보는 보호자의 부양부담감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 주요인을 분석하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 지역사회에 거주하는 치매환자 및 보호자 126쌍을 대상으로 치매선별용 간이정신상태검사 (Mini-Mental State Examination for Dementia Screening; MMSE-DS), 한국형 도구적 일상생활수행능력(Korean version-Instrumental Activities of Daily Living; K-IADL), 단축형 자릿 부양부담 척도(Short Zarit Burden Inventory; S-ZBI)를 사용한 평가를 실시하였다. 자료수집에 대한 분석은 기술통계, 독립표본 t 검정, 일원배치 분산분석, 피어슨 상관분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 결과 : 보호자의 부양부담감에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 주요인은 인지기능 영역에서는 언어기능, 수단적 일상생활수행능력 영역에서는 음식준비, 교통수단, 전화사용으로 나타났다. 일반적인 특성 중에서는 동거 형태, 학력, 나이가 보호자 부양부담감에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인하였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 지역사회 치매환자의 돌봄 과정에서 보호자의 부양부담에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 주요인을 제시한다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 대상자의 특성 및 돌봄 환경의 차이를 고려한 추가적인 연구들이 이뤄져야 할 것이다.

        목적 : 국내 작업치료분야에서 시행한 인지재활치료가 작업수행에 효과적인지 메타분석으로 종합하여 그 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 국내 논문데이터베이스에서 검색어를 사용하여 학술지에 게재된 연구를 두 명의 연구자가 독 립적으로 검색하여 선정하였다. 선정기준에 부합한 연구는 총 12편이었고, PEDro 척도를 사용하여 연 구의 질적평가를 실시하였다. 메타분석은 Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 3.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 결과 : 분석된 연구에 참여한 연구대상자는 총 471명이었고, 메타분석을 실시한 결과 컴퓨터기반인지재활 치료가 작업수행에 미치는 효과크기는 0.542로 ‘보통 효과크기’, 작업기반인지재활치료가 작업수행에 미 치는 효과크기는 0.768으로 ‘큰 효과크기’에 가까웠다. 두 가지 인지재활치료의 효과크기는 모두 통계적 으로 유의하였다(p<0.05). 통계적 이질성 검정에서 유의미한 이질성이 있어 연구결과 통합 시 랜덤효과 모형을 선택하여 분석하였고, 출판편견은 유의미하지 않아 신뢰할 만한 연구결과였다. 결론 : 국내 작업치료에서 시행한 인지재활치료는 작업수행능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 인지재활치료를 시행하는 작업치료사들의 중재에 대한 근거로 유용하게 사용될 수 있 을 것이다.

        In this research, a simulation program is developed in order to investigate non steady-state cornering performance of 6WD/6WS special-purpose vehicles. 6WD vehicles are believed to have good performance on off-the-road maneuvering and to have fail-safe capabilities. But the cornering performances of 6WS vehicles are not well understood in the related literature. In this study, 6WD/6WS vehicles are modeled as a 18 DOF system which includes non-linear vehicle dynamics, tire models, and kinematic effects. Then the vehicle model is constructed into a simulation program using the MATLAB/SIMULINK so that input/output and vehicle parameters can be changed easily with the modulated approach. Cornering performance of the 6WS vehicle is analyzed for brake steering and pivoting, respectively. Simulation results show that cornering performance depends on the middle-wheel steering as well as front/rear wheel steering. In addition, a new 6WS control law is proposed in order to minimize the sideslip angle. Lane change simulation results demonstrate the advantage of 6WS vehicles with the proposed control law.

        A commercial CFD code is used to caculate the 3-D viscous flow field within the centrifugal pump impeller. Design conditions are changed by pump inlet diameter(203.2㎜) and pump outlet diameter(152.4㎜). Numerical calculation was performed by changing flow rate from 7 to 12m 3 /min. Working fluids are clean water and muddy water. The viscosity of muddy water is measured by the unsteady capillary of the viscometer. The pump performance is predicted well through the computer simulation. The results are summarized as follows: the pump characteristics of the total pressure, efficiency and shaft power with high viscosity fluids by muddy water was different from those clean water. When the viscosity of the applied fluid increased, the total pressure, and efficiency more decreased than those of clean water. The decreasing gradients of the total pressure and the efficiency were larger than water due to the increased disk friction losses at the duty operation point. The shaft power of clean water and muddy water increased. This study shows that the calculated results agree well with the analysis results of design condition.

But we also know that the biggest risk for public companies is over-reliance on “Yang liping's personal brand”. At present, it seems that Yang liping company is in a good rising period in China's performing arts market and new three board stock market, and its development space is still large. We don't know how far it will go. If Yang liping company can develop in a scientific and sustainable way, it is bound to explore an effective market operation mechanism. This is what China's performing arts industry should learn from.

        The objective of this study was to investigate job understanding, performance, and job satisfaction of 150 school foodservice employees in Chungnam area from April 23, 2018 to May 18, 2018. The score of the relationship with colleagues was in the order of elementary school, middle school, and high school (p<0.05). Job understanding was ranked as follows: middle school, elementary school, and high school (p<0.05). Questionnaires on performance of food ingredients and working process management had 4.8 points for the cook and 4.6 points for the cooking staff (p<0.05). Based on the subjects’ position, the hygienic safety management performance was higher in cooks than in cooking staff (p<0.05). Job satisfaction showed higher points in elementary school and middle school subjects in all items as compared to subjects of high school (p<0.05). Cooks showed more job satisfaction compared to cooking staff (p<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation (r=.253, p<0.01) between job satisfaction and job performance. Job understanding showed a significant positive correlation with job performance. Job satisfaction had a positive correlation with performance for hygienic safety management (r=.275, p<0.01).

        한국에 있어서 한우는 경제 동물일 뿐 만 아니라 중요한 유전자원 중 하나이다. 그러나 현재 한우의 번식 능력 개량을 위한 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 한우의 번식 능력에 대한 기초 자료를 확보하기 위해 전북지역(정읍시)에서 인공수정 된 암소 총 33,281두에 대한 105,017개의 번식기록(2010-2017)을 이용하여 임신기간(GP), 분만 후 첫 종부기간(CFSI), 분만 후 임신간격(CCI), 수태당 종부회수(NAIPC), 첫 종부 임신율 (FSCR)을 계산하여 분석에 활용하였다. 전체적으로 GP 는 287.602±4.797일, CFSI와 CCI는 각각 77.513±34.417 및 88.433±42.194일 이였다. 또한 FSCR는 62.365%였으며, NAIPC 는 1.411회로 나타났다. 2017년의 FSCR과 NAIPC는 각각 67.497% 및 1.344회로 2013년 62.366% 및 1.402에 비해 유의적으로 증가하였다(p<0.05). 가을과 겨울에는 번식기간이 더 길었으며, NAIPC는 봄과 여름에 비해 유의적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 3~7산차 암소의 경우 NAIPC가 1.323±0.669~1.339±0.689회로 다른 그룹에의 1.401±0.772~1.446±0.854회 보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 1산차 암소의 경우 FSCR와 NAIPC가 각각 60.217% 및 1.506±0.937회로 가장 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 한우의 번식효율은 산차에 따라, NAIPC는 계절에 따라 영향 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 전체적인 번식효율은 과거에 비해 지속적으로 향상되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        In this theoretical study, a design and performance analysis theory of a micro flowrate and high pressure air-compressor is developed. The governing equations are from the gas state equation and fluid dynamic theories because the working fluid in the air compressor is in a gas phase. A case study was conducted to design a reciprocating type of air compressor which the target performance was 0.6liter/min in the volume flowrate with 5atg in air pressure at 1,600rpm rotational speed. Geometrical size of the model air compressor designed is 10mm in stroke, 20mm in bore with 4.79 compression ratio. From the performance analysis of the model compressor, it was found that the air volume flowrate produced was 0.6liter/min with 5.81atg in pressure. The design theory of a micro-size high-pressure air compressor developed in this study is expected to be very useful design tools in NANO technology industry.

        A number of studies on airborne pollutants and microorganisms using ultraviolet sterilization have been conducted. Countermeasures are also needed to be taken against contamination and damage that occur on indoor surfaces in addition to indoor air. In this study, a method to predict UV-C intensity distribution using radiance calculation was introduced for the purpose of surface sterilization using UVGI systems and compared with the measured UVC intensities in a kitchen model room. The results of calculations showed a similar distribution of ultraviolet intensity with the measured intensities, although there was some discrepancy, probably due to different reflectance of building materials. And some bacteria and viruses occasionally identified in kitchens were predicted to be sterilized 99.9% only after about 30 minutes of UV-C irradiation with the figure 90% for fungi. The sterilization performance of UVGI and exposure time to UV-C were reasonably predicted using the radiance calculation method, and UV sterilization can be achieved with great effect even after a short period of time.

        원심 해수냉각 펌프를 분석하기 위하여 다른 운전 유량에 대한 캐비테이션 거동을 조사하였다. 3D 2상 해석은 ANSYS-CFX 상 용코드로 수행되었다. 해석에는 k-ε 난류와 Rayleigh-Plesset cavitation 모델이 사용되었다. 수치 예측에 기초하여 세 가지 토출 유량값에 대 하여 헤드 드롭 특성곡선이 작성되었다. 더 높은 유량에서 임펠러는 버블 캐비테이션에 보다 취약하다. 0.7Q, Q 및 1.3Q(Q: 설계 유량)에서 작동하는 펌프의 3 % 헤드 드롭 위치는 각각 NPSHa 1.21 m, 1.83 m 및 3.45 m에 해당한다. 증기 기포의 볼륨이 예측되고 캐비테이션의 위치는 임펠러 내에서 발생하는 캐비티를 시각화하여 예상하였다. 또한, 압력계수와 날개 부하 분포가 구체적으로 제시되어 캐비테이션이 펌프 운전에 미치는 해로운 영향을 나타냈다. 또한, 압력계수 분포와 날개부하 차트가 구체적으로 제시되어, 펌프 운전에 캐비테이션이 미치는 해로운 영향을 나타냈다.

        In this paper, we compared and analyzed the performance of the GPS L1/L2 signal with GPS L1 using the navigation system. Generally the GPS receiver calculates the position of the satellite by using the ephemeris data recevied from GSP Satellites, and also calculates the position of its own using the pseudorange. This paper provides an overview of the device which can receive an GPS L1/L2, and compares the GPS L1 with the GPS L2 signal power using the simulator. It was confirmed that the GPS L1/L2 receiver and the GPS L1 receiver met the requirements of standards and it is similar to the navigation performance of the GPS L1 Receiver with the GPS L1/L2 receiver. It was also confirmed that the GPS L2 band can not correct ionospheric error in the navigation system of the combat vehicle.

        The wavy fins have been widely used in the heat exchangers in coolering system, aerospace system and automotive. Especially, an automobile has the wavy fin and flat tube heat exchanger for oil cooling system. The objective of this research is the performance comparison of wavy fins for battle vehicle diesel engine oil-cooler by numerical analysis. The real type fin is the wavy fin with corrugated structure, and the comparative fin surfaces are plain, louver, lateral perforation and parallel wavy fin. The non-dimensional values of f-factor, j-factor, area goodness factor and volume goodness factor was performed on the performance comparison. The plain and louver fin shows the highest performance in pressure drop and heat transfer respectively. In the area goodness factor and volume goodness factor results, the parallel wavy fin and louver fin show the highest values at each result.

        Recently, blockchain technology has been recognized as one of the most important issues for the 4th Industrial Revolution which can be represented by Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things. Cryptocurrency, named Bitcoin, was the first successful implementation of blockchain, and it triggered the emergence of various cryptocurrencies. In addition, blockchain technology has been applied to various applications such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics as well as public services. Distributed consensus algorithm is an essential component in blockchain, and it enables all nodes belonging to blockchain network to make an agreement, which means all nodes have the same information. For example, Bitcoin uses a consensus algorithm called Proof-of-Work (PoW) that gives possession of block generation based on the computational volume committed by nodes. However, energy consumption for block generation in PoW has drastically increased due to the growth of computational performance to prove the possession of block. Although many other distributed consensus algorithms including Proof-of-Stake are suggested, they have their own advantages and limitations, and new research works should be proposed to overcome these limitations. For doing this, above all things, we need to establish an evaluation method existing distributed consensus algorithms. Based on this motivation, in this work, we suggest and analyze assessment items by classifying them as efficiency and safety perspectives for investigating existing distributed consensus algorithms. Furthermore, we suggest new assessment criteria and their implementation methods, which can be used for a baseline for improving performance of existing distributed consensus algorithms and designing new consensus algorithm in future.

        of the marketed multi-later insulating curtain was carried out. Experiments is conducted by fabricating a test apparatus for investigating the heat flux characteristics. The multi-later insulating curtain used for the experiment was compared using the P, N, S, U and T company, which are commercially available, and the heat flux due to temperature difference between the experimental apparatus and the outside was compared and analyzed. When the internal temperature of the experimental result is the maximum temperature 60℃, the heat flux of multi-later insulating curtain is T Co.(73.1W/m2) > S Co.(119.5W/m2) > U Co.(155W/m2) > N Co.(163.1 W/m2) > P Co.(177.7W/m2). The heat flux means the quantity of heat passing through the unit time per unit area, and the higher the numerical value, the higher the quantity of heat passing through the multi-layer insulating curtain. This can be determined that high heat fluxes produce low heat resistance. Further, it has been found that the weight of the insulating curtain is largely unrelated to the heat insulating property, and the heat insulating curtain having a thickness containing a high internal air layer is excellent in the heat insulating property. In the future when manufacturing a heat insulating curtain, It is judged that it is desirable to manufacture a combination of heat insulating materials that contain a high internal air layer content and that can maintain the air layer even for long-term use while minimizing the volume.

        PURPOSES: This study, compared and verified the test results of post-bearing capacity and the test results of a full-scale vehicle crash test on flat ground and slope ground. METHODS: The results of the bearing capacity test on the barrier post show that, the bearing capacity of the banking section ground and flat ground was relatively large. In the full-scale vehicle crash test, the maximum deformation of the barrier was not large, and the occupant safety indexes(THIV, PHD) were relatively similar. The post-bearing capacity test is a static load test. RESULTS: Therefore, there was a large difference on the flat ground and on the banking section ground because of the effect of soil failure. On the other hand, the full-scale vehicle crash test is close to the impact load. CONCLUSIONS: Therefore, it can be concluded that the whole barrier system was not affected by soil failure alone.
