        본 연구에서는 특수교육분야에서의 캐리어 이행 지원을 둘러싼 거시적 통찰을 위해 일본의 상황을 중심으로 다음의 두 가지 연구과제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 일본의 장애인을 둘러싼 사회보장 전반의 거시적 시좌에 관해서, 한일 양국의 사회보장 전반의 공 통점과 차이점에 관한 논의를 중심으로 고찰하였다. 둘째, 상기 분석을 바탕으로 한 캐리어 이행 지원교육의 의미를 고찰하였다. 이를 살펴보기 위해 학령기 때의 캐리어 이행 지원에 관해서는 일본 특별지원교육 학습지도요령을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 고찰 결과, 향후 한일 특수교육계가 지향해야 할 바로서, 캐리어 이행 지원의 목적이 직업의 영위를 넘어 장애인의 생애주기 전체를 염두에 둔 사회 전체 문제에 대한 대응이 되어야 할 것, 그 과정에서 장애 당사자(부모)의 욕구에 기반한 자기 결정권의 존중을 제언하였다.

        Carrier testing for autosomal recessive hereditary disorders in the elite sire population has great significance for the domestic animal breeding. Because the recessive allele embedded in carriers without clinical signs may be passed to the next generation and rapidly spread throughout the population. The occurrences of various autosomal recessive hereditary disorders have been reported, and several causative mutations were elucidated in cattle. However, there is no report for the hereditary disorders in Korean cattle (Hanwoo) although Hanwoo is the indigenous purebred in Korea and have been improved by the national breeding programs in the last 30 years. Here, we investigated the presence of carrier for the following hereditary disorders in the Korean proven bulls (n=78; 42 family) using DNA based analysis: Chediak–Higashi syndrome, spherocytosis, claudin-16 deficiency, factor XI deficiency. The causative genes for these diseases (lysosomal trafficking regulator, solute carrier family 4 member 1, Claudin-16 and coagulation factor XI, respectively) were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing. As a results, there was no carrier individual, and all animals were normal. Although the recessive alleles for four disorders were not identified in this study, further investigation for other hereditary disorders still remains to remove deleterious factors in the genetic improvement of Korean cattle.

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the stability of Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) - loaded nanostructured lipid carrier (NLC) after Autoclave sterilization. EGCG, glycerolmonostearate (GMS), oleic acid, and lecithin were mixed as solid lipid phase and subsequently it was heated up to 70°C. Thereafter, the solid lipid phase was mixed with the water phase consisting of Tween 80 and deionized water. Then, ultra-sonication(work time, 5 min; pulse on, 4s; pulse off, 2s), high pressure homogenization(600 bar and 3 cycles) process were proceeded to homogenize NLC particles. The particle size and zeta-potential of NLCs was approximate 100 ~ 120nm and -50 ~ -60mV, respectively. In order to investigate the effect of sterilization on the stability of NLCs, Autoclavesterilization was applied to the NLCs suspension at 121°C for 15 min. After the sterilization, the particle size and zeta potentialtended to be maintained or improved. Moreover, after sterilization, crystal shape was formed and it was considered as transformation of the lipid in NLCs (from α to β) because of recrystallization upon heating. In conclusion, sterilization process can be helpful to improve the stability of NLCs.

        In order to obtain the goal of the weight reduction of automobile components, the researches about lighter and stronger wheel carriers have been studied without sacrificing the safety of them. In this study, the weight reduction design process of wheel carrier could be proposed based on the variation of von-Mises stress contour by substituting an AA6061 (aluminum 6061 alloy) having tensile strength of 310 MPa grade instead of FCD600 Irons. From the stress analysis results before and after design modification, the stress relaxation was done at every given loading conditions. Therefore, it could be reached that this approach method could be well established and be contributed for light-weight design guide and the optimum design conditions of the automotive wheel carrier development.

        이 연구에서는 nanostructured lipid carrier (NLC)를 음료에 적용했을 경우, 음료 살균 시안정성 및 품질을 평가하고 자 하였다. Glycerol monostearate (GMS), oleic acid, lecithin을 포함한 유상을 준비하였고, 증류수에 Tween 80을 분 산시켜 수상을 준비하였다. 준비된 두 상을 80℃까지 가열한 후, 두 가지 상을 섞어 교반하였다. 이후 high shear homogenization (3,000 rpm / 5분)과 ultra-sonication (work time : 4 s / rest time : 2 s)를 처리한 후, high pressure homogenizer (600 bar / 3 cycle)를 이용해 세 차례에 거쳐 균질화를 진행하였다. 제조된 NLC의 특성을 분석한 결과, 약 120-250 nm 크기의 입자가 형성되었고 안정한 상태를 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. NLC의 음료 적용 시 살균 안정성을 평가하기 위하여 물 71.68 ml, sucrose 8 g, citric acid 0.15 g, ascorbic acid 0.1 g, orange flavor 0.07 g를 배합하여 NLC 20ml화 혼합하였다. 제조된 음료를 62℃-65℃에서 30분간 가열살균(low temperature long time, LTLT)하였다. 살균한 직후 NLC의 안정성을 평가한 결과, NLC의 크기가 다소 증가하였으나 그 차이는 미미하여 NLC가 음료 내에 안정적 으로 존재함을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 NLC를 음료에 적용했을 때, 탑재되는 물질의 건강 증진 효과가 잘 유지될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        In photovoltaic power generation where minority carrier generation via light absorption is competing against minority carrier recombination, the substrate thickness and material quality are interdependent, and appropriate combination of the two variables is important in obtaining the maximum output power generation. Medici, a two-dimensional semiconductor device simulation tool, is used to investigate the interdependency in relation to the maximum power output in front-lit Si solar cells. Qualitatively, the results indicate that a high quality substrate must be thick and that a low quality substrate must be thin in order to achieve the maximum power generation in the respective materials. The dividing point is 70 μm/5 × 10−6 sec. That is, for materials with a minority carrier recombination lifetime longer than 5 × 10−6 sec, the substrate must be thicker than 70 μm, while for materials with a lifetime shorter than 5 × 10−6 sec, the substrate must be thinner than 70 μm. In substrate fabrication, the thinner the wafer, the lower the cost of material, but the higher the cost of wafer fabrication. Thus, the optimum thickness/lifetime combinations are defined in this study along with the substrate cost considerations as part of the factors to be considered in material selection.

        This study analyzed that the infant carrier standard affects the satisfaction of certification. Baby Carrier Safety requirements in the Republic of Korea is enforceable by court duty certification. Therefore, a test was conducted to compare with the safety requirements of the United States and Europe and the survey was conducted to know how much manufacturers and importers are satisfied with the certification. According to the test result, there is a difference between domestic and foreign safety requirements about flame retardancy. As a result of the survey, The satisfaction of the certification is proportionate to the one of product standard.

        The PHBV nonofibrous membrane fabricated by electron-spinning method for tissue engineered bone regeneration scaffold was evaulated in terms of cellular prolieration and cryopreservation efficiency. The rat calvarial periosteum derived primary cells were cultured with PHBV nanofibrous membranes and analyzed the cellular proliferation and differention fashion and cryopreservation potential by in vitro MTT assay as well as ALP staining and Alizarine red staining with or without cryopreservation for 2 weeks. The rat calvarial periosteum derived primary cells cultured with PHBV nonofibrous membrane showed favorable proliferation and alkaline phosphatase activity with numerous mineral nodule formation regardless of cryopreservation, even though its efficiency was slightly decreased in cryopreserved condition. These findings suggest that PHBV nanofibrous membrane can be applicable as an efficient cell engineered membrane for guided bone regeneration or scaffold for tissue engineered bone regeneration.

        본 연구는 2008년도에 채택된 로테르담규칙상의 감항능력주의의무 규정에 대하여 기존의 헤이그 비스비규칙과의 구체적 차이점과 그 내용에 대하여 검토하고자 한다. 즉, 헤이그 비스비규칙 제3조 제1항에서는 운송인의 감항능력으로서 선박의 선체능력, 항해능력 및 감하능력을 요구하고 있으나 로테르담규칙 제14조(항해시의 구체적 의무)는 이러한 기존의 의무에 추가하여 “감항성있는 컨테이너의 제공”의무를 규정하고 있으며, 아울러 감항능력주의의무의 이행시기도 “발항 전과 발항 당시”에서 “항해 중(during voyage)"으로 운송인의 의무를 확대하고 있다. 로테르담규칙에 의해 운송인의의무가 확대된 주된 이유는 1970년대 이후 대부분의 화물 운송수단이 컨테이너를 통해 이루어지고 있으며, 아울러 새로운 통신수단의 발달과 IT 기술의 발전으로 항해중의 선박도 통제가 가능해졌기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 로테르담규칙 제14조의 내용을 구체적으로 살펴보고, 본 규칙에서 운송인에게 추가적 요구하고 있는 감항성있는 컨테이너 제공의무와 감항능력주의의무 이행 기간 확대의 정당성을 ISM Code 및 ISPS Code를 통해 도출하고자 한다.

        The effect of carrier gases (He, ) on the properties of Ti coating layers were investigated to manufacture high-density Ti coating layers. Cold spray coating layers manufactured using He gas had denser and more homogenous structures than those using gas. The He gas coating layers showed porosity value of 0.02% and hardness value of Hv 229.1, indicating more excellent properties than the porosity and hardness of gas coating layers. Bond strengths were examined, and coating layers manufactured using He recorded a value of 74.3 MPa; those manufactured using gas had a value of 64.6 MPa. The aforementioned results were associated with the fact that, when coating layers were manufactured using He gas, the powder could be easily deposited because of its high particle impact velocity. When Ti coating layers were manufactured by the cold spray process, He carrier gas was more suitable than gas for manufacturing excellent coating layers.

        The CSR rule was defined by IACS as the unified rule for a commercial ship like a bulk carrier and a tanker. It have been required more strict conditions for various parts like loading conditions, the local and girder strength, fatigue strength, FEM for the ship rule. It was changed in many parts of the ship rules. In this paper, the mid-parts of 17.5K DWT bulk carrier were optimized by the CSR rule. On the other hand, the modified artificial life algorithms with multi-object functions were developed for optimizing the scantling. It is possible to find multi-global optimum solutions in the multi-object functions. And it is faster and efficient than the artificial life algorithm. First, to be optimizing the scantling and the weight by CSR rule, that is calculated by the CSR rule. The next, the result is re-calculated by the modified artificial life algorithm with multi-object functions. The optimized results which are satisfied with the CSR rule like the minimum size and the thickness of stiffener and the minimum cost have been searched by the optimizing algorithm. And the results have been compared with the non-optimizing results.

        선박에 적재된 곡류, 철강재 등의 산적화물에 여러 가지 이유로 손상이 발생될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 코일 운반선의 화물손상 원인 중 특히, 결로에 의한 손상과 그에 대한 방지대책에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 결로란 주위 온도가 이슬점 이하로 떨어져 물체 표면에 공기 중의 수증기가 물방울로 맺히는 현상을 말하며 일반적으로 실내외 온도차가 큰 건축물이나 선박의 화물창에서 많이 발생한다. 특히, 비슷한 시기에 기온차가 있는 전 세계를 운항하는 선박에서 흔히 발생할 수 있는 현상이다. 본 연구에서는 코일 운반선의 결로에 의한 화물손상 방지 대책에 대해 고찰하고 화물손상을 방지하기 위해 제습장치와 가열온풍장치를 병용하는 새로운 방법의 제안과 습도, 습기량, 제습장치 용량, 결로수량, 화물 및 공기와 외기의 온도 차이에 따른 화물창 내 공기와 화물 가열에 필요한 열량, 가열장치 용량 등의 산정법을 제시한다.
