Thin-film shape technology is recognized for its core technology to enhance the technology of LCD, PDP, semiconductor manufacturing processes, hard disks and optical disks, and is widely used to form coated thin films of products. In addition, resistance (electron beam filament) technology for heating is used to manufacture filament for ion implants used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. By establishing an electronic beam filament production system and developing seven specifications of electronic beam filament, it is contributing to improving trade dynamics and increasing exports to Japan through localized media of theoretical imports to domestic companies. In this study, CAE analysis was performed after setting electron beam filament specification and development objectives, facilities and fabrication for electron beam filament production, electron beam filament JIG & fixture design and fabrication followed by electron beam filament prototype. Then, the automation and complete inspection equipment of the previously developed electronic beam filament manufacturing facilities was developed and researched to mass-produce them, to analyze and modify prototypes, design and manufacture automation facilities, and finally, to design and manufacture the complete inspection equipment. In this paper, design and manufacture of electronic beam filament automation facilities for mass production were dealted with.
현재 교량과 같은 토목구조물의 설계프로세스는 1차 설계 후 구조 검토를 수행하여 기준에 부적합할 경우 재설계하는 과정을 반복 하여 최종적인 성과품을 만드는 것이 일반적이다. 이러한 반복 과정은 설계에 소요되는 기간을 연장시키는 원인이 되며, 보다 수준 높 은 설계를 위해 투입되어야 할 고급 엔지니어링 인력을 기계적인 단순 반복 작업에 소모하고 있다. 이러한 문제는 설계 과정 자동화를 통하여 해결할 수 있으나, 설계 과정에서 사용되는 해석프로그램은 이러한 자동화에 가장 큰 장애요인이 되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 기 존 설계 과정 중 반복작업을 대체하고자 강화학습 알고리즘과 외부 해석프로그램을 함께 제어할 수 있는 인터페이스를 포함한 교량 설계 프로세스에 대한 AI기반 자동화 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 구축된 시스템의 프로토타입은 2경간 RC라멘교를 대 상으로 제작하였다. 개발된 인터페이스 체계는 향후 최신 AI 및 타 형식의 교량설계 간 연계를 위한 기초기술로써 활용될 수 있을 것 으로 판단된다..
Molding is the root industry of the manufacturing as a means to mass-produce developed prototypes. Molds are typically divided into injection molds and press mold industries. Injection molds produce the products by injection of molten plastic into a mold, and press molds are molded and bended plate. The ejection system, such as eject pins, is used to separate the manufactured products from the mold, which involves a number of hole operations. Location, diameter and depth of holes are often tabulated and managed collectively when designing 2D drawings. The design efficiency was realized by applying CATIA Automation to the 3D model and bringing in the data of the holes in the Excel data.

Stress distribution and deformation on the cross tension type spot welded lap joint subjected to out of plane tensile load were investigated by finite element method. For the rational design of spot welded joint, it is needed to assess to repeatedly the fatigue life of the joint with various dimensions and welding conditions. In this paper, an automation of repeated process of fatigue life assessment for spot welded cross tension type joint was studied. The process is related to stress analysis in vicinity of weld-toe and fatigue life assessment based on analyzed stress distribution. With the change of design condition including dimensions and welding heat input, the above two works have to be performed. Using the commercial tool for system integration, ModelCenter, an automation of the repeated process for spot welded cross tension type joint based on 2D modeling was achieved. In this automation system, data exchanges between programs regardless of commercial and parametric studies for optimal design can be performed.
The box culvert is one of the simple and common structures employed repetitively in construction field. Although parametric computer applications have demonstrated a significant amount of time savings in designing simple and repetitive structures, circulating resultant electronic documents among project participants has not been fully integrated with these applications. This paper presents a development of Web applications to improve the process of a box culvert design and document management using XML and SVG. We developed a parametric Web application in order to facilitate not only engineering design of the box culvert but also management of resultant documents over the Web. This paper presents how XML Data Island and SVG were utilized to generate engineering drawings and display them in the Web page.
유한요소법을 이용하여 적용범위가 제한되고 부정확한 기존의 설계방법을 대치할 수 있는 새로운 철근 콘크리트 슬래브 설계법을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법을 이용하면 어떠한 기하형태의 슬래브 시스템에 대해서도 정확하고 효율적인 설계결과를 얻게된다. 슬래브 설계에 사용되는 등매개 판요소는 적분에 소요되는 계산기간을 절감할 수 있도록 매우 효율적으로 유도되었다. 슬래브 철근의 설계는 강도설계법을 이용하였고, 시방서 최소 철근량과도 비교하였다. 해석결과 모멘트와 설계철근량은 컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용하여 일목요연한 등고선으로 도시하여 설계편의를 제고시켰다. 등매개 판요소의 정확한 전단력을 이용하여 전단에 대한 적절한 검토도 할 수 있게 하였다. 철근과 콘크리트의 균열을 고려한 비탄성 처짐계수법을 개발하여 사용하중하의 처짐을 적합하게 계산할 수 있도록 하므로써 슬래브의 사용성도 검토할 수 있도록 하였다. 개구부가 있는 원형 슬래브 예를 들어 비정형 슬래브 설계에도 제시하는 방법이 손쉽게 적용될 수 있음을 보여주었다.
본 논문은 콘크리트 슬래브교량의 반복적인 설계과정을 신속히 처리함과 동시에 모든 성과물을 작성함에 있어 웹을 기반으로 한 설계자동화 시스템 개발을 위한 것이다. 웹 기반 구조도면 처리기법은 웹기반 설계자 동화시스템 핵심 기술 중 하나이다. Active Server pages(ASP)는 설계 요소를 유용하게 활용하며 이를 데이터베이스에 저장하게 된다. eXtensible Markup Language(XML)과 XML기반 벡터그래픽은 구조 도면을 웹 화면으로 효과적으로 신속히 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML과 Scalable Vector Graphics(SVG)를 활용하여 웹 화면에 구조도면 및 설계 성과품을 작성하였다. 구조도면 작성 시 핵심 도면작성 요소기술로서 개발된 XML Data Island는 웹 기반 구조도면 작성 시 매우 효과적임을 증명하였다.
