이 연구는 교정행정 인공지능 도입에 따른 수용자 기본권 침해 가능성을 규명하고 입법적 대응 방안을 모색한다. 이를 위해 유럽의 교정 인공지능 규범 체계를 분석하 고, 독일･스웨덴 사례를 통해 데이터 주권 약화, 사법적 방어권 무력화, 알고리즘 낙인 문제 등을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 현행 인공지능기본법과 형집행법령의 개선 방향을 제안한다. 첫째, 교정 인공지능을 고위험 영역으로 지정하고, 교정 특화 윤리강령을 제정해야 한다. 둘째, 수용자의 설명청구권을 명문화하고 설명책임 의무의 주체를 교도소장 등으로 특정한다. 셋째, 기본권 영향평가를 제도화하여 데이터 편향 을 차단한다. 넷째, 인공지능 평가 결과를 보조적 판단자료로 한정하는 인간감독 원칙 을 실질화한다. 다섯째, 국가 중심 보안 기반체계와 다학적 감시기구를 통해 기술적 무결성과 데이터주권을 확보한다.

This study introduced Gapjanyeon Jubeop, a Joseon Dynasty Korean culinary manuscript transmitted through the Gyedang family, descendants of Songgang Jeong Cheol in Damyang. This is the third culinary document with a clearly identified provenance from the Honam region, following Eumsikbo (1756) and Hasimdangga Eumsikbeop (19th century). The manuscript is a folding book (14.5×27.5cm) recording 13 recipes across 18 pages: 11 liquors and 2 confections. Based on the cover inscription “Gapjanyeon”, binding condition, and linguistic analysis, the date of the manuscript is estimated to be either 1744 or 1804. Key findings include the following: First, Gapjanyeon Jubeop shows little similarity to other extant culinary manuscripts, demonstrating that it has independent characteristics. Second, systematic fermentation techniques for warm climates are evident throughout, including long-term soaking of rice, the addition of wheat flour, powdered wheat bran malts, and post-fermentation water addition (husu-beop). Third, unique liquor names such as “Huigyeong-ju” hold cultural-historical significance, with potential connections to the Huigyeongnu Pavilion in Gwangju, offering opportunities to restore traditional liquor and develop culinary tourism. Gapjanyeon Jubeop illuminates Honam food culture and provides valuable insights into fermentation techniques adapted to warm climates, making it an important resource for research on Korean traditional brewing history.

In this study, GNPs/FeCoNiCuAl particles synergistically reinforced aluminum matrix composites are developed by friction stir processing (FSP) to explore the effects of different GNPs contents (1, 3, and 5%) on the microstructure, mechanical performance, and wear resistance of the materials. The results show that the incorporation of GNPs affects the formation of the diffusion layer between the FeCoNiCuAl particles and the aluminum matrix. As the content of GNPs increases, the thickness and integrity of the diffusion layer between FeCoNiCuAl particles and aluminum matrix gradually decrease. In addition, the introduction of GNPs is beneficial in enhancing the proportion of high-angle grain boundaries in the composites, but the grain size of the specimen increases slightly to about 5.5 μm at a content of 5% GNPs. When the content of GNPs is 1%, the composites achieve the highest microhardness and the lowest specific wear rate (0.1459 × 10⁻⁶ mm3/ N·m), with the wear mechanism dominated by abrasive wear. Nonetheless, when the GNPs content in the composite increases to 5%, the thickness and integrity of the diffusion layer are minimal, causing the tensile strength of the composite to be reduced to 250 MPa, and the specific wear rate increased to 0.4244 × 10– 6 ( mm3/N·m), with the wear mechanism transformed to abrasive–adhesive mixed wear. This study demonstrates that the appropriate ratio of GNPs and FeCoNiCuAl particles can effectively enhance the mechanical and wear resistance properties of aluminum matrix composites, providing a theoretical basis for the design and development of high-performance aluminum matrix composites.

This special issue of English Teaching commemorates the momentous 60th anniversary of the Korea Association of Teachers of English (KATE), reflecting on the evolution of English education and envisioning its future amid rapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies. English education in Korea has undergone significant theoretical, pedagogical, and technological transformations, and AI now presents new opportunities and complex challenges for instruction, assessment, equity, and ethics. The articles explore AI integration across all four language skills: reading material generation, career-integrated listening activities, AI feedback in writing, and AIbased speaking systems versus peer activities. A meta-analysis affirms AI’s positive effects on writing instruction. Other contributions examine English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and critically discuss the important ethical challenges of AI adoption, including data privacy, bias, and academic integrity. These studies collectively argue that AI is a powerful tool whose value depends on thoughtful, ethical integration that supports humanistic educational values.

This paper centers on the Yupian by Gu Yewang of the Southern Dynasties and offers a systematic investigation of its transcultural impact on the development of East Asian civilization. It does so by addressing four key themes: the scholarly positioning of the Shuowen in the North and the Yupian in the South; the mechanisms through which the text became a shared cultural heritage of China, Japan, and Korea; the historiographical significance of the birth of East Asian Yupian Studies; and the multiple research dimensions of this field. The study finds that, as the first dictionary compiled in standard script and structured around the three dimensions of form, sound, and meaning, the Yupian laid the foundation for a shared lexicon within the Sinosphere. Its transmission followed a model of “importation–adaptation–innovation,” fostering a common hermeneutical framework for the dictionary across the three countries. More than a bond that links and sustains the development of the Sinosphere, the Yupian has also served as a powerful engine for the spread of Confucianism throughout East Asia. The Yupian has given birth to an entirely new East-Asian discipline; the emergence and study of Yupian will supply linguistic evidence that illuminates how East-Asian civilizations have mutually illuminated one another.

인공지능(AI), 머신러닝 등 첨단 기술의 급속한 발전은 해사 산업 전반에 큰 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이러한 변화는 자율운항선 박(MASS)의 개발과 상용화를 촉진하고 있다. 국내외에서는 다양한 MASS 실증 프로젝트와 관련 기술 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 국 제해사기구(IMO)도 이에 대응하여 MASS에 관한 내용을 공식 의제로 채택하고 지속적으로 논의를 이어가고 있다. IMO는 이미 규정식별 작업(RSE)을 완료하고 비강제 MASS Code를 개발 중이며, 조만간 공식 채택을 앞두고 있다. 이 과정에서 기존 국제협약 내에서 MASS 상 용화를 위해 검토가 필요한 항목으로 용어 정의, 원격운항센터, 원격운항자의 법적 지위, 사이버보안 등이 식별되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 국제협약상의 공백과 기술·법적 이슈를 국내 법체계와 연계하여 분석하였으며, 특히 원격운항자의 법적 지위, 안전 기준, 책임 배분 등과 관련된 개정 및 보완 필요사항을 도출하였다. 아울러 원격운항자 자격체계 마련, 안전성 평가 절차 강화, 보험 및 보증 구조 개선, 사이버 보안 체계 확립, 원격운항 인프라 운영지침 정비 등 국내 법제도의 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 국내 주요 법령별 적용 쟁점을 중심으 로 단·중·장기 규제 설계 로드맵을 제안함으로써 MASS 단계별 법제 개편의 방향성을 구체화하였다. 연구 결과, MASS 도입은 단순한 기 술혁신이 아니라 해사 법규 체계 전반에 걸친 근본적 재구조화를 요구하며, 선박의 국제성을 고려할 때 국제협약과 국내법 간 일관성 있 는 연계를 구축하는 것이 해상안전 확보, 법적 예측 가능성 및 국제적 조화를 위해 핵심적임을 제시하였다.

현대 청소년은 경제적 어려움, 가정해체, 정신건강 악화, 학업 스트레스 등 복합적 위기에 직면해 있다. 드림스타트, 교육복지우선지원사업, 청소년동반자사업 등은 일정한 성과를 거두었음에도, 부처 간 칸막이와 서비스 단절 등 일련의 문제점을 드러냈다. 이런 문제를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 2025년 1월 <학생맞춤통합지원법>이 제정되었고, 이 법에 근거해 2026년 1월부터 ‘통합교육맞춤지원사업’이 시행될 예정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 한국의 청소년복지정책의 변화를 분석한다. 통합교육맞춤지원사업 은 교육·복지·보건을 아우르는 생애주기별 통합 지원체계 구축을 목표로 하며, 예방 중심, 통합 중심, 개인 중심의 사례관리 원칙을 강조한다. 본 논문은 통합교육맞춤지원사업의 법적 기반, 전달체계, 정보 시스템, 인력 등을 검토하고, 나아가 이 사업의 정책적·실천적 의의를 분석한다. 통합교육맞춤지원사업 이 청소년복지 전달체계의 현대화와 국가 책임성 강화의 계기가 될 수 있도록 우리 사회가 노력할 필요 가 있다고 본 논문은 제언한다.

본 연구는 혁신교수법을 적용하여 운영한 지역학 수업, 구체적으로는 <베트남학입문> 교과목 사례를 소개하고, 해당 수업에 참여한 학습자 12 명과의 면담 자료를 근거이론에 기반해 분석했다. 총 52개의 개념과 18 개의 하위 범주를 도출하고 이를 6개의 상위 범주로 통합한 뒤, ‘혁신교 수법을 통한 학습 성과’라는 패러다임 모형을 제시했다. 본 연구는 학습 성과를 ‘연결형’, ‘도전형’, ‘기본 충실형’의 세 가지 유형으로 구분하여 능동적이고 실천적인 탐색 학습자로의 전환을 위한 방안을 제시하고, 교 육 현장에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다. ‘연결형’ 학습자들은 언 어 학습에 대한 흥미 저하를 사회적 이슈나 다전공 분야와 연결함으로써 학습 동기를 강화했다. ‘도전형’ 학습자들은 현지어 자료를 탐색하고 현 지인과 직접 교류하는 과정에서 정보 수집과 분석, 문제해결 과정을 능 동적으로 수행했다. ‘기본 충실형’ 학습자들은 혁신교수법을 적용한 구조 화된 학습 환경에서 언어 학습에 대한 만족과 몰입을 경험하며 베트남어 학습의 중요성을 인식했다.

This study investigates the impact of perpetual swaps on structural complexity and market efficiency within cryptocurrency markets. Utilizing 15-minute interval price data from 35 cryptocurrencies, we employ multifractal detrended fluctuation analysis (MF-DFA), Multifractal-based measure of the degree of market efficiency (MED), and Market deficiency measure (MDM) to comparatively evaluate market characteristics before and after the introduction of perpetual swaps. Our empirical analysis reveals a substantial decrease in multifractality and structural complexity across most cryptocurrencies post-introduction, particularly pronounced over longer horizons (4–6 months). This reduction indicates enhanced information dissemination and more efficient price formation mechanisms. Notably, Bitcoin (BTC), benefiting from superior liquidity and efficient information flow, exhibited relatively stable multifractal characteristics, although significant volatility driven by fat-tail distributions remained persistent. Statistically significant improvements in market efficiency were consistently demonstrated via paired t-tests, one-sided t-tests, and Wilcoxon non-parametric tests. These improvements were particularly salient during extended observation periods, providing robust empirical evidence that perpetual swaps markedly enhance market efficiency. Consequently, our findings highlight that the introduction of perpetual swaps contributes meaningfully to cryptocurrency market efficiency beyond mere liquidity enhancement, promoting more accurate price discovery and reducing informational asymmetries.
