본 연구에서는 최근 항공사의 기술기반 셀프서비스 확장에 따른 고객 경험의 중요성을 인식하여 기술기반 셀프서비스 이용에 따른 서비스 편 익이 브랜드 가치, 브랜드 신뢰, 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향관계를 확인 하고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 항공사의 기술기반 서비스를 경험한 이용객 을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 총 267부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 항공사 기술기반 서비스 이용에 대한 서비스 편익의 하 위요인인 사회적 편익을 제외한 기능적 편익, 심리적 편익은 브랜드 가 치에 긍정적인 영향관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 기능적 편익을 제외한 심리적 편익, 사회적 편익은 브랜드 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 셋째, 브 랜드 가치는 브랜드 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 나타내는 것으로 분석되었 다. 마지막으로 브랜드 신뢰는 브랜드 태도에 긍정적인 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 차별화된 고객 서비스와 항공사 브랜드 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 근거자료가 되길 기대한다.
Li Shan’s Wenxuan Annotations is regarded as a masterpiece of “Studies of Wenxuan”, which implies Li Shan’s unique ideas that are different from those of the previous phonosemanticans of Wenxuan. He fully inherited and developed the tradition of phonosemantics from the Han Wei (漢魏) to Sui Tang (隋唐) Dynasty. Under the influence and inspiration of the comprehensive and erudite style of learning at that time and the prologue of Jingdianshiwen (經典釋文), he opened up a precedent of large-scale citation-based annotating by adopting the sounds and meanings of various phonosemanticans, avoiding the shortcomings of the “one sect’s learning”. At the same time, he has chosen the sounds that he recognized, and achieved the right degree of simplicity. His demand for the unity of form, sound and meaning has been very close to the modern idea of “matching sound and meaning”, which can be regarded as an extremely important stroke in the history of the development of Chinese phonosemantics.
This study analyzes the comparative value chains of domestically caught coastal mackerel and Norwegian mackerel within the Korean market, across six stages: global supply and demand, domestic production and imports from Norway, distribution of raw mackerel, processing into semi-processed or final products, distribution of final products, and consumption. The research methodology combined qualitative and quantitative approaches, including in-depth interviews with 32 industry stakeholders (from fishing companies to government agencies) and an online survey of 400 Seoul consumers, utilizing conjoint analysis. Norway maintains market dominance through a demand-driven value chain, characterized by quality-focused production, efficient overseas processing networks in Southeast Asia and China, and aggressive marketing by the Norwegian Seafood Council. In contrast, Korea's coastal mackerel industry follows a supplier-driven value chain, facing challenges such as inconsistent quality due to year-round non-selective fishing, limited processing capabilities due to high labor costs and aging workforce, and lack of direct consumer marketing channels. The study identifies structural differences in the Korean market's value chain and suggests strategic improvements for the domestic mackerel industry while highlighting the need for a shift toward a more demand-oriented approach.
Waxy corn (Zea mays L.) is mainly consumed fresh, resulting in a significant amount of stover being left behind, including stalks, leaves, and tassels. Since approximately 1 kg of stover is produced for every 1 kg of corn grain, the potential to utilize stover as a valuable resource is substantial. This study aimed to evaluate the agronomic characteristics and feed value of major variety of waxy corn. Each waxy corn variety showed notable differences in traits like days to silking, plant height, and leaf characteristics, some varieties were found to be more suitable for silage production. Chalok 5 and Suwon 97, in particular, were found to be well-suited for silage due to their high dry matter yield and relative feed value, while Heukjinjuchal had a lower feed value, making it less suitable. Multivariate analysis showed that important feed value indicators, such as relative feed value and total digestible nutrients, were inversely related to neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber. This relationship helped to clearly differentiate the characteristics of each waxy corn variety. Therefore, selecting waxy corn varieties with high dry matter yield and feed value, such as Chalok 5 and Suwon 97, can enhance farm income through both the sale of ears and the use of residual stover as a valuable resource, supporting sustainable agriculture.
본 연구는 가치기반수용모델을 바탕으로 AI 기반 맞춤형 화장품 추천 서비스의 지각된 가치와 이용의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설문지 241부를 수집하여 SPSS 27.0으로 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 유용성과 즐거움은 지각된 가치에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 복잡성은 지각된 가치에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났으나, 위험성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 가치는 이용의도에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 지각적 가치와 이용의도를 증진시키기 위해서는 유용한 정보롸 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 재미 요소를 제공하고, 복잡한 과정을 간단하게 축소할 필요가 있다.
본 연구는 기업 ESG경영이 소비자의 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 가치소비의 매개효과를 검증하 고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기성세대와 다른 그들만의 독특한 특성에 따른 소비성향으로 소비시장의 주축으로 등장하고 있는 MZ세대 소비자와 이들과 밀접한 소비연관성을 가진 뷰티기업을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였 다. 전국에 거주하는 1988년생부터 2006년생까지 250명의 MZ세대를 표본으로 추출하여 설문조사 후 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 단일회귀분석 및 Bootstrapping 분석 등을 수행하였 다. 분석결과, 뷰티기업의 ESG경영은 MZ세대 소비자의 행동의도에 영향을 미치고 가치소비는 매개효과 가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 뷰티기업 ESG경영의 하위변수 중 거버넌스 수준이 높을수록 가치소비가 증가하며 행동의도가 높아지는‘상승’의 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 기업 ESG경영의 촉진을 위한 MZ세대 소비자 중심 가치소비의 전 사회적 확산을 위한 정책적 함의를 제시하 였다.
This study was conducted to investigate changes in immunoglobulin G (IgG) concentration, nutrient content, and microbial communities of fresh and heat-treated Holstein colostrum collected from a colostrum bank operated by a local agricultural technology center in Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. Of the 16 colostrum samples, 8 were heated at 60℃ for 30 min under a pressure of 0.9–1 bar. The colostrum samples were stored at −70℃ until use, at which time they were thawed at 50–55℃ in a water bath to analyze IgG levels, chemical composition, and microbiome, which was identified by 16S rRNA gene sequencing using the Illumina MiSeq-PE250 platform. The IgG concentrations were similar in fresh and heat-treated colostrum. The fat, protein, and lactose contents also did not differ in these samples. However, somatic cell count (SCC) was lower in heat-treated colostrum than those in fresh colostrum (p<0.05). At the phylum level for the microbiome of fresh colostrum, Proteobacteria (44.16%) was the most abundant taxa, followed by Bacteroidota (33.26%), Firmicutes (10.04%), Actinobacteriota (7.14%), and a marginal difference in the order of abundance was observed in heat-treated colostrum. At the genus level, bacteria belonging to Sphingomonas, Delftia, Ochrobactrum, Simplicispira, and Lactobacillus were more abundant (p<0.05) in the heat-treated colostrum, while the abundance of Acinetobacter in the fresh colostrum was four times more (p<0.05) than that in the heat-treated colostrum. Our results demonstrated that heating does not affect IgG level and colostrum composition but reduces SCC (p<0.05), suggesting that heat-treated colostrum can potentially be put to further use (e.g., feeding Hanwoo calves) without compromising its quality. Differences in the microbiome between the fresh and heat-treated colostrum were limited. Further studies are required to extensively investigate the quality and safety of colostrum collected from dairy farms to ensure better utilization and processing at a local agricultural technology center.
This study explores the utilization level of smart manufacturing systems in the value chain processes of manufacturing and empirically examines the effect of the utilization level of these systems on manufacturing competitiveness in SMEs. Smart manufacturing systems in the value chain processes are categorized into Sales, Purchasing, Production & Logistics, and Support systems. By analyzing the research model using structural equation modeling, this study identifies that Sales systems, Purchasing systems, Production & Logistics systems, and Support systems have a significant impact on manufacturing process efficiency. Additionally, Production & Logistics systems and manufacturing process efficiency positively and significantly influence manufacturing competitiveness. The findings suggest that the utilization of information is directly and positively related to manufacturing process efficiency, including reducing lead-time, decreasing work performance man-hours (M/H), and improving work accuracy. These improvements ultimately have a significant impact on manufacturing competitiveness. In conclusion, the use of smart manufacturing systems is becoming an integral part of the manufacturing industry. To gain a competitive edge, it will be necessary to introduce and utilize optimal smart manufacturing systems, taking into account the size of manufacturing firms.
본 연구는 공연예술축제에 참여한 관람객이 원하는 다양한 체험과 주 관적인 견해인 지각된 가치가 관람만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인 하고 지각된 가치의 매개효과를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 첫 째, 체험요소는 지각된 가치에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, 지각된 가치는 관람만족에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋 째, 체험요소와 관람만족의 관계에서 지각된 가치는 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 이러한 결과는 체험요소가 지각된 가치를 증가시켜 관람만족을 증가시키는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따 라서 다채로운 체험을 통해 받게 되는 자극이 관람객에게 강한 영향을 주고 매력적으로 판단하여 공연 관람만족으로 이어지는 것으로 볼 수 있 다. 이를 통해 축제 운영자들에게 관람객 만족도를 높일 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제공하고 축제의 효과적인 운영과 성장을 위한 전략을 제안하 였다.
2022년 우리나라의 합계출산율이 0.78명으로 역대 최저를 기록했다. 그러나, 한 국의 최저 출생률 상황에서도 유아용품 시장은 성장하고 있는 특이한 양상을 보이고 있다. 좋은 제품을 원하는 부모의 소비 욕구와 경제적 합리성을 고려한 양육자의 소비 특성은 유아 용품 시장의 양면성을 나타내는 것이다. 그러나 이에 대한 연구는 미비하기에, 본 연구는 유아 용품 소비자의 양면적 특성을 분석하여 소비가치가 태도와 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보고자 하였다. 특히 유아용품 브랜드 유형을 중저가와 프리미엄으로 분류하고 이에 따른 소비 가치와 소비자 행동 간의 상관관계를 조사하여 시장에 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 프리미엄 유아용품 브랜드와 중저가 유아용품 브랜드의 양면적 소비자에게 미치는 영향을 탐색하였고, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아용품의 소비가치는 일반적으로 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 사회적 가치는 유아용품의 소비가치 중에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 프리미엄 유아용품에서는 사회적 가치가 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 중저가 유아용품에서는 부정적인 영향을 미친것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중저가 유아용품은 기능적 가치의 중요성이 높았다. 넷째, 프리미엄 유아용품과 중저가 유아용품 간의 제품 구매를 통한 감정적 만족도에는 큰 차이가 없었다. 다섯째, 유아용품 구매 시 대다수의 소비자가 이성적 가치와 감정적 가치를 복합적으로 고려하는 양면적 소비자로 나타났다. 실무 적으로는 프리미엄 유아용품과 중저가 유아용품의 차이에 대한 이해를 통해, 사회적 가치에 대한 브랜드 전략의 중요성과 중저가 유아용품에서는 기능성 강조가 효과적일 것임을 강조 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 유아용품 시장의 동향과 소비자 행동에 대한 깊은 이해를 제공하여 기업 들이 효과적인 전략 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대할 수 있다.
Coal tar pitch is a raw material that can be made from various carbon materials such as activated carbon, carbon fiber, and artificial graphite through heat treatment. In particular, it is an important raw material used as a binder and impregnated pitch when manufacturing carbon composite materials. In order to improve the physical properties of such a carbon composite material, the content of β-resin is an important factor. Although β-resin plays the role of a binder, it also corresponds to fixed carbon, so it can determine the physical properties after carbonization. In this study, we compared the physical properties of coal tar pitch various temperature ramping rate, and found through Py-GC/MS analysis that intermediate materials were generated by heteroatoms such as oxygen and nitrogen. MALDI-TOF/MS analysis revealed that these intermediate materials overlapped with the molecular weight region of β-resin. Therefore, the content of β-resin is in the following order: 430–5 (12.8 wt%), 430–10 (10.2 wt%), and 430–2 (6.3 wt%), and when 430–5 is used as a binder, the highest density appeared at 1.75 g/cm3. However, such intermediate materials undergo thermal decomposition even at temperatures above 900 °C. As a result, after carbonization, 430–5 had a density of 1.60 g/cm3, which was similar or lower than that of 430–2 (1.72 → 1.63 g/ cm3) and 430–10 (1.73 → 1.61 g/cm3). From these results, it is expected that if the heteroatom content is distributed in an appropriate amount and the heating rate is well controlled, it will be possible to maintain a high density even after carbonization while ensuring a high beta-resin content.
국경 간 인수합병(Cross-border M&A)은 이중 조직 정체성과 다양한 제도적 환경을 관리하는 복잡한 통합 과제를 포함한다. 기존 연구들은 주로 국가 수준의 요인에 초점을 맞췄지만, 특히 자 회사의 경험과 같은 목표 기업의 특성에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 부족했다. 본 연구는 자회사 대 독립 기업, 국내 자회사 대 해외 자회사와 같은 다양한 목표 기업의 특성이 국경을 넘는 M&A에서 인수 기업의 주주 가치에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 분석한다. 1994년부터 2012년까지의 국경을 넘 는 M&A 거래에 대한 이벤트 연구를 통해, 자회사의 경험이 인수 기업의 주주 가치를 증가시킨다 는 것을 발견했다. 그러나 제도적 거리가 증가할수록 국내 자회사의 경험 가치는 감소하는 경향이 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 국경을 넘는 M&A에서 자회사 경험의 중요성을 강조하며, 제도적 거 리가 그 효과를 어떻게 조절하는지를 보여준다. 이는 연구자와 실무자 모두에게 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.
This study examines the impact of Strategic Emphasis (SE) on Enterprise Value (EV) in KOSDAQ 150 firms, exploring how the balance between Value Creation (VC) and Value Appropriation (VA) strategies influences Tobin's Q as a measure of EV across different industries. Using Mizik and Jacobson's Strategic Emphasis framework, this research conducted a panel regression analysis on financial and stock market data of KOSDAQ 150 firms over a decade (2014–2023). This study employed a comprehensive empirical framework that accounts for industry characteristics, firm profitability, and time effects to examine how different sectors respond to SE changes. The analysis revealed that SE significantly impacts EV, with varying effects across industries. For instance, VC strategies positively influenced EV in the Healthcare sector, whereas VA strategies proved more effective in the Consumer Discretionary sector. Additionally, the relationship between SE and EV was moderated by firm profitability and shaped by industry-specific factors. This study highlights the importance of choosing appropriate measures, such as Tobin's Q, when evaluating corporate strategies. The findings offer actionable insights for Korean venture firms, emphasizing that strategic resource allocation should be tailored to industry-specific dynamics and a firm’s financial context to maximize EV.
This study was carried out to investigate the effects of seeding dates on the growth characteristics, dry matter yield and mineral contents of rye cultivated in the paddy field. The field experiment was conceived as a randomized block design performed in triplicate with seeding dates of October 19 (T1), October (T2), November 2 (T3), November 9 (T4), and November 16 (T5). All treatments was harvested on May 22 of the following year. Plant length, stem diameter, dry matter yield, and total digestible nutrient (TDN) yield were higher in rye with early seeding dates (p<0.05), whereas TDN was higher with late seeding dates (p<0.05). There was no significant difference between crude protein and ether extract among the different seeding dates. Neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) were higher with early seeding dates (p<0.05). K and Ca contents were significantly higher at T1 as compared to other treatments (T2, T3, T4 and T5). There was no significant difference in Mg and Na content among T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 treatments. P content was higher in the order T1 > T2 > T3 > T4 > T5 (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in free sugar contents (glucose, fructose and sucrose) by treatments, whereas total free sugar content was the highest in T1 than in the other treatments (p<0.05). Collectively, the results obtained in this study indicate that it is favorable to seed (T1 and T2) soon after harvesting rice to increase dry matter, TDN yield and total free sugar content of rye in the midlands of Korea.
In a situation where the importance of eco-friendly fashion is growing, this study adds to the needed research by analyzing consumption value satisfaction factors, brand image, and repurchase intentions of eco-friendly fashion products. During the investigation, the impact of gender was also accounted for to establish an effective marketing strategy. In June 2024, 250 surveys were evaluated from domestic consumers with experience purchasing eco-friendly fashion products. Descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were performed. Five factors were measured to determine satisfaction with the consumption value of eco-friendly fashion products: emotional value, functional value, social and situational value, passive value, and rare and eco-friendly value. Empirically subdividing satisfaction with eco-friendly fashion as recognized by consumers reveals meaningful findings about consumption value. Among the factors of consumption value satisfaction with eco-friendly fashion products, functional value, social and situational value, and rare and eco-friendly value all positively affected repurchase intention. The consumer’s gender also made a difference in satisfaction. Considering these results, the marketing effect of eco-friendly fashion can be increased. This study will be able to increase the ESG management effect of fashion companies. By performing ESG management, the fashion industry can achieve social and environmental responsibility along with sustainable growth.
The Yongzhai Library (庸齋文庫) edition of Gujin Shilin (古今釋林) was compiled by Korean scholar Lee Ui-bong (李義鳳) on the basis of additional annotation of Zheng Baoweng (鄭抱翁)’s Ximen Yulu (溪門語錄解) Annotation by searching Zhuzi (朱子)’s quotations, etc., learning dialect and common sayings, local pronunciation, official reading, imitated ErYa (爾雅), and annotated more than 21000 Chinese characters from more than 1500 ancient books. This book has important research value in the following aspects: ①from the perspective of language research, it has ideal data for studying the formation and construction of early vernacular Chinese compound words; ②from the perspective of dictionary compilation, it can be used as the earliest Chinese vernacular language dictionary published in the middle of the Choson Period; ③from the perspective of cross-cultural language dissemination, it reflects the characteristics of the times and the different ways of national thinking of words.
