        본 연구는 치유정원 구성요소로서 실내식물에 대한 221명 도시민의 인식을 실내식물 관리경험에 의해 비교하였다. 실내식물을 관리한 경험은 여성과 연령이 높을수록 높았으며, 단독주택과 공동주택 거주자가 높았다. 성별, 연령대, 주거유형에 따라 식물 관리 경험에는 차이가 있었다. 실내식물의 기능 중 환경 개선과 심리적 안정 등의 중요도가 높았으며, 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 차이가 있었다. 여성, 40대, 단독주택, 아파트 거주민은 심리적 측면에서, 남성, 20대, 30대, 50대는 물리적 측면에서 식물을 활용하는 것이 중요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 식물을 관리한 경험이 있으면 분위기 조절, 정서 안정 등 심리적 측면의 중요도가 높은 반면, 관리경험이 없으면 물리적 환경 구성 측면의 중요도가 높았다. 식물 관리경험이 있을수록 식물의 필요도가 높으며, 공간장식, 온습도 조절, 정서 안정 등의 기능은 식물의 필요도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 된다. 식물을 관리한 경험은 정서적, 심리적 측면에서 중요도와 필요도에 긍정적 영향을 준다. 따라서 다양한 식물에 대한 경험은 식물의 치유효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 요인이 될 수 있다. 식물에 대한 인지적 정보와 체험에 의한 지각에는 차이가 있으므로 치유정원 요소로서 식물을 활용하고자 할 때에는 식물을 통해 건강증진효과를 높일 수 있는 식물의 활용이 요구된다.

        In this study, stiffness evaluation was conducted on the main member, front cross member, and rear cross member, which are three components of sub-frame for SUVs (sports utility vehicles), through mode analysis. As for the design variables used in the analysis, the maximum frequency was examined by varying the width and height of each of the three parts into four types. Of course, the weight at this time is minimized, and the mode is set as a constraint that only bending occurs and no distortion occurs. As a result of the analysis, the member affecting the 1st mode was the rear cross member, and the member having the greatest influence on the 2nd mode was the front cross member. In addition, the member with the greatest influence on the 3rd mode appeared as the rear cross member, indicating that this part had the greatest effect on the bending stiffness.

        Development of a long-range artillery intercept system to counter the threat of enemy long-range artillery is in progress. This intercept system is a complex combination of several components. In addition, the ability to engage simultaneously is emphasized due to the characteristic of having to respond to numerous enemy bullets. In this study, the performance according to the arrangement of the detection asset and missile launchers, which are key components of the system, is analyzed. A simulation experiment was performed assuming the enemy attack at various azimuth and launch angles. As a result of the analysis, the radar seems to provide sufficient detection capability in any situation, but in the case of the launcher, the effect of the enemy's launch angle can be critical. It is recommended to place both radar and launchers behind the protection target.

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중으로 입원한 환자를 대상으로 국제 기능ㆍ장애ㆍ건강 분류(International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health(ICF) 핵심지표(core-set)에 따른 인지 요인과 참여 간에 상관관계를 확인하고, 참여에 영향을 미치는 인지 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구의 독립변수는 뇌졸중 환자의 인지 요인이며, 세부적으로는 의식수준, 지남력, 기억력,주의집중, 언어영역, 구성능력, 계산능력, 사고력, 실행기능으로 지정하였다. 그 중 지남력, 기억력, 주의집중, 언어영역, 구성능력, 계산능력, 사고력 평가는 신경행동학적 인지상태 검사(Korean Neurobehavior Cognitive Status Examination; K-NCSE), 실행기능은 Kims 전두엽-관리기능 신경심리검사 II(Kims Frontal-Executive Function Neuropsychology Test II; K-FENT II)를 사용하였다. 종속변인은 참 여 영역으로 두 개의 종속변수(일상적 활동, 사회적 역할)가 지정되었고, 일상적 활동과 사회적 역할로 구분하여 한글판 Life-Habits assessment 3.1(Korean version LIFE-H 3.1)을 사용하였다. 통계분 석은 SPSS 25.0을 통해 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 결과 : 모든 인지 요인은 참여와의 상관관계에서 통계적으로 유의하였다. 뇌졸중 환자의 인지 요인과 일 상적 활동 간의 상관관계는 언어영역(r = .527, p < .001), 실행기능(r = .488, p < .001), 계산능력 (r = .477, p < .001) 순으로 높게 나타났고, 사회적 역할은 언어영역(r = .481, p < .001), 기억력 (r = .480, p < .001), 주의집중(r = .460, p < .001) 순으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석의 결과로는 일 상적 활동은 언어영역(t = 4.00, p < .001)과 구성능력(t = 2.85, p < .01), 사회적 역할은 언어영역 (t = 2.36, p < .05)과 기억력(t = 2.35, p < .05)이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 뇌졸중 환자의 참여에 영향을 미치는 다양한 인지 요인을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라 서 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자의 참여 향상을 위한 각 인지 요인을 예측하고, 보다 정확한 중재 계획을 수립 하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        Punishment is an important method for the ruling class to discipline criminals and alert people. According to historical records, a systematic punishment system was already existent during the Xia Dynasty. The “Ancient Five Punishments” recorded in Book of Documents occupies an important position in ancient Chinese punishments. Because they were all corporal punishment and the execution methods were extremely cruel so they were abolished in the Han Dynasty. The execution process of corporal punishment depends on the use of various knives. Therefore, punishment in ancient China is closely related to the “knife”. Shuo Wen Jie Zi contains a large number of Chinese characters related to punishment, and they are closely related to the “Ancient Five Punishments”. “刵(Er)”, as an ear-cutting penalty, can be traced back to the Zhou Dynasty or even earlier, and has similar meaning with the words “聝(Guo)” and “取(Q u)”. “㓷(Yi)” and “劓(Yi)” are variants of each other, and they were widely used as a penalty for cutting the nose only before the Han Dynasty. “刖(Yue)” means the punishment of cutting the legs, which has same meaning with the words “剕(Fei)” and “跀(Yue)”, but it was different from the word of “膑(Bin)” though they have similar meaning. The three characters “ (Xing)”, “刭(Jing)” and “刎(Wen)” can be explained by each other, and they all refer to the punishment of beheading. “罚(Fa)” means punishment for minor crimes. This word and the word of “刑(Xing)” meaning the punishment for serious crimes constitute the phrase of “刑罚(Xingfa)” in Chinese.

        After nuclear power plants are permanently shut down and decommissioned, the remaining irradiated metal components such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and Inconel can be used as neutron absorber. This study investigates the possibility of reusing these metal components as neutron absorber materials, that is burnable poison. The absorption cross section of the irradiated metals did not lose their chemical properties and performance even if they were irradiated over 40-50 years in the NPPs. To examine the absorption capability of the waste metals, the lattice calculations of WH 17×17 fuel assembly were analyzed. From the results, Inconel-718 significantly hold-down fuel assembly excess reactivity compared to stainless steel 304 and carbon steel because Inconel-718 contains a small amount of boron nuclide. From the results, a 20wt% impurity of boron in irradiated Inconel-718 enhances the excess reactivity suppression. The application of irradiated Inconel-718 as a burnable absorber for SMR core was investigated. The irradiated Inconel-718 impurity with 20wt% of boron content can maintain and suppress the whole core reactivity. We emphasize that the irradiated metal components can be used as burnable absorber materials to control the reactivity of commercial reactor power and small modular reactors.

        In this paper the potential of the principal component analysis(PCA) technique for the application of detecting leaks in water pipe networks was evaluated. For this purpose the PCA was conducted to evaluate the relevance of the calculated outliers of a PCA model utilizing the recorded pipe flows and the recorded pipe leak incidents of a case study water distribution system. The PCA technique was enhanced by applying the computational algorithms developed in this study which were designed to extract a partial set of flow data from the original 24 hour flow data so that the effective outlier detection rate was maximized. The relevance of the calculated outliers of a PCA model and the recorded pipe leak incidents was analyzed. The developed algorithm may be applied in determining further leak detection field work for water distribution blocks that have more than 70% of the effective outlier detection rate. However, the analysis suggested that further development on the algorithm is needed to enhance the applicability of the PCA in detecting leaks by considering series of leak reports happening in a relatively short period.

        To identify and compare the venom components and expression patterns of some bees/wasps, venom gland-specific transcriptome analyses were conducted for 14 Aculeate bees/wasps. Most of the allergens and pain-producing factors showed extremely high expression levels in social wasps, implying that social wasps have evolved to use venom to defend the colony against intruders. Acid phosphatase and tachykinin, which are known as allergens and neurotoxic peptides, were found with high frequencies in the venom glands of solitary wasps. This suggests that solitary wasps might use their venom for catching and preserving prey. In the venom glands of bumblebees, little or no transcripts of major allergens or pain producing factors were identified, implying that bumblebees venoms are relatively less toxic than those of social or solitary wasps. Taken together, the differential expression patterns of venom genes in some Aculeate bees/wasps implies that bees/wasps have unique groups of highly expressed venom components, which appear to have evolved in response to both ecological and behavioral influences.

        To identify the venom components and their expression patterns of some Aculeata bees/wasps, venom gland-specific transcriptome analysis was conducted. FPKM values were normalized with the average of the transcription level of reference gene (a-tubulin). Common components in both solitary and social wasp venoms include hyaluronidase, phospholipase A2, metalloendopeptidase, etc. Although it has been expected that more diverse bioactive components with the functions of prey inactivation and physiology manipulation are present in solitary wasps, the information on venom compositions of solitary wasps obtained in this study was not sufficient to generalizae this notion. Nevertheless, some neurotoxic peptides (e.g., pompilidotoxin and dendrotoxin-like peptide) and proteins (e.g., insuline-like peptide binding protein) appear to be specific to solitary wasp venom. In contrast, several proteins, such as venom allergen 5 protein, venom acid phosphatase, and various phospholipases, appear to be relatively more abundant in social wasp venom. In the venom gland trancsriptome of bumblebees, major allergens or pain producing factors were barely identified, implying that bumblebee venoms are relatively less toxic than those of social or solitary wasps.

        Based on the bamboo texts of the early Western Han dynasty excavated at Zhangjiashan, this thesis investigates the evolution of Han characters by tracing the origin of form mélange of radicals and components in Han characters. In this thesis, “mélange” refers to the phenomenon of miswriting characters and radicals of different forms, pronunciations and meanings, or components of irrelevant forms and meanings as those of the same form, without limiting to the mélange of characters of similar forms. First, the author set the prototypes of different sets of mixed radicals or components in the Zhangjiashan Han Bamboo Texts in order to restore their original appearances. Then, the author traced if the writing of particular mixed radicals or components are found in the survived bronzeware script of the Western Zhou dynasty and the Spring and Autumn Period, the characters of the six countries in the Warring Period or the characters of the Qin dynasty. The author also examined the influence on form mélange of the “clerical script transformation” where “contours” were transformed into “strokes” in Han characters, to elucidate the radical or component mélange of the Zhangjiashan Han Bamboo Texts.

        The changes in the aroma and spoilage odor emitted from eleven ‘Hongro’ apples during ten weeks’ storage were investigated using six types of metal oxide semiconductor gas sensor arrays. The gas sensors used in the evaluation were sensitive to apple-emitted aroma or spoilage odor, and a high reproducibility of 5% relative standard deviation or less was confirmed. Significantly, the change in apple-emitted aroma or spoilage odor was easily distinguished by the optimal gas sensor and a significant correlation (r=0.992) between decay rate and sensitivity change was observed. The results of a principal component analysis of the signal patterns obtained by data standardization using the optimal gas sensor showed a clear classification between decayed sampler groups and undecayed sampler groups.

        Beneficial effects of glucosinolate in Chinese cabbage on human health have propelled researches on biochemical and genetic characteristics of glucosinolate and Chinese cabbage. However, growth conditions which are practically important in producing functional Chinese cabbage and in optimizing glucosinolate have been little focused. The objective of this study, hence, was to identify growth conditions affecting glucosinolate contents so that the result could be used for further optimizing glucosinolate in Chinese cabbage. We used principal component analysis (PCA) for analyzing glucosinolate contents in Chinese cabbage cultivated under various growth conditions in the plant factory. As a result, PCA showed that two principal components were able to explain more than 76% of variations in glucosinolate contents caused by different growth conditions. The first principal component (PC1) was mainly represented by humidity and temperature, while growth duration was the main component of PC2. From these results, it was conclusive that glucosinolate contents in Chinese cabbage were largely affected by humidity, temperature and growth duration.

        We performed Principle Component Analysis (PCA) over 264 galaxies in the IRAS Revised Bright Galaxy Sample (Sanders et al., 2003) using 12, 25, 60 and 100 μm ux data observed by IRAS and 9, 18, 65, 90 and 140 μm ux data observed by AKARI. We found that (i)the first principle component was largely contributed by infrared to visible ux ratio, (ii)the second principal component was largely contributed by the ux ratio between IRAS and AKARI, (iii)the third principle component was largely contributed by infrared colors.

        본 연구에서는 하고초(Prunella vulgaris L.)의 50% 에탄올 추출물, 에틸아세테이트 분획 및 아글리콘 분획을 대상으로 항산화 활성과 유효성분 분석 연구를 수행하였다. 1,1-Diphenyl-2- picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)를 이용한 자유라디칼 소거활성(FSC50)은 50% 에탄올 추출물, 에틸아세테이트 분 획 및 아글리콘 분획에서 각각 15.25 μg/mL, 8.68 μg/mL 및 8.25 μg/mL이었다. Luminol 발광법을 이용한 Fe3+-EDTA/H2O2계에서 생성된 활성산소종(reactive oxygen species, ROS)에 대한 하고초 추출 물의 총항산화능(OSC50)은 50% 에탄올 추출물, 에틸아세테이트 분획 및 아글리콘 분획에서 각각 4.68 μg/mL, 1.00 μg/mL 및 1.02 μg/mL이었다. 1O2로 유도된 적혈구 세포손상에 대한 보호효과는 1 ~ 25 μg/mL의 농도에서 농도 의존적으로 증가하였고, 특히 25 μg/mL 농도에서 아글리콘 분획의 τ50 이 337.9 min으로 높은 세포 보호 활성을 나타내었다. 이는 대표적인 항산화 물질로 알려진 (+)-α -tocopherol (τ50 = 38.7 분)보다도 9배나 큰 세포 보호 효과를 나타냄을 알았다. 실험에 사용된 하고 초 추출물의 에틸아세테이트 분획과 아글리콘 분획에 대하여 TLC와 HPLC를 이용한 성분 분석을 수행 하였다. 에틸아세테이트 분획에서는 caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid, quercetin 3-β-D-glucoside, rutin, kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, astragalin (kaempferol-3-O-glucoside)을 확인하였다. 아글리콘 분획에서 는 caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid, quercetin 및 kaempferol이 존재함을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과들로부 터, 하고초 추출물 및 분획물은 1O2 또는 ROS를 소거함으로써 세포막을 보호할 수 있는 천연 항산화제 로서 화장품 분야에서 응용이 가능함을 시사하였다.
