본 연구에서는 기생성 천적 쌍꼬리진디벌(Binodoxys communis)에 대한 분류·동정과 성비, 수명 등 생물학적 특성과 기주 선호성을 조사하였다. 본 시험에서 조사한 온도 조건(17.5°C ~ 35.0°C) 중 35.0°C를 제외한 모든 온도 조건에서 발육이 정상적으로 완료되었다. 온도 조건별로 는 17.5°C에서 발육 기간이 21.7일로 가장 길었고, 32.5°C에서 6.4일로 나타나 온도가 높아질수록 발육 기간이 짧아지는 경향을 보였다. 암수 성 비는 25.0°C ~ 30.0°C의 온도범위 내에서 암컷의 비율이 높은 경향을 보였다. 암컷의 발육영점온도는 10.87°C, 유효적산온도는 175.44 DD였고, 수컷은 발육영점온도는 10.74°C, 유효적산온도는 175.44 DD로 암수간 유의한 차이는 없었다. 복숭아혹진딧물 등 4종의 농작물 주요 진딧 물을 대상으로 한 기주 선호성은 상대적으로 목화진딧물에 대하여 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 콩진딧물에 대해서도 높은 편이었지만, 복숭아 혹진딧물과 싸리수염진딧물에 대하여는 선호도가 낮거나 없는 것으로 나타났다.
In this study, the BMI characteristics and food preference were examined according to the Sasang constitution typology. The constitution type of the subjects was judged by SCAT2 (SC) and Sasang specialists (SP), and the data were compared with the group (SS) in which the two results coincided. The results of SC and SP were consistent with 55 (38.2%) out of 144 subjects. Among the 55 subjects, there were 36 (65.5%), 15 (27.2%), and 4 (7.3%) Soeumin, Taeeumin, and Soyangin, respectively. The BMI of Taeeumin was significantly higher than that of Soeumin (p< .001) in all analytical methods. On the other hand, there was a difference in determining the body shape of Soyangin between the SCAT2 and specialists. The Taeeum-Soeum Food Preference Index was applied to compare the food preference to 41 types of food. In SS analysis, 13 kinds of foods preferred by Taeeumin or Soeumin were found, of which 8 (19.5%) were consistent with the existing food data. Taeeumin preferred 6 kinds of food, such as cold soybean-soup noodles, wild sesame seaweed soup, pan-fried tofu, Yeongun-jorim, Doraji-namul, and soy milk. In contrast, the favorite foods of Soeumin were black rice and Dak-galbi.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of using the simulation landscape image by analyzing the landscape characteristics of the Landscape image and the simulation landscape image among the methods to grasp the quantitative relationship between the physical change of the user and the human response. The research subjects were set as Cheongnyang-ri station square, and the research method is as follows. A survey was conducted based on the extracted landscape adjectives for comparison of actual landscape image and simulated landscape images. In addition, image analysis, preference and complexity analysis, and decision factor of landscape preference were analyzed to Comparison analysis the characteristics of actual landscape image and simulated landscape images. The results of comparative analysis are as follows. First, it can be seen that there is no difference in the factors that affect the specificity and openness in using the simulation landscape image. Second, preference analysis shows that both the Landscape image and the simulation landscape image are the most preferred at 10% of users. Third, the complexity is low at 0% in both the Landscape image and the simulation landscape image, and 35% is high in complexity. Fourth, the comparative analysis of the decision factor of landscape preference by 'visual complexity and preference', 'User fluctuation and preference', 'User fluctuation and visual complexity' were analyzed. Therefore, it can be seen that the method using the simulation landscape image rather than the actual landscape image is more efficient when analyzing the visual cognitive characteristics.
In this study, we conducted an empirical analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) by distributing questionnaires to 208 Chinese tourists who constitute the largest proportion of foreign tourists visiting South Korea. The survey was conducted in a face to face (FTF) manner with the aim to contribute to globalization of Korean cuisine through comprehensive analysis of the effects of preference characteristics of Korean wave dramas on the relationship among images, attitudes, and purchase intentions for Korean cuisine. The main actor characteristics among the preference characteristics of Korean wave dramas had a significant effect on the attitudes and purchase intentions for Korean cuisine. However, the thematic characteristics among the preference characteristics of Korean wave dramas did not have a significant effect on the purchase intentions for Korean cuisine; in addition, the production characteristics did not have a significant effect on the attitudes and purchase intentions for Korean cuisine. The eco-friendly and health images of Korean cuisine had a significant effect on the purchase intentions for Korean cuisine, and the attitudes toward Korean cuisine significantly affected the purchase intentions for Korean cuisine. Based on the results of this study, it is considered necessary to continuously publicize Korean cuisine through Korean wave dramas to build positive attitudes toward Korean cuisine through enhanced images of Korean cuisine.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among recognition, preference, and purchasing characteristics for Changnyeong onions and garlic as well as festival satisfaction among participants at agricultural product festivals in the Changnyeong region. Results showed that festival satisfaction of ‘place of festival’ was highest while ‘convenience facility & event contents’ earned the lowest scores. Most subjects (90.5%) had purchased Changnyeong agricultural and processed products. A major purchasing type was fresh agricultural products (66.7%). The pathways to recognize Changnyeong agricultural products were mostly ‘promotion by related institutions’ (22.0%), ‘family · relatives’ (20.8%), ‘mass media’ (16.6%), and ‘festivals and events’ (16.1%). The most considered factors for purchasing regional products were ‘geographical origin’ and ‘ingredients’. Changnyeong onion showed higher scores for recognition and preference and rate of purchase experience and intention than for garlic. The correlation coefficients of recognition and preference for onion and galic were 0.603 (p<0.001) and 0.598 (p<0.001), respectively. The explanation power (R2) of related variables for purchase of Changnyeong onions was 0.258. The regression coefficients (β) for ‘recognition’, ‘preference’ and ‘convenient facility & event contents’ were positive, whereas the regression coefficient for ‘price’ was negative. Recognition, preference, and convenient facility & event contents with garlic purchase showed a positive relationship (R2=0.253). The most effective promotion method to increase sales of Changnyeong agricultural products was ‘local festivals and events’ (27.8%).
본 논문은 경전철 건설로 인한 도심의 경관훼손 저감 및 쾌적한 가로경관을 위한 교량하부녹화방안을 제시하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 대상지는 대구광역시 도시철도 3호선이 건설되는 구간이며, 고층아파트 및 상업시설이 밀집된 지역을 사례지로선정하였다. 교량하부 녹화방식 을 유형화한 뒤, 유형별 선호도의 차이와 시각적 이미지를 평가하고자 3차원 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 각 장면을 제작 하였으며, 경관형용사를 이용하여 설문평가를 실시하였 다. 분석결과, 화목열식유형의 선호도가 가장 높게 평가되 었으며, 교량경관에 대한 선호도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 조화성인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교량하부의 효율 적인 녹화계획을 위한 기반을 마련하는데 중요한 기초자 료가 될 것으로 판단된다.
The effects of different ingredient formulations on physicochemical qualities and consumer preferences were investigated using Baikseolgi incorporated with perilla powder, a healthy food ingredient, as a model system. Perilla powder was incorporated into the formulation at five different amounts (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% (w/w)) by replacing equivalent amount of non-glutinous rice flour. After appropriate mixing, rice cakes were steamed and quality attributes were evaluated after cooling. The pH increased but moisture content decreased significantly with an increase in the perilla powder substitution (p < 0.05). Lightness (L*) decreased significantly from 80.32 to 70.73 with the higher incorporation of perilla powder (p < 0.05), indicating that the color of Baikseolgi became dark. Redness (a*) and yellowness (b*); on the other hand, increased significantly (p < 0.05). Hardness decreased significantly as the perilla powder content increased in the formulation (p < 0.05). With respect to overall acceptability, the control received the highest mean score of 5.90; however, this was not significantly different from all samples tested except for 20% sample (p > 0.05). Five percent sample received the highest or competitively high preference scores in all attributes; thus, incorporation of 5% perilla powder in the formulation of Baikseolgi would be recommended while taking advantages of the health benefits of perilla without sacrificing the quality acceptance by the consumers.
본 연구에서는 로봇디자인에 대한 선호 반응의 결과를 바탕으로 로봇 얼굴을 구성하는 조형요소의 조합 관계에 대한 특성을 분석하는 것이 기본적인 목적이다. 아울러 분석 결과로부터 선호도를 향상시키기 위한 디자인가이드의 제시 가능성을 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 27가지의 로봇 얼굴 사진을 실험자극으로 선정하고, 선호 반응 및 연상 반응에 관한 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 로봇 얼굴의 형태 보다는 눈의 형태가 선호 반응에 많은 영향을 미치는 등 다양한 특성이 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 로봇 얼굴에 대한 선호반응에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있는 각 조형요소의 특성 도출 및 기본적 디자인가이드라인을 제시할 수 있었다. 구체적으로 먼저, 눈의 형태는 세로의 길이가 가로 길이 보다는 긴(167%) 타원형을 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 눈 사이의 거리는 얼굴 폭의 35% 정도를 유지해야 한다. 또한 눈의 위치는 얼굴의 중심축으로부터 상향에 배치하여 시각적으로 안정감을 주는 것이 중요하다. 머리 전체의 형태는 원형을 이용한 구 타입이 바람직하다. 머리의 형태와 눈과의 조화는 로봇으로서 기본적으로 갖추어야 할 귀엽고 깜찍한 이미지를 구현하는 것이 필요하다.

광대노련재의 계대사육법을 확립하기 위해 , 605% R.H., 16L.8D광주기조건 의 실내 사육환경하에서 대체먹이인 생땅콩을 급여하여 사육하면서 발육 특성과 기주 및 산란선 호성을 조사하였다. 광대노련재의 1세대 소요일수는 평균 48일이었다. 알은 유백색의 구형이고 1 난괴당 산란수는 14개가 대부분이었다. 알.약충의 발육기간을 조사한 결과 알기간은 8.20.4일 이었고 각 령별 약충기간은 1령 5.40.2일,2령 8.40.5일, 3령 6.40.4일,4령 7.40.3일,5령 12.60.8일이였다. 성충의 생존일수는 수컷이 평균 30.8일, 암컷은 35.4일 정도였다. 성충화율은 5 57.1%였는데 암수비융은 47: 53으로 수컷의 비율이 약간 높았다. 산란전기간은 평균 22.5일이었 고 펑균산란회수는 4.4회였다. 산란선호성은 기주식물이 있을 경우에는 기주에 산란하지만 기주식 물을 제외시킨 경우에는 아크릴 사육상자, 철망보다는 인조잎에 더 많이 산란하였다. 광대노린재 성충의 기주선호성을 조사한 결과 대상식물 18종 중 황벽나무, 산초나무, 산수유, 충층나무 등의 줄기 및 과실을 가장 잘 흡즙하는 것으로 나타났다.
This study was designed to evaluate the sensory characteristics and consumer preference of dog meat foods as compared with beef ones. The sensory evaluation was conducted by a 10-member trained panel and 109 persons ranging in age from 23 to 59 participated in the consumer research. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The sensory characteristics. 1) In case of the meats boiled in water, it did not show any significant differences between dog and cow's meat in color as well as off-flavor. On the contrary, the other characteristics such as odor, tenderness, juiciness and oiliness of dog meat were evaluated stronger than those of beef. 2) when the meats were cooked as Tang (a kind of soup), the dog meat did not show any significant differences from beef not only in color and off-flavor but also in odor. 2. The consumer preference. 1) It appeared that consumers somewhat preferred beef Tang to dog meat Tang. However, they rated dog meat Tang as the 'neither liked nor disliked' food on an average. 2) Male consumers showed higher preference than female did for the dog meat tang. On the overall, dog meat foods are regarded to have some desirable sensory characteristics and can be acceptable to most people.
본 연구는 다문화 아동과 내국인 아동을 대상으로 식물·원예활동에 관한 인지적 특성과 선호도를 비교분석하여 학교 및 관련기관 등에서 다문화 아동 및 다문화 통합원예교육을 실시하기 위한 기본자료로 활용하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 안산의 다문화시범학교 및 서울, 경기 일원의 다문화 가정 아동 30여명과 서울시 초등학교 4학년 50여명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 설문을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체적인 원예활동 및 식물에 관한 선호는 모두 내국인 아동이 다문화 아동에 비해 높았다. 이는 내국인 아동의 원예에 관한 익숙성 및 선호가 다문화에 비해 높음을 나타내 주는 결과로 고려되었다. 둘째, 국적 여부에 상관없이 아동들의 식물재배경험 유무는 아동기의 원예활동 및 식물선호에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 다문화 아동들은 내국인 아동이 식물을 인지적 측면으로 고려하는 경향이 좀 더 높은 반면, 친구와 같은 존재 및 감정이입의 대상으로 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 다문화아동과 내국인 아동의 원예활동을 조사해 본 결과, 다문화 아동은 실내정원, 식물견학 활동을, 내국인 아동은 화훼장식 활동 등을 선호하였다. 다섯째, 다문화아동과 내국인 아동의 식물선호도를 조사해 본 결과, 다문화 아동은 작물, 화목(열대과일), 관엽류를, 내국인 아동은 작물, 화목(열대과일), 화단식물을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the landscape preference and landscape images of the Agricultural Aqueduct Bridges(AAB) by several different criteria. Semantic Differential Scale(SD scale) with landscape adjectives and landscape preference are used to estimate the alternatives of the AAB. The statistic methods such as descriptive analysis, t-test, factor analysis and regression, cluster analysis, are operated. The landscape preference of the alternatives is generally positive, 3.977 out of 7.000. The gate type is the most preferred, but the road-along type is the worst, by the location types. The simple repair type is the worst preferred, but total remodeling is the most, by the repair types. The characteristics of the AAB are analyzed and 4 factors of visual landscape are contracted; interest, orderliness, naturality and spatiality. Cumulative factor loading of these factors is about 65%, which is quite high. The higher and bigger AAB's are preferred, and the advanced finishing materials are also preferred, such as aluminum or wood panels. The long span is also preferred and the high repair cost would be preferred. But in this study, the cost-benefit analysis is not included, so it is recommended to research further, considering the cost variable with the visual factors.
