        해수 유동모델과 입자 추적자 모델을 이용하여 유해적조의 거동을 파악하였다. 통영-남해 주변해역에서 4대분조 (M2, S2, K1, O1)의 조류를 POM 모델을 이용하여 계산하였다. 대조기 최대 창조시의 조류는 북서향하고 최대 낙조시에는 남 동향하는 흐름을 보였다. 소조기 조류는 최대 창조시와 낙조시의 유향은 각각 대조기와 동일한 분포를 보였고, 유속이 대조기에 비하여 작게 나타났다. 조석잔차류의 분포를 보면 남동향 하는 흐름이 전반적으로 우세하게 나타난다. 이러한 유동환경에서 자 란만, 미조앞바다, 욕지도서측 해역에 유해적조 생물이 발생하였을 경우 시간에 따른 공간적 분포를 알기 위한 입자 추적자 모 델을 이용하였다.

        From April 2010 to the present, seasonal occurrence of Riptortus pedestris was investigated. Five locations for population density and migration route tracking were the same as last year (two sites of Mt. Yangseong, Jujung-dong, O-Chang, and the campus of Chungbuk National University(CBNU)). In Mt. Yangseong, separated the farmland (80m) and forest (200 and 300m) by altitude, population density in 2010 was showed high density at mid-June, mid-Aug., and late-Oct., but population density in 2011 was showed high density at late-April, late-July and mid-Aug. In O-Chang and Jujung-dong, population density in 2010 was captured the adult from June to Aug. in the farmland, and from Sept. to Nov. in the forest. Total captured number of R. pedestris were high in farmland than forest. In campus of CBNU, the adult was captured from mid-Jul. to late-Aug. It showed the difference in the population density by its environmental conditions. Attraction effect of pheromone lure trap with soybeans were good than that of pheromone lure trap only. To track the migration of R. pedestris, we painted the fluorescent paint with different color. Being painted 500 R. pedestris were released and recaptured 10 and 20 days after release. Among released 500 R. pedestris at asl 300m on Yangseong site A and B in 25 Apr. were recaptured one at 300 and 80 m at site A, and site B was recaptured one marked R. pedestris adult at 200 m. In 25 May, release at 200 m in site A was recaptured only 80 m with 2 and site B was recaptured 200m with 8 and 80m with 1. Released in 17 Jul. at 80 m, marked R. pedestris adults were recaptured only 80 m with 5 and 2, respectively. It means that R. pedestris adults seem to migrate from the forest to the farmland in this season, but the data from Aug. to Oct. in 2010 was different.

        주된 도시들의 불투수성 포장화에 따른 현상으로 토양의 사막화를 일으키고 있으며, 나아가, 도시 온난화 현상을 발생시켜 도시지역의 평균 온도를 올리는 원인이 되고 있다. 이로 인해 우수가 투수성 토양에 흡수되거나 잔류되어야 하는 양이 줄어듦에 따라 자주 도심지내에서 범람이 되는 현상을 보여주고 있다. 결국은 우수시스템이 제대로 작동하지 않고 침식이 발생하고 있다. 투수성 포장시스템과 관련해서는 블록 포장이 여러 군데서 수년 동안 사용되어 왔다. 또한 투수성 블록 포장은 전통적으로 사용된 아스팔트 포장 및 콘크리트 포장에 비해 다양한 형태로 사용될 수 있는 장점과 더불어 타 포장보다 미적으로 낳은 면을 보여 주고 있다. 따라서 도로의 현장 조건을 모사하기 위해 본 연구에서는 실험용 슬러지 및 휠 트래킹 장비를 이용한 블록 포장의 기능적인 투수성 평가를 실시하였다.

        In these days, mobile technology such as smart phone and GPS have an effect on business processes of many companies especially a transportation company. The purpose of this paper is to present the development processes of real time vehicles tracking and intelligent TMS(Transportation Management System) using smart phone applications. The objective of this study is two-fold. The first is to redesign business process of the transportation company. Using BPR(business process re-engineering), we analyze current processes to find opportunities for improvement redefining processes after adopting mobile technology precisely. The second is to develop the real time vehicles tracking and intelligent TMS. Proposed system consists of four parts: (1) intelligent TMS(web system) (2) real time vehicle tracking application for TMS (3) real time tracking application for customer (4) salesman supporting application. Developed system was tested at the transportation company and was found to be useful system.

        This study was conducted to determine the occurrence and route tracking of Riptortus clavatus from 5th April to 10th November, 2010. Investigation area was selected: farmland at Chungbuk National University (CBNU), Jujung-dong (Cheongju) and O-Chang (Cheongwon) that distinguished the farmland and the fores, and two sites by an altitude at Mt. Yangseong (Munui-myeon, Cheongwon). Aggression pheromone trap (below trap) and trap+soybean are set on two sites by an altitude of Mt. Yangseong farmland (80m) and forest (200 and 300 m). Population density of Riptortus pedestris showed the highest in Mid-Jun., Mid-Aug, and Late-Oct., and caught more trap+soybean than trap. Two sites of O-Chang and Jujung, R. pedestris was more caught to a farmland in June to August, but caught to forest at Sept. Comparison between traps, trap+soybean is more caught than trap, higher caught in season to a farmland from Jun. to Aug., a forest from Sept. to Nov. Farmland of CBNU without forest was caught from Mid-Jul. to Late-Aug, and the number of caught insect was higher in trap+soybean. This pattern caught more in trap+soybean shows the similar result from five investigation area but showed the difference according to the investigation area. R. pedestris was released after marked with florescent paint for route tracking. Ten days after release of 500 density at 200 m altitude (25th Aug), R. pedestris was re-caught seven in the same altitude, but the release at 80 m altitude (4th Oct.), R. pedestris was re-caught at 200 and 300 m. This result suggest that R. pedestris did not move in August to other altitude because of rich-food, however, R. pedestris seems to move in Oct. to the forest by reason of food-shortage or overwintering.

        최근에 들어 3D 입체영상 기술은 의료, 건축, 디자인 및 게임 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 마치 사용자가 실제 주변 환경과 상호작용을 하고 있는 것처럼 느끼게 해 주는 가상현실을 적용한 기술이 일반화되고 있는 추세이다. 입체영상을 제어하기 위한 종래 방법으로서는 마우스, 키보드 등의 도구를 사용하여 제어 신호를 입력하는 방법을 생각해 볼 수 있는데 이러한 방법은 사용자가 도구를 사용하여 입체영상을 제어해야 하는 불편함이 있었고 도구 사용의 오류로 인하여 입체영상을 원하는 대로 제어하기가 쉽지 않을 수도 있다는 문제점이 있다. 뿐만 아니라 이러한 제어 방법은 사용자가 콘텐츠를 사실감 있게 느끼지 못하게 되는 중요한 원인이기도 하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 마우스, 키보드 등의 도구를 사용하지 않고도 사용자의 자연스러운 움직임만으로 편리하고 사실감 있게 콘텐츠를 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 기술을 활용하여 입체영상 게임, 외과 수술 훈련, 군사 훈련, 조종사 시뮬레이션 등 다양한 3D 콘텐츠를 사실감 있게 제어할 수 있다.

        Recently, robot-assisted joint replacement surgeries are on the rise. Robot-assisted surgery can make more accurate outcome, and thus it will be more popular. For the accurate result, secure fixation of bone is necessary, but there are numerous difficulties for the secure fixation. Detecting bone motion is necessary to prevent some errors. Currently, optical sensor and location sensor are in use; however, these sensors can cause interventional problem for the friction between mechanical devices. This study shows how to compose the bone motion detecting device using electromagnetic sensor, how to commercialize the bone motion detecting device.

        본 연구는 집박쥐의 비번식기 행동권을 분석하기 위하여 경상북도 경주시의 집박쥐 주간 휴식장소를 대상으로 수행하였다. 박쥐의 포획은 새끼의 출산이 이루어지기 이전인 2009년 5월 4, 10, 18일에 하였으며, 암, 수 각각 3개체씩 총 6개체를 이용하였다. 행동권 분석을 위한 원격무선추적은 발신기(LTM Single Stage Radio Transmitter, 0.38g), 수신기(R2000 ATS receiver, Advanced Telemetry Systems, Inc., Isanti, MN), Yagi 안테나(Three element Yagi antenna) 및 차량용 안테나(Roof mounted antenna)를 이용하였으며, 분석에는 ArcGIS 3.3 (ESRI Inc.) Animal Movement Extension 2.0을 이용하였다. 집박쥐의 행동권 분석결과 평균 행동권은 14.46±3.44ha로 조사되었으며, 암컷은 16.83±1.96ha 그리고 수컷은 12.08±2.96ha의 행동권을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 암컷과 수컷의 행동권에서 평균적으로 암컷이 더 큰 행동권을 보이는 결과를 나타내었으나, 통계적으로 유의적인 차이는 확인되지 않았다(t=2.32, p〉0.05). 또한 각각의 위치정보를 기준으로 주간 휴식지에서의 최대 이동 거리는 평균 468.73±94.38m 로 나타났으며, 암컷(422.73±10.38m)과 수컷(514.74±125.74m)간의 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다(t=-1.26, p〉0.05).

        Door to door service is a typical method for individual parcel deliveries. In the current delivery information system, a delivery person manually inputs the information of many delivery results, which causes inefficiency and difficulties of tracking deliveries. This study suggests an enhanced delivery information system which has the following two characteristics. Firstly, a tagged RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) transmits the delivery result information to the main server by just collecting RFID at a place of destination. Secondly, with the characteristics of rewritable method, the collected RFID is to be input new information and tagged to other parcels.

        This paper describes a automatic video surveillance system(AVSS) with long range and 360˚ coverage that is automatically rotated in an elevation over azimuth mode in response to the TTM(tracked target message) signal of vessels tracked by ARPA(automatic radar plotting aids) radar. This AVSS that is a video security and tracking system supported by ARPA radar, CCTV(closed-circuit television) camera system and other sensors to automatically identify and track, detect the potential dangerous situations such as collision accidents at sea and berthing/deberthing accidents in harbor, can be used in monitoring the illegal fishing vessels in inshore and offshore fishing ground, and in more improving the security and safety of domestic fishing vessels in EEZ(exclusive economic zone) area. The movement of the target vessel chosen by the ARPA radar operator in the AVSS can be automatically tracked by a CCTV camera system interfaced to the ECDIS(electronic chart display and information system) with the special functions such as graphic presentation of CCTV image, camera position, camera azimuth and angle of view on the ENC, automatic and manual controls of pan and tilt angles for CCTV system, and the capability that can replay and record continuously all information of a selected target. The test results showed that the AVSS developed experimentally in this study can be used as an extra navigation aid for the operator on the bridge under the confusing traffic situations, to improve the detection efficiency of small targets in sea clutter, to enhance greatly an operator s ability to identify visually vessels tracked by ARPA radar and to provide a recorded history for reference or evidentiary purposes in EEZ area.

        Pine wilt disease (PWD) is one of the most serious forest tree diseases and now the damaged area covers 7,877 ha and more than 60 cities in Korea. The causal agent of PWD, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus is transmitted by the insect vectors, pine sawyers (Monochamus spp.). Spread of PWD damage and control effect for PWD are directly related to dispersal potential of Monochamus spp. vectors. Recently, harmonic radar technology has been applied as a means for tracking individual dispersal of tagged insects. Tracking insects with harmonic radar system is similar to a mark-and-recapture technique, in which an organism is tagged, released, and recaptured. Our objective is to develop a harmonic radar tracking system by using lightweight tags to investigate dispersal of Monochamus spp., insect vectors. The harmonic radar system consists of two parts: a commercially available, light-weight (1.6 kg), handheld transceiver (RECCO Rescue System) and a small tag that reflects the transceiver signal (917 ㎒) at harmonic frequencies (1,834 ㎒). A tag consists of a miniature diode (Toshiba ISS350) with wires (36-gauge tinned copper) soldered using conductive epoxy on each side to produce a dipole antenna. These tags were evaluated in an open field to assess their maximum detection range, and at tag length of 13 ㎝, the tag was detected at >100 m.

        영상처리시스템(VIPS: Video Image Processing System)은 실시간으로 들어오는 영상정보를 분석하여 유용한 정보를 제공하며, 하나의 카메라로 여러 차로를 동시에 감시할 수 있는 알고리즘으로 교통량, 속도뿐만 아니라 밀도 및 점유율 등 다양한 정보를 제공한다. 영상검지시스템으로 상용화 제품은 Tripwire시스템으로 검지영역의 픽셀 변화량으로 차량검지를 하나, 이는 교통량, 속도 등 단편적인 정보에 국한될 수 밖에 없다. 반면, 영상검지시스템이 개별차량에 대한 추적시스템으로 개발할 경우 사고 및 차로 변경의 위험요소 감지 등 보다 다양한 정보를 제공할 수가 있다. 본 논문은 컴퓨터비전 기술을 이용하여 Tripwire에서 수집할 수 있는 교통정보와 동일한 정보를 제공하는 개별차량의 추적시스템을 개발하였으며 이 시스템을 실제 도로영상에 적용하여 상용화된 시스템과 결과를 비교함으로써 성능검증을 하였다.

        This paper describes on the consolidation of AIS and ARPA radar positions by comparing the AIS and ARPA radar information for the tracked ship targets using a PC-based ECDIS in Busan harbor, Korea. The information of AIS and ARPA radar target was acquired independently, and the tracking parameters such as ship's position, COG, SOG, gyro heading, rate of turn, CPA, TCPA, ship s name and MMSI etc. were displayed automatically on the chart of a PC-based ECDIS with radar overlay and ARPA tracking. The ARPA tracking information obtained from the observed radar images of the target ship was compared with the AIS information received from the same vessel to investigate the difference in the position and movement behavior between AIS and ARPA tracked target ships. For the ARPA radar and AIS targets to be consolidated, the differences in range, speed, course, bearing and distance between their targets were estimated to obtain a clear standards for the consolidation of ARPA radar and AIS targets. The average differences between their ranges, their speeds and their courses were 2.06% of the average range, -0.11 knots with the averaged SOG of 11.62 knots, and 0.02˚ with the averaged COG of 37.2˚, respectively. The average differences between their bearings and between their positions were -1.29˚ and 68.8m, respectively. From these results, we concluded that if the ROT, COG, SOG, and HDG informations are correct, the AIS system can be improved the prediction of a target ship's path and the OOW(Officer of Watch) s ability to anticipate a traffic situation more accurately.

        최근 교통감시시스템은 실시간의 영상검지시스템(VIPS)을 가장 선호하고 있으며, 그 수요는 매년 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 일반적으로 영상검지시스템은 공간기반의 검지알고리즘을 사용하고 있으며, 교통량, 속도, 점유율 등의 교통정보를 제공하고 있다. 현재 전 세계적으로 이미 상용화되어 있는 대부분의 영상검지시스템들은 Tripwire기반의 검지영역 내 차량의 존재유무를 판단하여 교통정보를 수집하는 알고리즘으로 구성되어 있으나, 개별차량에 대한 걸지는 불가능한 한계를 갖고 있다. 반면 개벽차량의 추적시스템은 보다 구체적인 공간적 교통정보를 제공할 수 있어 사고검지, 급차선 변경 등 교통정보를 보다 다양화 할 수 있다는 장점이 있으나 추적길이가 불과 100미터이내이면, 그 이상 관측하기 위해서는 운영자가 카메라를 줌인을 하여 영상을 확대하여야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 차량 추적의 효과를 높이기 위해서 기존의 100미터 이내 추적거리를 여러 대의 CCTV시스템을 이용하더라도 200미터이상으로 확대함으로써 사고 또는 비정상적 차량흐름을 검지할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

In this research, we analyzed domestic and international chemical accidents data and made the chemical accident codes for the information tracking system properly.

        We have been making dual dome enclosures which are useful to track artificial space objects at SSNT (Space Science and Technology Lab.) Kyung Hee University. We verified the safety of the dome enclosures using basic design and structure analyses before manufacturing them, and then performed an optimization analysis for economic and safe systems. The dome enclosure has a fully-open type structure to smoothly operate a telescope made in the style of altazimuth mount with very fast tracking. It is also designed to be safe against extreme weather conditions. The general structure of the observatory system consists of the dual dome enclosures at the top of a container. For the structural analyses, we consider the following two methods: (1) gravitational sustain analysis - how the structure supporting the dome withstand the weight of the dome, and (2) wind load analysis that considers the effect of the wind velocity at the region where the observatory is located. The result of overall deformation is found to be less than 0.551mm and the result of equivalent stress is found to be 20.293Mpa, indicating that the dual dome system is reasonably designed. This means structurally to be safe.
