Every year the amounts of yellow sands and their impacts have been rapidly increased. the national action plans has been strongly required. When the preliminary alerts for yellow sands are occurred, On-line public relations for the occurrences of yellow sands, their expected regional impacts and the public guidelines should be emphasized. Also, A joint emergency situation management system among related agencies should be established to minimize the damages.

최근 제품의 개발 주기가 지속적으로 단축되고 있으며, 많은 기업에서는 이에 따른 제품개발 프로세스의 혁신을 위한 노력을 끊임없이 하고 있다. 현재의 공학기술측면과 새로운 기술개발측면에서는 고객의 요구사항 분석, 기술개발 실현 등 많은 발전이 있 었지만, 제품의 안전성이나 신뢰성 측면의 기술 개발 속도는 여전히 더딘 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 가속신뢰성시험 중에 초가속수명시험(HALT : Highly Accelerated Life Test)은 최단기간에 제품의 신뢰성을 확보 할 수 있는 신뢰 성시험 기법이다. 이에 따라 최근에는 대기업을 중심으로 HALT의 수요가 급격히 증 가하고 있다. 하지만 국내 연구소와 시험 서비스 기업에서 보유하고 있는 HALT 장비 는 매우 제한적이며, 대부분 수입에 의존하기 때문에 구입과 설치에 많은 비용이 필요 하다. 이러한 이유로 중소기업에서는 HALT 장비의 효과적 활용에 많은 어려움을 겪 고 있다. 정부에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 HALT 장비의 국산화 개발을 추 진 중이다. 본 논문에서는 HALT 장비의 안전성을 확보한 국산화 개발을 위해 리스크 분석 방 법을 조사해보고자 한다.

최근 산업의 발전으로 소비자는 다양한 기능과 높은 신뢰성을 요구하게 되었다. 기 업에서는 소비자의 요구사항을 충족시키기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있고, 이와 함 께 제품의 신뢰성 평가방법에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 초가속수명시험(HALT : Highly Accelerated Life Test)은 초기고장을 빠르게 찾아내 개선함으로써 제품의 신 뢰성을 향상 시킨다. 이에 따라 기업들은 초가속수명시험에 집중하게 되었고 이에 따 른 장비의 수요도 증가하고 있다. 그러나 초가속수명시험 장비는 해외 장비에 의존하 고 있어 장비의 국산화 개발이 시급하다. 본 논문은 초가속수명시험 장비의 설계와 개발과정에서 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 FMEA(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) 적용 방법을 연구한다. 먼저 개발 장비 의 구조와 기능을 정의하고 일반적인 설계 FMEA를 실시한다. 이를 통해 개발과정의 초가속수명시험 장비에 개선이 필요한 부품들을 확인한다. 또한 초가속수명시험 장비 의 유지보수를 위한 FMEA의 필요성을 기존 연구를 통해 제안한다.

In this paper investigated the without encoder drive for stepping motor using back electromotive force(B-EMF). In generally stepping motor should be rotary encoder to rotor position, the rotary encoder is adopted to detect the position. But in this way increase cost and volume. This paper propose B-EMF & closed-loop method was implemented using current detect circuit, AD-converter and MCU(micro controller unit). So that stepping motor environment is very simplify. The current of stepping motor was measured by using amplifier. The change of current was measured and analyzed, when the missing step occurred. Based on data from current feedback, position errors were compensated and it was confirmed by using AD-converter.

기대수익률과 위험은 경제전망(economic prospects)에 의해 영향을 받는다. 투자자들 은 거시경제 환경이 단기 또는 중기의 확장국면일 때 높은 기대수익률과 낮은 위험을 예상하게 된다. 이는 높은 기대수익률과 불확실성 하락에 따른 주식에 대한 보유비중 증대로 연결된다. 반대로 경기 침체기(recessions)의 주식 가치는 미래 수익률에 대한 투자가들의 비관(pessimism)에 의하여 낮아지게 된다. Graham and Harvey(2003, 2007) 은 장기에 있어서 사전에 기대된 수익률과 위험(volatility)은 양(+)의 상관관계를 보이 지만 단기에 있어서는 별다른 상관성을 나타내지 않고 있다고 분석하였다. Dominitz and Manski(2004)는 양(+)의 수익률과 기대된 경기 상승 사이에는 양(+)의 상관관계가 존재함을 알아내었다. 주식시장 수익률에서 예측가능성(predictability)은 Fama and French(1989)에서 처음 제시된 이래 경기변동(business cycle)과 관련되어 있음이 밝혀 지고 있다. Samuelson(1969)의 전통적인 포트폴리오 선택모형(classical portfolio choice model)에서 주식으로 구성된 포트폴리오의 수익률은 기대된 위험 프리미엄(expected risk premium)에 비례하고 기대된 분산(expected variance)에 반비례하고 있다. 투자가 들은 최근 실현된 수익률(realized returns)에 의존하여 투자를 하는데, 일반적으로 투자 가들의 부(富)의 정도와는 상관없이 이루어지는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 한편 기대수익 률은 경기순응적(procyclical)이다. 이에 따라 투자가들이 다음 년도의 거시경제에 대하 여 긍정적인 전망을 할수록 다음 년도의 수익률이 높아질 것으로 기대할 수 있다. 일반 적으로 주식의 평가가치는 경기침체기에 낮아지고 그 다음에 높아지는 경향이 있다. 이 는 개인투자자들이 미래 주식시장의 성과에 대하여 부정적인 생각을 갖고 있기 때문이 다. 본 연구는 이명박대통령정부를 비롯하여 박근혜대통령정부 기간을 중심으로 시사점 을 파악하여 한국, 미국과 유럽의 금융 및 체감경기의 변동에 따른 주식시장으로의 투 자패턴과 관련하여 VECM모형을 통하여 연구하였다. 이들 국가들은 기존의 금융시장 동조화와 이외에도 FTA와 상호 간의 무역거래 증대 등으로 실물경제 동조화도 확인할 수 있었다.

There are so many definition of good work but generally job quality can be useful to analyze the good work. Can good work keep employee healthy? Good work may include some factors about health or working environment. This paper was planned to investigate the level of job quality in Korean employees and its distribution by industry and occupation. Especially comparison of health status between low an high job quality ccan be analyzed. Korean Working Conditions Survey was used. Tthe various job characteristics as working conditions were categorized into 6 component of job quality using factor analysis. Statistically mean difference test and cross-tabulation analysis were used to identify the difference of health status and distribution of the level of job quality. The result has shown the different distribution of the level of job quality by the economic sectors and occupations statistically significant. The positive cases of all of six components of job quality was 2.1% of Korean employees and the negative cases of all six components of job quality was 1.5%. Electricity and gas industry and manager occupation have shown the highest proportion of the high job quality. The subjective general health status was correlated with job quality but work-related stress was negatively correlated with the level of job quality. This study was heuristic one, more depth analysis will be needed to identify the relationship and causation of job quality and health status.

Quality of life due to climate change are different and are seeking a way, that affects most of the water seems to be the field. According to the OECD's 2050 Environmental Outlook in Korea is the OECD country with the most severe water stress was released. Water shortages in 2020, Korea has been known to enter the country. The OECD Green Growth policy of the keyword in the water to be present Water Footprint is produced from raw materials procurement, disposal and recycling of the product's life cycle to calculate the water usage of water resources is a technique to quantify the load. The fatalities of the evacuation facilities of the buildings accessed by unspecified people on the daily basis are significantly emerged as a problem. Evacuation facilities should be designed for common human behaviors the assumption that the customers are not familiar with the buildings. In addition, the characteristics of modern buildings such as high-rising and enlarging should be considered to design the evacuation plan. The evacuation is a problem that people reach a safe place with themselves. The architectural plan for the life safety should be established to minimize various disaster damages. To do so, the factors such as time, risks on the steps, combustion ash variables, safety training should be considered on the architectural planing.
