인간과 가축의 영양을 위한 식물성 단백질의 주요 공급원은 콩이며 콩 단백질은 영양 및 기능성면에서 우수하여 소비가 점차 증가하고 있다. 그러나 콩 단백질에는 알러지를 일으키고 영양가치를 떨어뜨리는 성분도 포함되어져 있다. 7S 및 11S 글로블린은 콩 저장단백질의 대부분을 차지하며 7S는 영양가치가 떨어지고 7S의 함량을 줄어든 콩 계통 육성에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 7S 성분중의 하나인 α′-subunit의 유전양상을 파악하기 위하여 진품콩2호와 PI506876의 교배로부터 98개의 F2 종자가 얻어졌다. SDS-PAGE로 각각의 종자를 분석한 결과 α′-subunit을 가진 종자가 70개였고 결핍된 종자가 28개였다. 이러한 유전양상은 단인자 유전원칙 (χ2 = 0.667, P=0.414)과 일치하여 콩 종자에서 7S의 α′-subunit 단백질은 한 개의 유전자에 의해서 좌우되었다. 이 결과는 7S 단백질 함량이 줄어든 콩 계통 선발에 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

This study presented a making method of jeans pattern with high fitness after deriving the appropriate shrinkage rate by material and washing process. For this purpose of this study, 6 jeans have been tested after washing finishing and we turned out appropriate shrinkage rate by evaluating the exterior of jeans and usage satisfaction. Then, a making method of jeans pattern was presented after applying the optimized shrinkage rate. According to the result of the exterior evaluation of test jeans, all 6 jeans were rated high with scores close to 3.5. Following the evaluation of satisfaction of usage by physical movement, the highest ranking was in the order of walking with normal steps, back bending 90°, chair sitting, climbing stairs, and squatting. The shrinkage rate by physical area showed the highest score in the order of pants length, waist circumference, thigh circumference, knee circumference, hem circumference, hips circumference. In addition, the shrinkage rate was higher in warp direction than weft direction after washing finishing. As for the result of addition and reduction of pattern measurements by parts of jeans, waist circumference was 2.6～5.2cm, hips circumference was 1.3～4.2cm, thigh circumference was 0.8～ 3.1cm and knee circumference was 0.7～2.5cm. Also, hem circumference was 0.5～1.8cm and pants length was 4.0～6.2cm. That is, this results showed a wide range of addition and reduction according to material and washing finishing.

The writer of this paper studies some reasons why Grotesque Stories were in vogue in the Government Office. The writer pays attention to the characteristics of the Government Office in the Qing Dynasty based on time and space. In the first chapter, time is observed as one of characteristics of the Government Office. A lot of Government Office during the Qing Dynasty were renovated or extended since they had been inherited from the Ming or earlier dynasties. For this reason, most of the Government Office in the Qing Dynasty were very aged from the beginning. From here, the old existed together with the new and the ghost from the past existed together with the double in the present as a long time passed by. That is, the Government Office was the place where Chinese history was being merged with the dynasties. A lot of Supernatural stories were written during the Qing Dynasty and the Government Office were backgrounded in the stories. In fact, considerable number of Supernatural Stories were created when old and worn Government Office stirred up traditional Chinese belief that a person becomes a ghost after death and a thing becomes a fairy when it gets old. In the second chapter, the space is observed as another characteristic of the Government Office. Government Office in the Qing Dynasty were different from those in previous dynasties, in that scholars such as officials and their staff lived, worked and spent leisure time together. Owing to their living condition brought by their jobs, the scholars were able to spend a lot of time chatting with each other in the Government Office. Eventually, this led to a number of stories, which reflected their jobs or leisure activities. The Government Office provided the scholars with good writing materials in relation to Government Office's characteristics - time and space. Besides, some of the Suprenatural Stories give us a chance to look into the life of the members in the Government Office- as to how unique the members' feelings were and which part of them was oppressed subconsciously.

This study examined the effects of added amounts of shrimp powder on the physical and sensory properties of Jook for elderly foodservice operation. According to the amylograph data, the composite shrimp flour-wheat flour samples increased the gelatinization temperature, with increasing shrimp-flour content; moreover, initial viscosity at 95℃, viscosity at 95℃ after 15 minutes, and maximum viscosity were reduced. As the level of shrimp powder in samples increased, L-values decreased, and a-values and b-values increased. In addition, the Jook had higher viscosity and lower spreadability values as the amount of shrimp powder increased. Sensory characteristics, such as nutty taste, color, viscosity, and overall preference increased significantly with the addition of shrimp powder. In conclusion, to enhance the quality of Jook, a 3% addition of shrimp powder would be the most beneficial.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 ICF 모델의 분류 기준을 사용하여 뇌졸중 환자를 위한 작업치료 중재 결과를 측정하기 위해 사용된 평가도구의 영역별 사용빈도를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이 결과는 건강과 장애에 대한 포괄적인 접근을 위해 작업치료 분야에서 필요한 영역이 무엇인지 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 주요검색 용어는 "occupational therapy AND stroke"을 사용하였으며 ICF 모델이 처음 제시된 2001년부터 2009년 5월까지 학회지에 게재된 논문을 PubMed를 사용하여 체계적 고찰을 하였다. 결과 : 뇌졸중 환자의 작업치료 중재 결과를 측정하기 위해 사용된 평가도구는 37개이었고 사용빈도는 총 69회였다. 신체구조에 대한 평가도구는 없었으며 신체기능에 대한 평가도구의 사용빈도는 37회로 전체 사용빈도의 53.62%를 차지하였다. 활동과 참여에 대한 평가도구의 사용빈도는 32회로 전체 비율의 46.38%이었다. 연구 결과 신체구조를 제외한 영역에 대한 평가가 이루어지고 있었으며 그 중 신체기능에 대한 평가가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 활동과 참여에 대한 평가 중 대부분은 활동에 대한 평가였으며 참여에 대한 평가는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 뇌졸중 환자의 작업치료중재 결과를 측정하기 위해 사용된 평가도구를 ICF 모델의 분류 기준에 근거하여 체계적 고찰을 하였다. 하나의 평가도구가 다양한 영역을 포함하고 있어 세부적으로 분류하기 어려운 제한점을 가지고 있지만, ICF 모델의 분류기준에 따라 분류함으로써 건강과 장애에 대한 작업치료의 중재 방향을 알 수 있었다. 건강과 장애에 대한 작업치료의 포괄적인 접근을 위해 참여에 대한 중재 접근이 필요할 것으로 생각되어진다.

본 연구에서는 무구속, 무자각, 무침습적인 패치형 심장활동 모니터링 시스템(HAMS)을 개발하였다. 이 심전도 모듈은 무선 통신을 사용하여 신호를 컴퓨터로 전송 받아 실시간으로 피검자의 심장 활동 상태를 언제 어디서나 장시간 동안 손쉽게 모니터링 측정할 수 있는 이동성을 갖추고 있다. 가슴에 부착이 가능한 패치 타입의 소형 전극을 자체 제작하였고, 측정된 심전도 신호에 대한 신뢰성 검증이 이루어졌다. HRV에 대한 스트레스의 영향을 평가하기 위하여 HAMS을 이용하여 동일한 피험자를 대상으로 HRV 파라미터와 불안, 스트레스 항목에 대한 설문지 평가, 스트레스 호르몬(코티졸)양을 측정하였다. 일상 상태와 스트레스 상황에서의 값들을 비교한 결과, 많은 파라미터에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 피어슨 상관계수로부터 스트레스와 상관성이 높은 파라미터를 검토하였다. 이는 HAMS를 이용하여 자율신경계 기능 평가가 충분히 가능하다는 것을 보여주는 것이다. 이러한 결과로부터 HAMS를 통하여 일상생활에서 심장 이상을 예측할 수 있으며, 건강 모니터링 시스템으로 활용도가 높을 것으로 기대된다.
