Transparent organic-inorganic hybrid hard coating films were prepared by the addition of SiO2 or ZrO2, as an inorganic filler to improve the hardness property, filler was highly dispersed in the acrylic resin. To improve the compatibility in the acrylic resin, SiO2 or ZrO2 is surface-modified using various silanes with variation of the modification time and silane content. Depending on the content and kind of the modified inorganic oxide, transparent modified inorganic sols were formulated in acryl resin. Then, the sols were bar coated and cured on PET films to investigate the optical and mechanical properties. The optimized film, which has a modified ZrO2 content of 4 wt% markedly improved in terms of the hardness, haze, and transparency as compared to neat acrylate resin and acrylate resin containing modified SiO2 content of 8 wt%. Meanwhile, the low transparency and high haze of these films slowly appeared at SiO2 content above 10 wt% and ZrO2 content of 5 wt%, but the hardness values were maintained at 2H and 3H, respectively, in comparison with the HB of neat acrylate resin.
Sewer condition assessment involves the determination of defective points and status of aged sewers by a CCTV inspection according to the standard manual. Therefore, it is important to establish a reliable and effective standard manual for identifying the sewer defect. In this study, analytic reviews of the CCTV inspection manuals of the UK, New Zealand, Canada and South Korea were performed in order to compare the defect codes and the protocols of condition assessment. Through this, we also established the standardized method for defect code and revised the calculation method of assigning the condition grade. Analyses of the types and frequencies of sewer defects that obtained by CCTV inspection of 7000 case results, showed that the joint defect and lateral defect were the most frequent defects that occurred in Korea. Some defect codes are found to be modified because those did not occur at all. This study includes a proposed new sewer defect codes based on sewer characteristics.
Neodymium-iron-boron (Nd-Fe-B) sintered magnets have excellent magnetic properties such as the remanence, coercive force, and the maximum energy product compared to other hard magnetic materials. The coercive force of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets is improved by the addition of heavy rare earth elements such as dysprosium and terbium instead of neodymium. Then, the magnetocrystalline anisotropy of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets increases. However, additional elements have increased the production cost of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets. Hence, a study on the control of the microstructure of Nd-Fe-B magnets is being conducted. As the coercive force of magnets improves, the grain size of the Nd2Fe14B grain is close to 300 nm because they are nucleation-type magnets. In this study, fine particles of Nd-Fe-B are prepared with various grinding energies in the pulverization process used for preparing sintered magnets, and the microstructure and magnetic properties of the magnets are investigated.
본 연구에서는 돈지육 및 돈육 조직 내에 열안정성 수용성 단백질의 존재 여부를 확인하고 항체 생산에 있어항원으로의 사용 가능 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 돈지육 및 돈육을 생(raw) 시료와 조리된(cooked) 시료로 구분하여 비열처리 및 열처리법으로 단백질을 추출한 후 단백질 존재여부를 단백질 정량과 SDS-PAGE로 확인하였다. 그 결과 돈지육과 돈육 모두 생 시료를 비열처리법으로 추출한 시료의 경우 25~100 kDa 사이의 다양한 단백질이 확인된 반면 시료를 가열하거나 추출 시 열처리를 한경우 돈지육에는 100 kDa 이상의 단백질과 30 kDa 및 15 kDa 이하의 일부 단백질이, 돈육에는 100 kDa 이상과 30 kDa 이하의 단백질이 확인되어 돈지육과 돈육에 열안정성 수용성 단백질이 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이들 열안정성 수용성 단백질을 마우스에 면역 후 항혈청 역가를 측정한 결과 면역한 모든 마우스에서 높은 역가를 나타내었고, 생산된 혈청은 돈지육과 돈육에 각각 특이적인 반응성을 보인 반면 다른 축육과 지방육에 대해서는 반응성이 상대적으로 낮았다. 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때 돈지육 및 돈육에 존재하는 열안정성 수용성 단백질이 돈지육과 돈육에 특이적으로 반응하는 항체를 개발하는데 유용한 마커로서 활용이 가능하며, 열안정성 수용성 단백질에 대한 항체개발은 열처리된 축육 가공품 중 돈지육 및 돈육의 분석에도 매우 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
본 연구는 상추와 오이의 GAP 인증 및 미인증 농가를 대상으로 토양, 용수, 작물 (상추, 오이), 장갑, 포장재 (비닐)에 대한 미생물 오염도를 비교·평가하고 농가의 위생관리 실태를 조사하여 GAP 인증 농가에 대한 미생물학적 안전성 강화를 위한 자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 미생물 오염도 조사 결과 상추 농장의 경우 위생지표세균 오염도는 GAP 인증 농가가 미인증 농가 보다 조금 낮거나 유사하였고, 병원성미생물인 S. aureus와 B. cereus는 GAP 인증 농가의 토양과 용수에서 미인증 농가 보다 높게 검출되었다. 오이농장은 토양의 대장균군과 B. cereus, 장갑의 일반세균 및 대장균군 오염도가 GAP 미인증 농가보다 GAP인증 농가에서 높았고, 그 외에는 GAP 인증 농가와 미인증 농가가 유사한 오염도를 나타내었다. 전체적으로 결과를 비교했을 때 GAP 인증 농가와 미인증 농가의 미생물 오염도 수준이 크게 차이가 나지 않는 것으로 확인되어 GAP를 인증 받았음에도 불구하고 미생물에 대한 관리는 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 농가의 위생관리 실태 조사 결과에서는 GAP 인증 농가가 미인증 농가보다는 미생물 오염을 방지하기 위한 노력들을 하고 있는 것으로 확인되었으나, GAP 인증 및 미인증 농가 모두 농업용수의 관리와 작업 시 사용되는 작업자의 장갑 관리에 있어서는 미흡한 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 연구결과는 농산물의 미생물 오염방지에 대한 방안을 제시하고 GAP 인증을 개선하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
대학의 특성화 사업은 빠르게 급감하고 있는 학령인구 감소로 인한 대학의 위기, 나아가 지역 특성화 구축을 통한 대학생존과 관련하여 중요한 의미를 가진다. 본 논문은 많은 대학 들이 특성화의 한 축으로 설정하고 있는 국제교류를 통한 해외 네트워크 구축, 특히 중국과 의 연계를 기획하고 있는 관계자들에게 도움을 주고자 한다. 구체적으로 사례연구 방법론을 사용하여 MICE사업단이 실시한 중국어 어학능력 강화사업, 중국 필드워크, 그리고 중국 인 턴십을 소개하여 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 주목할 요인은 교육의 맥락에서 참여 학생들 의 사전지식 점검과 프로그램 실시에서 만족감을 높일 수 있는 방식, 그리고 중국관계자들의 소통방식 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 향후 중국과의 국제교류 기획에 작은 도움이 될 것이다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a faculty development program for nursing simulation educators.
Methods: This study developed one-day education program based on the ADDIE model. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires to investigate learners’ needs and participants’ evaluation of the pilot program. The data were analyzed using EXCEL with descriptive statistics.
Results: The participants’ satisfaction with the program showed an overall high level of satisfaction. Two types of faculty development were developed based on the needs assessment. In addition, a review of the existing programs, namely, basic and advanced courses, were conducted based on the learning needs hierarchy.
Conclusion: The development and pilot testing of a faculty development program for nursing simulation educators are feasible. Further research should focus on the short- or long-term evaluation of the program using the experimental research design.
The objective of this study was to prepare acorn bread added with soymilk in order to improve its quality and develop the best possible recipe. The loaf volume, color, texture and sensory evaluation of acorn bread added with soymilk 10~40% were measured during the storage period. The L-value significantly decreased upon addition of 40% soymilk. A-value increased, but b-value decreased. During the storage period, the L- and a- values increased except 2 days at room temperature and 7 days in a freezer, whereas b-value decreased. For textural measurement, hardness, springiness, gumminess and brittleness increased significantly upon addition of soymilk. However cohesiveness decreased for 2 days of storage, whereas gumminess and brittleness for 1 day of storage at room temperature. Freezer storage for 1 day reduced cohesiveness, and gumminess for 4 and 7 days, respectively, and brittleness after all storage periods. The sensory evaluation showed that acorn bread added with soymilk 20% produced the best results in color and taste. The bitter aftertaste increased according to addition of soymilk with lower scores. Softness, chewiness and overall preference decreased significantly. Therefore, 10% soymilk addition got the best scores in aftertaste, softness, chewiness and overall acceptances.
The survival rate and number of parasitized host of Encarsia formosa Gahan and Eretmocerus eremicus Rose were observed at low temperature conditions (6, 8, 10 and 12 ± 1oC, RH 70 ± 10%, in dark condition. Mummy of Encarsia formosa was stored at 12oC, for 70% of the mummies survived for 10 days. After 6-days storage at 12oC, number of parasitized host of the parasitoids was decreased to 35.9 (67.6%, compared to control). Mummy of Eretmocerus eremicus was stored at 12oC, and 70% of the mummies survived for 14 days. After 6-days storage at 12oC, number of parasitized host was decreased to 31.6 (83.6%, compared to control). Our results suggest that 12oC was most suitable temperature for storage of Encarsia formosa and Eretmocerus eremicus.
To identify the limited and adaptable sowing date and select the double cropping system, two different cropping systems such as potato (Sumi, Chubaek) - maize (Ilmichal, Yanganok) and maize (Ilmichal, Yanganok) - potato (Chubaek) were conducted in paddy and upland field condition. We observed and compared plant growth characteristics, yield potential, and income at two different cropping systems. Average yield of potato (first crop, Sumi) in paddy field was higher than upland field when planted at March 20. The plant height and stem length of the second cropping potato sown at August 20 were 30 cm higher than first cropping potato sown at March 20, which is reduced about 1,500 ~ 2000 kg/ 10a of the second cropping potato yield. Stem length and the first ear height of the first cropping corn Ilmichal sown at April 15 in paddy field were 5~10 cm higher than upland field and ear property was similar. Silking date of the second cropping corn Ilmichal sown at July 3 were about 19 day earlier than the first cropping corn Ilmichal sown at April 15, However, both stem length and the first ear height of the second cropping corn Ilmichal sown at July 3 were small compared to those of sown at April 15. Ear property of Yanganok sown at June 19 and July 3 were similar in both paddy and upland field. Fresh weight yield (aerial part, kg/10a) of Yanganok sown at June 19 were 500 ~ 700 kg/10a higher than those of sown at July 3. In view of income comparison between two different cropping systems, Chubaek-Ilmichal and Chubaek-Yanganok cropping systems were best combination, Ilmichal-Chubaek and sumi- Yanganok cropping systems were worst combination in upland field. Chubaek-Ilmichal and Chubaek- Yanganok cropping systems were best combination, Ilmichal-Chubaek cropping systems was worst combination in paddy field.
In this paper, a 2-DOF electromechanical impedance model of PZT material-aluminum interface member is proposed. The primary motivation is to control the effective frequency range in impedance-based local health monitoring practices. The proposed method focuses on the predetermination of the effective frequency band and the wireless impedance sensing possibility for damage detection in structural connections like tendon anchorage, etc. Firstly, a 2-DOF impedance model is proposed for modelling the PZT interface-host structure system. Secondly, the prototype design of the PZT interface is developed based on the analysis of the 2-DOF impedance model and the local dynamic characteristics of the composite aluminum interface-host structure system. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed 2-DOF impedance model is numerically verified by predetermining the effective frequency band for the impedance monitoring in a cable-anchorage connection.
