        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of additional marketing mix on overall satisfaction of customers at family restaurants in Seoul and Kyongki-province. In this research frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple-regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. Additional marketing mix were divided into 3 factors. Employee(β=0.352, t(p)=7.221(0.000) had the most positive impact on overall satisfaction. And physical evidence(0.160, t(p)=3.271(0.001) and process(β=0.114, t(p)=2.338(0.020) influenced positively(+) in order. As a result, all factors of additional marketing mix influenced significantly overall satisfaction of customers. These additional marketing mix are regarded as effective marketing tactic to reduce intangibility of food-service business. Therefore restaurant company needs to manage additional marketing mix sufficiently to maintain of customers' satisfaction at family restaurants.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, and the moderating effect of gender. Based on the responses from 807 customers who encountered employees in telecommunication industry, the results of multiple regressional analysis showed that all service quality factors have positive relationships with customer satisfaction. The results of moderating analysis showed that empathy and tangibility have positive interactive-effects on customer satisfaction with gender. With increasing of empathy and tangibility, female customers have been more satisfied than male customers.

        The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of value and satisfaction moderating the relationship between foodservice quality and behavioral intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. Moderated regression analysis was used to measure the relationships between variables. Results of the study demonstrated that the analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The main effects of foodservice quality, value, and satisfaction on behavioral intention were statistically significant. The interaction effect of quality and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. The interaction effect of value and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. As expected, the interaction effect of quality and value on behavioral intention was statistically significant. Moreover, foodservice quality on behavioral intention was statistically significant at all levels of value and satisfaction, except for when value level was low, and satisfaction level was high. The results of this study indicated that restaurant marketers should attach importance to the interaction effect of service quality and customer value to understand the elements of market demand and customer loyalty.

        The Location Based Services (LBS) comprise spatial information and mobile technology allow users to receive various services based on Global Positioning Systems (GPS). Although, spatial information based services are very useful, it has lots of possibility to damage privacy protection. But the contents of the legislation by government have problems conflicted between protection of a person's location information and invigoration LBS. Therefore, in this study suggest a causal model to deal with user satisfaction and factors affecting spatial information based services to customer perspective. The proposed research model is tested empirically with one hundred and forty one usable questionnaires and partial least square (PLS) method. Experimental results showed that the usefulness, playfulness, and service quality play a prominent role in influencing the spatial information services satisfaction compared to other factors. But, easy of use and perceived risk are not significant.

        The purpose of this study, where the subjects are people with the job related to cooking or are culinary expert, is to investigate factors that influence consumer's satisfaction on the tableware seen on broadcast, magazine, food service industry and/or other media. First, this study demonstrates three factors that influence on consumer's satisfaction : first factors of the shape, the color, the size of the tableware, second factors of the shape, the color, the quality of the food, third factors of the design, the color, and the quality of the tablecloth.Lastly, this study shows satisfaction that can be affected between the tableware and the food, between the food and the tablecloth, and between the tablecloth and the tableware.In conclusion, the primary factors that influence on consumer's satisfaction are the color of the food, tableware, and tablecloth, that reflects that visual role plays an important role in the food service industry. A fire in a clean room may cause a serious loss by spreading smoke particles. We will be investigated by using a computational fluid dynamics, for loss prevention by smoke spreading from one fire area to another for clean room and compared the Performance-Based Fire Safety Design with the prescriptive code design. The methodology of fire safety performance-based fire safety design and guarantee of many kinds design skill of fire system and developing design procedure will be very serious one in order to improve efficiency of domestic system. Therefore, This research will be contributing to secure safety of clean room and to set up the performance-based fire safety design in Korea by regulation for the performance-based fire safety design effectively.

        The purpose of this study was to identify the differences of cognitive responses, emotional responses, customer satisfaction, and service loyalty about service encounter quality by types of restaurants and to analyse emotional responses, customer satisfaction, and service loyalty in accordance with level of service encounter quality. The questionnaire were collected from customers (N=812) who had used restaurants in Seoul, aiming at 15 or more-year-old customers from October 24, 2005 to November 6, 2005. The main results of this study were as follows: Statistically significant difference was showed in importance and performance of interaction quality, importance and performance of physical environment quality, performance of outcome quality depending on types of restaurants, while significant difference was not indicated in importance of outcome quality by types of restaurants. Positive emotional response was significantly high by types of restaurants in order of fine-dining restaurants, family restaurants, and fast-food restaurants, while negative emotional responses were significantly higher in fast-food restaurants than in the other two types. As far as Customer satisfaction are concerned, fine-dining restaurants showed higher customer satisfaction than the other two types. Attitudinal service loyalty was high in fine-dining restaurants, family restaurants and fast-food restaurants in order and behavioral loyalty was not significantly different with each type of restaurant. In accordance with level of service encounter quality, cluster analysis was conducted and the clusters were divided into 'high-valuation' and 'low-valuation'. 'High-valuation cluster' and 'low-valuation cluster' showed significant difference depending on types of restaurants that customers used(p<.001). The customers who used fine-dining restaurants and family restaurants valued the performance of service encounter highly. However, in fast-food restaurants, a lot of low-valuation customers existed. Therefore, fast-food restaurants have to improve performance of interaction quality, outcome quality and physical environment quality in service encounter. In addition, in 'high-valuation cluster' who valued service encounter quality highly showed higher scores in positive responses, customer satisfaction, service loyalty than in 'low-valuation cluster', and showed low negative responses.

        This study was to analyse the eating out behaviors of customers who visit a Koran restaurant especially focused on CNR(cold noodle: naengmyun restaurant) and to find out the marketing promotion points. Through the snowball sampling, 423 customers data were surveyed in summer and winter as respects of seasonal variation. The collecting data were analysed descriptive data and statistical different using the Statistical Package for the Social Science(SPSS version 10.0). The results were as follows; The participants of the study were composed of 209 man(49.4%) and 204 woman(50.6%). Most customers were 30's(36.2%), office worker(27.5%) and spend 5,000~10,000 won(46.3%) for eating out. The consumer more preferred a specialty restaurant, the reason was to expect better taste(37.1%). In visiting CNR, the customer frequently ordered complement menu(90.1%) with cold noodle, complement menu should be developed periodically. The important factor to visiting CNR was the accessing convenience for the shop and desirable taking time was within 15 minutes. The buckwheat noodle in broth(mulnaengmyun) was the most favorite selecting menu. And the noodle texture was key evaluation factor in all types of cold noodle and the other factor was different according to the types of cold noodle. The visiting frequencies of CNR were not significantly different according to seasonal variation and sociodemographic variable. Above the half of customers visited at CNR with his/her family. This study find out the suggestion that consumer eating concepts about CNR was family eating therefore the cold noodle. specialty restaurant should be create more delight atmosphere and developed menu for families' eating out place.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the relationships between past behavior and customers' intention to engage in voice of dissatisfaction responses. Results of the study demonstrated that the inclusion of past behavior improved the predictability of the voice of dissatisfaction response intentions. Furthermore, the mediating analyses indicated that the influence of past behavior was mediated by mediator. In the contests of voice behavior, the effect of past behavior on intention was not mediated by attitude and perceived behavioral control. Meanwhile, subjective norm mediated the relationship between past behavior and the intention to engage in voice behavior.
