아동에게 창의성은 아주 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 아동의 창의성과 관련해서, 타 학문(예를 들면, 수학, 과학, 논리, 음악 등)에서는 활발한 연구와 교육이 이루어지고 있는데 비해, 디자인학문에서는 아동의 창의성에 대한 평가법이나 개발법도 아주 미비한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 디자인학문에서의 아동창의성을 개발시킬 수 있는 교육법개발의 초기 단계로서, 아동의 디자인 창의성 능력을 판단하기 위한 평가법을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 아동의 디자인 창의성을 평가할 수 있는 평가항목(독창성-새로움/흥미성, 실용성-기능성/실현가능성)은 문헌을 토대로 추출하였고, 초등학교2학년 아동을 대상으로 사고의 창의성과 디자인 창의성과의 상관성을 보기 위하여 실험연구를 실시한 결과, 디자인 창의성과 관련된 사고의 창의성 하위영역은 정교성인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 디자인 창의성과 관련된 사고의 창의성 하위영역이 반드시 정교성만 있다는 것은 아니며 다른 영역들(유창성, 독창성, 제목의 추상성, 성급한 종결에 대한 저항성)에 비해서 더 영향을 많이 미친다는 의미이다. 본 연구는 아동의 디자인 창의성 교육을 높이기 위한 교육법의 기본 틀을 마련하는 것이고, 이 교육법을 통하여서 디자인 창의성에 부족한 면을 보완해주는데 그 의의가 있다.

For a sustainable development, the resources circulation system should be established and an environment-conscious activities are required at the same time. These activities should be also implemented in logistics area. Especially, green procurement activities in inbound logistics is recognized as a very important factors in the early phase of an environment-conscious activities. In this paper, we are to suggest the direction through statistical analysis of effects, and cause of influences of environmental procurement logistics activities on logistics performance by environmental logistics strategy and by the size of enterprises, and by Environmental Management System. This study was conducted with the subjects of manufacturing enterprises with concurrent reviews of literature and statistical analysis, and the meaning of this study would be the analysis of the influencers of environment-conscious procurement logistics activities on logistics performance different from existing logistics studies.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a practical English program for college students which had been administered both on- and off-line. After over 1,400 freshmen took two TOEIC-based courses consecutively, questionnaires were administered to measure the students’ satisfaction of the program and their perceived usefulness of on-line learning. The effectiveness of the English program was measured through the improvement in the students’ TOEIC scores, their perceived usefulness of online learning, and their satisfaction with the program. The results showed a statistically significant increase in the students’ TOEIC scores in both semesters, with greater improvement in the second semester as compared to the first. Although the students’ overall perception of the usefulness of e-learning was in the middle on the scale, those who perceived online learning as useful were shown to have spent more time studying for the courses outside class, thereby improving their TOEIC scores and enhancing their level of satisfaction with the program. Pedagogical and research implications are suggested.

Over the fast few years, web-based e-Learning have made remarkable progress. According to advance of e-Learning, the evaluation of e-Learning effectiveness and success model become more important. This study had a focus on the effect of system characteristic of e-Learning systems and self-efficacy on learning performance. Data has been collected from 192 person experienced in e-Learning. The questionnaire method was adopted to collect the data for this study. The research was conducted by using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0. The research results and suggestions of the study are as follow. First of all, system quality and information quality of e-Learning system had positive relationship with perceived usefulness. Second, information quality was related positively to user satisfaction. Third, perceived usefulness was positively connected with user satisfaction. Fourth, user satisfaction and self-efficacy had relation to learning performance.

문화는 국제 비즈니스부문에 있어서 기업경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심적 요소가 되어가고 있다. Perlmutter가 문화는 다국적 기업의 성공과 실패에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요소라고 언급한 이래 많은 학자들이 문화와 비즈니스에 관한 연구에 관심을 가져왔다. 그 가운데서 Hofstede 모델이 가장 널리 알려져 있으며, 대부분의 국제경영연구들이 이에 바탕을 두고 있다. 그러나 Hofstede 모델은 몇 가지 약점을 가지고 있으며, 종종 비판을 받아왔다. 이에 대하여 본 연구는 Hofstede 모델의 근본적인 문제점을 개선한 새로운 문화모델인 OUI 모델을 제시하였다. 또한, 문화를 경영·경제적 부문에 적용하여 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 능동적 요소로 파악하고, OUI 모델을 바탕으로 문화와 경제적 성과에 대한 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석의 결과 개방성, 불확실성 회피, 개인주의라는 문화적 요소는 경제적 성과와 정(+)의 관계를 보여주고 있다. 또한 하위 문화요소의 불균형을 고찰하여, 경제발전단계 및 상황에 따라 경쟁력을 가장 효율적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 문화적 요소를 찾아내는 전략적 시사점도 제시하였다.

중국진출 한국 중소기업을 대상으로 동태적 역량 관점에서 경영성과 결정요인을 분석하였다. 중소기업의 경영성과를 본사 자원의 현지 이전과 현지에서의 역량구축과 성과만족도의 관계를 조사하였다. 본사 R&C 이전과 성과와의 관계를 매개하는 효과와 현지 R&C 확보가 외국비용과 성과와의 관계를 매개하는 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과를 보면 본사 R&C 이전을 통한 경영역량 수준이 높을수록 성과가 향상되었다. 반면 생산비용 절감에 대한 성과만족도는 현지에서 구축된 역량이 높을수록 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 현지 R&C 확보에서는 정부와의 꽌시는 높을수록 성과에 유의적인 것으로 나타났으며, 마케팅 역량은 성과 결정에 매우 유의적인 변수로 검증되었다. 매개효과에서는 현지에서 확보된 마케팅 역량이 이전된 본사 경영역량 수준과 성과와의 관계를 매개하고 있었다. 기업에 체화된 독특한 기술역량을 확보하고 있는 기업의 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
