Recently occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of social, organizational or psychological context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.

이 논문에서는 최근 기업정보보고의 표준형식으로 부상하고 있는 XBRL을 소개하기로 한다.XBRL은 미국을 비롯한 유럽, 호주, 일본 등에서일찍부터 활발한 논의가 진행되어 왔으며 기술적으로도 상당한 진전이 이루어지고 있다. 우리나라에서는 Kosdaq시장이 시범적으로 XBRL을 이용한 기업정보를 제공하고 있다.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze errors of business English letters composed by Korean secretaries. A total of eighteen business English letters of positive style were used for error evaluation conducted by eleven native English speakers in business. In the error analysis, major error types were identified as the following; the noun phrase errors, i.e., articles, misuse of possessives, the verb phrase errors, i.e., prepositions, auxiliary, and the adjective and adverb errors. Another types of critical errors were related to the inappropriate expressions and minor errors of mechanics. The error patterns of business English letters of Korean secretaries were identified by eleven English business specialists. This research also suggests the important guidelines for Korean secretaries to write concise and accurate English business letters for efficient business communication. It is recommended to choose appropriate and precise terms and expressions for business letter writing.
Each method for economic evaluation has its own characteristics. Therefore adoption of each of them in evaluation production investment project results in many problems. Hence combination & modification of them are required to perform more accurate evaluation about investment project. This paper discuss evaluation method of investment projects expansion and replacement investment on each line or individual in the production. Generally investment evaluation method has add to a few method by Subsidiary means with use a especial method. And then in this paper, a Taguchi Techniques is presented, which may be effective to the facilities appraisal or improvement. We propose a decision model to incorporates the values assigned by a group of experts on different factors in production. Using this model, SN ratio of taguchi method for each of subjective factors as well as values of weights are used in this comprehensive method for reducing production rate in production management.

Therefore, in this study, we try to suggest the model of consolidated logistics system that is integrated logistics information system with suggesting the better way of logistics and comparative analysis with logistics system to resolve the difficulties numbers of companies face after realizing what logistics information system is in Korea.
This study examines the relationship between multiple sales force management practices and performance within each of Miles & Snowꡑs strategy types(1978) and Walker & Ruekertꡑ s strategy types(1987). The findings are as follows : First, Prospectors seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, internal sales force, moderate levels of supervision, outcome-based control system and incentive-oriented compensation system. Second, Analyzers seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, internal sales force, outcome-based control system to deal with the instability in their strategic focus. Third, Low Cost Defender seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, external sales force, low levels of supervision, outcome-based control system and salary-oriented compensation system. Fourth, Differentiated Defenders seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, high levels of supervision, balanced(outcome+behavior) control system and salary-oriented compensation system.

본 연구는 국내기업의 국제전략적제휴를 대상으로 전략적제휴의 사업성과 결정요인을 분석하였다. 지난 1990년부터 2000년까지 국내기업이 체결한 국제전략적제휴를 연구대상으로 전체 23개 산업에 걸쳐 52개의 국내기업들이 체결한 124건의 제휴사례를 연구대상으로 하였다. 가설검증을 위해서 요인분석, 군집분석, 분산분석, 비모수통계분석을 시행하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 국내기업의 국제전략적 제휴 유형은 파트너기업과의 조직간 상호작용정도와 잠재적갈등정도에 따라 친경쟁적 제휴, 비경쟁적 제휴, 선경쟁적 제휴, 경쟁적 제휴 등 네가지 유형으로 나타났다. 전략적 제휴의 유형별로 사업성과가 다르게 나타났다. 비경쟁적 제휴가 사업성과가 가장 높게 나타났으며 친경쟁적 제휴는 상대적으로 사업성과가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는, 전략적 제휴의 유형과 사업성과에 관한 연구를 통하여 전략적 제휴와 산업의 관련성, 경쟁자와의 관계, 조직간 상호작용과 갈등의 문제들이 사업성과와 밀접한 관련이 있다는 것을 의미한다.
Such effects would be paid off in the right way only when management of the firms perform marketing activities focusing on long term effectiveness, which would drive company profits up and keep them for long. Demands of customers are being changed and varied. In this result with the advantage of mass marketing and database marketing have been drawing attentions from company. To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from selling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or previous action. With the help of internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in eCRM: utilization by using SN Ratio Decision making, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods SN Ratio Decision making is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on eCRM dose not exist, utilization of eCRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. In this regard, evaluating eCRM counts.
Nowadays, Internet-based businesses is activated in various organizations. In most of distribution and manufacturing companies, the main current of internet businesses is on-line sales (B2C: Business-to-Customer) centering around internet shopping. Most of theses businesses applied contents-centered and customer-oriented methodology for implementing internet business system(IBS). Also, recently, Introduction of Internet-based VAN(Value Added Network) systems and e-Procurement systems of purchase fields between parent companies and suppliers are proliferated for an efficiency of business and a reduction of transaction cost. These systems used methods of re-constructing the existing legacy systems into Internet-based systems. This paper proposes a customer-oriented and process-based methodology that simultaneously considers customer requirements and business processes of operational systems in order to implement an Internet business system. To demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed methodology, we applied and implemented an Internet business system for sales of A/S (After Service) spare parts and services on the object of the "H" company of manufacturing ship engines, which is a make-to-order corporation. As a result, This paper showed an effective applicability of Internet-based e-business on A/S business processes in order to improve a service quality for customer satisfaction in manufacturing companies.
