        Hushoujing(狐首經) is Fengshui documents traditionally known to be written by Baihe(白鶴) of Han(漢) dynasty, which is hardly known in Korea. Baihe, the author, like Qingwuzi(靑烏子) has no evident personal background in history. There is a copy known to be written by Baihe of Han dynasty included in Dilitongyiquanshu( 地理統一全書), which was published in 1628. The editor is known as Yuxiangtou( 余象斗) from Fujiansheng(福建省) Jianyangxian(建陽縣) the same home town as Zhuxi(朱熹)'s. In contents and system, Hushoujing has the deep(profound) relationships between Qingwujing(靑烏經) and Zangshu(葬書), which attracts attention nowadays. Studying the relationships between Qingwujing, Zangshu and Hushoujing is the realm which requires systematic approach. Another reason for Hushoujing's attraction in Fengshui research lies in the contents related with Liqilun(理氣論). Mentioning Xingqilun(形氣論), Hushoujing also includes the explanation of Chinese compass needle, Deshui(得水) and Pokou(破口), and it is directly connected with the main theme of Liqilun. Hushoujing reveals a view point that both Xingqi(形氣) and Liqi(理氣) are important. Accordingly this means that we can understand Liqilun more clearly through studying Hushoujing. It is clearly recorded in the documents of Song(宋) dynasty that there was odd notes documents of Hushoujing as well as mentioning it. Therefore it is very likely that Hushoujing had been written before Song dynasty. Being contained in Huxianshengyinyangbeiyong(胡先生陰陽備用), Dilicanzanxuanjixianp oji(地理參贊玄機仙婆集), Dilitongyiquanshu, Lidaidilizhengyimishuershisizhong(歷代地理正 義秘書二十四種), Xingjiaershizhong(形家二十種), 5 kinds of Hushoujing‘s copies are descended. The contents of Hushoujing are also introduced in documents of sejong period in The Annals of the Choson Dynasty. This means that Hushoujing is the geographical books prevailed representatively in early years of Choson Dynasty and studying Hushoujing is indispensible to studying Fengshui history or Chinese compass(羅盤) as well as deep understanding of Fengshui theory.

        Recently, functional building materials have been developed and introduced to the market. Many building materials emit volatile organic compounds(VOCs) which have the potential to affect health and comfort, and moisture problem has a major role also being established in indoor air quality (1AQ) problems. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of reduction of HCHO using the gupsum board and water vapour adsorption/desorption property for ceiling board for mock-up test room and test house. The mock-up test is conducted according environmental standard method for indoor air quality of the ministry of environment. The results of this study are as follows, the reduction of HCHO gypsum boards are showed an effect to reduce the formaldehyde(HCHO) concentration of mock-up test room and test house. The indoor humidity is also showed to be lower than the general ceiling materials, since there is increased in the absorbed indoor humidity by using a humidifier with moisture adsorption/desorption ceiling materials. In natural conditions, moisture adsorption/desorption ceiling materials is showed a higher humidity than general ceiling materials constructed in the mock-up test room. However It changes of moisture adsorption/desorption is not appeared in test house. Therefore, in case of decreasing and increasing in humidity, these materials can be offset by reduction of HCHO using the gypsum board.

        This research was to analyze the direction ideas of residential Feng Shui. In ancient China residential places were been established by Xiangzhai(相宅) and Buzhai(卜宅) usages. And ancient Chinese always considered geographical features of mountains and waters for setting up their living places. Geographical features were also considered importantly in representative residential Feng Shui books, Zhaijing(宅經) and Yangzhaisanyao(陽宅三要). In Zhaijing, 24 direction ideas are co-related with Fagui(八卦) and GanZhi(干支) theories, and they are most important residential Feng Shui direction theories. The basic thoughts of 24 direction ideas of Zhaijing were already formed in Qin(秦) dynasty and modified in early Han(漢) dynasty. In Zhaijing, residential places were splited into Yangzhai(陽宅) and Yinzhai(陰宅) according to YinYang's Qi directions. Those theories were actually formed from meticulous observations on changing processes of YinYangWuXing(陰陽五行)'s Qi(氣). Constantly changed Qi of YinYangWuXing were studied by old chinese people from the observations on the sun, the moon, the five stars, the Great Bear, and ErShiBaXiu(二十八宿). The origin of Zhaijing's direction ideas is the direction system of ShiPan(式盤) in Qin and Han dynasty. On ShiPan TianGan(天干)․Dizi(地支)․Fagui․TianDiRenGui(天地人鬼) were arranged very systematically into four and 24 directions. DongxiSizhai(東西四宅) theories of Yangzhaisanyao had edited more lately than Zhaijing(宅經), and formed according to Fagui(八卦)‘s YinYang(陰陽) principles. But the basic ideas is same with Zhaijing's. It proves that residential Feng Shui theories were constantly improved and modified. And both residential Feng Shui direction ideas of Zhaijing and Yangzhaisanyao are the general ideas in old china. The point of that ideas is Sky's four or 24 directions are correspondence with the earth's. It came from the traditional thoughts that Heaven, Earth, and mankind are co-related and influenced each other according to Qi's changing processes. Gather up above mentioned, the direction ideas of residential Feng Shui is a systematic thoughts of old chinese for harmonizing Tian-Di-Ren-Gui, and is their specific methods for harmonizing the nature's Qi, mankind and spirits.

        The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum amount of four ingredients (spirulina, sugar, lemon and orange) for the preparation of spirulina madeleine using response surface methodology. Spirulina was added at a level of 3.5-6.0 g, sugar powder, at 40-60 g, while lemon and orange peel were included at a level of 0-8 g. The optimum mixing rates of spirulina powder, sugar powder, lemon and orange were 3.5, 40, 0, and 8 g for overall quality and 3.52, 54.42, 0, and 8 g for maximum score of overall organoleptic quality, respectively.

        This study was carried out to investigate the quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of the black sesame Dasikadded spirulina (0, 10, 20, 30%). Black sesame Dasik with 30% spirulina showed a higher moisture content compared to control. L, a and b values of Hunter color system were decreased significantly according to the addition of spirulina (p<0.05). Hardness and gumminess analyzed by TPA (Texture profile analyzer) were increased significantly according to the addition of spirulina (p<0.05). The antioxidant property of black sesame Dasik increased according to the addition of spirulina: IC50 values of DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of the control was 112.3 g/mL and 56.2 mg/mL, respectively, whereas those of Dasik with 30% addition of spirulina was 58.2 mg/mL and 45.7 mg/mL, respectively. Sensory evaluation results showed that the overall acceptability was not significantly different up to 20% addition of spirulina, compared to that of the control. Based on these results, it was suggested that the addition of spirulina to black sesame Dasik was appropriated up to 20% for quality improvement with antioxidant activity.

        This paper purports to investigate the statistical basic principles through "TRIZ-used 6-sigma integrated activity design" and further, to raise "the importance of measuring technical innovative activities based on 6-sigma integrated design methodology by organization". This paper intends to investigate how the activities of the best conditions, which are necessary for the stage of 6-sigma design, are chosen in the TPM-based 6-sigma integration activities. And it will examine the options, when used together with other technique, in the probability statistical methodology. Through the combination of the situations which are chosen when activity techniques, which are mostly used for production and technology, and 6-sigma integration activities are used together, it intends to practically use as the basic data for company standards.

        This research was performed with the subject of 111 offices in a chemical plant of Korea. Airborne concentration level of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde and total suspended particulates in the office rooms were measured along with temperature and relative humidity. Simultaneously, general characteristics and subjective health symptoms of 500 office workers were investigated through a questionnaire consisting of the five point weighting method : 0 = not at all, 1 = a little bit, 2 = moderately, 3 = quite a bit and 4 = extremely. Results showed that the mean values for temperature and relative humidity in investigated office rooms were 22.2℃ and 34.3%, respectively. The concentrations of formaldehyde, PM10, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide were 0.17 ppb, 28.8 ㎍/㎥, 0.95 ppm and 424 ppm, respectively. 56.4% of all the workers investigated replied with a sense of fatigue or weariness (mean=2.23), drowsiness or languidness (mean=2.22), sneezing (mean=2.11) and ophthalmia oreye fatigue (mean=2.07). Female workers, non-smokers, non-drinkers, workers who do shift more than nine hours a day, and workers in poor health experienced more subjective symptoms than other workers (p<0.05). Subjective symptoms of office workers were significantly associated with the following items of office characteristics: the purchase date of office equipment, the change of office furniture, the use of paint, smoking in the office, ventilation condition, the use of an individual air-conditioner, the use of a fax machine, the degree of office repair, the proportion of workers per office, the degree of satisfaction in office environment, and the operation hours of the air-conditioner. Also, subjective symptoms were positively correlated with indoor environmental factors such as relative humidity, carbon dioxide level, level of PM10, and formaldehyde (p<0.05). In conclusion, office characteristics and air quality in a chemical plant affected subjective health symptoms of office workers. Thus, in order to improve the health of workers, to enhance work efficiency, and to establish a better office environment, air quality control in office rooms by optimal ventilation, adequately occupied number of workers in one office, and maintenance of office equipment should be fulfilled thoroughly. keywords:Air quality, Subjective health symptom, Formaldehyde, PM10, Carbon monoxide, Carbon dioxide

        본 연구는, Vibrio parahaemolyticus에 대한 면역 글로블린 Y(IgY)플 생산하기 위하여 시행되었다. Vibrio parahaemolyticus는 중요한 병원성 균이며. 위장염을 유발시키는 원인 균이다. 따라서, 난황에서 Vibrio parahaemolyticus에 대한 항체를 생산하기 위하여 항원 LPS(lipopolysaccharide)를 암탉에 주사하였다. 면역은 2주 간격으로 4차까지 실시하였으며, 추가면역으로 2주 간격으로 3차 까지 긴시한 후 ELISA로 그 항체 역가를 측정하였다. 난황에서의 항체생성은 1차 면역 후 1주일부터 나타나기 시작하였으며, 7주에 최고 역가에 도달하였고, 이러한 역가는 13주 이후까지 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 혈청에서의 항체 역가노 난황에서의 경향과 유사하였다. 정제시킨 IgY를 본 연구의 water-dilution 방법과 상업용 IgY분리 kit로 그 정제 정도를 비교해본 결과 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았으며, Vibrio parahaemolyticus외의 다른 Vibrio 속 및 세균들과의 교차반응성 조사에서 특별한 교차반응이 없었다. 본 연구에 나타난 결과로, 아주 적은 양의 LPS 항원으로 역가가 높은 항체의 생산이 가능하였으며, 이러한 결과들을 보아 난황은 유행성 위장염을 유발하는 병원성 균의 특이 항체 개발을 위한 좋은 공급원이 될 것으로 생각된다.

        보스턴 초기시들 중 하나인 「여인의 초상화」에서 T, S. 엘리엇은 여 인들의 다양한 측면들을 세밀하게 그리고 있다. 이들은 결혼이나 사랑 의 실패로 인해 깊은 좌절감에 빠졌던 여인이나 소녀들이다. 이들에게 는 이제 우정이 사랑의 자리를 대체하게 되며, 타인들과의 진정한 교제 는 이들의 일상에서 가장 중심적인 관심/배려가 된다. 하지만, 이 다양 한 여성을 표상하는 한 여인을 예리하게 관찰하며 그녀의 내면을 깊이 파고 들고 있는 이 시의 남성 화자는 자신이 연인이 될 가능성을 의식 하고 있다. 이러한 가능성으로 벗어나려는 화자는 그녀를 떠나게 되며 가까운 미래에 그녀가 죽을 것이라고 갑작스럽게 상상한다. 극도로 자 의식적인 화자의 내면의 흐름을 집중적으로 조명하는 이 시는 시간과 기억에 대한 베르그송의 사상의 흔적을 지니고 있다. 「여인의 초상화」 의 시공간은 실제적 공간이라기보다, 화자의 의식과 지속으로서의 기억 에 의해 구성되었다. 베르그송은 모든 생명이 끊임없이 유동적이며, 그 가 “지속”[durée]이라고 부르는 생성적 과정에 있다고 주장한다. 한편, 남성화자의 지속적으로/극적으로 변화하는 감정은 베르그송의 사유와 친밀한 관계에 있는 마티스의 미학 이론으로 설명될 수 있다.

        본 연구는 고령화 사회가 가속되면서 골다공증예방, 고관절골절수술과 같은 의료적 측면에서 의 연구는 활발하지만 환경개선 및 보호대 개발 같은 분야에 대한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 노인을 위한 고관절의 중요성에 대하여는 인식도가 점점 높아지고 있으나 고관절 보호대라는 용어조차 생소할 정도로 인식도가 낮다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 및 해외에서 출시되고 있는 힙 프로텍터를 바탕으로 첫째, 보호대 디자인유형에 대한 다양성을 알아보고 둘째, 우리나라 수요자에게 보급화할 수 있는 적합한 디자인 개발안을 제시하고 셋째, 고관절 보호대를 수요자에게 제공 할 수 있는 홍보방안을 연구한다. 이러한 관점에서 고관절 보호대의 적합한 디자인 방향 연구와 존재를 홍보하여 노인의 복지 향상과 삶의 질을 높일 수 있음은 물론이고, 고관절 골절 예방 제품 개발은 향후 다양한 고령 친화제품 설계에 반영할 경우, 골절로 인한 개인 및 사회의 막대한 의료비 부담을 감소시키고 고령자의 일상 활동력을 향상시킬 것이다.

        본 연구는 홍삼인삼 제품을 생산하는 지역단위 영세 중소기업의 브랜드 아이덴티티(brand identity) 향상을 위하여 우리나라 고유의 문화 이미지를 대표하는 한글을 이용한 캘리그래피를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 1단계 기업현황 분석, 2단계 캘리그래피 제작 등의 연구방법을 사용한 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 홍삼인삼 제품을 생산하는 지역단위 영세 중소기업의 브랜드 아이덴티티(brand identity)는 ① 일관된 브랜드 아이덴티티의 적용이 미흡하고, ② 한글과 한자의 혼용에 따른 시각적 효과의 감소가 있으며, ③ 한글 캘리그래피 전용서체 미개발에 따른 시각적 효과가 부족하다. 둘째, 우리나라 고유의 문화 이미지를 대표하는 한글을 이용한 캘리그래피는 ① 한글 글씨체(폰트) 구상 및 스케치, 자형의 선택 및 밑그림을 창작하는 원도 제작, ② 스캐너를 사용하여 창작된 원도를 고해상도로 입력, ③ 스캐닝 원도 데이터, 폰트 편집(font editing), 폰트(font) 검수 등을 통한 최종 폰트 데이터(font data) 완성, ④ 개발된 한글 캘리그래피(calligraphy) 폰트(font)를 사용한 다양한 글자 표현에 적용 등을 통해 제작될 수 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 홍삼인삼패키지 브랜드 아이덴티티를 위한 한글 캘리그래피 개발을 통해 ① 일관된 브랜드 아이덴티티의 적용이 가능하게 되었고, ② 한글과 한자의 혼용 보다는 다양한 한글 표현을 통한 의미 전달이 용이해졌으며, ③ 한글 캘리그래피 폰트(font) 개발로 향후 한글 캘리그래피 폰트(font)에 대한 관심과 적용이 더욱 활발해질 수 있는 계기가 마련되었다. 이를 통해 체계화된 기업의 브랜드 이미지는 경쟁업체와 차별화할 수 있는 수단이고 소비자의 구매 행동에 영향을 주며 커뮤니케이션 전략에 유리하고 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
