        This study investigated the properties of foamed concrete by using surfactant foaming agent and synthetic foaming agent. The effects of foaming agent types on the compressive strength, density and pore structure of the concrete were investigated. The samples were assessed by XRD analysis and simultaneous SEM was used to study their pore distribution. This study showed the improvement of important properties of foamed concrete. Lower pore distribution and correspondingly higher compressive strength values were reached. Also, synthetic foaming agent had more positive effect on the strength of foamed concrete

        This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Jingangsan Mt. (Ganghwa-gun). The vascular plants identified during the 11 round field surveys were a to total of 560 taxa: 114 families, 336 genera, 495 species, 7 subspecies, 53 varieties, 4 forms and 1 hybrid. A high plant diversity were Poaceae (11.0%), Asteraceae (10.8%), Cyperaceae (8.8%), Rosaceae (4.6%) and Lamiaceae (4.3%) in regular order. The four taxa of Korean endemic plants such as Viola seoulensis Nakai, Salix koriyanagi Kimura ex Goerz, Hemerocallis hakuunensis Nakai and Polygonatum infundiflorum Y. S. Kim, B. U. Oh & C. G. Jang were collected. The vascular plants on the red list according to IUCN evaluation basis were found to be four taxa: Near Threatened (NT) species of Delphinium maackianum Regel, and Not Evaluate (NE) species of Mosla japonica (Benth. ex Oliv.) Maxim., Carex paxii Kük. and Polygonatum infundiflorum Y. S. Kim, B. U. Oh & C. G. Jang. The floristic regional indicator plants found in this area were 28 taxa comprising two taxa of degree Ⅳ, three taxa of degree Ⅲ, eight taxa of degree Ⅱ, and 15 taxa of degreeⅠ. In addition, the naturalized plants were identified as 44 taxa and the percentage of naturalized index (NI) was 7.9%, and Urbanization Index (UI) was 13.7%.

        This study aims to investigate the flora of Mt. Cheonma (Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea), including Korean endemic, rare and endangered plants. To support the biodiversity and usefulness of this investigation, we checked the red list plants, floristic regional indicator plants, climate change adaptation target plants and naturalized plants, and compared composition of plant species in Mt. Cheonma with nearby mountains. Totally, we performed 22 field investigations from April 2012 to October 2014. The number of vascular plants in this region is 433 taxa and comprised of 94 families, 266 genera, 378 species, 2 subspecies, 46 varieties, and 7 forms. Among them, there are 13 endemic plants designated by Korean Forest Service, whereas only 10 taxa are endemic species by Korean Ministry of Environment (KME). According to the IUCN criteria, there are 12 rare and endangered plants composed of 9 Least Concerned (LC), 2 Vulnerable species (VU), and one Endangered species (EN) found by Korea National Arboretum (KNA). Meanwhile, 8 taxa including 7 Least Concerned (LC) were found in Red List of KME. The floristic regional indicator plants designated by KME were 49 taxa. In addition, there are 14 taxa in The Adaptable to Climate Change Plant List designated by KNA, while only 19 taxa are naturalized plants. Generally, there are 190 common taxa in Gwangju Mountains area, and only 51 taxa are distributed in Mt. Cheonma.

        This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of weed control on disease incidence, plant growth and fruit quality, and to provide effective method to farmers at the vineyard. At the raincoat greenhouse cultivating ‘Campbell Early’, several weed controlling methods were compared to the control. Mean temperature of plots between soil covering (C.B., W.F., S.N., P.F. and R.H.) and non soil covering (M.W.2, M.W.3 and U.T.) were similar with 26.2℃ (July) and 25.8℃ (Aug.), but humidity of soil covering was sharply decreased in late-July under 40%. Soil water were all higher in soil covering plots than that of non-soil covering, however, soil temperature was recorded lower in soil covering plots. Disease incidence of Peudocercospora vitis according to soil coverings had effect on black plastic film mulching by decreasing grapevine leaf spot to 85% in July, 69% in August, compared to the control, with showing the smallest lesion incidence in FMB. Among growth characters, internode length and internode width of black plastic film mulching was higher than that of the control. SPAD value of black plastic film mulching was recorded the highest. It was not significant among the treatments, but brix was recorded highly in black plastic film mulching with 14~15°Brix.

        국내 폐기물 관리법에 의한 사업장폐기물 중에서 주변 환경을 오염시킬 수 있는 유해한 물질을 함유한 폐기물인 지정폐기물은 보관, 수집운반 및 처리 등의 기준이 생활폐기물에 비해 엄격해 총 처리 과정에서 필연적으로 많은 비용이 발생한다. 이런 상황에서 지정폐기물의 유해성을 저감시켜 일반 폐기물화하여 처리하거나 재활용이 가능하다면 산업현장에 비용적 측면의 부담을 크게 완화할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 에폭시 수지 생산 산업공정에서 발생하는 지정폐기물을 대상으로 성상분석을 통해 유해물질의 이화학적 특성 및 성상을 파악하고 일반폐기물화 또는 재활용에 대한 가능성을 평가하였다. 2010년 환경부 폐기물 통계를 기준으로 가장 많은 폐기물을 배출하는 분야는 화학제품 제조업이며, 화학제품 제조업 중 본 연구에서는 에폭시수지 생산 공정 중 탈염분액 공정에서 나오는 폐기물을 현장에서 채취하여 실험에 사용하였다. 탈염분약 과정에서 나오는 폐기물은 주 원료인 비스페놀A와 여러 휘발성 유기화합물이 포함되어 있어 지정폐기물로 분류된다. 시료 운반과정에서 VOCs(휘발성유기화합물)의 휘발을 방지하기 위해 밀폐용기에 담아 실험실로 옮긴 후 냉장 보관하였다. 우선 폐기물의 이화학적 특성을 파악하기 위해 해당 시료에 대해 폐기물 용출시험, 발열량 분석 및 전원소 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 중금속은 용출되지 않았으며, 발열량 4500 kcal/kg, 염소이온 0.67 %등으로 환경부 폐기물 재활용 기준은 충족하였다. 그러나 332,000 mg/kg 이상의 고농도 톨루엔이 존재했고 그 외에 자일렌 36 mg/kg, 에틸벤젠 23 mg/kg, 클로로벤젠 15 mg/kg 등 여러 휘발성 유기화합물도 함유되어있었다. 고농도의 VOCs는 인체에 노출될 경우 발암성 등의 유해성이 있으므로 재활용하기 위해서는 반드시 저감해야 한다. VOCs는 증기압이 높고 헨리상수가 크므로 고온 stripping이 가장 효율적인 방법으로 판단된다. 단, VOCs자체가 대기오염 물질이므로 stripping 후 배가스를 별도의 처리를 하지 않고 대기 중으로 방출할 경우 대기오염을 유발하게 된다. 따라서 stripping장치 후단에 활성탄을 충진한 column을 설치하여 탈기된 VOCs를 제거 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 80℃온풍으로 폐기물 중의 VOCs를 stripping하자 초기에 8,000 ppm정도의 VOCs가 발생하였고, 약 20분 동안 농도가 급격히 저하되었다. 120분 후 부터는 20 ppm 내외의 농도를 나타내었다. 활성탄 후단에서는 유입농도에 관계없이 악취방지법에 의한 대기 배출허용기준인 30 ppm을 만족시켰다. 폐기물 중의 VOCs농도는 12900 mg/kg으로 감소하였으나 발열량은 거의 변화가 없어 폐기물 고형연료로 활용할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        최근 게임 산업은 시대별 핵심 플랫폼의 등장과 함께 패러다임 변화가 이루어져왔다. 아케이드, 콘 솔, PC온라인, 스마트 디바이스 플랫폼들이 대표적이다. 최근에는 스마트 디바이스와 다른 플랫폼의 연 동되는 멀티 플랫폼 형태로 확장 변모하고 있고, 탈 PC화로 멀티 플랫폼 게임들이 나오고 있는 추세 이다. 본 논문에서는 아케이드 게임의 연속성이 부족한 점을 인지하여 기존 아케이드 디바이스에 스마 트 디바이스를 연동한 멀티 플랫폼 아케이드 게임을 제안한다. 기존 아케이드 게임에 온라인 형태의 네트워크 환경을 제공하여 스마트 디바이스와 연동을 통한 첨단 아케이드 게임 환경을 제공한다. 이러 한 환경을 제공함으로써 단순한 1차적이고 연속성이 부족한 1회성 아케이드 게임을 스마트 디바이스와 연동함으로써 게임의 연속성을 높이고 사용자의 집중도를 높일 수 있다. 또한 멀티 플랫폼의 연동을 위해 블루투스 통신모듈과 무선 Wi-Fi 통신모듈을 사용함으로써 통신환경에 맞게 적용이 가능하며, Unity3D엔진을 사용함으로써 콘텐츠의 확정성이 가능하다.

        The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy is now placing emphasis on the importance of a new and renewable energy resource map service as an essential means of promoting the dissemination and adoption of renewable energy and other related industrial activities. To raise satisfaction with the new and renewable energy resource map service and promote its utilization, a survey was conducted on a sample group with an academic research background, i.e. employees of the Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER) who have a thorough understanding of the technological concepts behind the new and renewable energy resource map. Statistical analysis of the survey results showed a high level of overall satisfaction with the web service for the new and renewable energy resource map. Therefore, it was concluded that the development of practical contents rather than the enhancement of web service convenience is required. A statistically significant trend was also observed whereby, the longer the professional career of the survey respondents, the greater their perception and utilization of, and satisfaction with, the enhanced service, which indicates that their level of understanding and utilization of technological concepts corresponds to their research experience record. In addition, the results obtained from the questionnaires regarding the evaluation of the utilization value of the resource map service indicated that use of the service was equally high in terms of political, business and academic applications. The results confirmed the need to develop multidimensional resource map contents that can be applied to as many fields as possible, rather than focusing on a specific terrain.

        This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Mt. Byeollipsan (Ganghwa-gun). The vascular plants from 13 field surveys were revealed to total of 574 taxa; 116 families, 355 genera, 505 species, 8 subspecies, 52 varieties, 7 forms and 2 hybrids. A high plant diversity were Asteraceae (12.3%), Poaceae (10.6%), Cyperaceae (6.1%), Fabaceae (4.5%) and Rosaceae (4.2%) in regular order. The seven taxa of Korean endemic plants such as Clematis brachyura, Viola seoulensis, Populus × tomentiglandulosa, Salix koriyanagi, Ajuga multiflora f. rosea, Hemerocallis hakuunensis and Polygonatum infundiflorum were collected. The red data of vascular plants according to IUCN valuation basis were examined five taxa; Least Concern (LC) species of both Phacelurus latifolius and Belamcanda chinensis, Not Evaluate (NE) species of Lithospermum arvense, Scorzonera austriaca ssp. glabra and Polygonatum infundiflorum. The floristic regional indicator plants found in this area were 34 taxa comprising one taxa of degree IV, six taxa of degree III, 11 taxa of degree II, and 16 taxa of degree I. In addition, the naturalized plants were identified as 46 taxa and the percent of naturalized index (NI) was 8.0%, Urbanization Index (UI) was 14.3%, respectively.

        This study is to propose a more reasonable durability prediction models about compression strength and carbonation of Seoul Metro. The Seoul Metro has been used more than 30 years and accumulated many diagnosis data for about fifteen years. As a result of the analysis of compressive strength and carbonation, we were able to draw prediction models with accuracy of more than 80% and confirmed the prediction model's reliability by comparing it with the existing models. We've also confirmed field suitability of the prediction models by applying field, the average error of an estimate on compressive strength and carbonation depth was about 20%, which showed an accuracy of more than 80%.

        This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Mt. Suan (Gyeonggi-do). The vascular plant were collected 13 times (from March to October 2011), and 402 taxa in total were identified, including 102 families, 274 genera, 354 species, 6 subspecies, 40 varieties and 2 forms. Among them, 8 taxa of Korean endemic plants and the Korea Forest Service-designated rare plants were identified as 5 taxa. Based on the list of plants which have been approved for overseas delivery, 10 taxa were recorded in the investigated area. The Ministry of Environment-designated specially plants were identified as 17 taxa. The naturalized plants were identified as 41 taxa and the percent of naturalized index (NI) was 10.2% of total 402 taxa vascular plants.

        This study compared the contents of low molecular ginsenoside according to fermentation process in low grade fresh ginseng. Low grade fresh ginseng was directly inoculated with a 24 h seed culture of Bifidobacterium Longum B6., Lactobacillus casei., and incubated at 36℃ for 72 h. Bifidobacterium Longum B6 was specifically was found to show the best growth on 3,255×106 CFU/ml after 48 h of fermentation. The content of ginsenoside Rb1, Re and Rd were decreased with the fermentation but ginsenoside Rh2 and Rg2 increased after fermentation process. In the case of low molecular ginsenoside conversion yields were 56.07% of Rh2, 12.03% of Rg3 and 77.11% of Rg2, respectively. In addition, compound-K was irregular conversion yield as long as 72 h of fermentation. This results indicate that fermentation process could increase the low molecular ginsenoside in low grade fresh ginseng.

        본 연구는 가현산의 관속식물상을 밝히고 주요 식물들의 분포를 조사하였다. 2010년 3월부터 10월까지 총 13회에 걸쳐 수행되었다. 그 결과 관속식물은 96과 267속 362종 6아종 40변종 5품종으로 총 413분류군이 확인되었다. 그 중 한국 고유종은 6분류군, 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 17분류군이 조사되었다. 조사된 413분류군의 유용도는 식용이 159분류군(38.5%), 약용 122분류군(29.5%), 목초용 77분류군(18.6%), 관상용 47분류군(11.4%), 염료용 26분류군(6.3%), 목재용 14분류군(3.4%), 섬유용 6분류군(1.5%), 공업용이 5분류군(1.2%) 그리고 용도를 알지 못하는 식물도 102분류군(24.7%)으로 나타났다. 귀화식물은 41분류군으로 확인되었으며, 귀화율은 9.9%로 나타났다. 또한 생활형조성은 일년생식물(27.1%), 반지중식물(26.4%), 지중식물(14.7%)등이 높게 나타났다.

        In this study, we investigated the cosmetic application of Acer mono sap through an ultra-high pressure process. Exposing Acer mono sap to a ultra-high pressure process resulted in 90.1% cell viability of human normal fibroblast cells (CCD-986sk) when added at the highest concentration. Acer mono sap also showed the hightest free radical scavenging activity after the ultra high pressure process. The melanogenesis inhibition rate in cloned M-3 cells was 59.0%. Tyrosinase was inhibited at a rate of 87.2% by adding 100% HPAMS. Anti-wrinkle activity was 78.1%. Acer mono sap showed enhanced storage following the ultra high pressure process. These results indicate that Acer mono sap may be a source for functional cosmetic agents capable of improving antioxidant, whitening, and antiwrinkling effects.

        In this study, we investigated antioxidant activities and whitening effects of Acer mono sap by encapsulation of nanoparticles. Acer mono sap was through ultra high pressure process and then encapsulated by lecithin. Nano-encapsulated The nanoparticles of Acer mono sap showed highest free radical scavengering effect as 89.7% in adding sample (1.0 mg/ml), compared to sap of non-encapsulation. It was showed strong inhibition effect on melanin production test by Clone M-3 cells as 47.8%. High inhibitory of tyrosinase was also measured as 85.8% by adding lecithin nano-particle of 1.0 mg/ml. The nano-particles also showed 14.8% of low cytotoxicity against human normal fibroblast cells in adding 1.0 mg/ml of the highest concentration. These results indicate that Acer mono sap may be a source of cosmetic agents capable of improving whitening effect and antioxidant activites.

        This study was to investigate the effect of fermentation extracts on the concentration of serotonin and melatonin in the serum of the ICR mice. The ICR mice were divided into water control group, lactobacillus fermentation solution including (Lactobacillus paracasei and Bifidobacterium longum B6) control group, positive control group (milk and doxylamine succinate), negative control group (caffein) and the groups treated with the extracts of Berberis koreana bark (WE: water extracts, FE-L.P: fermentation extracts of Lactobacillus paracasei, FE-B.L: fermentation extracts of Bifidobacterium longum B6). After ten-day feeding treatment, the mean concentration of serotonin for water control, WE, FE-L.P and FEB. L group was 134.72, 183.01, 232.09 and 223.78 ng/ml, respectively. The mean concentration for FE-L.P and FE-B.L group were approximately 66% larger than that for water control group. The mean concentration of melatonin for water control, WE, FE-L.P and FE-B.L group was 76.92, 106.66, 157.56 and 141.81pg/ml, respectively. The mean concentration of melatonin for FE-L.P and FE-B.L group were also larger than that for water control group. Our results indicated that the fermentation extracts of Berberis koreana bark have relatively greater potential to induce secretion of serotonin and melatonin. Therefore, the fermentation extracts have antidepressant effect.

        본 연구는 가지산의 관속식물상을 밝히고 주요 식물들의 분포를 조사하였다. 2006년 3월부터 10월, 2009년 3월부터 10월까지 총 12회에 걸쳐 수행되었다. 그 결과 관속식물은 106과 314속 503종 6아종 56변종 8품종으로 총 573분류군이 확인되었다. 그 중 산림청 지정 희귀식물은 10분류군, 한국 고유종은 20분류군이 조사되었다. 또한 환경부 지정 멸종위기야생식물은 3분류군, 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 64분류군, 국외반출 승인대상 식물에는 23분류군이 조사되었다. 한편 귀화식물은 22분류군으로 확인되었으며, 귀화율은 3.8%로 나타났다. 조사된 573분류군의 유용도는 식용이 217분류군(37.8%), 약용 181분류군(31.5%), 목초용 91분류군(15.8%), 관상용 86분류군(15%), 목재용 19분류군(3.3%), 섬유용 11분류군(1.9%) 그리고 공업용이 7분류군(1.2%)으로 나타났다.
