The invasive red swamp crayfish, Procambarus clarkii, is native to southcentral United States and northeastern Mexico. Recently, it has been being spreading in the wild in South Korea. However, its primary sources, introduction routes, establishment, and expansion in South Korea remain unclear. Here, we analyzed genetic diversity and population genetic structures of its domestic natural populations during early invasion, commercial stock from local aquaria (a suspected introduction source), and original United States population using mitochondrial COI gene sequences for 267 individuals and eight microsatellite markers for 158 individuals. Natural and commercial populations of P. clarkii showed reduced genetic diversity (e.g., haplotype diversity and allelic richness). The highest genetic diversity was observed in one original source population based on both genetic markers. Despite a large number of individuals in commercial aquaria, we detected remarkably low genetic diversity and only three haplotypes among 226 individuals, suggesting an inbred population likely originating from a small founder group. Additionally, the low genetic diversity in the natural population indicates a small effective population size during early establishment of P. clarkii in South Korea. Interestingly, genetic differentiation between natural populations and the United States population was lower than that between natural populations and aquarium populations. This suggests that various genetic types from the United States likely have entered different domestic aquariums, leading to distinct natural populations through separate pathways. Results of our study will provide an insight on the level of genetic divergence and population differentiation during the initial stage of invasion of non-indigenous species into new environments.
본 연구는 희년의 의미를 신화적 관점과 해석학적 관점을 차용한 학제적 관점에서 접근하여 레위기의 전통적 해석으로 포착하기 힘든 희년의 다의적 뉘앙스를 드러내고자 하였다. 이를 위해 필자는 역사적 관점과 대립되는 신화적 관점에서, 율법적 관점과 대립되는 복음의 관점에서, 신앙공동체와 대립되는 개인의 관점에서 희년의 의미를 재해석한다. 4장으로 구성된 본 논문의 2장에서는 레위기 40장에 언급된 희년의 의미를 창조신화의 관련 속에서 살펴보며, 비교 신화학자 엘리아데(Eliade)의 신화이론, 특히 “성스러운 시간”의 개념을 통해서 레위기의 희년을 분석한다. 3장에서는 누가복음에서 예수가 선포한 희년과 레위기에 기록된 희년을 비교 분석하여 희년사상의 확장과 변형을 다룬다. 또한 구약성경에 대한 예수의 새로운 해석 방식과 이를 발전시킨 바울의 모형론적 해석학의 관점에서 희년을 분석한다. 4장에서는 엘리아데의 신화적 시간, 즉 “성스러운 시간”과 레위기의 희년 사이의 유사성을 밝히고, “성스러운 시간”과 레위기의 희년에서는 발견될 수 없는 신약의 희년만이 갖고 있는 두 가지 특징을 규명한다.
In this study, to verify the structural performance of the Composite Joint System (CJS) hybrid structural model, a cyclic load test was performed and evaluated and verified through the test. To verify the structural performance of the CJS hybrid structural systems’ joint and evaluate the seismic performance, four three-dimensional real-size specimens were developed with three internal beam-column specimens and one external beam-column specimen. The three interior column specimens were classified by different methods of joining the upper column and lower column, and the same bonding method as the primary specimen was used for the exterior column. The structural performances in terms of drift, strength, and energy dissipation capacity were analyzed and compared based on the experimental results. From the displacement-based loading experiment, all specimens showed a lateral drift of 4.0% without any significant strength drop and stable energy dissipation capacity.
This paper presents the effect on the inelastic behavior and structural performance of concrete and filled steel pipe through a numerical method for reliable judgment under various load conditions of the CJS composite structural system. Variable values optimized for the CJS synthetic structural system and the effects of multiple variables used for finite element analysis to present analytical modeling were compared and analyzed with experimental results. The Winfrith concrete model was used as a concrete material model that describes the confinement effect well, and the concrete structure was modeled with solid elements. Through geometric analysis of shell and solid elements, rectangular steel pipe columns and steel elements were modeled as shell elements. In addition, the slip behavior of the joint between the concrete column and the rectangular steel pipe was described using the Surface-to-Surface function. After finite element analysis modeling, simulation was performed for cyclic loading after assuming that the lower part of the foundation was a pin in the same way as in the experiment. The analysis model was verified by comparing the calculated analysis results with the experimental results, focusing on initial stiffness, maximum strength, and energy dissipation capability.
Generally the non-bearing walls in apartment buildings in Korea are not considered as a lateral force resisting members for the design consideration. This engineering practice caused large crack damages and brittle fractures of the non-bearing walls when subjected to Pohang earthquakes in 2017 since those have not been designed for seismic loading. In this study, finite element analysis was conducted for slot type non-bearing wall connection system to reduce damages and concentrate damages to the designated damping device through separation from the structural wall members. Steel plate and dowel bar systems designed for the dissipation of seismic energies were modeled and analyzed to investigate the damage reductions. Finally, the test result and the analysis result were compared and verified.
The present study was carried out to investigate the acute oral toxicity of Chamaecyparis obtusa (C. obtusa) essential oil in ICR male and female mice. Acute oral treatment with C. obtusa essential oil did not reveal any sign of toxicity or mortality in treated mice. Mouse body weights were not affected after single oral administration of C. obtusa essential oil during the 14-day observation period. In the hematological and blood biochemical analysis, all parameters of the treated group with 2,000 mg/kg body weight of the essential oil were not significantly different those of the control group. Therefore, the lethal dose 50 of the essential oil was estimated to be greater than 2,000 mg/ kg body weight in mice, which indicated that the essential oil is non-toxic. In conclusion, this study suggests that C. obtusa essential oil orally safe ICR mice.
Virtual reality is one of the most popular technologies in the fourth industrial revolution. We suggest that virtual training using virtual reality would be more effective than existing training. Development of virtual trolley simulation content was done through Unreal Engine. Through the production of virtual reality content, we had developed a more advanced simulation development environment.
The identity of toxin producers remains only hypothesis unless there were identified by strain isolation and analytical confirmation of both the cyanotoxin production and the genetic identity of the monoculture. The purposes of this study were to identify a morphologic and phylogenetic classification in Aphanizomenon flos-aquae strains isolated from the Nakdong River and to investigate the potential ability of the strains to produce toxins such as saxitoxin and cylindrospermopsin using target genes. The 16S rRNA and sxtA, sxtI, cyrA, cyrJ genes were analyzed on two strains (DGUC001, DGUC003) isolated from the Nakdong River. Morphological features of the strains were observed a shape of aggregated trichomes in parallel fascicles which can reach up to macroscopic size and a hyaline terminal cell without aerotope. In addition, the 16S rRNA phylogenetic analyses showed that the strains were identified as the same species with high genetic similarity of 98.4% and grouped within a monospecific andsupported cluster I of Aphanizomenon flosaquae selected from GenBank of the NCBI. The cyrA and cyrJ genes encoding for the cylindrospermopsinbiosynthesis were not detected in the present study. The sxtA gene was in detected both the two strains, whereas the sxtI gene which had been suggested as a suitable molecular marker to detect saxitoxin-producing cyanobacteria was not found both the strains. Thus, the two strains isolated from Nakdong River were identified as the same species of Aphanizomenon flos-aquae Ralfs ex Bornet et Flahault 1888, the two strains were confirmed as potential non-producing strains of the saxitoxin and cylindrospermopsin.
한국에서 결핵은 소위 후진국 병으로 인식되어 사라진 질병으로 여겨진다. 그러나 한국은 OECD 가입국 중 결핵 발병률 및 사망률이 가장 높은 국가로 결핵은 여전히 사회적 문제이다. 특히 결핵은 사회적 질병으로서 다양한 사회 ․환경적 요인들이 작용하여 나타나는 질병이기에 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 하지만 한국의 결핵 관련 연구는 생의학적 결정 요인 연구에 집중되어, 이외에 발병에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 사회 ․환경적 결정요인 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이는 결핵 발병의 생의학적 결정 요인과 사회 ․환경적 결정 요인을 통합적으로 분석하고 있는 최근의 세계적 연구 흐름과도 동떨어져 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 2015년 국내 결핵 발병률의 공간적 차이를 확인하고, 아이겐벡터 공간필터링 모형을 이용하여 공간적 차이에 기반한 결핵 발병의 사회 ․환경적 결정요인을 분석해 보고자 한다.
It is important to complete the project within the specified time period and the limited budget in the current rapidly changing business environment. It is difficult to predict the cost of the project in early stage because of the large-scale trend. Budget shortfall due to the failure of cost prediction serves as a higher risk of success. Most previous studies to prevent the risk such as budget shortfall have investigated the direct costs. However, research on the overhead costs are insufficient in terms of both quality and quantity. Direct costs are easily computed for each basis of calculation. But overhead costs that include indirect costs except indirect material cost(IMC) are necessary reasonable and efficient management because they are changed in accordance with the rate of overhead costs. In this paper we introduce an analysis method of overhead costs applied for a Space Launch Vehicle R&D Project.
In this study, we quantitatively analyzed the data by measuring the radiation shielding rate and uniformity in order to evaluate the performance of an Apron. In addition, storage conditions were also evaluated. The uniformity measurement was performed by evaluating the Apron DICOM images using a PACS program. The experiment was intended for 51 Aprons being used in three hospitals in the Daejeon area. The radiation shielding rate and uniformity were measured per lead equivalent for 0.25 mmPb, 0.35 mmPb, and 0.5 mmPb. As a result, the higher lead equivalents were, the greater differences in the non-uniformity between the top part and the bottom part became (p=0.020). In all hospitals, regarding the non-uniformity of four places in Aprons, all showed statistically significant differences (p<0.01). The average value of the transmitted radiation dose showed less difference (p = 0.005) in the bottom right than in the upper right but was statistically significant. There have been no marks of manufacturing date or the date of purchase in the Apron.
The game intended for treatment directly is not yet much in domestic and even though it is used for child psychotherapy, the direct game therapy has not been used yet. But the possibility of the game therapy is likely to increase in the future due to emerging the field of virtual reality therapy, recreational therapy. In this study it is proposed the rhythm game using the balance ball connected the wired/wireless PC, it is the reason why the functional game may help the upper limb rehabilitation if you are using it continuously without a place, time, and cost constraints.
본 논문은 바울이 다메섹 도상에서 체험한 ‘회심’과 그 결과를 토마스 쿤이 과학혁명의 구조에서 주장한 ‘정상과학,’ ‘위기,’ ‘패러다임 전환’ 등 몇 가지 핵 심 개념으로 분석하였다. 회심이전, 바울의 구약해석학은 구전토라를 포함한 랍 비전통의 해석학이었고, 회심이후 그의 해석학은 그리스도 중심적 구약해석으 로 전환된다. 그의 구약해석은 이후 기독교도들에게 구약해석의 표준을 제공한 다는 점에서 쿤이 말한 “학제모형”의 성격을 띤다. 또한 그의 회심은 ‘비축적적’ 이고 돌발적인 방식으로 진행되었을 뿐만 아니라 이전의 해석학을 새로운 해석 학으로 완전히 대치했다는 점에서 쿤이 언급한 패러다임 전환의 여러 특징을 잘 보여주고 있다. 본 논문은 쿤이 언급한 과학혁명의 순서에 따라 바울의 해석 학을 분석하는 방식으로 구성 되었다. 1장에서는 ‘정상과학’과 유대경전의 해석 학을, 2장에서는 ‘위기’와 바울의 해석적학 위기를, 3장에서는 새로운 패러다임 의 탄생과 바울의 해석학적 패러다임의 전환을 다루었다.
Stroke incidence is increasing accordance with the aging of the population. While stroke patients increases the survival rate due to the contemporary development of medicine, goes on increasing the chronic disease by muscle impairment called hemiplegia. Rehabilitation training of motor skills for hemiplegia patients comprises repetitive and passive contents. In this paper, we developed a movement recognition device using acceleration sensor to help the upper limb rehabilitation and functional game contents in order to reduce the boredom of rehabilitation. By this contents, we can be maximized effect of the exercise using rehabilitation training contents made by simple graphical resources and added fun. Later on, we will provide various contents that can use several platform interface and can be have a lot of fun exercise and spread the range of applications of functional game contents.
본 논문의 목적은 창세기에 등장하는 야곱의 사다리에 숨겨져 있는 메시지를 신화적 상징과 신학적 담론의 관점에서 분석하여, 동일한 사건이 신화, 종교, 교리의 문맥에 따라 다양한 의미로 수용되고 발전하는 과정을 추적하는 것이다. 창세기에 등장하는 야곱의 사다리를 신화적 상징과 신학적 담론이라는 두 관점에서 접근할 수 있는 근거는 이 일화가 신화적 상징과 신학적 의미를 동시에 포함하고 있기 때문이다. 유대교도나 기독교인이 아닌 사람의 시각에서 야곱의 사다리는 그리스 로마 신화를 포함한 다양한 신화에서 발견되는 보편적 상징체계로 해석될 수 있다. 하지만 구약성경을 자신의 종교경전으로 간주하는 유대인이 나 기독교인의 관점에서 보면, 야곱의 사다리는 야훼 하나님과 신도 사이의 관계를 설명하는 보다 구체적이며 제한된 신학적 담론 안에서 논의될 수 있다. 야곱의 사다리는 다시 유대교와 기독교의 신학적 담론 안에서 각기 다른 의미로 해석될 뿐 만 아니라, 동일한 기독교 안에서도 가톨릭과 개신교에서 각기 다른 신학적 담론을 형성한다. 본 논문은 이 같은 목적을 위해 네 부분으로 구성되었다. 신화의 영역은 주로 엘리아데의 “우주의 축”의 개념에 따라, 유대교, 가톨릭, 개신교의 영역은 각기 성전, 교황, 만인제사장의 신학적 담론 안에서 “야곱의 사다리”를 분석한다.
그 동안 정서고갈,조직컴미트먼트,조직시민행동,이직의도 간에는 많은 상관성이 존재한다는 사실이 주장되어 왔음에도 불구하고 이들 모든 변수를 함께 고려하여 종합적으로 관찰한 연구는 없었다.본 연구에서는 개인의 정서고갈이 이직의도에 악영향을 미치는 구체적 과정에 초점을 두고 정서고갈이 자동적으로 이직의도를 초래하는 것인지 아니면 그 사이에 관련 변수들의 매개과정을 거치면서 부정적 영향을 부추기는 것인지 검토하려 했다.이를 위해 사회적 교환이론을 전제로 설정된 매개 가설들을 입증하였다.그리고 직무요구-자원(JD-R)이론이나 자원보존이론 분야의 대부분 연구자들이 정서고갈이 직무만족이나 이직에 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로만 주장해왔으나 본 연구에서 조직컴미트먼트나 OCB에 의해 매개된다는 점을 가설로 설정하고 네 변수 간의 종합적 구조모형을 만들어 제안모형의 우수성을 입증하였다.본 연구를 위해 대인서비스업 종사자들로부터 받은 설문자료를 분석하여 가설을 검정하는 경험적 조사방법이 사용되었다.결과를 요약하면 이직의도는 정서고갈의 직접적인 영향도 받지만 정서고갈에 의해 좌우되는 조직컴미트먼트와 OCB에 의해서도 영향을 받고 있음이 입증되었다.즉 정서고갈로 인하여 조직컴미트먼트가 낮아져서 이직의도가 높아지는 것 이외에도 조직컴미트먼트로 인하여 OCB의 질이 좋아지기 때문에 이직의도가 감소하는 경향도 있음을 알 수 있었다.
