본 연구는 환경측정용 센서 위치에 따른 온실 환경의 공간· 수직적 특성을 조사하고 온실 종류에 따른 온도, 광도 및 CO2 농도 간의 상관관계를 구명하고자 수행하였다. 벤로형 온실의 공간적인 5지점을 선정한 후 각 지점에서 대표적 작물의 수 직적 높이 4지점과 지면부, 지붕 공간에 온도, 상대습도, CO2, 엽온 및 광센서를 설치하였다. 벤로형 온실과 반밀폐형 온실 에서 온도, 광도 및 CO2 농도 변화의 관계성을 Curve Expert Professional 프로그램을 이용하여 비교하였다. 벤로형 온실 의 공간적 위치에 따른 편차는 CO2 농도가 다른 요인보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. CO2 농도는 평균 465-761μmol·mol-1 범 위였고, 편차가 가장 큰 시간대는 오후 5시였으며, 최고 농도 는 액화 탄산가스 공급장치의 메인 배관(50∅)과 가까운 위치 인 중앙 후부(Middle End, 4ME)에서 646μmol·mol-1, 최저 농도는 좌측 중앙(Left Middle, 5LM)에서 436μmol·mol-1이 었다. 수직적 위치에 따른 편차는 온도와 상대습도가 다른 요 인보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 평균 기온의 편차가 가장 큰 시간 대는 오후 2시대이며, 최고 기온은 작물 위 공기층(Upper Air, UA)에서 26.51℃, 최저 기온은 작물의 하단부(Lower Canopy, LC)에서 25.62℃였다. 평균 상대습도의 편차가 가장 큰 시간 대는 오후 1시대로 나타났으며, 최고 습도는 LC에서 76.90%, 최저 습도는 UA에서 71.74%이다. 각 시간대에 평균 CO2 농 도가 가장 높은 수직적 위치는 지붕 공간 공기층(Roof Air, RF)과 시설 내 지면(Ground, GD)이었다. 온실 내 온도, 광도 및 CO2 농도의 관계성은 반밀폐형 온실의 경우 결정계수(r2) 가 0.07, 벤로형 온실은 0.66이었다. 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 온실 내 CO2 농도는 공간적 분포, 온도와 습도는 작물의 수직 적 분포 차이를 측정하여 분석할 필요가 있고 환기율이 낮은 반밀폐형 온실의 경우 목표 CO2 시비 농도가 일반 온실과 다 르게 설정해야 할 것으로 판단된다.
In this study, an accelerated weathering test was performed to examine the variation of thermal insulation performance according to the service life. A widely used class 1 thermal screen (matt georgette + polyethylene (PE) foam + chemical cotton + felt + matt georgette) was selected as the target thermal screen. The ultraviolet irradiation that reached the target thermal screen specimen (60 x 60cm) was 5mW/cm2. Thus, the ultraviolet irradiance was set to 5mW/cm2, and the exposure periods of accelerated weathering conditions on the specimens were set to 0, 282, 847, and 1412h. The radiation exposure periods of the weathering conditions for 0, 282, 847, and 1412h indicate the amount of ultraviolet accumulation for 0, 1, 3, and 5years, respectively. In the accelerated weathering test, the target specimens that completed each exposure phase were subjected to the hotbox test to analyze their thermal insulation performances. Consequently, the thermal insulation performance of the multi-layer thermal screen was estimated to degrade rapidly after approximately two years. In the accelerated weathering condition, a quadratic function model was used to calculate the expected service life, since it adequately described the variation in thermal insulation of the thermal screen according to time. The results showed that when the thermal insulation performance degraded by 5, 10, 20, and 30%, the expected service lives were 2.5, 3.3, 4.5, and 5.5years, respectively.
This study aimed to assess the pollution level in 13 crowded subway stations in an effort to understand the spatial and seasonal factors of Indoor Air Quality. The main measured items were particulate pollutants such as PM10 and PM2.5 and gaseous pollutants such as CO2, HCHO, Rn, TVOC, BTEX, and Styrene at concourses and platforms in the summer and winter periods. The influence of the draught created by the movement of the train was classified into lateral and island platforms, and the concentrations of PM by location (entrance, middle, and end) were statistically compared and analyzed. As a result, the concentrations of PM were confirmed high in the order of Platform > Concourse > Ambient air. In particular, in the case of platform PM10, the frequency exceeding the standard value (100 μg/m3) was 38.5% and the maximum concentration was 196.2 μg/m3. All gaseous pollutants were at lower levels than the standard, and the factors affecting CO2 and Rn were identified as the number of users and geological characteristics, respectively. The principal component analysis (PCA) demonstrated that PM was found to be a major indicator of the air quality management of subway stations. In particular, the concentrations at entrance and end areas in the lateral platform were about 1.4 times higher with regard to PM10 than in the middle area, and about 1.9 times higher with regard to PM2.5 due to the effect created by the draught produced by the movement of the train. Therefore, in order to manage PM in the platform area, a specialized management plan for places with particularly high PM concentration within the platform area is required. In addition, it is necessary to evaluate the effect created by the draught produced by train movement when selecting locations for measuring indoor air quality.
This study compared the lifestyle patterns, dietary patterns, and health care practices of Korean middle-aged people by household type, and ultimately analyzed their relationship with different risk factors for the prevalence and severity of metabolic syndrome. We analyzed the data from 4,755 subjects who were from 40 to 64 years old, and gathered our sample from participants of the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2013 to 2015. Our results showed that single-person households had lower economic income levels, lower subjective health statuses, and higher levels of food instability than households with two or more individuals. The incidence of metabolic syndrome was 1.64 times higher in single-person households than in households with two or more individuals. After adjusting for potential confounding factors (sex, age, education, household income, smoking status, health status, and dietary factors), single-person households showed 1.75 times higher hypertriglyceridemia ORs than non-single-person households. In the conclusion of our study, we suggest that middle-aged people in single-person households may be at greater risk for metabolic syndrome and hypertriglyceridemia.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the comparison of nutrient intake and metabolic syndrome between single person households and non-single person households in elderly subjects. We analyzed data from 2,903 subjects ≥ age 65 who participated in the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) 2013~2015. As a result, single-person households had lower income and economic ability, overall nutrient intake was deteriorated, and the proportion of high-carbohydrate intake was high, compared to non-single person households. After adjusting for potential confounders (sex, age, education, household income, economic activity, smoking status, alcohol consumption, walking frequency, health status, depression status, and dietary factors), the singleperson household showed a tendency of 1.22-fold higher ORs of metabolic syndrome and 1.3-fold higher ORs of hypertriglyceridemia than the non-single-person household. We suggest that the single-person household may be associated with increased prevalence of metabolic syndrome and hypertriglyceridemia in the elderly subjects.
식품첨가물 중 주용도로 보존료가 제시되어 있는 발색 제 3품목, 보존료 17품목 및 표백제 6품목을 대상으로 가공식품 유형별 사용 현황을 조사하였다. 발색제 3품목 중 아질산나트륨이 257건으로 가장 많이 사용되었으며, 양념 젓갈(71.21%), 즉석섭취식품(7.78%), 빵류(7.00%) 등에 사용하였다. 보존료로 사용되는 안식향산류 중 안식향산나트륨의 사용 건수는 1,215건으로 안식향산류(총 1,236건) 의 대부분을 차지하였고, 음료베이스(39.51%), 혼합음료 (22.47%), 인삼·홍삼음료(8.89%) 등 음료류에 81.16%를 사용하였다. 데히드로초산나트륨은 총 57건 중 빵류(49.12%) 와 마가린(21.05%)에 주로 사용하였다. 자몽종자추출물은 3,291건 사용되어 보존료 중 가장 많이 사용된 것으로 나 타났다. 자몽종자추출물은 소스(54.65%), 액상차(10.46%), 기타가공품(5.15%), 인삼·홍삼음료(3.83%) 등 가공식품 식품유형 44종류에 사용되었다. 파라옥시안식향산에틸의 사용 건수는 2,957건으로서 파라옥시안식향산류의 대부분을 차지하였고, 소스(92.15%), 혼합간장(2.77%), 절임식품 (1.52%) 등의 식품유형에 96.44%를 사용하였다. 프로피온 산류 3종은 거의 대부분 빵류에 사용되었다. 소브산칼륨 은 789건 중 절임식품(40.43%), 어묵(34.09%), 조미건어포 (7.22%), 소스(4.06%) 등 주로 절임식품과 수산물가공식품류(총 47.15%)에 사용한 것으로 나타났다. 소브산은 27건의 사용사례 모두 어묵(100%)에 사용된 것으로 나타났다. 표백제로 사용되는 아황산염류 6품목 중 산성아황산나트륨과 차아황산나트륨은 주로 과자류, 빵류 또는 떡류에, 메타중아황산칼륨, 메타중아황산나트륨 및 무수아황산은 주로 과실주 등 주류에, 아황산나트륨은 절임식품에 주로 사 용하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 보존료를 주용도로 하는 식품첨가물을 가공식품에 사용하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
최근 ICT기반 스마트팜이 급속도로 증가추세이다. 버섯의 생육환경요인은 온도, 습도, CO2, 광이 주요인이지만 그동안 온도 위주의 자동제어가 사용되어왔다. 큰느타리버섯의 생육환경 조절은 온도는 자동제어하지만 가습과 환기는 경험을 기준으로 한 타이머 사용을 하고 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온도, 습도, 환기까지 자동제어를 통해 큰느타리버섯의 1세대 스마트팜 모델을 설정하기 위한 시험을 진행하였다. 환경제어시스템 및 모니터링 장비를 설치 한 후 기존의 방법으로 재배하고 있는 상태에서 생육실의 조건과 자실체의 생육조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 소개하고자 한다. A농가의 경우 온도는 약 17 ̊ C에서 발이시키고 자실체 생육기에는 약 16도로 관리하였다. 습도는 초기 95%로 유지하다가 초발이 이후에는 가습을 하지 않는 경향이었다. CO2 관리는 센서도 없었으며 갓과 대의 모양을 보면서 관행적으로 환기하고 있었고 700 ppm에서 최고 2,500 ppm까지 유지하는 경향이었다. 이 농가의 자실체 품질은 평균 개체중 125g, 대굵기 53 mm, 대길이/대굵기 비율은 1.8, 갓직경/대굵기 1.25 수준으로 A등급(특품)~B등급(상품) 사이에 해당하였다. B농가의 경우는 온도는 약 19~17 ̊C에서 발이시키고 자실체 생육기에는 약 17 ̊C로 관리하였고 생육후기에는 13~15 ̊C였다. 습도는 83~95% 로 육안관찰하면서 관행적으로 조절하는 경향이었다. CO2 관리는 센서는 있었으나 제어는 하지 않았고 갓과 대의 모양을 보면서 관행적으로 환기하고 있었고 640 ppm에서 최고 4,500 ppm까지 유지하는 경향이었다. 이 농가의 자실체 형태는 평균 개체중 102 g, 대굵기 48 mm, 대 길이/대굵기 비율은 2.2, 갓직경/대굵기 1.2 수준이었다. 이러한 결과는 환경조건 특히 CO2 농도에 따라 큰느타리 버섯의 품질이 결정됨을 알 수 있었으며 A농가의 환경조절 방법을 개선하면서 DB화하면 정밀한 스마트팜 모델로 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
This paper provides data for product development and improvement of grape varieties by analyzing the satisfactionimportance of the grape selection attributes from a consumer's perspective. A survey was conducted on consumers aged 19- 59 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon on their fruit consumption level, preferences according to the grape quality characteristics, importance, and satisfaction with the grape selection attributes. Three hundred and eighty two valid samples were collected and analyzed statistically using SPSS 23. In the preference according to the grape quality characteristics, consumers tended to prefer a sweet taste, black color, and seedless grapes. Regarding the importance of the grape selection attributes according to the level of grape consumption, the high consumption group considers texture, size, shape, color, ease of removing seeds, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand to be more important. In satisfaction, the high consumption group rated satisfaction highly in texture, odor, size, shape, color, ease of removing peelings, ease of removing seeds, price, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand. An analysis of the IPA of the grape selection attributes showed that improvement of price and shape attributes will be prioritized, and the development and management of properties, such as seeds, peelings, certification, and brand will be required. These results can be used to help improve the grape varieties and develop products that meet the consumer needs, secure the competitiveness of grape farmers, and revitalize the local economy.
The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of customers’ waiting time on their revisit intention through their emotion. Also this study assessed the effect of restaurant selection attributes on consumers’ revisit intention in Korea. This study used experimental scenario questionnaires for collecting data. Frequency analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, correlation, ttests and multiple regression analysis were assessed using SPSS. Customers preferred taste, sanitation and service when selecting a restaurant to dine out. The results of this study found that there were no significant differences between positive and negative emotions due to waiting time. Findings of this study suggested that waiting time, convenience, nutritional value, and emotion influenced consumers’ revisit intention. Therefore, reducing waiting time and providing proper service will help consumers have positive emotions to return to dine at a restaurant.
With the recent accelerated policy-making and interests in new renewable energy, plans to develop and supply the new renewable energy have been devised across multiple regions in Korea. Solar energy, in particular, is being applied to small-scale power supply in provincial areas, as solar cells are used to convert solar energy into electric energy to produce electric power. Nonetheless, in the case of solar power plants, the need for a large stretch of land and considerable sum of financial support implies that the planning step should take into consideration the most suitable meteorological and geographical factors. In this study, the proxy variables of meteorological and geographical factors associated with solar energy were considered in analyzing the vulnerable areas regarding the photovoltaic power generation facility across the nation. GIS was used in the spatial analysis to develop a map for assessing the optimal location for photovoltaic power generation facility. The final vulnerability map developed in this study did not reveal any areas that exhibit vulnerability level 5 (very high) or 1 (very low). Jeollanam-do showed the largest value of vulnerability level 4 (high), while a large value of vulnerability level 3 (moderate) was shown by several administrative districts including Gwangju metropolitan city, Jeollabuk-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, and Gangwon- do. A value of vulnerability level 2 (low) was shown by the metropolitan cities including Daegu, Ulsan, and Incheon. When the 30 currently operating solar power plants were compared and reviewed, most were found to be in an area of vulnerability level 2 or 3, indicating that the locations were relatively suitable for solar energy. However, the limited data quantity for solar power plants, which is the limitation of this study, prevents the accuracy of the findings to be clearly established. Nevertheless, the significance of this study lies in that an attempt has been made to assess the vulnerability map for photovoltaic power generation facility targeting various regions across the nation, through the use of the GIS-based spatial analysis technique that takes into account the diverse meteorological and geographical factors. Furthermore, by presenting the data obtained for all regions across the nation, the findings of this study are likely to prove useful as the basic data in fields related to the photovoltaic power generation.
We assessed the growth characteristics of Auricularia polytricha ‘Geoni’ cultivated in a simple greenhouse constructed of polyethylene (PE) without air conditioning (high temperature) and in an air conditioned mushroomhouse. The successful cultivation of A. polytricha ‘Geoni’ at high temperatures can reduce energy and facility investment costs. The comparison of growth characteristics of the fungi grown under the different temperature conditions revealed that fruit bodies were larger in the higher temperature condition, but were brighter in the lower temperature condition. Additionally, fruit body physiology was found to be not affected by temperature. In the PE greenhouse, the fresh weight of fruit body was higher in mid-June and early July. Therefore, it was possible to effectively control the growth period of the mushrooms during a high-temperature period. The findings indicate the potential to cultivate A. polytricha ‘Geoni’in a simple PE greenhouse that is not cooled in summer, thus reducing energy costs.
