        This study was performed to investigate the nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes, and dietary behaviors among high school students by gender. The subjects were 275 students (127 male, 148 female) in Incheon metropolitan area. Selfadministered questionnaires consisted of general characteristics and anthropometric data, nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes, and dietary behaviors. The average score of nutrition knowledge was significantly higher in female subjects (9.4) compared to male subjects (8.2) (p<0.01). Male subjects had a higher score for dietary attitudes than female subjects (p<0.001). Frequency of meals was significantly higher in male subjects compared to female subjects (p<0.05). Duration of meal time in male subjects was significantly higher (‘5-10 minutes’) compared to female subjects (p<0.001). Unbalanced diet was significantly higher in female subjects (66.3%) compared to male subjects (48.9%) (p<0.01). Male subjects showed significantly higher consumption frequency of ‘dairy’ (p<0.001) and ‘beans’ (p<0.001) compared to female subjects. For snack consumption, male subjects showed higher consumption frequency of ‘nuts’ (p<0.001), ‘soda’ (p<0.05), ‘fast foods’ (p<0.001), and ‘ramyeon’ (p<0.01), but lower consumption frequency of ‘biscuits and bakery’ (p<0.01) compared to female subjects. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a systemic nutrition education program for high school students by gender.

        LÜ Zu-Qian, ZHEN De-Xiu, and JIN Lü-Xiang are all renowned Neo-Confucianists during the Song Dynasty. Their viewpoint on literature was built on Confucianism’s Tao and they considered sentences from Liu Jing canon for their sentence structuring. Yet there are differences in compilations they made regarding selection of literatures and writers based on their selection criteria. LÜ Zu-Qian’s Song Wen Jian contained various works and writing styles, adhering to the emperor’s order to select sentences that would do good for politics. However, his compilation is criticized for lack of coherence. His another compilation Gu Wen Guan Jian mainly consists of sentences of archaic prose writers, holding true to its purpose of guide to sentence structuring. Taken together, overarching characteristics of LÜ’s compilations are purpose of guide to sentence building. ZHEN De-Xiu viewed sentence as part of academic pursuit, and argued that literature should identify sages’ findings and teachings. And it should be practically useful for the country, not merely a talk for talking’s sake. Holding true to such belief, ZHEN compiled Wen Zhang Zheng Zong by dividing the compilation into four sections: CiMing (purpose), YiLun (exchange of opinion), XuShi (launch work) and ShiFu (verse and prose) in a bid to teach readers for what the right kind of literature works is. This book, albeit stronger philosophical thought of Neo-Confucianism of the Song Dynasty compared to LÜ’s compilations, is mainly intended as a guide to creation of literature. JIN Lü-Xiang’s Lian Luo Feng Ya, the first compilation of poems written by Neo-Confucianists of the Song Dynasty contains the Lian Luo School’s poems and proses to identify the school’s origin and scholastic mantles. JIN put his painting Lian Luo Feng Ya Tu on the first page to demonstrate his academic tradition as a successor of Zhu Xi, and arranged literature works in the order of this. It has an implication as the first compilation of the Song's Neo-Confucianists’ poems that abstracted poems created by figures of the Lian Luo School and reestablished line of the Lian Luo School, a big move from traditional framework of compilation for traditional literatures.

        여름철 인천항과 부산항에 서식하는 대형저서동물군집의 구조를 파악하고자 하였다. 인천항의 9개 조사정점에서 출현한 대형저서동물 군집의 출현종수는 총 88종이었고, 서식밀도는 3,212개체 m-2, 생물량은 239 g m-2였다. 인천항내에서는 다모류의 Tharyx sp., C. setosa 등이 우점하였고, 외해에 위치한 정점에서는 이매패류인 M. senhousia, 다모류인 S. scutat 등이 우점하였다. 인천항에서 출현한 대형저서

        It is well understood that developing new drugs is one of the highest value-added businesses in a country; however, the current governments' spending in pharmaceutical research and development(R&D) is minimal in Korea. This paper suggests that different governmental bodies should take in charge of different stages of the R&D process in order to maximize the use of limited government research funding. First, during the initial phase of the drug development, including clinical trials, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is the most appropriate governmental organization to support the research. For later procedures such as supporting the industries for exporting developed drugs, legislative approvals, and building infrastructure for future clinical trials should be supported by the Ministry of Knowledge and Economy and the Ministry of Health and Welfare along with the Korea Food and Drug Administration(KFDA). The KFDA, which is the main governmental agency approving newly developed drugs in the market, will need to take a crucial responsibility in the initial phase of the pharmaceutical R&D by guiding the industries with timely and proper information. As a first step, it is recommended to set up and operate a center for supporting new drugs, so that the industries can facilitate the development of marketable drugs which meet customers' needs. Later, in order to expedite the process of exporting and getting approvals of the newly developed drugs from foreign countries, it is necessary to develop new approval system, which includes introduction of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), mandatory validation system, and education program for supporting expertise. Lastly, the KFDA needs to take an active role in developing Korean pharmaceutical industries by communicating with other foreign governments with regards to the globalization of the Korean pharmaceutical industries. For example, as a follow up after the Free Trade Agreement(FTA), active discussion on GLP of Mutual Recognition Agreement(MRA) with the United States of America, should be seriously considered.

        The purpose of this study is to design the curriculum of Basic College Software Programming to develop creative and logical-thinking. This course is guided by algorithmic thinking and logical thinking that can be solved by computing for problemsolving, and it helps to develop by software through basic programming education. Through the stage of problem analysis, abstraction, algorithm, data structure, and algorithm implementation, the curriculum is designed to help learners experience algorithm problem-solving in various areas to develop diffusion thinking. For Learners aim to achieve the balanced development of divergent and convergent-thinking needed in their creative problem-solving skills. Research design, data and methodology: This study is to design a basic software education for improving algorithm-thinking for non-major. The curriculum designed in this paper is necessary to non-majors students who have completed the 'Creative Thinking and Coding Course' Design Thinking based are targeted. For this, contents were extracted through advanced research analysis at home and abroad, and experts in computer education, computer engineering, SW education, and education were surveyed in the form of quasi-openness. Results: In this study, based on ADD Thinking's algorithm thinking, we divided the unit college majors into five groups so that students of each major could accomplish the goal of "the ability to internalize their own ideas into computing," and extracted and designed different content areas, content elements and sub-components from each group. Through three expert surveys, we established a strategy for characterization by demand analysis and major/textbook category and verified the appropriateness of the design direction to ensure that the subjects and contents of the curriculum are appropriate for each family in order to improve algorithm-thinking. Conclusions: This study helps develop software by enhancing the ability of students who practice various subjects and exercises to explore creative expressions in various areas, such as 'how to think like a computer' that can implement and execute their ideas in computing. And it helps increase the ability to think logical and algorithmic computing based on creative solutions, improving problem-solving ability based on computing thinking and fundamental understanding of computer coding and development of logical thinking ability through programming.

        본 연구에서는 그라비올라(Annona muricata) 잎으로부터 50% 에탄올 추출물, 에틸아세테이트 분획 및 아글리콘 분획을 제조하였고 이들 추출물/분획에 대하여 항산화 활성을 평가하였다. 1,1-Phenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 라디칼 시험법을 이용한 자유라디칼 소거 활성, 루미놀 발광법을 이용한 총 항산화능 및 1O2 소광 효과를 평가하였다. 50% 에탄올 추출물, 에틸아세테이트 분획 및 아글리콘 분획의 라디칼 소거 활성 (FSC50)은 각각 45.6, 29.8 및 18.0 μ g/mL이었고, 총 항산화능(OSC50)은 4.4, 1.1 및 2.8 μ g/mL이었다. 에틸 아세테이트 분획의 총 항산화능은 수용성 항산화제로 잘 알려진 L-ascorbic acid (1.5 μ g/mL)보다 높은 항산 화능을 나타내었다. 1O2 소광 상수 실험 결과, 에틸아세테이트 및 아글리콘 분획은 비교물질로 사용된 L-ascorbic acid와 유사한 활성을 보여주었다. 1O2으로 유도된 적혈구 세포 손상에 있어서, 그라비올라 잎 50% 에탄 올 추출물은 농도 의존적(5-50 μ g/mL)으로 세포보호 활성을 나타내었다. 실험에 사용된 그라비올라 잎 추출 물의 에틸아세테이트 분획과 아글리콘 분획에 대하여 TLC 및 HPLC를 이용한 성분 분석을 수행하였다. 에틸아 세테이트 분획에서는 rutin (quercetin-3-O-rutinoside), kaempferol-3-O-neohesperidoside, nicotiflorin (kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside), p-coumaric acid을 확인하였다. 아글리콘 분획에서는 kaempferol이 존재함을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과들은 그라비올라 잎 추출물이 항산화 화장품 원료로서 응용 가능성이 있음을 시사한다.

        본 연구에서는 담쟁이덩굴 줄기 70% 에탄올 추출물과 발효균주 Lactobacillus pentosus를 이용하여 발효시킨 담쟁이덩굴 줄기 발효추출물에 대하여 항산화 및 세포보호 효과를 측정하였다. 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)를 이용한 자유라디칼 소거 활성(FSC50)은 담쟁이덩굴 줄기 추출물 및 발효추출물이 각각 42.3 및 34.5 μ g/mL로 발효 후의 라디칼 소거활성이 약 18.4% 더 높게 나타났다. Lumiol-의존성 화학발광법을 이용한 Fe3+-EDTA/H2O2계에서의 총 항산화능(OSC50) 평가에서도 담쟁이덩굴 줄기 추출물과 발효추출물은 각각 2.6 및 2.5 μ g/mL로 발효 후가 약 4.2% 정도 더 높은 총 항산화능을 나타냈다. 1O2로 유도된 적혈구 세포 손상에 있어서 추출물 및 발효추출물의 세포 보호 효과(τ50)는 50 μ g/mL에서 각각 126.4 및 173.0 min을 나타 내어 발효 후 세포 보호 효과가 약 34.0% 더 높게 나타났다. 발효추출물은 지용성 항산화제로 알려진 (+)-α -tocopherol (43.4 min)보다도 3.9배 높은 세포 보호 활성을 보여주었다. 사람 섬유아세포인 Hs68을 대상으로 elastase 저해 활성을 조사하였다. Elastase 저해 활성(IC50)은 담쟁이덩굴 줄기 추출물과 발효추출물에서 각각 873.6 및 687.8 μ g/mL로 발효 후에 elastase 저해 활성이 약 21.3% 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들은 담쟁이덩굴 줄기 발효추출물이 항산화 작용과 더불어 주름개선 효과를 가지는 천연 화장품 소재로써 응용 가능성 이 있음을 시사한다.
