        최근 작물의 공장적 재배는 『식물공장』이라는 단어로 대표되는, 새로운 재배방식의 하나로서 세계적으로 주목받고 있다. 식물공장(plant factory or factory- style plant production system)이라는 단어의 의미와 같이 『시설내의 작물을 공장제품의 생산과 동일하게 재배하는 시스템』이다. 즉 자연환경에 의존하지 않고 인공환경하에서 식물을 공장적으로 재배하는 방식을 의미한다. 이를 위해서는 지하부의 양액, 지상부의 온습도, 탄산가스, 광 등에 대한 고도의 환경제어 및 작업의 자동화가 필요하다.(중략)

        The aim of this study was to investigate the nutrient removal using Mg-Sericite flocculant in the dyeing wastewater. Mg-Sericite flocculant was removed successfully > 98% of the Color, SS. COD and BOD in the dyeing wastewater at the following optimal Mg-Sericite dosage: 100 mg/L for Colour and SS, 300 mg/L for BOD and COD. The removal of TN and TP was obtained 92.00% with 50 mg/L and 87.80% with 100 mg/L Mg-Sericite dosage, respectively. These results was indicated that the amount of 0.79~1.31, 0.22~0.37, 0.5 and 0.16 mg/L Mg-Sericite was necessary for 1 mg/L removal BOD, COD, TN and TP, respectively. The biopolymer, Mg-Sericite, can be a promising flocculants due to its high efficiency and low dose requirements. In addition, Mg-Sericite does not contaminate treated wastewater, which can be recycled to reduce not only the cost and the demand for water but also the extra operational costs for reusing wastewater. This flocculation method is helpful to lower the wastewater treatment cost.

        This study was performed to identify and quantify the asbestos fibers released from two types of asbestos-cement slate roofs. One is a plant roof installed in 1987 which contained 15% chrysotile, and the other is a residential roof installed before 1983 which contained 12% chrysotile. The concentrations of asbestos fibers in air surrounding asbestos-cement slate roofs and in the falling water harvested from the same roofs on rainy days ranged from 0.0012 to 0.0018 f/mL and from 1,764 f/L to 10,584 f/L, respectively. The concentration of inorganic fibers in the soil around asbestos-cement slate roofs was from 217 to 348 f/g. With the above results, the excess lifetime cancer risk (ELCR) for the risk assessment of the asbestos fibers released from asbestos-cement slate based on US EPA IRIS (Integrated risk information system) model is within 5.5E-06 ~ 6.5E-06 levels which indicates that the levels do not exceed “the acceptable risk(1.0E-05)” recommended by WHO.         This paper proposes a pose-graph based SLAM method using an upward-looking camera and artificial landmarks for AGVs in factory environments. The proposed method provides a way to acquire the camera extrinsic matrix and improves the accuracy of feature observation using a low-costcamera. SLAM is conducted by optimizing AGV’s explored path using the artificial landmarks installed on the ceiling at various locations. As the AGV explores, the pose nodes are added based on the certain distance from odometry and the landmark nodes are registered when AGV recognizes the fiducial marks. As a result of the proposed scheme, a graph network is created and optimized through a G2O optimization tool so that the accumulated error due to the slip is minimized. The experiment shows that the proposed method is robust for SLAM in real factory environments.

        건축물에서 사용되고 있는 건축 재료의 연소 특성 예측 및 성능 분류는 국내의 경우, 콘칼로리미터 시험 방법 등을 적용하여 건축법에서 불연/준불연/난연으로 구분하고 있다. 하지만 반도체 공정에서 사용되고 있는 고분자 재료 등에서는 이러한 열량 측정과 가스유해성 평가로는 정확한 연소 특성을 판단하기 어렵다. 건축물에서 화재위험성을 예측하고 대비하기 위해서는 사용되고 있는 재료에 대한 연소 특성 분석이 선행되어야 하며, 이를 위해서 재료가 연소되면서 발생되는 열량의 크기를 기본으로 하여 재료에 대한 연소 특성 예측 및 연소 성능 분류를 실시하고 있다. 하지만 점차 건축물에서는 다양한 재료가 사용되고 있고 이러한 재료에 대한 화재위험성은 열량 크기의 측정만으로는 한계를 가진다. 특히 플라스틱 재품은 발생되는 열량은 작지만 재료가 녹으면서 발생되는 가스 및 인접 재료에 대한 화재전파의 위험성을 높게 나타나고 있지만 현재 국내에서는 이러한 위험성을 예측할 수 있는 기준 및 시험방법이 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 FM 4910 시험 기준에 의해서 클린룸에서 사용되는 재료에 대한 연소특성을 예측하고 이를 토대로 하여 제시될 수 있는 연소 성능 기준에 대해 분석해 보고자 하였다.

        1994년 성수대교 붕괴사고 이후 강구조물의 품질 관리를 위해 철강구조물제작공장 인증제도가 건설기술관리법에 도입되어 법정임의 인증제도로 운영되고 있다. 그러나 콘크리트 부재의 공장 생산 방식인 PC (Precast Concrete)에 대해 국가적인 품질인증 체계는 마련되어있지 않다. 이에 건축 구조용 PC를 대상으로 적절한 품질인증제도 도입을 위해 북미, 유럽, 일본 등의 PC 품질인증제도를 조사하였다. 북미에서 PC 공장인증제도를 운영하고 있는 곳은 PCI, NPCA, CPCI 등이 있다. 유럽에서 PC 제품을 판매하기 위해서는 CPR 305/2011을따르도록 법으로 정해져 PC 제품을 포함한 모든 건설 제품은 2013년 7월부터 CE 마크를 의무적으로 부착해야 한다. 일본의 경우 토목용PC 제품은 제품인증인 JIS 마크 인증을 받도록 되어 있고 건축 구조용 PC를 생산하는 공장은 일본 프리패브협회의 심사를 받고 있다. 이런 조사 결과에 근거하여 국내 인증 체계에 부합될 수 있도록 건축 구조용 PC 제품의 인증제도의 도입 방향을 이 논문에 제시하였다.

        Esophagojejunostomy after total gastrectomy shows high mortality and morbidity. Complication after esophagojejunostomy was caused by constant tension on esophagojejunostomy in erect-position, resulting in disturbance of blood flow in the anastomotic site. The purpose is to evaluate efficacy of anchoring sutures. Medical charts of patients diagnosed with gastric cancer who underwent total gastrectomy from 1998 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Anchoring suture between jejunum and diaphragm after esphagojejunostomy was performed in all patients. A total of 155 patients were enrolled. Esophagojejunostomy leakage 3, revision operation 2, and conservation 1. Esophagojejunostomy stenosis 1, which was improved by balloon. This procedure could protect the esophagojejunostomy site from traction force.

        The purpose of this study is to identify characteristics of the landscape changes in Gwangjyu city and Icheon city, the suburban areas on the outskirts of the Seoul metropolitan area, by focusing on the causes of the urban sprawl and the resultant morphological characteristics of landscape degradation. Particular attention has been given to the ‘advantages for developing suburb including geographical proximity and land price’, ‘institutional regulation such as land-use regulation’ and ‘community solidarity’ as drivers for possible introduction of external factors. The types of landscape change were divided into three, after having on-the-ground research on eleven chosen towns and interviews with head of a village: Overwhelming Change, Separated and Small-Scale Change. It was found that, in general, the quality of landscape was best for the small-scale change type, followed by separated and overwhelming change types. While the types of landscape change are correlated with the geographical proximity, its relevance with land regulation is relatively weak. The study found that imposing a land-use regulation as a means to prevent changes in suburban village landscape may not be fully effective. Also it analyzed that villages could better manage with keen interest the surrounding landscape if there is a high degree of solidarity within the village community. Therefore, the sense of community could play an important complementary role to land-use regulation which does not suffice in itself to manage suburban landscape.

        본 논문은 재난재해와 방사선 오염으로부터 안전한 농작물 관리를 위한 플랫폼, 그리고 식물 생장 모니터링 시스템 을 제안하였다. 또한, 식물생장을 모니터링하여 식물공장 내에서 생장하는 식물의 크기를 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에 따른 기대효과는 첫째, 자연재해와 방사능오염 감시를 통해 신속하고 정확한 대처 기능으로 농산물 품질 과 생산성 향상을 가져올 수 있다. 둘째, 식물의 크기 측정 데이터를 유지 관리하는데 소요되는 시간을 절약하여 경비 를 절감할 수 있다. 마지막으로 식물 공장 관리자의 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

        Daphnia Magna Stratus has been widely accepted as useful species for estimating the toxicity of chemicals to aquatic invertebrate and recommended as species for the testing chemicals from the international guideline as well as Korean guideline. The study was performed for the acute toxicity test by using water flea(D. Magna) for effluents from several wastewater treatment plants and drainage canals in GyeongBuk area. Five heavy metals, 1,4-Dioxane and Perchlorate were tested. Most Toxicity Units(TU) of Industrial wastewater effluents were less than 1 which means effluent was not toxic to D. Magna. However, effluents containing 1,4-Dioxane and Perchlorate were significantly toxic to D. Magna. Therefore, facilities should reduce the 1,4-dioxane since new regulations will force them after the year of 2011.

        Industrial natural ventilation systems consist of gravity ventilator, the high/low windows and doors. Especially, the high windows play an important role in the industrial natural ventilation systems. Generally speaking, industrial high windows are divided into 3 types; louver type, 45° open type and 90° open type. This study was numerically and experimentally conducted. Three types of windows were tested to know the ventilation characteristics and estimate the ventilation efficiencies. Numerically, computational fluid dynamics software (AIR PAK Ver. 2.0) was used to observe the flow characteristics inside the industrial building and the concentration contours generated by the tracer gas method. Experimentally, the flow visualization technique and the tracer gas method were applied with the model building to characterize the flow pattern inside the model building and to estimate the ventilation efficiencies with the different windows. It was found that 90° open type window was most effective for the discharge of pollutants from the industrial building. On the other hand, the louver type window was found to be less effective than any other windows.
