Multi-sensory systems, including the visual, somatosensory, and vestibular ones, are involved in maintaining standing balance. The organization of these sensory systems is as important as the efficiency of each individual system in maintaining optimal balance. The purpose of the present experiment was to investigate the developmental changes in static standing balance and sensory organization under altered sensory conditions. This study involved 64 children (from 4 to 15 years of age) and 17 young adults. The children were divided into four age groups: 4~6, 7~9, 10~12, and 13~15 years. Static standing balance was assessed with the one-leg standing test under four different sensory conditions: the children stood on a firm surface with (1) eyes open or (2) closed, and they stood on a foam surface with eyes (3) open or (4) closed. In balancing ability, the age groups exhibited significant differences. The function of sensory organization for balance control was poorer for the children than for the young adults. The functional efficiency of the somatosensory system of the children aged 7~9 years was at the young adults' level, and the visual function of the children aged 10~12 years had also reached the young adults' level. However, the functional efficiency of the vestibular system of children was significantly lower than that of the young adults, even at the age of 15 years. This may indicate that sensory organization and standing balance are still developing after the age of 15 years.

The Gyeongbok Palace was completed during the reign of King Taejo and King Sejong in the early Joseon Dynasty. The most remarkable spacious feature of the palace is that it has an inner palace wall without an outer palace wall. The absence of the outer palace wall had its origin in the palace of the late Goryeo Dynasty which did not provide the outer palace wall. Gwanghwamoon was the main gate of the palace, and the office buildings of the Six Ministries were arranged on the right side in front of the main gate. A wide road called Six Ministries Avenue was made between the builidings. The avenue was completed during the reign of the third king of Joseon, Taejong, and it was assumed that this arrangement was influenced by the government office arrangements of Nanjing, the early capital city of the Ming Dynasty. Gwanghwamoon held national rituals as well as the civic and military state examinations nations in front of the gate. The avenue was decorated with flowers and silks when kings and the royal families, or Chinese envoys enter the gate, and the civilians watched the parade, Because there was no outer palace wall, all the events held at Gwanghwamoon and the Six Ministries Avenue ware opened to the public, it was the unique feature of Gyeongbok Palace that the palaces of Goryeo dynasty and China did not have.

From 1997 to 2007, in order to fight for its so-called “international room,”Taiwan continuously endeavored to try and squeeze into the Word Health Organization (Hereinafter referred to as the “WHO”). However, the outcome has always been disappointing for Taiwan due to the diplomatic endeavor of the People’s Republic of China. In 2007, the fight especially attracted the world’s attention because Taiwan bid for membership to the WHO instead of observer status for which it had previously been bidding. In fact, Taiwan’s request for WHO membership had a big impression on the world and the reason why Taiwan has had a great interest in the WHO is not to engage in meaningful participation within the WHO, as propagandized by Taiwanese authorities, but to eventually acquire recognition as an independent state.1 Although Taiwan has failed to achieve its goals for 11 years, accession to membership of the WHO has been, and still will be, a political goal pursued by Taiwanese authorities. The question is whether this goal can be backed from a legal perspective. It is submitted that the answer is“ No.”

The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical cause-effect relationships among business ethical values and person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance within family restaurants and feeding facilities. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 459 restaurant employees. The SPSS and Amos programs were then applied to the data to perform frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and SEM analyses. The primary results are as follows. First, business ethical values had a significant positive effect on person-organization fit. Second, person-organization fit had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and a significant negative effect on turnover intent. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and turnover intent had a significant negative effect, on organizational performance. Finally, upon verifying the possible direct and indirect effects of business ethical values within family restaurants and feeding facilities, it was determined that the ethical values had significant direct and indirect effects on person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance. These findings have various implications. For example, an improved in-house ethical working environment leads to greaterperson-organization fit, and having employees that feel there is better in-house ethical reliability leads to greater consistency between personal and organizational values, resulting in higher job satisfaction and ultimately organizational performance.

조선(朝鮮)시대 관상감(觀象監) 천문(天文), 지리(地理), 역수(曆數), 점산(占算), 측후(測候)등의 업무를 관장했던 왕립기관이었다. 그 왕립기관은 학문에 따라 천문학(天文學), 지리학(地理學), 그리고 명과학(命課學) 세 개의 부서로 이루어져 있었으며, 그 중 천문학 부서는 오늘날 지구과학의 학문 분야들과도 일맥상통하는 업무들을 수행했었다. 본 논문에서는 천문학 부서를 중심으로 관상감의 직제와 시험제도에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 관상감은 조선시대 왕립기관들 중의 하나였기 때문에 직제, 기능, 그리고 과거시험(科擧試驗)에 관한 규정들은 그 시대에 발간된 법전들에 법으로 명시되어있다. 따라서 조선시대의 법전들, 관서지들, 그리고 실록(實錄)의 기록들에 대한 연구로부터, 먼저 우리는 관상감은 인원수의 규모면에서 기존에 알려져 있던 것 보다 더 큰 규모임을 알았다. 왜냐하면 관상감 인원의 추정에 대한 선행 연구들에 있어서는 서리(胥吏), 관노비, 장인(匠人)등과 같은 하급계층들은 무시되었기 때문이다. 또한 우리는 관상감 관원이 되기 위한 과거시험에 사용된 천문학 교재에 대한 연구도 수행하였다. 내용에 있어서의 부족함에도 불구하고, 이러한 시도는 과거시험에 사용된 천문학 교재들에 대한 체계적인 첫 번째 연구이다. 마지막으로, 관상감을 포함한 당시 예전(禮典)에 속했던 기관들의 과거시험에 적용되었던 몇 가지 시험 규정들에 대해서도 간략히 살펴보았다.

This paper discusses a scheduling problem on object-oriented developments over multiple teams with limited resources in matrix organization. The objective of the problem is to minimize the makespan of overall projects. There are tangible and intangible advantages such as efficient resource share, improvement of productivity, development efforts and cost reduction, etc. by dispatching resources properly to the development teams. Traditionally, the project scheduling has been done with a manager's intuition or heuristic. We present a scheduling model with illustrative examples, stochastic search approach, and apply a variety of problems generated randomly to the approach. The results are analysed.

The purpose of this study is to apply the organization-public relationships into the correctional institution and investigative its effect on the correctional institution image. For the study, it empirically examined the relationships between correctional institution's public relationships and correctional institution image. A survey was conducted with 223 respondents. The study found that there were statistically significant positive correlations between correctional institution image and multiple components of public relationships. The result also showed that the organization-public relationships affected the correctional institution image.

Also tool collision is a phenomenon which results from a collision of holder with the object to be machined. These phenomena not only cause damages to mold and tool but also increase machining time and cost. To detect a collision of a tool to mold structure, first of all, the mold structure and a tool must be defined with famous geometric models such CSG, B-rep, and Voxel. A tool is defined as a combination of the blade, the shank, and the holder. This thesis reviews various collision detection algorithms using z-map and computer 3D graphic collision detection algorithms for the tool in machining a mold structure.

Business organizations are trying in various ways to survive and grow up in the rapidly changing environment. A lot of organizations have introduced management innovation skills and attempted to change, but most of them have failed to realize their aims. The reason is that the members of the organization including the chief executive officers did not understand the paradigm of the change management of an organization, and gave weight to the partial efficiency instead of the change management of the organization. In this study, guidelines and principles are suggested to apply the quality management system to the change management of business organizations.

The integrated navigation system(INS) for fishing boat which organized the marine radar, global positioning system(GPS) compass, automatic identification system(AIS), echo sounder, GPS and electronic nautical chart(ENC) was manufactured to reduce the marine accidents of fishing boats occurred frequently at coastal and offshore. The application possibility of INS for fishing boat was examined for basic experiments in the sea. Integration display of various information, such as other vessel's behavior, depth, own vessel's position etc. was done to help the operate user who understood the circumstance around own boat. Therefore, the system will be utilized as a useful equipment for safety voyage and fishing work on the fishing ground.

Since the evaluation of its intellectual activities and abilities is done by curator’s capabilities, planning exhibition is very important as the final result achieved by their own knowledge, information, and research. ARPA(Advanced Research Project on Arts) is suggested as the system which enables curators responding simultaneously to the society in the times, based on its special characteristics. If this system settles well, which means that the curators at NMCA(National Museum of Contemporary Art, Korea) play their roles as the professionals in each of their fields, the goal of consolidating the status of museum as the representative national museum, and building up competent department of curators, will be achieved at the same time. To clarify above, the curators set up the various assignments of research about the types of arts such as painting, Korean painting, sculpture, installation, new-media, design, craft, photogarphy, architecture, etc. And they establish the art objects classified by the regions, such as the Northern American, Southern American, European, Asian, and other Third World countries. They elaborate art objects more on the history, the work, the artist, and the issue of contemporary art. Furthermore, when the curators devote deeper study to those research subjects, they can have the opportunities to design an exhibition upon the research.Today, the museum of art is ‘The Place for Communication and Encounter’, it is regarded important to share the aesthetical, creative values with current artists, and to understand mutually with the spectators. It is needed to improve the curator’s work, in order to meet the demands of the times and even to advance. Because the form of ‘exhibition’ is the tool that reveals the identity NMCA aiming at, the motivation, the development, and the realization should be leaded by the curators, who are the mainstream of the museum. ARPA is a system for identifying the exhibition like mentioned above . The main purpose of this system is to produce synergy effect, having the researching, collecting work in liaison with planning exhibition. ARPA will be able to improve the quality of exhibition through the way of developing the exhibition, passing through the stable process in the long run. So far, I have referred to a new paradigm of the exhibition design at NMCA via ARPA. Yet, there still remain missions in reality, such as analyzing the previous exhibition and reshuffling personnel and system, which should be done. When these matters settled, these plans would be suggested practically. At this point, it is the most significant that NMCA is attempting to let others aware of the importance of exhibition planning based on research. when the ARPA and exhibition planning is conjoined together successfully, the competent exhibition will be achieved, which can offer a meaningful exhibition to the art world, strengthen infra structure thru exchanging with public museum in the region, and eventually, establish a network with museum in foreign countries.

The textbook is the materials of teaching for teachers and students, and is sorted into the unit by the topics. If such units combine with some factors that are involved with the topic organizationally well, the text may be helpful in its own way. Thus, this study is to analyze the textbooks that have been used in Korean language learning context with the regard to both the construction of the unit and organization of such that construction, and to investigate whether the textbook could promote the learner’s communicative ability to express their target language (Korean language) in the real language context or not. For this analysis, this study should follow up on these progresses. First of all, (1) this study attempts to identify some of the basic concept related to the textbook in chapter 2, (2) chapter 3 suggests other studies which have been done previously (3) chapter 4 presents the framework in the design of units, (4) chapter 5 analyzes the textbook with the framework suggested above. Finally, in chapter 6, this study sets up some components of the units making topics by focusing on the notion of organization.
