본 연구는 바이오기업의 외부 네트워크 전략을 공동연구 협력, 제조/마케팅/판매 제휴, 자금지원, M&A 등 4가지로 구분하고, 이와 같은 바이오기업의 외부 네트워크 전략이 기업의 성과에 미친 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 미국 바이오기업 패널자료를 사용하여 분석한다. 첫째, 기술개발 이후의 제조/판매/마케팅 제휴는 단기간에도 모든 기업성과를 증진시키는 역할을 하였다. 둘째, 기술개발단계에서의 연구개발협력 중 제약회사와의 협력은 1~2년 이후의 기업성과에, 그리고 타 바이오기업과의 연구개발협력은 2년 이후의 기업성과에 정의 효과를 가져왔다. 셋째, 가장 장기적이며 기초연구에 주목적을 두고 있는 공공기관 및 대학과의 공동연구 협력은 단기적인 기업성과에 부정적으로 작용하여, 향후 2~3년이 아닌 보다 장기적인 관점에서 재조명되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 국내 바이오산업의 발전을 위하여 외부 네트워크 전략을 통하여 기술혁신을 경주하는 노력이 필요하며, 또한 주로 기초기술에 집중된 공공기관과 대학과의 공동연구를 지원하는 정책적 고려가 필요함을 시사한다.

In this paper, we proposed the modified method of Metcalfe's law that is "Modfied law" in evaluating the network power for the measurement of combat effectiveness in C4I system. It is applied to JFOS-K(Joint Fire Operating System-Korea) C4I system that can connect KJCCS(Korea Joint Command & Control System) of Korea armed forces with JADOCS(Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System) of U.S. armed forces and achieve sensor to shooter system in real time in JCS(Joint Chiefs of Staff) level. Expanded muti-source Weber problem (EWP), which introduced in this paper, is a reverse logistics network design problem to minimize the total transportation cost from customers thorough regional center to central center. Decision factor of EWP are the locations of regional centers and a central center. We introduce a GRASP heuristics for the EWP. In the suggested GRASP, an expanded iterative location allocation method (EILA) is introduced based on the Cooper's iterative location allocation method[3]. For the initial solution of GRASP, allocation first seed (AFSeed) and location first seed (LFSeed) are developed. The computational experiment for the objective value shows that the LFSeed is better than the AFSeed. Also the calculating time of the LFSeed is better than that of the AFSeed.

The developed network CAD system in this work has the sharing of functions, which consist of client and server. In recent years, distributed system has been applied to many industry to make a work cooperated. The developed system which consists of client and server as P2P type is implemented by COM/DCOM and CAD kernel technology to share the functions on network. Here, Requester is a client and provider is server. Developed system in this study is to share the functions among the systems with P2P structure. All systems which are linked on local network can use the functions of the other systems. The important things to construct this kind of distributed CAD system are transferring the 3D model data and accessing the location of providers. This system can perform many operations by using other systems multiply. Some of the operations performed and tested by the developed CAD system are Boolean operation, getting properties, triangulation and tessellation.

The principal objective of this study was to analyze Swede’s perceptions of Asian food using a means-end chain method, which may contribute to our understanding of new markets for a food industry interested in globalizing Korean food. With the Means-end chain method, one can determine the cognitive structures built in consumer’s minds, which are developed by connecting attributes of product, consequences, and values. The attributes of Asian food that are most positively perceived by Swedes are ‘fresh vegetables’, ‘low-fat’, ‘light meat and seafood’, ‘exotic ingredients’, ‘not expensive’ and ‘unknown food’. The consequences of eating Asian food connected to these attributes are ‘healthy’, ‘tasty’, ‘good way to save money’ and ‘curious’. Finally, Swedes expect to enjoy a value of ‘achievement’ at the end. Based on the result that ‘unknown food’ attribute is connected to ‘achievement’ value, Swedes are assumed to be attracted by the fact that Korean food is ‘unknown food’. However, the effect of the ‘unknown food’ attribute will fade away with time; therefore, stressing Korean food’s status as a ‘healthy’ food, which can be attributed to its use of ‘fresh vegetable’ and ‘light meat and seafood’ ingredients and ‘low fat’ cooking method may be effective as a long-term strategy for making Korean food attractive. The ‘healthy’ consequence is connected to Swedes’ perception of the value ‘achievement’ and simultaneously to their perception of the value ‘belonging and love/sense of belonging’.

웹 2.0이 등장하면서 나타난 개념인 SNS(Social Network Service 또는 Social Network Sites)는 오프라인에서 만 존재하던 사회적 관계망을 온라인에서 구축한 친목기반 인맥 형성 서비스이다. 페이스북(Facebook), 마이스페이스(Myspace), 트위터(Twiter)등과 같은 외국 SNS와 싸이월드(Cyworld), 미투데이(Me2Day)등과 같은 국내 SNS는 지속적인 인기를 누리며, 인터넷 환경의 주요한 응용 분야로 자리 잡고 있다. 이러한 SNS는 모든 사용자들이 타인과 협력하고 정보를 공유하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있기 때문에, 웹을 사용하는데 어려움을 가지고 있는 노인과 장애인들이 사용하기에 적절한 인터페이스를 제공하고 있는지 웹 접근성을 평가할 필요가 있다. 웹 접근성은 인지적, 신체적 특징에 상관없이 모든 사람에게 동등한 웹 기회를 제공하고 있는가를 나타내는 지표이다. 만약, SNS가 웹 접근성이 낮아 노인과 장애인이 사용하지 못한다면, 노인, 장애인과 일반사용자의 정보격차는 점점 늘어나서 사회적 문제가 될 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 접근성 평가 도구인 KADO-WAH 2.0과 웹 접근성 표준 문서인 WCAG(Web Contents Accessibility Guideline) 2.0을 기반으로 SNS인 페이스북과 싸이월드의 웹 접근성을 평가하여, 웹 접근성 준수 현황을 파악하고, 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

인터넷상의 명예훼손에 대한 성립에 대하여 인터넷을 이용하는 일반 사용자와 명예훼손을 규제하는 규제기관 등의 견해차가 매우 커지고 있는 듯한 느낌이 든다. 김문수 지사 사건, 조선일보 사건, 쓰레기 시멘트 사건 등에서 우리는 글 삭제를 당한 일반이용자와 그를 지지하는 이용자들이 독립투사와 같은 심정으로 글을 더욱 확산시키려고 애쓰는 모습을 발견할 수 있다. 인터넷의 TCP/IP 프로토콜의 특성에서 발현되는 번식성은, 네트워크화된 공론장이 가능하게 하는 기술적 특성이고, 이러한 특성들은 오늘날의 명예훼손죄의 성립여부에 대하여 매우 혼란스럽게 만드는 요소로 나타나고 있다. 인터넷에서의 네트워크화된 공론장은, 쌍방향성, 접근의 용이성, peer production, 반드시 ISP에 의하여 매개되어야 한다는 특성을 가지고 있다. 그리고, 그 중에서 쌍방향성과 접근의 용이성은 명예훼손죄의 성립 중 위법성조각사유와 허위사실인식에 대한 고의에 대하여 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요소이다. 우선, 쌍방향성은, 사실과 의견을 구분하는 것과 관련하여 인터넷상의 사실을 다시 재인용하거나 재인용한 글에 의견을 덧붙이는 방식의 글쓰기의 경우에 명예훼손의 고의 및 그와 관련되어 구성요건 해당성을 판단하는 요소로 작용한다. 둘째, 접근의 용이성은 공인과 공적관심사의 범위가 넓어질 수 있는 요소로 작용하여 위법성조각사유에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 요소들을 모두 함께 고려하여 본다면, 인터넷상의 네트워크화된 공론장에서의 글을 자의적으로 기준없이 삭제하는 것은 바람직하지 않다. 더 나아가 현행의 명예훼손죄에 대한 형사처벌에 대한 법규의 필요성 역시도 이러한 인터넷상에서의 글쓰는 환경의 변화를 고려하여 재검토하는 것이 필요하다.

온라인 게임에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 많은 사용자들은 다양한 무선 접속 기술들을 이용하여 장소에 구애받지 않고 게임 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 모바일 기반에서 온라인 게임 컨텐츠 및 시나리오를 신속하게 내려받기 위해서는 무선링크를 통한 전송속도가 충분히 확보되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이동/무선 환경에서 고속의 데이터 전송을 지원하는 대표적인 3세대 이동통신 표준인 WCDMA/HSDPA 시스템의 기본적인 개념과 핵심 요소들을 소개하고 온라인 게임의 향후 발전 방향을 전망한다.

본 논문은 지속가능한 개발 및 도시 내 균형발전의 관점에서 시행된 서울시 청계천복원사업이 도심부 보행네트워크에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 복원 전과 후의 보행네트워크를 Space Syntax를 이용하여 Global Integration 및 Local Integration의 변화 정도를 살펴보았으며, 동서축과 남북축의 주요 가로를 대상으로 비교 분석하여 영향력의 차이를 확인하였다. Global Integration의 경우 복원 전에는 동서축으로 높게 나타나는데 반해 복원 후 돈화문로, 삼일로의 위계가 커지면서 보행네트워크가 공간적으로 균형 있게 분포하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편 Local Integration의 경우 업무 및 상업용도가 주를 이루는 태평로~삼일로 구간에서는 복원 전 삼일로 방면으로 집중되던 네트워크가 복원 후 동서, 남북축 가로의 연결성이 모두 향상되었다. 공구상가가 중심을 이루는 삼일로~배오개길 구간에서는 네트워크의 큰 차이는 없으나 전체적으로 통합도가 향상되었다. 또한 시장이 주를 이루는 배오개길~동대문운동장 구간에서는 복원사업 후 청계천로의 연결성이 크게 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 청계천복원사업에 따른 영향은 전체적으로 남북축과 동서축 접근이 균형적으로 이루어지게 하였으며, 지역적으로 남북축 연결성의 높은 향상이 이루어짐과 동시에 동서축의 연결성 향상에도 기여함을 알 수 있다.

A success of network integration project depends on how well we are able to provide a network implementation fulfilled with customer's requirements within an established budge. As its environment have become enlarged and distributed, the interested parties will be increased and as its customer's technologies have become generalized through a lot of learning opportunities, the requirements will be increased and its qualities will be better. Therefore, it is getting difficult to satisfy their requirements and maintain its qualities. Effectively managing conditions that are able to have effects on resources and schedule at the early requirement analysis stage due to the requirement changes at the end of the project, we are about to offer a service quality and requirement management that can fulfill with customer's requests.
