        This study was investigated to develop mass evaluation system for the contents of crude protein, oil and fatty acid in soybean germplasm using NIRS. NIRS equations were created with 345 soybeans, multiple correlation coefficients of crude protein, oil, palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and linolenic acid between data obtained from NIRS and quantitative analysis were 0.983, 0.969, 0.592, 0.514, 0.978, 0.961 and 0.957, respectively. Equation statistics indicated that contents of crude protein, oil and unsaturated fatty acid except palmitic and stearic acid in soybean seed were suitable for determination by NIRS. Those NIRS equations were applied to examine crude protein, oil and unsaturated fatty acid of 854 soybean landraces from Korea. The average contents and ranges of crude protein and oil were 39.2% with a range of 33.7-47.0% and 15.0% with a range of 9.8-20.3%, individually. In addition, those of oleic, linoleic and linolenic acid were 21.4% with a range of 12.1-30.2%, 55.6% with a 47.8-62.3% and 8.1% with a range of 5.9-10.7% respectively. We conducted quantitative analysis to reconfirm with IT154552 (45.1%) and IT023955(46.9%) above 45% of crude protein, the results were similar from NIRS (45.2%, 47.0%). NIRS data for protein from this study made no difference with lab data, which would be useful for mass evaluation. There was negative correlation (-0.203) between crude protein and oil, positive correlation (0.379) between crude oil and oleic acid, and significantly negative correlation (-0.879) between oleic and linoleic acid.

        The purpose of this study is to construct a quantitative evaluation method that can analyze the policy effectiveness with the construction of a implicit composite index incorporating spatial econometrics models. In order to propose a methodological framework for the program evaluation, this study conducts an empirical analysis with the application of the Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project (CRVDP) which explicitly claims to achieve comprehensive goal of community development. The present study pays particular attention to quantifying the composite evaluation index and drawing net effect through the application of a series of spatial econometrics models. The spatial unit of the analysis is drawn at Eup-Myeon level in rural areas in Korea, and the time horizon is in between 2005 and 2010. We utilize the Korean Agricultural Census data in 2005 and 2010. Three steps of methodological processes are needed to satisfy the objective of the present study. First, we apply factor analysis to construct the composite index that represents comprehensive settlement environment in rural area. The index should be matched with the main objective of the CRVDP. Second, we apply the derived index to a series of spatial econometrics model as dependent variable. Lastly, utilizing the estimated coefficients of the econometrics models, we apply decomposition technique to estimate CRVDP’s net effect from both cross-sectional and longitudinal perspectives. We find that the results of the decomposition analysis by the execution of the CRVDP are positively associated with the explicit object of the project.

        Background : Korean mountain ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) are difficult to clinically apply because of its scarcity and high cost. Advances in plant biotechnology have made it possible to produce mountain ginseng extracts on a large scale using adventitious root cultures in bio-reactors. This study investigated the variations of ginsenoside compounds composition and biological activities of wild ginseng adventitious roots by fermentation process. Methods and Results : Wild ginseng adventitious roots with five days fermentation using four strain of bacteria(Leuconostoc mesenteroides(KACC 15744), Bacillus circulans(KACC 15822), Bacillus licheniformis(KACC 15823), Bacillus subtilis subsp. inaquosorum(KACC 17047)). Ginsenoside contents was analysed by using HPLC. To examine the antioxidant activity associated with biological functions, radical scavenging analyses DPPH, ABTS and SOD-like activity analyses were conducted. The total phenolic and flavonoid contents were evaluated to determine the antioxidant activity increment. The result showed increased total ginsenoside contents by fermentation process. In particular, B. licheniformis showed the highest ginsenoside contents. Regarding ginseng fermented with B. licheniformis, values of 70.6 ± 1.4%, 44.3 ± 1.7%, and 88.4 ± 1.3% were measured using DPPH, ABTS, and SOD-like antioxdiant activity analyses, respectively. The total phenolic contents in ginseng fermented with B. licheniformis was 184.5 ± 0.9 ㎍·GAE/㎖, and the total flavonoid contents was 108.5 ± 1.8 ㎍·QE/㎖ in ginseng fermented with L. mesenteroides. Conclusion : The high activity of β-glucosidase was selected bacteria. The four types of lactic acid bacteria examined, the use of B. licheniformis to ferment ginseng resulted in greatest increase in biological activities and ginsenoside contents.

        This paper introduces the recent development of GFRP-steel hybridized rebar and deals with an evaluation of its mechanical performance by authors. The objective of this study is to investigate tensile and bonding performance of the GFRP-steel hybridized rebar. The effect of hybridization on tensile properties was evaluated by comparing the results of tensile test with those of non-hybrid GFRP bars. The surface of the bar was designed and experimentally evaluated to obtain the sufficient bond strength in this study. To ensure the long-term durability of GFRP-steel hybridized rebar to corrosion resistance, the individual and combined effects of environmental conditions are currently under investigation.

        구명정의 열전달 특성 및 해상상태에 따른 조난자의 저체온증 발생 가능성에 대한 기술적 검토는 선박의 좌초 및 침몰 사고에 대 응하기 위해 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구는 해상용 구명정(또는 구명벌)의 설계에 필요한 열전달 특성 및 단열 성능을 분석 및 평가방법에 대해 서 연구하였다. 또한, 해상 저체온증 발생 가능성을 파악하기 위한 연구로써 Thermal manikin과 인체를 대상으로 체온 저하의 예측을 판단하 기 위한 단열성능 실험 및 인체 온도 특성 해석 결과를 제시하였다. 열전달 해석은 구명 뗏목의 열전도 특성, 해수의 대류 효과 및 단열 재료 의 특성에 따른 성능 변화를 파악하도록 유한요소해석 방법을 적용하였다. 인체 시험에서 입수 시 신체 온도 변화를 파악하기 위해서 각 부 위에 열전대를 부착한 상태로 구명정에 탑승하여 온도 변화 및 열유속 변화를 계측하였다. 실험으로부터 계측한 체온 변화와 유한요소해석 모델의 체온 변화를 비교함으로써 결과의 타당성을 제시하였다. 나아가 유한요소해석을 통해 저체온증 발생 가능성을 검토하였다.

        본 연구는 유치원 교사의 교직전문성 인식 정도에 따른 교원능력개발평가에 대한 인식이 어떠한지를 알아 보기 위하여 세종특별자치시 관내 국․공립 단설 및 병설유치원, 사립유치원 교사 187명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 교원능력개발평가에 대한 교직전문성 인식에 따른 상·중·하 집단의 인식을 보면 모든 집단에서 교원능력개발평가의 주된 목적은 ‘교육의 질 향상’으로, 가장 필요한 사항은 ‘공정하고 신뢰로운 평가도구’를, 불필요한 사항은 ‘업무과중으로 인한 수업 불충실’로 나타났다. 가장 중점적으로 평가되어야 할 요소로는 교직전문성 인식의 상·중·하 모든 집단 교사가 ‘수업실행’을 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 평가방법은 ‘기준점수를 정하고 그 보다 높은 점수를 받았을 때’ 우수교사로 평가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 동료교사 평가의 가장 큰 문제점으로 ‘동료 교사 간 갈등과 위화감 조성’을 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났 다. 교원능력개발평가의 평가결과는 교원 스스로의 전문성 향상 자료로 활용되어져야 하며, 전문성과 자질 이 우수한 교사는 학습연구년제 등 특별연수 기회를 부여해야 하고, 전문성과 자질이 부족한 교사는 현장 근무와 동시에 부족한 역량을 향상시키기 위한 단계별 맞춤형 연수기회를 제공해야 한다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교원능력개발평가의 안정적 정착을 위한 조치로써 교원능력평가에 따른 업무경감을 위해 행․재정적 지원체계가 반드시 필요한 것으로 인식하고 있다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과는 유치원 교원능력개 발평가의 전면 실시에 앞서 유치원 교육의 신뢰와 공교육의 효과성을 높일 수 있도록 기초자료를 제공하고 평가방향을 제시함으로써 제도의 안정적 정착에 도움이 될 수 있다는데 의미가 있다.

        Although the scope of Official Development Assistance(ODA) projects has been expanded to the energy and environmental sectors, many Green ODA projects have experienced difficulties in sustainable operation because of insufficient consideration on the real status of recipient countries. Selecting technology to apply is the first step on the ODA process, however, there has been lack of study on evaluation indicators, especially for waste-to-energy. Therefore, we have explored the evaluation indicators for waste-to-energy technologies selection based on the case of Phnom Penh capital city in Cambodia. The study was performed through literatures review, field trips, and interviewing local officials and experts. Finally, we have suggested following indicators: secure of raw materials (waste price, collection, waste quality), sustainable operation (construction and operation cost, land use, management ability), and market condition (prices of substitutes, demanders, required quality of products).

        Low temperature germinability (LTG) is an important trait for breeding of varieties for use in direct-seeding rice production systems. Although rice (Oryza sativa L.) is generally sensitive to low temperatures, genetic variation for LTG exists and several quantitative trait loci (QTLs) have been reported. The objective of this study was to develop and employ high-efficiency molecular markers for evaluation of LTG in rice germplasm. A panel of japonica rice accessions (n=180) from temperate regions in Asia was evaluated for LTG and genotyped with markers from regions previously reported to harbor other LTG QTLs. ANOVA revealed that four markers on chromosome 2, 4, and 11 from previously reported QTLs showed highly significant value (p < 1.0e-04) and their R2 ranged 0.083 (qLTG11-1) to 0.190 (qLTG4b-1). An association analysis was conducted using SNP data generated by sequencing of the panel. Eight SNP markers were found to be significantly associated with LTG using general and mixed linear models. Three SNP-based CAPS and dCAPS markers from these results were developed and showed higher accuracy in predicting sensitive LTG germplasm. These new LTG markers will be useful for molecular evaluation of germplasm, particularly to identify sensitive or weak LTG accessions.

        In this study, it is an object to develop a regression model for the estimation of TOC (total organic carbon) concentration using investigated data for three years from 2010 to 2012 in the Gam Stream unit watershed, and applied in 2009 to verify the applicability of the regression model. TOC and CODMn (chemical oxygen demand) were appeared to be derived the highest correlation. TOC was significantly correlated with 5 variables including BOD (biological oxygen demand), discharge, SS (suspended solids), Chl-a (chlorophyll a) and TP (total phosphorus) of p<0.01. As a result of PCA (principal component analysis) and FA (factor analysis), COD, TOC, SS, discharge, BOD and TP have been classified as a first factor. TOCe concentration was estimated using the model developed as an independent variable BOD5 and CODMn. R squared value between TOC and measurement TOC is 0.745 and 0.822, respectively. The independent variable were added step by step while removing lower importance variable. Based on the developed optimal model, R squared value between measurement value and estimation value for TOC was 0.852. It was found that multiple independent variables might be a better the estimation of TOC concentration using the regression model equation(in a given sites).

        Since the 1970s, construction projects of SOC infrastructure have began rapidly. therefore, it is expected that the proportion of infrastructure using for more than 30 years will be increased in an instant. Because an aging infrastructure can greatly damage the national economy and people, maintenance of the infrastructure is essential. In this paper, performance-based evaluation items for maintenance of SOC(Social Overhead Capital) infrastructure and the process of calculating the weights of each items by using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method are introduced.

        In this paper, evaluation of compressive strength development of concrete cured by microwave heating system is introduced. For this evaluation, core strength tests were conducted. Test results show that the development was accelerated by microwave heating system. And two parameters in a equation for predicting initial strength development were presented when using this system.

        Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) is one of the most important oilseed crops with high oil contents and rich nutrient value. The development of a core collection could facilitate easier access to sesame genetic resources for their use in crop improvement programs and simplify the genebank management. The present study was initiated to the development and evaluation of a core collection of sesame based on 5 qualitative and 10 quantitative trait descriptors on 2,751 sesame accessions. The accessions were different countries of origin. About 10.1 percent of accessions were selected by using the power core program to constitute a core collection consisting of 278 accessions. Mean comparisons using t-test, Nei’s diversity index of 10 morphological descriptors and correlation coefficients among traits indicated that the existing genetic variation for these traits in the entire collection has been preserved in the core collection. The results from this study will provide effective information for future germplasm conservation and improvement programs in sesame.

        In this study, the relative importance for the perception of managers on the comprehensive rural village development projects was evaluated using the AHP method. The fields for evaluation were 4 fields including human relationships, working conditions, work compensation and work burnout. Also, the relative importance for the perception of managers and priority order were analyzed through 15 evaluation items. The analysis result shows that the human relationships among 4 fields were regarded as the most important field, followed by work compensation, working conditions and work burnout. Also, the relationship with the chairperson for the human relationships, continuity of employment for the working conditions, salary for work compensation, and mental stress for work burnout were considered respectively as the most important item. Also, salary among all evaluation items was considered as the most important item for the relative importance, followed by continuity of employment, relationship with village residents and mental stress. However, work load, consulting firms, impersonal treatment and the relations between the administration showed relatively low importance and priority order. It is considered that this analysis result will be used as important preliminary data for establishing the role of manager in the comprehensive rural village development project.

        This laboratory study showed the performance evaluations of a improved C12A7 based mineral accelerator (I-CA) by both mortar and shotcrete tests. Performance of I-CA as a shotcrete accelerator was excellent by KCI-SC-102, which is a Korean specifications of shotcrete accelerator. In addition, I-CA showed equal qualities to the setting time and the compressive strength when compared those of the existing C12A7 based mineral accelerator (CA). The I-CA was manufactured with 40wt.% of electric arc furnace reducing slag, 24wt.% of lime, and 36wt.% of bauxite, indicating that the commercialization of I-CA contributed to recycle electric arc furnace reducing slag and to reduce the manufacturing cost of C12A7 based mineral accelerator due to the use a cheap raw material(electric arc furnace reducing slag), and to reduce the greenhouse gas emission due to the reductions in usage of lime and bauxite.

        Recently, Low Impact Development (LID) technology has been developed and used to collect, infiltrate, filter and confine runoff in order to enhance the storm water quality and to preserve the natural water cycle. In this study, two technologies were employed in order to treat runoff from an impervious surface such as a paved road and a parking lot. The infiltration trench which was constructed to manage stormwater runoff from a paved road abates and temporarily holds stormwater runoff and removes sediments and attached pollutants within the sub-surface structure prior to infiltration into the subsoils. On the other hand, the tree box filter which incorporates trees and other gardening plants to regulate and treat runoff drains the stormwater from a parking lot. The infiltration trench and tree box filter represent only 1% of the catchment area that they drain. This research was conducted to evaluate the hydrologic and water quality effects of the infiltration trench and tree box filter after LID. Storm event monitoring was conducted for the infiltration trench from May 2009 to August 2014 with a total of 38 storm events and 24 storm events in the tree box filter from July 2010 to July 2014. Hydrologic (i.e., total rainfall, antecedent dry day (ADD), runoff volume, etc.) and water quality (i.e. particulates, nutrients, organics, and heavy metals) parameters were analyzed before and after LID. The major findings of this study are as follows: The runoff before LID was discharged directly to the sewers and could lead to local flooding of transport systems and pollution to receiving waters during intense storm events. But, after LID the runoff was partially reduced for atleast 50% on the two (2) urban landuses. Furthermore, the pollutant concentration before LID was observed to be at high concentrations. However, it was reduced to an approximate of 60% after LID. With the combined processes of infiltration, filtration, retention and evapotranspiration that were provided by the infiltration trench and tree box filter, the runoff was partially reduced and a significant decrease in pollutant concentration has been observed. The results and findings of this study will help facilitate the LID for further application.

        사회간접시설의 위험도 증가는 대규모 인적/물적 피해로 귀결될 수 있으며 특히 방조제와 같은 해안구조물의 경우 기후변화로 인한 태풍강도 증가 및 해수면 상승으로 인해 과거보다 다양한 위험도에 노출되고 있다. 그러나 국내외적으로 이러한 외부 환경변화 요인을 포함하여 구조물의 지반공학적, 해안수리학적 위험요인을 종합적으로 고려하여, 정량적으로 위험도를 평가하는 연구는 매우 미진한 실정이다. 우리나라의 경우 방조제 안정성 평가방법은 설계기준에 근거하여 현재의 상태를 평가하는 수준으로 미래에 발생 가능한 위험도에 대한 인지 및 대처에는 상대적으로 불리한 면이 존재한다. 최근 미국 및 유럽을 중심으로 기후변동성의 증가로 인한 방조제 안정성 확보가 주요 이슈로 부각되고 있으며 위험도 해석기반의 확률론적 평가방법과 대응기술에 관심이 모아지고 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구에서는 새만금 방조제에 대한 위험도 평가를 수행하기에 앞서 위험도 평가를 위한 체계 확립과 더불어 다양한 위험도 평가 시나리오를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 국내외 방조제의 주요 위험요소 및 파괴모드별 위험도 평가방안을 종합적으로 검토하였으며, 위험도 해석 결과의 신뢰성을 개선하기 위해서 Network Theory 기반의 새만금 방조제 위험도 평가 모형의 적용 가능성을 평가하였다.

        본 연구는 햇순나물의 이용성 증진 및 소비 촉진을 위하여 햇순나물을 이용하여 4종의 햇순요리를 개발하고 이들의 관능적 특성 및 영양성을 평가하였다. 햇순요리에 대한 관능평가를 실시한 결과, 4종의 햇순요리의 전반적인 기호도가 3.0 이상으로 만족 수준이었으며, 그 중 '엄나무순닭고기냉채'의 기호도는 5점 만점에 4.48점으로 가장 높은 기호를 보였다. 엄나무 순을 이용한 '엄나무순닭고기냉채'는 단백질, 비타민 A, 비타민 E, 비타민 B6, 엽산의 함량이 권장량보다 높았으며, 비타민 C 및 아연의 함량은 권장량보다 낮았으나 권장량의 50% 이상은 충족하였다. 두릅의 새순을 이용한 '두릅곶감무침'은 곶감과 함께 무쳐 두릅의 쓴맛과 떫은맛을 약화시켰으며, 비타민 E, 비타민 C, 비타민 B6, 엽산 및 철의 함량이 권장량보다 약 1.2~1.7배 정도 높았다. 오가피 순을 이용한 '오가피순꽁치조림'은 무와 오가피순을 첨가하여 조리함으로써 꽁치의 비린내를 줄여 기호도를 높였다. '오가피순꽁치조림'은 단백질 함량이 권장량의 1.5배, 비타민 A, E, C 등 각종 비타민의 함량이 권장량의 1.4~3.6배 함유되어 있었다. 참죽순을 이용한 '참죽만두'는 고기를 넣지 않고 두부와 각종 채소를 넣어 만들었으며, 비타민 및 무기질이 풍부하고 다양한 영양소가 함유되어 있었다. '참죽만두'는 햇순나물 요리 중 가장 열량이 높았으며, 비타민 A, 비타민 E, 비타민 C, 티아민, 인과 철의 함량이 권장량보다 높았다.
