The purpose of this study is to estimate the utility value of boat fishing experience marine tourism activity in Jeju Island’s Chagwido. The utility value is estimated by single bounded and double-bounded dichotomous choice contingent valuation method. The contingent valuation method is used to estimate economic values for all kinds of coastal ecosystem services. The method involves directly asking people, in a survey, how much they would be willing to pay for specific environmental services. So, the method has great flexibility, allowing valuation of a wider variety of non-market goods and services than is possible with any other non-market valuation technique. This study collects the effective 504 questionnaires from boat fishing experience tourists in Jeju Island’s Chagwido. The results show that the average willingness to pay amount(WTP) is estimated to be about 17,000 Korea won by single bounded and double-bounded dichotomous choice contingent valuation method. This indicates that the utility value of boat fishing experience marine tourism activity is estimated to be about 17,000 Korea won in Jeju Island’s Chagwido.
본 논문은 노인의료복지시설 간호 인력의 경쟁가치기반 간호인력 조직문화와 직무몰입이 조직시민행동 에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 두고 연구하였다. 연구대상은 노인의료복지시설 간호 인력 523명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료는 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 조직문화와 직무몰입이 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직시민 행동 중 자발적 참여에 대한 기대를 높이기 위해서는 관계 지향적, 혁신 지향적 조직문화를 조성하고 직 무수행능력을 높일수록 자발적 조직시민의 참여행동이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직시민행동 중 이 타적 행동을 높이기 위해서는 관계 지향적, 위계 지향적 조직문화를 조성하고 직무의 중요성과 수행능력, 영향력을 높여야 할 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직시민행동 중 상호촉진작용을 증가시키기 위해서 위계 지 향적, 혁신 지향적, 과업 지향적 조직문화를 조성하고 직무 중요성과 직무 수행력, 자기결정력을 높여야 할 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인요양시설 간호 인력에서 조직 공동목표를 추구하면서 동시에 조직 내 관 계적, 혁신적, 위계적, 과업적 분위기를 조성하고, 이와 더불어 이들 경쟁 가치기반의 조직문화가 정착될 때 직무몰입과 동시조직 시민 행동의 긍정적인 영향력을 높일 수 있는 기제임을 시사해주었다.
Salined water electrolysis is an electrochemical reaction to produce chlorine gas and sodium hydroxide as major products from salined water. Perfluorinated sulfonic acid (PFSA) ionomers and their derivatives have been usually used as polymeric electrolytes with high sodium ion selectivity and barrier property to chlorine and hydrogen gases. In spite of their industrial importance, there is little information on the relationship of their chemical features and electrochemical performances. In this study, membrane requirements for salined water electrolysis are described and fundamental and electrochemical characteristics of PFSA and hydrocarbon ionomer materials are compared each other. The obtained results are expected to provide membrane material design factors for low energy-consuming salined water electrolysis.
PURPOSES: This study was initiated to estimate the benefits from the campaign to prevent drowsy driving crashes on expressways. The study was conducted by the Korea Expressway Corporation using a contingent valuation method.
METHODS : First, a questionnaire was designed for a preliminary survey. From the survey’s results, the initial willingness to pay for the campaign was determined by averaging different amounts of payments chosen under virtual scenarios in the survey. The willingness to pay data was used to find a first bid price for the open-ended method used for the second survey. After that, a primary questionnaire was designed and conducted using a single dichotomous choice question (SDBCQ). Drivers at expressway resting areas were asked their willingness to pay for the campaign. Based on statistical analysis using data collected from the second survey, the mean willingness to pay was estimated using a probability utility function. Finally, the benefit from the campaign was calculated using the estimated willingness to pay and accident data on expressways.
CONCLUSIONS : Based on the result from the contingent valuation method, the benefit from the campaign to prevent drowsy driving crashes was estimated to be 170.6 won per expressway trip. The benefit is to be paid as an additional toll. In addition, the traffic crash cost estimate is about 2,209,680,000 won less than the cost during the same period in 2014.
『弟子規』는 기초한자 교육 및 인성교육을 위한 童蒙書다. 그 중에서도 한자 학습보다는 윤 리도덕교육에 더 큰 목적을 둔 책이라 할 수 있다. 책은 “總敍”를 포함하여 총 여덟 항목으 로 구성되어 있지만, 주제는 셋으로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째는 부모에 대한 효도와 長者에 대한 공경, 둘째는 사회생활과 처세의 방법, 셋째는 배움과 실천에 관한 내용이다. 대부분 孔子를 대표로 하는 유교사상을 바탕으로 하여, 인간의 기본 도리와 처세법을 자세히 설명해 놓고 있다. 내용 중에는 21세기 현실생활과는 다소 부합되지 않는 낡은 사상과 행동지침이 포함되 어 있어 논란이 되기도 하지만, 전체적으로 보아 전통문화 창달과 인성교육에 유익한 교재라고 판단한 중국 교육계에서는 현재 『弟子規』 閱讀과 교육을 활발하게 전개시키고 있다. 중국 의 ‘國學’ 열기와 함께 인성교재의 핵심으로 활용하고 있는 『弟子規』는 개인주의와 황금만능 주의가 팽배한 현대사회의 아동들에게 전통문화를 이해시키고 바람직한 가치관과 인간성을 회복시키는데 크게 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. 이런 현상에 대한 치밀한 분석은 우리나라에 서 『四字小學』 등과 같은 교재로 한자 및 인성교육을 시키는데 있어서도 적지 않은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
본 연구는 금전욕과 직무성과 및 조직몰입 간의 관계에 있어 기업 윤리가치의 조절효과를 분석하기 위해 광주 및 전남 지역의 27개 기업 318명의 종업원을 대상으로 실증조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과를 요 약하면 첫째, 금전욕은 직무성과 및 조직몰입에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업 윤리가치는 조직몰입에 유의한 정의 영향을 주는 반면, 직무성과에는 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업 윤리가치는 금전욕과 조직몰입 간의 관계에 유의적이진 않지만 한계적으로 부의 방 향으로 조절하고 있는데 금전욕이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향은 기업 윤리가치가 낮은 경우에 더 큰 폭으로 나타났다. 가설과는 달리 기업윤리가치는 금전욕과 직무성과 간의 관계에 대해서는 유의미한 영향을 주 지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점, 한계점과 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.
본 연구는‘부유’단감의 경제적 가치를 평가하기 위해 이루어졌다. 연구를 위해 최근 9년간의 단감 ‘부유’주산지 소득조사 원시자료(707농가)와 현장을 방문하여 조사한 47농가의 자료를 이용하여 kg 당 수취가격, 투입비용, 주당 수량을 분석하였다. 연구결과 단감‘부유’의 손익분기수령은 성장기 8수 령과 쇠퇴기 85수령으로 분석되어 단감‘부유’의 경제적 갱신 한계 수령은 85수령으로 나타났다. 주당 수량은 65수령을 전후로 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 경제적 내용연수 85수령을 기준으로 한 단감‘부 유’의 주당 경제적 가치는 수익접근법에 의해 10,488천원, 비용접근법에 의해 9,249천원으로 분석되었 다.
This study was conducted to evaluate growth characteristics, yield and feed value of newly developed domestic teosinte (Geukdong 6) compared to widely cultivated silage corn hybrid (31N27) and sorghum × sudangrass hybrid (P877F). Geukdong 6, a new single cross (Teosinte × Suwon 19) variety, is a teosinte (Zea may L. ssp. maxicana) developed by the Geukdong 6 of agricultural company corporation (GACC) in An-dong province. This field experiment was designed in a randomized block design with three replications and consisted of silage corn (T1), sorghum x sudangrass hybrid (T2) and Geukdong 6 (T3). Leaf length, number of leaves, number of tillers and fresh yield of T3 were higher than that of T1 and T2 (p<0.05). Dry matter yield of T3 was lower than that of T1 (p<0.05). In particular, T3 (0.1 kg/cm2) showed to be very tender compared to other T1 (0.5 kg/cm2) and T2 (0.5 kg/cm2), (p<0.05). The crude protein content of T3 as 8.25% was higher than that of T2 (5.90%), (p<0.05). However, there was no significant differences between T1 (8.14%). The brix degree of T2 was higher than that of T1 and T3 (p<0.05). T3 showed higher content of total minerals compared to T1 and T2 (p<0.05). The relative palatability of T3 was higher than T1 and T2 (p<0.05), when fed to deer as soiling crop. However, it showed a lower than T1 in Korean native cattle and korean native goats. The relative palatability of the silage shown in order of T1> T3> T2 in korean native cattle, spotted deer, and korean native goats. As mentioned above the results, Geukdong 6 (T3) could be recommended as using of soiling and lab silage, when high fresh yield, tender stem, number of many leaf, content of high crude protein, and palatability higher than sorghum × sudangrass hybrid were considered.
This study amied to determine the effect of species and seed mixture on productivity, botanical composition and forage quality in middle mountainous region (Geosan) pasture. Total seven experimental pastures (T1 : Orchardgrass, T2 : Timothy, T3 : Tall fescue, T4 : Perennial ryegrass, T5 : Kentucky bluegrass, T6 : Timothy + Orchardgrass + Tall fescue + Alfalfa, T7 : Timothy + Orchardgrass + Kentucky bluegrass + White clover) were established in autumn, 2014 and evaluated for productivity and agronomic characteristics for 2015. Plant heigh was high in Orchardgrass and Perennial ryegrass pasture. Dry matter (DM) content was high in Kentucky bluegrass. Botanical composition in 1st harvest was high in shrub, but the grass composition was high in 2nd and 3rd harvest. Fresh and DM yield were higher in Orchardgrass and Perennial ryegrass (p<0.05); whreras, Kentucky bluegrass was the lowest. In seed mixture pasture, yields of T6 plot (Tall fescue) were higher than those of T7 (Kentucky bluegrass). Average CP (crude protein) content of 2nd and 3rd cutting time was 16.91 and 14.79%, respectively and Kentucky blue grass was the highest in 3rd cutting time by 17.57%. IVDMD (in vitro dry matter digestibility) showed low in 1st cutting and Kentucky bluegrass was the lowest in every cutting time. TDN (total digestible nutrient) content was the highest in 3rd cutting and the lowest in 1st cutting. These results indicated that Orchardgrass, Perennial ryegrass and T6 are recommendable for productivity and Timothy, Perennial ryegrass and T7 are recommendable for forage quality.
This study was conducted to determine grazing intensity of growing Korean native goats (Capra hircus coreanae) on mountainous pasture. It was carried out to obtain basic information for improvement of mountainous pasture management and establishing feeding system of Korean native goats. Castrated, male goats (n=10) with average initial body weight (BW) of 23.33±2.15kg and an average age of 4 months were used in this study. Grazing goats were supplemented by concentrates with 1.0% of BW. The crude protein content of forage was the highest in October (22.71±0.25%) and there were significantly differences (p<0.05) in monthly comparison. The forage productivity of pasture was the highest from May to June (1718.7±207.5~ 1672.0±422.8 kg/ha) but it was decreased in July (1356.0±103.8 kg/ha) because of drought and summer depression. Average daily gains (ADG) of goats were the highest in June (99.5±6.4 d/g). Grazing intensity was calculated by forage productivity and dry matter intake (DMI) and was the highest in May (65 head/ha). As shown in the results of this research, grazing intensity was suggested to average 39 head/ha from May to October. It is desirable that adequate grazing intensity was maintained by adjusting supplemental feed.
The feed value of Astragalus membranaceus leaves and straws was amended by fermentation using effective microorganisms, such as molasses (T1), Rhodobacter capsulatus (T2), Bacillus subtilis (T3), Lactobacillus acidophilus (T4), or Saccharomyces cerevisiae (T5), with no supplements in the control (C). The crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), and acid detergent fiber (ADF) contents in the fermentation-treated A. membranaceus leaves decreased, whereas nitrogen free extract (NFE) content increased significantly. A decrease in the amounts of CP (except in T3), EE, CF, NDF, and ADF in the A. membranaceus straws treated with effective microorganisms was observed compared with that for the C and T1 (p<0.05). The NFE content of the straws increased with all treatments, except T1. Fermentation treatment subtly altered the fatty acid composition of A. membranaceus leaves and straws. In contrast, the calcium and vitamin E contents in A. membranaceus leaves and straws were increased after fermentation treatment (p<0.05). However, T3 yielded higher saponin content in straws compared to that by any of the other treatments (p<0.05). The effect of fermentation with microorganisms, maintained the low pH up to 48 h (p<0.05), whereas it was random for the straws. Therefore, the data suggest that fermentation treatment with microorganisms can improve digestion rate and have a positive effect on physiologically active substances and feed value.
The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic value of boat fishing experience marine tourism activity in Jeju Island’s Chagwido. The economic value is estimated as consumer surplus using count data models including the truncated Poisson model and the truncated negative binominal distribution model. This study collects the effective 504 questionnaires from boat fishing experience tourists in Jeju Island’s Chagwido.
The truncated negative binominal distribution model was statistically more suitable and valid than other models. The truncated negative binominal distribution model was applied to estimate consumer surplus as economic value from boat fishing experience tourism activity in Jeju Island’s Chagwido. A consumer surplus value per trip was estimated as about 209,900 won. The annual economic value from boat fishing experience tourism activity was estimated as 273,700 won in Jeju Island’s Chagwido. Consequently, boat fishing experience marine tourism activity has a very large economic value in Jeju Island.
목 적: 본 연구의 목적은 최근 시력검사와 조제가공, 그리고 제품의 차별화를 기반으로 다양한 형태의 안경원이 탄생하고 있는 경영환경에서 안경원의 관계효익과 경북지역 20대 대학생의 고객가치가 어떠한 관 계를 나타내는지를 확인하고자 하였다.
방 법: 본 연구는 안경원에서 안경테, 안경렌즈, C/L를 구입하였던 217명의 20대 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사하고 그 데이터를 분석하였다. 데이터 분석은 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하여 안경원의 관계효익과 고객가치에 관한 연구 가설을 검증하였다.
결 과: 첫째, 관계효익 중 경제적효익이 가격가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 관계효익의 네 요인, 즉 경제적효익, 고객화효익, 사회적효익, 심리적효익이 모두 품질가치에 미약하지만 긍정적인 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계효익 중 경제적효익이 사회적가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 넷째, 관계효 익 중 사회적효익이 감정적가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
결 론: 본 연구에서는 안경원의 관계효익 중에서 경제적효익이 가격가치와 사회적가치에 중요한 역할을 하는 것과 관계효익의 네 요인이 고객의 품질가치에 약하지만 고르게 영향을 주는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 사 회적효익은 감정적가치에 영향을 미치므로 안경원 경영자는 고객에게 제공되는 경제적효익을 개발하는 노력 뿐만 아니라 안경원을 지속적으로 이용함으로써 획득하게 되는 사회적효익을 높이고 고객이 인식하는 다양 한 가치를 개발하기위한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.
