This research aims to analyze jeans possession and perceptions of jeans' fit among women in their 20s to help improve the accuracy of purchase decisions in online shopping and to provide basic data necessary to overcome limits in the fit conveyance method of online shopping malls. A sample of 149 females in their 20s was divided into two groups according to height, waist size, and interest in fashion, and several factors were analyzed: jeans possession status, the fit of purchased jeans, the reason for purchase, and the perception of jeans' fit. The results are as follows. The group with a high interest in fashion owned more skinny jeans, and there was a higher frequency of purchasing skinny jeans during the last year among those with a height of 160 cm or more, a waist size of less than 27 inches, and a high interest in fashion. Of the respondents, 92.6% accurately understood skinny fit, 51.7% understood straight fit, and 56.4% understood regular fit. There was no significant difference in the perception of skinny fit or regular fit, but straight fit was better understood by the group with a waist size of 27 inches or more. Thus, by providing accurate size information and analyzing the body shapes of consumers, online shopping malls will be able to increase customer satisfaction with pants of various fits to reduce the rate of returns.

This paper deals with steel braced frame as increasing the lateral strength and ductility in order to seismic retrofit of existing buildings and discusses the designing criteria and calculation method of retrofitted buildings. The addition of steel braced frame can be effective for increasing the lateral strength and ductility of existing buildings. However, There is a problem in utilizing this method. It is the approach to provide an adequate connection between the existing RC frame and the installed steel braced frame, because global strength by failure mode(three type) depends on detail of connection and strength of existing RC frame. So, the designer must be confirmed if it satisfies the required performance or not. Failure mode of type I is the most appropriate for increasing the lateral strength and ductility. Seismic performance evaluation and strength calculation of seismic retrofit are performed by guideline by KISTEC(Korea Infrastructure Safety & Technology)’s “seismic performance evaluation and rehabilitation of existing buildings” and Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association. Buildings are modeled and non-linear pushover analysis are performed using MIDAS program.

In the 2010s, skinny jeans were trendy, and they became a must-have for young women. The styles, clothing pressure and buying behavior of skinny jeans have been studied, but the patternmaking of skinny jeans has not been researched yet. To analyze skinny jeans patterns, we grouped skinny jeans into nine brands. They were sorted into three groups: special jeans brand, trendy jeans brand, and SPA brand. This study compared skinny jeans' sizing systems, product dimensions and pattern measurements in three brand groups. The appearance and fit of skinny jeans were evaluated by random groups of people in their 20s and 30s. The sizing systems for skinny jeans were different with KS K0051, and they were shown waist girth in inches. The waist and hip circumferences were different among brand groups. In product dimensions, trendy jeans brands had a shorter crotch length, a lower crotch depth, a narrower back crotch width, and a longer inseam than the others. The measurements of skinny jeans flat patterns were significantly different in as below; front crotch depth, front crotch height, front crotch length, back crotch extension, gap between back and front crotch depth, back crotch height, back crotch length, and center back angle. In the sensory survey results, trendy jeans brands were evaluated well in the fit of the waist line, hip line, crotch line, midthigh line, outseam, inseam, side waist line, crotch length and overall fit.

This paper presents a method for the assesment of vibration fatigues in engine exhaust system. Analysis technologies by virtual model can reduce the number of physical tests and development cycles. The prediction processes are based on the construction of FE model for the exhaust system, normal mode analysis, and frequency response analysis. The analysis results(1st mode: 152Hz) of eigen frequencies are compared with the modal test results(1st mode: 151Hz). And frequency response analysis for accelerations and stresses at critical locations were also presented. The analysis method could be applied to assess the vibration fatigue for the engine exhaust manifold. As a result, maximum stress occurred at the end of diffuser and its frequency shows around 1st natural frequency of exhaust system. It shows a good agreement between numerical and experimental results.

The progress that becomes a basis for measuring the outcome of project is a core of project control. Follow-up corrective actions are determined depending on the degree of their differences. The methods of measuring the project progress have been developed though a variety of research and many were verified through the cases. Among such methods, this study selected Start/Finish method and Fixed Formula method. In order to check the limitations of the progress utilized in the two methods, the study compared their progresses to the progress of Percentage Complete method and analyzed the differences shown in their actual applications. Through this, it suggested the forms and scale of the projects appropriate to the application of Fixed Formula method. As for the research progress method, the study first generated a number of virtual project schedules for the establishment of an analysis model. These project schedules were varied in a way that they had different project periods and the number of different activities. The study also generated numerous project schedules for difference test. After establishing a virtual schedule plan by the scale of projects, it measured their progresses by period, analyzed the differences and repeated this procedure to obtain the results.

소송상 상계항변에 관하여는 종래 형성권의 소송상 행사와 함께 그 법적 성질에 대한 학설의 대립이 존재하여 왔다. 사법행위설, 소송행위설, 양성설, 신사법행위설 등이 그것이다. 그러나 상계권을 제외한 형성권의 소송상 행사에 대하여는 소송상 항변에 사법상의 형성권 행사의 의사표시와 공격방어방법으로서 그 의사표시의 결과에 대한 진술인 소송행위가 병존하고 있다는 점에 관하여 아무런 견해의 대립이 없었다. 위 학설의 대립은 소송상 상계의 경우 일반적인 형성권의 소송상 행사와 마찬가지로 사법행위와 소송행위가 병존한다고 보는 견해에 따른다면 소의 취하, 각하 또는 실기한 방어방법으로서 항변이 각하되는 경우 등에 있어서도 상계항변에 대한 판단을 받지 못한 채 반대채권이 소멸하는 매우 불합리한 결과를 야기할 수 있다는 이유로 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 제시된 견해들이었다. 본 대법원판결은 소송상 상계항변이 제출된 후 당해 소송이 조정성립에 의하여 종료된 사안에서 소송상 상계항변의 실체법적 효과가 잔존하지 않음을 밝힌 것이다. 그런데 본 대법원판결은 결론에 있어서는 타당하다고 할 수 있으나, 소송상 상계항변이 예비적 항변이라는 이유로 소구채권의 존재에 관한 법원의 실질적인 판단이 없는 때에는 상계의 의사표시의 효과가 발생하지 않는다고 판시함으로써, 그 이론적 근거를 밝히지 않은 아쉬움이 있다. 이 판결을 계기로 소송상 상계항변이 법적 성질에 관한 종래의 견해들을 살펴보았는바, 소송상 상계항변에 사법행위와 소송행위의 병존을 부인할 수 없고, 상계항변은 예비적 항변으로서의 성격과는 무관하게 무조건의 주장으로서, 상계의 의사표시의 효력은 특정한 상계시에 발생한다고 보아야 한다. 나아가 그 실체법적 효과는 해제조건설에 따라 상계항변이 소송상 참작되지 않는 해제조건이 성취되는 때에 소멸한다고 파악하는 것이 타당하다.

친환경농산물의 생산량이 늘고 green korea의 국가 정책과 화학비료 사용량의 감소와 더불어 녹비재배 면적이 증가하고 있으나 이에 대한 환경평가는 이루어지 지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 배 과원에 피복작물로 심겨진 헤어리벳치구와 일반잡초 로 구 성된 배 과원을 대상으로 5월부터 7월까지 채집된 곤충상 을 조사하였다. 곤충상 조사는 주로 천적종류를 대상으로 하였으며 황색수반에 포르말린 1%액을 월 1회 3일간 설치하여 유살된 천적종류를 조사하였다. 2011년, 배의 헤어리벳치구에서는 총 132마리의 천적이 끈끈이트랩에 유살되었 으며, 가장 많이 유살된 종은 광붙이꽃등에로 62마리, 꼬마꽃등에 43마리 였다. 사 과의 경우 초생 및 친환경방제구에서 56마리의 천적이 유살되었으며 가장 많이 유 살된 종은 고치벌과에 24마리, 좀벌과에 10마리 였다. 가장 낮은 천적이 유살된 구 는 배 초생 및 화학방제구와 사과 초생 및 화학방제구로 30마리 이하였다. 2012년, 헤어리벳치의 개화시기인 5월에 황색수반에 채집된 천적종수는 395마리로 가장 많았으며 개화가 끝난 시기인 7월에 황색수반에 채집된 천적종수는 116마리로 헤 어리벳치가 심겨지지 않은 과원보다 월등히 높았다.

Today, there are a multitude of papers being written on films that deal with multicultural society. However, it is difficult to find research on German films that deal with multicultural societies from the educational perspective of cultural exchange. This paper chooses the following four German films and aims to examine them from that perspective – Doris Dörrie’s Kirschblüten, Fatih Akın’s Solino and Gegen die Wand, and Percy Adlon’s Bagdad Café. Kirschblüten is about longings for and communication with other cultures, Solino about cultural differences and ways to overcome them, Gegen die Wand about cultural conflicts and identities, and Bagdad Café about cultural connection and communication. What is of particular importance in handling these movies in the classroom will be to raise and discuss relevant pedagogical questions to encourage the students to contemplate the various aspects of cultural encounters as their own issue. Thus, the ultimate goal of the education should be the learning of the values of coexistence, harmony, and exchange that are required of any multicultural society.

2007년 태안에서 발생한 허베이 스피리트호 사건은 연안 해역 안전관리에 대한 중요성을 다시 한 번 일깨워 주었고, 이에 대한 대응방안으로 연안VTS를 우리나라 전 해역에 걸쳐 구축 운영할 계획이다. 이제까지 VTS 기능에 관한 이론적인 고찰은 있었으나, 연안VTS의 기능에 관한 실증적인 연구는 없었다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 운영되고 있는 진도 연안VTS 운영성과를 분석하고, 사고예방 사례를 조사하여 연안VTS의 기능에 관하여 조사하였다. 연안VTS는 관제구역이 넓어 해상교통 특색이 장소마다 상이하며, 집중 관제를 필요로 하는 곳이 많았고, 통항선박 중 어선과 같은 비관제 대상 선박이 다수를 차지하여 이들의 관제가 중요한 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 선박 운항자의 집중도가 항내보다는 떨어지므로 인적과실에 의한 사고 개연성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 연안VTS는 항만VTS와 같이 정보제공, 항행지원, 교통관리의 역할을 주로 하고 있지만, 수색구조 지원, 해상 보안, 해상치안 업무, 해양오염 대응, 비관제 대상 선박 업무 및 수상레저 안전관리 등의 기능이 강화되는 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, a high energy ball milling process was employed in order to improve the densification of direct nitrided AlN powder. The densification behavior and the sintered microstructure of the milled AlN powder were investigated. Mixture of AlN powder doped with 5 wt.% as a sintering additive was pulverized and dispersed up to 50 min in a bead mill with very small beads. Ultrafine AlN powder with a particle size of 600 nm and a specific surface area of 9.54 was prepared after milling for 50 min. The milled powders were pressureless-sintered at for 4 h under atmosphere. This powder showed excellent sinterability leading to full densification after sintering at for 4 h. However, the sintered microstructure revealed that the fraction of yitttium aluminate increased with milling time and sintering temperature and the newly-secondary phase of ZrN was observed due to the reaction of AlN with the impurity.

이 논문에서는 뒷채움이 부실한 묻힌기초 위에 세워진 건축물의 지반증폭계수에 대한 기초묻힘으로 인한 저감계수를 산정하기 위한 연구를 비선형 의사 3D 수평지진해석이 가능한 P3DASS 유한요소 프로그램으로 수행하였다. 지반은 30m 두께로 균질하고탄성과 점성이 있는 등방성 지반으로 단단한 암반 위에 놓인 것으로 가정하였고, 기초는 반경이 10-70m인 등가원형 강체기초로 기초묻힘은 0, 10, 20, 30m인 경우를 고려하였다. 지진해석은 노두에서 실측한 7개 지진기록의 유효지진가속도를 0.1g로 조정한 후 연약지반밑 암반에서의 지진기록을 생성하여 수행하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면, 매우 연약한 지반에 깊게 묻힌 뒷채움이 부실한 소형기초인 경우를제외하고는 지반증폭계수가 기초묻힘비가 깊어 질수록 점진적으로 감소하고 기초크기에 따른 편차는 크지 않은 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 뒷채움이 부실한 묻힌기초의 지반증폭계수를 설계기준에 주어진 지표면기초의 지반증폭계수에 곱해서 구할 수 있는 표준저감계수를전단파속도와 지반종류에 따라 제안하였다. 이 표준저감계수는 지반의 평균전단파속도에 따라 보간하여 사용할 수도 있다.

비모란 선인장 ‘이홍’ 품종은 진적색의 계통 ‘DR’을 모본으로 진적색의 ‘설홍’ 품종을 부본으로 2005년 교 배하여 개발되었다. 파종된 종자는 기내에서 접목되어 6개월 동안 100 mL 시험관에서 6개월 동안 자랐다. 2006년 재접목되어 온실에 정식되어 2009년까지 다양한 특징이 조사되었다. 편원형의 모양과 진적색의 구색을 가지고 있으며, 또한, 8~10개의 결각과 갈색의 직립형 가시를 가지고 있다. 온실에 정식 후 10개월째에 ‘이 홍’ 품종의 구직경은 44.0 mm였으며 ‘설홍’ 품종에 비해 큰 편이었다. 자구수는 10개월째에 15.8개로 ‘설 홍’ 품종에 비해 많았으나 유의성은 없었다.

The concrete analysis of the relationship between Chinese characters and its culture from the macroscopic and microcosmic viewpoint has been a very important research problem in the Chinese cultural background. Based on the “holographic theory of Chinese character”created by Mr. Xiao Qihong and its pursuit of the “holographic Chinese character high-effect pedagogy”, this paper first introduces his contribution and impact, then analyzes the deficiency with examples. What the researcher called science can not be illustrated scientifically, which sounds like jokes about Chinese characters, hence there are many places worth questioning and discussing and a deep reflection to weigh its pros and cons.

예이츠와 엘리엇의 상호 영향력에 대한 대부분의 연구는 일방적이게도 예이츠가 엘리엇에 끼친 영향에 대한 것이다. 그러나 1910년대 중반, 두 시인에게 거의 동시에 강한 영향력을 끼친 에즈라 파운드의 역할로 판단컨대, 이러한 연구방향은 교정될 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 각 시인의 서로에 대한 평가, 시의 본질에 대한 이해, 드라마 기법 및 두 시인의 대표적인 마스크 또는 퍼소나로서 크레이지 제인과 프루프록 사이의 공통점을 살펴봄으로써 일방적이 아닌, 상호 영향력을 추적한다.

本稿では谷崎潤一郞の蓼喰ふ蟲と川端康成の眠れる美女の二つの作品を老人というキーワードで分析し、作品に現れている老人の老いに対する意識を明らかにしたい。二つの作品の間には發表された時期の差があるものの、いくつかの共通點がある。一つは老人の特定な空間の設定である。この空間は日常から離れている非日常の空間で、老人を特別な空間において設定している点である。また、もう一つは老人の側にいる人形のような女である。この若い女は老人の側でもう一度老人の自由が感じられるように助けてくれる役割をする。老人の空間で人形のような女が存在しているにもかかわらず、老人は老いの限界を越えられない。でも蓼喰ふ蟲で老人は若い男(要)を老人と若い女(お久)の中に介入させ三角關係を形成する。この三角關係は人物の新しい葛藤の要因として作用するのではなく、老人の隱されている欲望を滿たすため計畵的に作られた關係である。結局眠れる美女で老人は自分の老いを自覺して受け入れたとしたら、蓼喰ふ蟲で老人は老いの限界性を自覺した後、他人の若さを利用してもう一度自分の老いを越えようとする生への欲望が隱されているのがわかる。

이 서평은 위의 3작가의 작품을 최근 아일랜드 소절의 중심적 작품으로 본다.

진도 연안해상교통관제 업무가 2010년 7월 15일 국토해양부에서 해양경찰청으로 이관이 되었다. 본 연구에서는 지난 10개월 간 진도 연안VTS 업무를 하면 일어난 사고와 예방사례 분석하여, 진도 연안의 특성을 파악하고, 안전관리 향상 방안에 대해 제시하고 자 한다.
