        This study examined the job satisfaction and characteristics of dietitians working in an elderly health care facility. The subjects for the study were 116 dietitians who work in an elderly health care facility across the country. The following lists the items affecting the total satisfaction on each element of the job: the nature of work (4.20), coworkers (4.02), supervision (3.83), communication (3.81), pay (3.22), operating conditions (3.16), fringe benefits (3.05) and promotion (2.78). Regarding supervision, regular employees (3.90) had higher satisfaction than non-regular employees (3.11), and for fringe benefits, regular employees (3.10) had higher satisfaction than non-regular employees (2.52). Regarding fringe benefits, those with less than 10 years experience showed higher satisfaction than with more than 10 years'. In terms of the job characteristics, the following were found to affect job satisfaction: the task identity (3.33), variety (3.27), autonomy (3.18), feedback (3.05), friendship opportunities (3.01) and dealing with others (2.82) were listed in the highest order. For task identity, more than 41 years old (3.53) had a significantly higher score. Regarding diversity, graduate schools (3.37) had a significantly higher score. In terms of income, those earning more than 2 million won (3.37 and 3.26) showed higher scores in autonomy and friendship opportunities than those earning less than 1.5 million won (2.79 and 2.57).

        This study was performed in the 48 selected public facilities in three metropolitan cities (Seoul, Daejeon, and Kwangjoo) and three general cities (Suncheon, Gwangyang, and Yeosu) to measure of the characteristics from May to October 2011. Air samples (PM2.5) were collected at the indoor and outdoor places for 24-hrs using the mini volume air sampler and analyzed 24 gaseous and particulate polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) through the GC/MS. The recoveries of gaseous and particulate PAHs ranged between 60.7% to 127.2% and 57.7% to 132.5% respectively and its relative standard deviation (RSD) was 11.1%. This QA/QC results about the were adequate for the Korean national standards. The concentration levels of the PAHs in present study were acenaphthene 〉dibenz(a,h)anthracene 〉benzo(g,h,i)perylene 〉3-methylcholanthrene 〉 indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene for the particulate PAHs in the 48 selected public facilities. In the case of acenaphthene, the mean concentration showed the highest levels of 22.42 ng/㎥ and 34.57 ng/㎥ in the level of gaseous and particulate phase, respectively. The total PAHs concentration for the PC room is the highest in surveyed public facilities of this study and the smoking/non smoking ratio in the PC room was 3.45. This results indicated that smoking in the PC room is seemed to play a major source and the effective risk management strategies were needed to minimize or eliminate the public health effect for customers in the PC room.

        The aim of this study is to analyze the distribution of particulate matters including PM2.5 which is known for severe adverse health effect than PM10 in public facilities. The total 40 public buildings are investigated in this study and they are classified into 11 sub-groups as follows : child-care centers, medical centers, libraries, museums, bus terminals, ports, airports, railway terminals, subway stations, large-scale stores, and indoor parking lots. The mean concentration of PM10 was 38.6㎍/㎥ and that of PM10 in all studied facilities were lower than the Ministry of Environment's control standards. The average concentration of PM2.5 was 27.2㎍/㎥ and that of PM2.5 in 18 facilities were exceed the guideline of WHO (24h average value : 25㎍/㎥). The subway stations had the highest indoor level of particulate matters and the waiting area in bus terminals, railway terminals, indoor parking lots had followed in order. When comparing mean value of I/O ratio of PM10, the only I/O ratio of subway stations were greater than one. In the case of PM2.5, however, the average concentrations of PM2.5 in indoors of subway stations, bus terminals, and indoor parking lots were higher than those of PM2.5 in outdoors. The mean concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 were gradually increased between 6 A.M and 10 A.M and after 6 P.M in most of target buildings with increasing the number of users in thest facilities.

        원자력시설 유지보수 및 해체시 다관절 매니퓰레이터 이상동작에 대한 작업자의 반응특성과 안전속도 수준을 다루고 있다. 매니퓰레이터 팔의 속도, 오류 가능성, 오류 형태와 같은 여러 가지 작업 조건에 따 라 작업자의 반응시간, 고장 경보(false alarm), 실패(miss) 횟수 등에 대한 작업자의 반응 특성을 분석하 였다. 매니퓰레이터 팔의 속도와 이상동작 형태는 반응시간에 영향을 주지만, 이상동작 가능성에 영향을 미치지 않았고, 두 요인 이상의 교호작용은 대체로 영향이 없었다. 매니퓰레이터 팔의 속도변화에 따른 반응시간 특성은 이상동작 형태에 따라 다르지만 대체로 약간 증가하는 추세를 보였다.

        본 조사는 내장산 국립공원내 굴거리나무 군락지를 대상으로 시설양묘를 위한 기초자료를 구명하고자 광환경이 다른 조건에서 자라고 있는 치수의 생장특성을 조사하였다. 굴거리나무 군락지의 생육 환경은 전형적인 하계 다우형 기후를 보였고, 토양은 미사질양토로, 유기물 함량 11.42~15.61%, 전질소 함량 0.50~0.76%, 양이온 치환용량(C.E.C) 18.92~23.32cmol/kg, pH 4.85~5.58 범위를 나타내었다. 조사구별 전광대비 광 환경의 차이는 상대 투광율이 조사구 A가 71~76%, 조사구 B는 37~42%, 조사구 C는 65~70%, 조사구 D는 28~33%로 나타났다. 굴거리나무의 치수는 모수의 수관 밑과 경사진 곳에 집중적으로 분포하는 경향을 보였고, 광환경 조건이 상대적으로 높은 조사구 A와 C가 1,550본/ha, 1,250본/ha이었으며, 총 물질 생산량도 조사구 A가 5.37g, 조사구 C가 5.29g로 광환경 조건이 낮은 조사구 B와 D의 4.42~4.51보다 높게 나타났다. T/R율은 1~2, 엽면적비는 139.71~183.50cm2·g-1, 엽면적비는 39.68~60.66cm2·g-1, 엽건중비는 0.28~0.33cm2·g-1 범위 내에서 광량이 적어질수록 높게 나타났다. 굴거리나무 치수의 발생과 생장은 토양내 유기물 함량보다 광량이 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되며 시설양묘 적용시 전광대비 65~70% 이상의 광환경의 관리가 굴거리나무의 초기 생장에 중요한 역할을 미칠 것으로 판단된다.

        In case of domestic pyrolysis dry distillation gassification technology, it stays at the stage of its early introduction and development. Moreover, the companies possessed of this technology are limited to Japan and some countries in Europe, and domestic operative performance of this system is nominal, so there exist a lot of difficulties in securing its basic data. In addition, considering its operation and management, there happens a corrosion of metals by the production of corrosive gases in time of combustion of waste, and there arise a problem of occurrence of low temperature corrosion on exterior casing or gas ducts of a combustion chamber due to the high temperature corrosion around the burner of an incinerator, lowering the durability of an incinerator. Therefore, this study looked at the problems arising in time of incineration by understanding the characteristics of the pyrolysis dry distillation gassification incinerating facility, and did research on the improvement plan for durability of an incinerator for more economic, efficient waste incineration.

        This study was performed in the 175 selected child-care facilities in the urban area (Seoul, Suwon, Daejeon, and Busan) and the industrial complex area (Sihwa and Yeosu) to measure of the characteristics of VOCs in the indoor air from August, 2007 to April, 2008. All samples were collected at the indoor and outdoor places to the child-care facilities in spring, summer, and winter seasons using the Tenex absorption trap and were analyzed through the GC/MSD. The mean concentration of VOCs in the 175 child-card facilities showed the highest levels of 73.68 ㎍/m3in the toluene and the lowest levels of 0.28 ㎍/m3in the chlorobenzene. In the concentration of the TVOC, it exceeded 2.5 times more as the indoor air quality guideline in Korea. The result of this study was found that the concentration of VOCs in the child-care facilities in Korea may influenced from the some factors such as the constructional period, traffic density, and ventilation rate. These findings may expected to imply that effective risk management strategies should be applied to minimize the public health effects for children in the child-care facilities in Korea.

        The present study investigated the emission characteristics of odorous elements from a local livestock waste treatment plant. Target materials were sampled twice from each place including the boundaries of the plant, exhaust of a fan from utility-pipe conduit and bio-filter bio-filter chamber. Among the sulfur compounds, methyl mercaptan was 3.0 ppb at the boundaryⅠ, 2.2 ppb at the fan exhaust, and 4,723.3 ppb at the outlet of bio-filter scrubber. In particular, one of main odor control facilities; bio-filter scrubber has released a large volume of methyl mercaptan. It also removes 76.8% of ammonia and 26.5% of trimethylamine.

        This study was conducted to show the odor emission characteristics between the well maintained environment fundamental facility and the poorly maintained environmental facility. It also draws major components of odor emission based on facilities, stages, and suggest the proper way to reduce the level of odor for insufficient facilities. Insufficient facilities" air direct sensory and air dilution value levels are following: foodwaste > livestock > wastewater > night-soil > sewage. For the sewage and waste water facilities, the common characteristic of odor emission on each fundamental facility showed higher air dilution value in depositing reservoir and concentrator. And sulfur and aldehyde compounds came out to be the major odor causing components. In the case of night-soil and livestock facilities, the air dilution value was high in flow equalization tank and liquid erosion tank. And sulfur as well as ammonia component was the major malodorous substance. Foodwaste facility showed higher air dilution value than other facility, which sulfur and acetaldehyde compounds were acting as major malodorous substances.

        현행 주차장법상의 부설주차장 설치기준은 위락시설, 문화 및 집회시설, 단독주택, 공장 등 설치 대상 시설물을 9개 그룹으로 분류하고, 그룹 내 시설물에 대해서는 동일한 설치기준이 제시되어 있다. 지자체는 필요에 따라서 지자체 조례로 시설물의 종류를 세분하거나 설치기준의 2분의 1의 범위(±50%) 안에서 이를 강화 또는 완화할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 최근 건축물의 종류가 다양해지고 기능이 혼재되어 같은 그룹에 속하더라도 시설물에 따라 주차장설치기준을 세분화할 필요가 있으나, 대부분 지자체의 경우 체계적이고 일관된 기준 없이 주차장법에서 제시된 시설분류기준에 강화된 획일적인 설치기준을 조례에 적용하고 있다. 특히, 산업단지 내 위치한 대규모 첨단제조시설의 경우 공정이 자동화되어 건물규모대비 근무인력이 소수임에도 불구하고 이에 대한 별도의 세부적인 구분없이 기타시설 또는 공장시설로 분류되어 일반 제조공장과 동일한 일괄적 기준을 적용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현장조사를 통해 산업단지 내 공장시설에 대한 기존 주차원단위 산정에 대한 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 해결하기 위해 방안으로 용도 및 규모특성을 고려한 부설주차장 설치기준 개선방안을 제시하였다.

        Odorous compounds emitted from the melting process for material recycling of plastic have an effect on the sensory annoyance to the nearby residents. The objective of this study was to investigate emission characteristics of malodor in the domestic plastic recycling plants. The olfactometric results showed that the odor concentration among the surveyed plants were significantly different, depending on the melting temperature and material sources. The higher melting temperature led to the higher odor concentration. In particular, as for a plant where melting temperature was 320℃, the odor concentration exceeded 100,000 dilution ratio. However, as the temperature was reduced, the odor emission decreased gradually. This result indicates that reduction of the melting temperature is effective measure to decrease the emission of odor compounds. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of odorous compounds showed that regulatory odor substances such as sulfur compounds, aldehydes and VOCs were found with high concentration in the exhausted gases. Liquid tar in the exhausted gases makes it difficult to remove odorous compounds with traditional odor control devices. In order to eliminate both odorous compounds and liquid tar effectively, a combustion method is strongly recommended in these plants.

        본 연구는 수출과채류 시설원예 재배농가의 에너지 절감을 위한 보온자재의 개발을 목표로 수행되었으며 본 보에서는 시설 온실에 사용되어지는 단일 보온자재와 조합형 다겹보온자재에 대해 보온 특성을 조사하기 위하여 실험과 수치해석을 수행하였다. 실험해석의 경우, 실험모듈을 통해 내부 열원의 보온 효과를 조사하기 위해 내 외부의 온도는 K형 열전대와 데이터 획득 장치로 측정하였고, 측정된 온도를 통해 보온자재의 보온특성을 구명하였다. 수치해석은 상용코드인 CFX-11을 이용하였고 다겹보온자재의 내부 공기층은 고려하지 않고 해석하였으며 해석에서 필요한 다겹보온자재의 물성치인 열전도도는 과도 열선법에 의해 측정되는 QTM-500을 사용하였다. 실험 결과, 조합형 보온자재가 단겹 보온자재에 비해 약 45~55%까지 보온율이 높았고, 조합조건에 따라 보온 효과가 달라지기 때문에 보온성이 우수한 조합 조건을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 수치해석 결과와 실험 결과와의 보온율을 비교해 보면 수치해석의 결과가 실험 결과의 보온율에 비해 다소 저하하는 경향을 나타내었는데 이는 다겹보온자재 내부의 공기층을 무시하여 나타난 오차로서 향후 보온자재 내부의 공기층을 고려할 경우 보다 정확한 수치해석 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.
