제도적 환경에서 형성된 제도적 규범을 받아들인 조직이 제도적 환경과 유사해 짐으로써 조직의 정당성을 얻게 된다. 조직의 정당성은 제도적 환경에서 필요한 자원을 획득하는데 필수적인 부분이 된다. 이러한 필요 자원획득이 조직성과에 영향을 미친 다면 제도적 환경에서의 동형화와 조직성과는 매우 밀접한 관계를 갖게 된다. 우리나라의 사회적기업이 형성되기 위해서는 사회적기업육성법(2007)에 따라 어떠한 형태로든 조직전환되어야 인증 사회적기업으로서 활동할 수 있다. 이러한 인증 사회적기업은 생존하기 위해 제도적 환경에 순응해야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회적기업의 제도적 환경에의 동형화가 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 알고자 한다. 즉 제도적 동형화가 자원획득에 필수적이라면, 제도적 동형화가 높을수록 조직은 높은 성과를 유지하게 된다는 가설이 설립되는데, 이에 대한 검증이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구표본은 정부로부터 인증을 받은 서울·경기지역에서 활동하고 있는 사회적기업을 대상으로 통계 폐키지 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석 및 공분산 구조분석(covariance structure analysis)을 실시하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 강제적 동형화와 모방적 동형화는 조직성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나 규범적 동형화는 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 강제적 동형화와 조직성과 간에 모방적 동형화는 매개역활을 하고 있으나 간접효과는 크지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이제까지 사회적기업의 일반적인 특징이나 현상 분석을 진행한 연구들이 많이 있으나 제도적인 관점에서의 분석은 많지 않다는 점에 주목하여, 제도적 동형화가 조직성과에 미치는 관계를 분석함으로서 제도주의 이론을 사회적기업에 도입하였다는데 의미를 갖는다.

But most companies do not escape stagnation phenomenon in the growth phase while experiencing growing pains. In this paper, we will study the concept of growing pains and stagnation cause of domestic small and medium sized enterprises. Through this, classifying small and medium sized enterprises growing step and Find out the factors that lead to growing pains at each step. To overcome growing pain, we suggest plan for conquest.

This study designed a “Diagnostic Model for Management Innovation of Medium Enterprises” based on the theoretical background of success factor and management diagnosis model for management innovation of medium enterprises and suggested a measure for utilization of strategic subject and diagnostic model that enterprises can apply. Utilization of medium enterprises management innovation diagnostic model designed through this study would be of help for making a diagnosis of the capability maturity level of enterprises’ current management system and improving it by establishing a challenging capability objective and building a circulation system capable of innovating enterprises. It is expected for enterprises to overcome growing pains and establish a management system capable of achieving outcome (productivity) by repeating measurement and innovation through management diagnosis. In addition, this study provides a method to produce a strategic subject, select priority of implementation and prepare an implementation road map by classifying and filtering management issues produced as a result of management diagnosis in a systematic way. If variables necessary for production of an objective weighted value of scoring and discover of elements for category of diagnostic model and elementary items as well as design of a self-diagnosis questionnaire, measurement of management outcome suggested in this study can be able to be verified and supplemented through case study in the future, it is expected to make the degree of completion as a diagnostic model elevated that may help for growth and development through innovation of medium enterprises.

OSHMS(Occupational Safety and Health Management System) is able to define as a typical convergence of all kinds of activities and elements that support maintaining safety at workplace and protecting employee's health. In particular, fundamental function of OSHMS is preventing diverse hazards at workplace through high level of regulation compliance. Furthermore, insuring safety in workplace, protecting employee's health and increasing effectiveness in manufacture are OSHMS's additional functions. Based on the division of manufacture in 2009 Survey on Current Status of Occupational Health & Safety data, the study analyses certain relation between OSHMS and level of regulation compliance. The main finding is that most activities and elements which formed by OSHMS are being affected by regulation clauses.

보리 수매중단에 따른 맥종별 원료보리 수급현황과 문제점 및 앞으로의 대응방 안에 대한 기초자료를 얻고자 보리 생산자 단체와 보리 가공업체를 방문하여 조사한 바를 살펴보면 1. 찰보리의 경우는 생산농가와 가공업체간에 계약재배가 잘 이루어지고 있으며 가격도 적당한 수준으로 유지되고 있었다. 2. 그러나 찰보리 품종의 보급종 종자가 부족하여 찰보리쌀제품의 찰성순도가 많이 떨어지고 있어 보급종 종자의 보급확대와 찰성 순도를 유지하기 위한 품질등급제의 도입이 필요하였다. 3. 쌀보리의 경우는 정부재고물량 감축을 위해 수매가격의 과도한 하향 조정이 있었다. 이로 인한 재배 위축으로 수요물량을 충당치 못하여 가격이 폭등하는 현상을 보였다. 그러나 차후에는 과잉생산으로 인한 가격폭락도 예상되었다. 4. 따라서 쌀보리의 안정적 수급을 위해서는 사료용과 주정용의 일정 수요량을 지속시키는 정책적 판단과 지원이 필요하였다.

This study is intended to analyze reduction of costs, improvement of business process and reduction of working force through standardization of standardization, and logistics effects through improvement of environmental images in enterprises.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미 치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방 안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높 은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가 의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감 을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to propose an organizational project competency assessment model that is suitable for evaluating small and medium enterprises. First, the assessment areas and items for each area are determined through extensive investigation of previous models including OPM3, CMMI, and PMBOK. Next, the weights of assessment areas and items are decided by AHP analysis of experts response in the field of the project management. Finally, a project competency assessment model with assessment sheets is proposed. The model proposed in this study might support managers of small and medium enterprises to find pros and cons of project competencies and to establish improvement plans.

In this research, customized management performance index for small and medium enterprises in solar energy area was developed.
